Antithesis (noun): an exact opposite; an opposite extreme
Everything about the town’s famous restaurant could be summarized in one word: coins. As long as you got money, you could enjoy whatever dish or drink offered on the menu. If you needed money, join the back staff and help take out trash; coins were always given for their equivalent exchange in work. The two brilliant chefs at the top of the food chain also had close ties to money: their rags-to-riches story with the restaurant was known throughout the world.

Forgot dinner payment at home? Suddenly the servers’ faces go from smiling to a chilling stare of animosity. Lazily work and hope for some pocket change? The security guards would throw you out along with the trash.
The head chefs, too.
One always smiled at staff members and showered them with praise. The other had eyes like a hawk and a tongue that could pick out even an extra particle of salt. They coexisted with the other like the sun and moon, one ruling over the good atmospheres and the other dealing with troublesome issues.
