Salwa Essebsi is the diplomatic leader of the United Terran to Novacara Empire, alongside Lucien Dubois, a representative of the French people, and Princess Julia, a representative and guide from the Fortisregnum Empire ready to sail to Novathra City, the Capital of Novacara Empire to establish the diplomatic relationship. They will be aboard UTS Enterprise to set sail to Novathra City port and escorted by Enterprise Carrier Strike Group (CSG) to protect United Terran diplomat and Crown Princess of Fortisregnum Empire. As the diplomatic leader team, Salwa ordered her team to the briefing for the diplomatic team and security forces to discuss the draft of the diplomatic plan and treaty with the Novacara Empire.
"Greetings, Ladies and Gentlemen. My name is Salwa Essebsi, and I am in charge (PIC) of the diplomatic mission to the Novacara Empire. Mrs. Martinez, Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs, ordered me to lead this team as the first to establish diplomatic relationships between United Terran and the Novacara Empire." Salwa introduced herself and opened the briefing.
"First of all, I want to give great appreciation to Princess Julia, as the representative of the Fortisregnum Empire, and become the guide and mediator for this diplomatic mission. Next, I also thank Admiral John Nimitz, the UTS Enterprise Carrier Strike Group (CSG) admiral, for escorting us to the Novacara Empire. I also thank Sir. Lucien Dubois is a representative of the French people. Last but not least, Mr. Ahmad from the United Terran International Special Forces (UT ISF) is the security team leader for this mission." Salwa greets and appreciates Princess Julia, Admiral Nimitz, Lucien, and Ahmad as part of the diplomatic mission team for the Novacara Empire.
"On behalf of Emperor Aurelius, I am glad to help United Terran establish a diplomatic relationship with the Novacara Empire." Princess Julia responds.
"It is an honor to escort diplomatic teams to Novacara Empire to establish the diplomatic relationship." Admiral Nimitz responds.
"Thank you, Mrs. Essebsi, for inviting me to be the diplomatic team member and the representative of the French people. "Lucien responds.
"Protecting the diplomatic teams and Crown Princess Julia to the Novacara Empire is our honor," Ahmad responds.
"Our first mission is to establish a diplomatic relationship with the Novacara Empire and negotiate to establish an economic treaty with them. We also want to ask for a formal apology from their crown prince, who became the mastermind of the assassination attempt of Sir Lucien. If they want to apologize formally, we will continue the diplomatic relationship. However, if they refuse, we will cancel our mission to diplomatic relationships and economic treaties." Salwa explains the diplomatic missions to the Novacara Empire.
"Mrs. Essebsi, based on the character of Crown Prince Hasdrubal Barca, I doubt he will formally apologize to us because it will stain his pride and honor to admit as the mastermind of the assassination attempt." Lucien doubts that Crown Prince Hasdruba Barca will formally apologize.
"Even though he has great pride and ego because of his title as a crown prince if he knows the true power of the United Terran, he will formally apologize to the United Terran and French people. I will persuade him to give you the formal apology, and we could continue our mission to establish the diplomatic relationship between the United Terran and Novacara Empire." Princess Julia assured the United Terran diplomatic team that Crown Prince Hasdrubal would formally apologize after knowing the United Terran's true power.
"Thank you for your cooperation, Your Highness. Based on Mr. Mussolini's information, you already contacted the Novacara Empire embassy that United Terran will send the diplomatic teams to establish a diplomatic relationship with them." Salwa thanks Princess Julia for her cooperation in bridging the diplomatic relationship between the United Terran and Novacara Empire.
"Please call me Julia, Mrs. Essebsi. Currently, my action as a diplomatic team member, not Crown Princess of Fortisregnum Empire. I contacted Mr. Hanno Barca about United Terran sending diplomatic teams tomorrow. He assured us that the minister of foreign affairs of the Novacara Empire would welcome us in the port of Novathra City." Princess Julia informed that the minister of foreign affairs of the Novacara Empire will welcome the diplomatic teams of United Terran.
"Thank you, Princess Julia, for the information. Admiral Nimitz, what is the estimated time to arrive at Novathra City dock?" Salwa asked Admiral John about the estimated arrival time.
