86 The Invasion of the white house, 1965

"Get that camera set up already!" Outlines of the soldiers vibrate while they scatter, running wires, filling up generators downstairs. Knight brushes the gun on my forehead, "I'm going to enjoy killing you demon sympathizers." He snorts, "Not long now." Suddenly, a loud boom comes from across the city. I tap towards it as one nods to knight. "You're first, old hag." I smile, "Get up!" "Will you kill the children?" He sighs, "We must exterminate them all." Another loud boom explodes brings a smile to my face, "I won't allow that." He whacks me with the gun and drags me by the hair, "You have nothing on us! We win!" I resist what little I can, "You listen to me , young man!" "I am 30!" I growl, "Your kind will never win!" Jack's eyes jerk my way, "As long as the kids survive, we'll crush you and end thi-" He whacks my head and the hammer clicks down. My body slams against the ground, then a loud explosion, then the ground quakes as the bullet explodes out the barrel. A voice whispers in the long distance, "King takes Knight." He misses as something explodes through the broken window. Knight's head pops in an explosion of purple liquid.

The soldiers scatter, "What was that!?" "Corner building! Destroy that sniper nest!" A soldier points a gun at me, I scoot back as the ground explodes, then the wall, a large stone fist smashes through the soldier's chest. Diesel screams as sections of his arms explode off as bullet ping and crack off him. With each shot, large sections of stone impale soldiers, killing them on impact.

I look down as Jean, Jack and Rose run up, hugging him, "Diesel!" I tap the floor and gag at what is left under all that stone armor. Those tremors, explosions. It's his heart. Another boom and his heart cracks further. He gasps and grabs at it. Jean grabs him, "Are you ok!?" He smiles, "Worry about getting out of here." Rose tugs on his artificial leg, "But where's Norbie!?"

I shout as tanks turn towards me, "Shit!" I drop the sniper and bolt. I dive as the building gets torn down by explosive tank shells. I push myself up and run down the stairs.

Mama shouts, "Diesel! They're storming the building!" My heart booms and I march out the room, "Follow me! Everyone!" I stumble out the door with tears in my eyes. Stones cover my head as soldiers open fire, but the armor holds, spears of stone impale them as I march downstairs. Jean screams at the bodies as they all use me as cover. I peek outside, there's the tunnel I ran through. "Alright, Jean!" She looks at me, "Get them out the city! Run to Memphis!" I point to the tunnel and she starts crying. "No! I can't! Not without you!" Mama points, "They're coming!"

With a quick turn, I snap to action. My hand touches the ground and walls raise to cover their escape. Tanks shoot their explosive shells against it as I smile with tears in my eyes. Norbert runs up in soldier's clothing. "Diesel!"

More tanks roll in, Jack screams while hugging me, "Diesel!" I huff and puff, blood pours from my body as I stare blankly through him. There's too many. I can't- Jack stares up at me, "Diesel! Don't do this!" A flash of light comes closer, I hug him and hit the floor. "Norbert! Get them out! You hear me!?" "But what about you!?" I grab his shoulders on one poor excuse of a knee, "I won't let them touch any of you! Now run!" I roar and get up as my heart booms, it feels as if it's splintering into pieces. I stomp as stones wriggle into what flesh I have left. Norbert nods, "It was nice knowing a man like you!" I shout back, "Get them out! Now!"

Blood pours from the holes in my armor, I wince as parts of the white house gravitate to me and drill into me, all while I stomp outside. Now's a good time to remember- What they told us on the front lines of Normandy. Those are the people that will slaughter your loved ones. Kill the Axis, kill the injustice. One good blink and I see them through the blood loss and the power keeping me together. Soldiers with blackened eyes, demonic red skin. Fists pumped in the air in the damage they incited, the fiery remains of our capital in the background. Them and their tanks back up as I march up to the flag they claim to represent.

"I fought in a world war, for this!?" They all raise their guns, "Killing world leaders for your new world order? Their children!?" "You made one mistake, you came after the people I care for! Let this be an official warning to you all!" The America I've fought for is gone. I tear off the flag and they open fire. A volley of tank shells blast against me as I tie the flag around myself. My heart booms and pillars erupt from the ground, stabbing through the tanks with ease. Soldiers give off wild smiles as they fire their weapons against me. Another volley cracks into me and I'm forced to take a knee. A feeling I've denied hundreds of times again explodes from my heart-

I stumble to get up as they reload. With each pulse of my heart comes flashes of orange light. They back up, they even start running as the ground trembles. Soldiers start running towards me. My body screams something that most people deny at first. It's time to go, isn't it? My heart- I smile and smash through the stones in my chest and grab my stony heart. A huge blast of orange light explodes from under my stony shell as soldiers run, as my heart clings to life so hard, as it rumbles the very planet. The ground trembles, an energy just dying to exhaust itself. Jean, Rose, Jack-

I glare at the few soldiers rushing in with explosives, guns, knives, all hoping to stop me. "May you Peacekeepers one day create Paradise!" The tanks left operational open fire. I crush my own heart and a bright yellow flash envelops me.
