Day 4,669

Day 4,669

The Aloraks are growing fine.

In just two weeks, they are now the size of a child, and the arduous task of caring for them has lessened. No longer do we need to carry them to places; they can now walk on their own, and even eat without permission. This has allowed us to do other tasks.

Our hunting missions continue, but now we have added another job : capturing monsters to sell. This one is much more difficult, especially if the target is ferocious and of a rare species. But it is no different than slaying them, and soon we have earned enough cash to buy Galfrins—winged creatures similar to Griffins, but smaller and faster.

The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.

Using these as mounts, our hunting jobs will be much easier. I am already anticipating our next mission, which involves hunting a wyvern in the easter mountains. The journey would have taken us three days on foot, but it will only take a day when riding the Galfrins.

We leave in two days, so we need to prepare. I and the others plan to shop tomorrow in the commercial district. I saw quite a few enhancement potions being sold there a few times during my visits. Maybe I’ll go buy a few just in case.