"Based on the satellite data, the range of Aeterna City dock to Novathra City dock is 810 nautical miles. If we constantly sailed at 35 knots and had no problems, we would arrive at 23.14 hours or 08:14 am tomorrow. However, because the Aeterna City dock and Novathra City dock are similar, we assume UTS Enterprise could not dock at their dock. So we will use speed boats from Enterprise to the Novathra City dock. We estimated we would arrive at 09:00 am at the Novathra City dock." Admiral John explained the estimated time to arrive at Novathra City dock.
"I hear the seas around Fortisregnum Empire and Novacara Empire invested by sea monsters. How about the screen fleet to protect us to Novathra City dock, Admiral Nimitz?" Salwa asked Admiral John again.
"Because we need to protect the shipment from our nation to Aeterna City dock, the escort fleet of Enterprise CSG will protect the shipments. Admiral Yamamoto sent us two cruisers and three destroyers from UTS Andes CSG to escort us for this mission. He also ordered two submarines to escort us to protect us from deep-sea beasts and monsters. The screen ships will always activate their stealth system to conceal them from the enemy and foreign nations." Admiral John explained that the Chief of Staff of the Navy, Admiral Takashi Yamamoto, sent the cruisers and destroyers from UTS Ander CSG to escort them during the mission to the Novacara Empire.
"Thank you for your information, Admiral Nimitz. We relied on the Navy to escort us to Novathra City. Commander Ahmad, how about protection during our mission in the Novacara Empire?" Salwa asked Ahmad about protection in the Novacara Empire.
"Because Novacara Empire already attempted to assassinate Mr. Lucien and Crown Princess Julia became our diplomatic members, we would add more spec ops units to protect and guard the diplomatic team for VVIP procedure. We will provide two personal spec ops units for VIP diplomatic members and four for VVIP members. "Rest assured, Mrs. Essebsi. We will do our best to protect you, Princess Julia, Sir Lucien, and other diplomatic team members. General Eisenhower already ordered us to use our cutting-edge weapons and equipment to protect you from unknown threats and dangers." Ahmad explained that his team brings the latest and cutting-edge weapons and equipment to protect the diplomatic teams.
"Thank you for the information, Commander Ahmad. All right, ladies and gentlemen. We will board UTS Enterprise and set sail to Novacara Empire." Salwa ordered diplomatic teams to board speed boats from the old Aeterna City port to UTS Enterprise.
"Mrs Essebsi, my father, Emperor Aurelius, sent Admiral Gaius to escort us to the Novacara Empire. Because we can not use our ship, he will be aboard UTS Enterprise with us. Commander Ahmad and his squads were not necessary to protect him because he could protect himself. He will replace Maximus to become my bodyguard because Maximus is under training in your nation, Mrs. Essebsi." Princess Julia informs Salwa that Admiral Gaius will escort them to the Novacara Empire.

Several minutes later, Admiral Gaius arrived at the old Aeterna City port. He then greeted Salwa and the diplomatic team members.
"Greetings, Your Highness, Princess Julia. Greetings, Sir Lucien and Mrs. Essebsi from the United Terran diplomatic team. Greetings, Admiral Nimitz from the United Terran Navy. Admiral Gaius Duilius, at your service". Admiral Gaius introduced himself.
"Welcome, Admiral Gaius. Thank you for your service to become our escort to the Novacara Empire." Salwa welcomed Admiral Gaius.
"Thank you, Mrs. Essebsi. This is my second time aboard UTS Enterprise." Admiral Gaius response
After the diplomatic teams, Navy teams, and spec ops units board the UTS Enterprise, they set sail to Novathra City dock, the capital city of the Novacara Empire. The escort ships activated their advanced stealth and cloaking systems to prevent them from being detected by foreign nations' radar, sonar, and satellite detections.
Novacara Empire Territorial Waters, 29 January 2141/ 29 Lanuarius 1841, 06:30 am
When entering the Novacara Empire territorial waters, radar detected several ships approaching UTS Enterprise.
"Admiral, six unidentified ships approaching us. Based on satellite, we assume they are Novacara Empire Navy ships." Lieutenant Mugiwara Naomi, the radar operator, reported that ships were approaching UTS Enterprise.
