Day 4,629
We have reached the borders.
It was a fulfilling experience to see the enormous mountains separating the countries of Urnos and Thuron, and we camped on a small woodland a few miles off the nearest pass. The monsters have stopped attacking since the last time I wrote in this diary, and we wanted to believe that they had given up. However, we feared they may have just switched their attention back to the main force.

That notion is as depressing as it can be, so I put it out of my mind for now. We have so much to do; we have finished one goal, but the next one will be harder and more dangerous. We are soon going to be entering enemy territory.
Our morale tonight was better when we had dinner. Jokes were prevalent, and Eina was back to her annoying self as opposed to the troubled one she had began to adapt in the past few days. I guess this mission is starting to take its toll on her, though I don’t know how I can be of help except give in to her antics.
Ranaul allowed us two days of rest. Maybe I can spar with Eina tomorrow. It’s the only thing I can do to help her keep her mind off our situation.