"Affirmative, Lieutenant Mugiwara. Captain Mugiwara, release the UAV and tell them we are from the United Terran to establish diplomatic relations." Admiral John ordered Mugiwara Lutfi, Captain of UTS Enterprise, to release a nano drone.
"Yes, Sir. XO release the UAV. Set the coordinate of the target." Captain Lutfi ordered his XO to release the nano drone and set the coordinates for the target first to contact.
The XO of UTS Enterprise releases a UAV to contact the Novacara Empire Navy. After the UAV approaches the Novacara Empire ships, Admiral John informs them about the purpose of UTS Enterprise entering their water territory.
"Greetings, Novacara Empire Navy. This is Admiral John Nimitz from the United Terran Navy. We are coming in peace and want to establish a diplomatic relationship with the Novacara Empire. Please do not attack this flying drone. Our ship is 50 km ahead of you, and we will arrive at your position in 40 minutes. We can communicate through this device." Admiral John introduced himself and told the purpose of their coming to the Novacara Empire.
Adherbal Barca, Admiral of the Novacara Empire fleet and the royal family of the Novacara Empire, was shocked after one unidentified flying object suddenly appeared on his ship. The flying object suddenly released sound from the United Terran, an unknown nation that did not interact with the Novacara Empire. However, his cousin, Hanno Barca, the ambassador for the Fortisregnum Empire, tells him that an alien nation will be coming to establish a diplomatic relationship with his Empire. The name of the alien nation is United Terran. Based on Hanno's information, United Terran is a mighty nation, so he advised Adherbal to treat the representative politely.
"Greetings, Admiral John Nimitz of the United Terran Navy. This is Admiral Adherbal Barca of the Novacara Empire Navy. We welcome your peaceful intentions and are open to establishing diplomatic relations with your nation." Adherbal Barca, taking heed of his cousin's advice, composed himself and responded to Admiral John's message through the UAV.
Adherbal paused for a moment, considering his following words carefully. He wanted to convey both openness to dialogue and a firm stance to protect his Empire's interests.
"We look forward to your arrival. Please proceed to our designated coordinates, where we will be prepared to receive you. Safe travels."

Finally, the UTS Enterprise came into view, its sleek but gigantic form gracefully through the vastness of the sea. Adherbal Barca watched with anticipation and apprehension as the alien nation vessel drew nearer, its intentions still mysterious. The UTS Enterprise is similar to and bigger than the aircraft carriers from the People's Republic of Uroslav (PRU) and the United States of Amarilon (USA). He thinks the United Terran is similar to or more advanced than PRU and the USA. If his nation fights this alien nation, inevitable defeat and total annihilation will result on the Novacara Empire's side.
With a steady hand, Adherbal signaled for his communications officer to establish contact with the approaching ship. As the channels opened, he prepared himself to greet the representatives of the United Terran nation and embark upon a diplomacy journey that would shape the destiny of both worlds.
"Their ship is larger than the Fortisregnum Empire Navy, right Admiral Gaius? I think that huge ship is Wyvern Carriers. That wyvern as their Combat Air Patrol (CAP) is larger than the Fortisregnum Empire wyvern. This Novacara Empire is slightly better in terms of Navy power than Fortisregnum Empire." Admiral John asked Admiral Gaius about the power of the Novacara Empire Navy.
"You are right, Admiral Nimitz. The Novacara Empire Army and Navy could breed more powerful wyvern species than ours. The wyvern lord is native to the Alger Dessert in the Novacara Empire territory. We tried to capture and breed in our territory, but we failed because of environmental and living behavior differences from our wyverns. Their ships are larger than ours and more agile because of their sleek design. Our advantage was only in terms of the land battle, and we relied on elite legionnaires. Even though our Navy was slightly outmatched, we could hold and inflict heavy damage on them in the previous war." Admiral Gaius' response.
"I see. Thank you for the information, Admiral Gaius. Unfortunately, we can not produce and export our antique ships in the First Novus Ordo project because our docks are too full to construct navy ships. Maybe we could export the outdated ships to some of my country's Navy Museums. However, we need approval from the Secretary-General and my President." Admiral John considered reactivating ships in the Navy Museums and exporting them to the Fortisregnum Empire.
"Thank you for your consideration, Admiral Nimitz. We are already grateful for the modernized construction of civil infrastructure and Army military training and weapons. At least if we must fight, we could repel the invasion with the help of modern weapons from United Terran." Admiral Gaius responded with a bitter face. He knows that if a stronger nation invades the Fortisregnum Empire, the Navy will be the first sacrifice to hold and inflict damage to the invader before elite legionnaires repel the attacker's forces.

Admiral Adherbal Barca aboard UTS Enterprise deck through the hidden automatic elevator. This is his first time aboard an aircraft carrier because hyperpower and superpower nations ban foreign nations from aboard and treat their aircraft carriers as their main power. United Terran also treats aircraft carriers as their main power, but because there have been no wars on Earth for sixty years, they let foreign nations aboard and check the Nexus Class- Nuclear Super Aircraft Carrier. However, they still hide their secret weapons, such as nuclear reactors, plasma missiles, and rail cannons.
Admiral Adherbal Barca thought, "Oh, my Gods, this ship is so huge. We can even hold warrior battles on the deck of this ship."
"Greetings. My name is Admiral John Nimitz. I lead the UTS Enterprise Carrier Strike Group (CSG). Welcome to UTS Enterprise, Admiral Adherbal Barca, right?" Admiral John introduced himself and welcomed Admiral Adherbal Barca.
"How do you know my name?" Admiral Adherbal was surprised that Admiral John knew his name.
"I know your name from Admiral Gaius." Admiral John responds.
"I see. You know my name from Admiral Gaius, right? So why are Admiral Gaius aboard your ship? Let him know the details of your ship." Admiral Adherbal asked why Admiral John let Admiral Gaius, a foreign military personnel, aboard the UTS Enterprise.
"He becomes our guide in this journey. We will give you a simple tour of our ship. Let us go to the guest room." Admiral John invites Admiral Adherbal to the guest room of UTS Enterprise.
Salwa Essebsi welcomes Admiral Adherbal in the guest room. She introduced herself as Ambassador of United Terran for the Novacara Empire.
"Welcome, Admiral Adherbal Barca. My name is Salwa Essebsi, Ambassador of United Terran for the Novacara Empire. Please enjoy yourselves in the UTS Enterprise." Salwa welcomes Admiral Adherbal.
"Thank you, Mrs. Essebsi. My fleet will escort you to the Novathra City dock." Admiral Adherbal responds.
Admiral Adherbal was surprised that Princess Julia, Crown Princess of Fortisregnum Empire, escorted United Terran diplomatic teams.
"Greetings, Princess Julia, Crown Prince of Fortisregnum Empire. Welcome to the Novacara Empire, Your Majesty." Admiral Adherbal greets Princess Julia.
"Greetings, Admiral Adherbal. I know you are surprised that I am here with United Terran as a diplomatic team member. My father, Emperor Aurelius, ordered me to guide the United Terran diplomatic members to the Novacara Empire. Admiral Gaius is also here as our escort from Fortisregnum Empire." Princess Julia explains why he is coming with United Terran diplomatic members.
"Greetings, Admiral Adherbal. Long time no see." Admiral Gaius greets Admiral Adherbal.
"So you are here too, Admiral Gaius." Admiral Adherbal responds.
Admiral Gaius is a rival of Admiral Adherbal. In terms of tactics and strategy, they are equal. Because the Navy power of the Fortisregnum Empire was slightly weaker than that of the Novacara Empire, he could only inflict severe damage to the Novacara Navy at the cost of the Fortisregnum Navy in the previous war. So, Admiral Adherbal saw Admiral Gaius as a nuisance and thorn in the conquest of the Novacara Empire to the Fortisregnum Empire.
Admiral Adherbal and his bodyguards received special treatment from the United Terran chef teams. They have tested worldwide cuisines like Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, Italian, French, Japanese, Middle Eastern, American, Spanish, and others. After receiving the treatment, Admiral Adherbal led the Novacara Empire ships to escort UTS Enterprise to the capital port of Novathra City, the capital of the Novacara Empire. Because the port of Novahtra City is too shallow for a massive ship like UTS Enterprise, it is docked in the deep sea several km from shore, and diplomatic team members of United Terran go to the port by speedboats.

In the dock of Novathra City, Mago Barca, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Brother of Hamilcar Barca, Emperor of the Novacara Empire, has waited for the representatives of United Terran. After several minutes, he sees the silhouette of huge ships on the horizon and several boats approaching Novathra City dock at high speed.
As the boats carrying the United Terran diplomatic members approached the dock of Novathra City, Mago Barca, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, stood at the edge, his posture regal and composed. He watched keenly as the vessels drew nearer, their sleek forms slicing through the waters precisely.
As the boats finally reached the dock, Mago Barca greeted the arriving guests. His expression was warm, yet there was a hint of solemnity in his eyes, knowing the weight of the diplomatic mission ahead.
"Greetings, esteemed representatives of the United Terran," Mago Barca began, his authoritative voice tinged with a welcoming tone. On behalf of Emperor Hamilcar Barca and the Novacara Empire, I extend a heartfelt welcome to Novathra City."
Salwa Essebsi, Princess Julia, and the rest of the United Terran diplomatic members disembarked from the boats, their presence commanding attention on the bustling dock.
"We are honored to be received by the Novacara Empire," Salwa Essebsi replied with a respectful nod. "Thank you for your gracious welcome, Minister Mago Barca."
Princess Julia stepped forward, her demeanor poised and graceful. "It is a pleasure to be here, Minister Mago Barca. We come with sincere intentions of fostering peace and cooperation between our nations. I am here as the guide and mediator to establish the diplomatic relationship between United Terran and Novacara Empire."
Mago Barca inclined his head in acknowledgment. "Your presence here is a testament to the goodwill and diplomacy that both nations aspire to achieve. Please follow me. Emperor Hamilcar Barca eagerly awaits your arrival at the Imperial Palace."
With Mago Barca leading the way, the diplomatic entourage made their way through the bustling streets of Novathra City. The air was filled with anticipation and excitement, mingled with the occasion's solemnity. Novathra City resembles ancient Carthage City, the Capital of the Carthage Empire before the Punic War between the Roman Republic and the Carthage Empire.

The difference between the two cities is that there is magic in the Novathra City. The people of Novathra City utilize magic to help their daily lives, such as fire magic as the fire source for cooking and heater, water magic as wastewater treatment, earth magic for agriculture and construction, and wind magic for aerial transportation. The magic capability of the Novacara Empire is better than that of the Fortisregnum Empire.
"The public atmosphere of Novathra City is different from Aeterna City. The people of Novathra City rely on magic to help them daily. Look, they use fire magic for cooking and water magic for washing their clothes." Salwa commented that some people use magic to help them daily.
"Yes, Mrs Essebsi. We used more magic than conventional technology or, as you said, "science." We integrated magic into our lives and used magic as our primary technology for civil and military purposes." Mago responded that magic was the primary technology for the Novacara Empire.
"I see. Thank you for the information, Mr. Barca. The roads of Novathra City are still on paved roads. After establishing a diplomatic relationship and an economic treaty, I hope we will construct modern civilian infrastructure in the Novacara Empire." Salwa responds that United Terran will construct civil infrastructure in the Novacara Empire.
"Thank you, Mrs. Essebsi. I hope we can establish a diplomatic relationship and economic treaty so our merchants can establish trade networking between our nations." Mago responds.
Suddenly, Princess Julia approached Salwa and whispering her.
"' Are you sure you can construct modern infrastructure in the Novacara Empire, Mrs Essebsi? You know the Novacara Empire is an aggressive nation more than the Fortisregnum Empire,'" Princess Julia whispered to Salwa.
"' Relax, Princess Julia. Currently, there are no specific orders from the leaderboard of United Terran about modern construction. If there is a potential customer and resource, we will use it for our economic reasons. We know that the Novacara Empire is an aggressive nation, unlike the Fortisregnum Empire, which is more pacifist after contact with the United Terran. We only build diplomatic and economic relationships, not alliances. Rest assured, Princess Julia. Currently, our ally nation only Fortisregnum Empire, and we only export our modern weapons and types of equipment for Fortisregnum Empire." Salwa assured Princess Julia that United Teran only exports modern weapons and equipment to the Fortisregnum Empire.

As the diplomatic teams and representatives from the Novacara Empire approached the grandeur of the Imperial Palace, with its towering spires and intricate architecture, Mago Barca turned to address the United Terran delegation once more.
