Senator Brutus, Mr. 02, Mr. 04 and Mrs Saturday discussed in Noble Palace in Colobria City. After being defeated by UT ISIA's native agent's performance and retreating from the Cosonzo Region more than one month ago, the slavery faction's first army defended itself in Colobria Region. They also lost contact with Mr. 03, Mr. 06, Mr. 07 and Duke Romulus in Pampoi City. Mr. 04 is the commander of Schwarzer Schatten's unit and is in charge of intelligence and counterintelligence in the first slavery faction army. He is a Weltenkraft Reich counterpart of Mr. 06 from PRU.

"I cannot contact them through our radio communication, Sir. We assume the United Terran is jamming our communication, so we cannot contact our comrade in Pampoi City. Or.." Mr. 04 paused and was silent.

"Or what, Mr. 04?" Senator Brutus was confused and asked Mr. 04

Suddenly, one of Mr. 04 came with a letter and gave it to Mr. 04. Mr. 04 then read the letter's content and trembled. After reading the letter, Senator Brutus and others are confused about why Mr. 04 is trembling.

"What happened, Mr. 04? What is the content of the letter? Is it a letter from Mr. 03 in Pampoi City?" Senator Brutus asked Mr. 04.

"Senator Brutus.. This letter.. This letter is from Maximus Julian Viktor, Supreme Commander of Legionnaires." Mr. 04 responds while trembling.

"Maximus? So, they have already returned from United Terran. What is the content of that letter?" Senator Brutus asked again.

"He said that he had already destroyed the slavery faction combined with the infantry and armored army in the Aeterna Region, Cosorto Region, and Noplos Region. They also already destroyed the propeller and jet fighters of Black Shadow. They have recaptured Noplos City from Black Shadow and forced Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus to surrender in Pampoi City. He wants us to surrender to them peacefully so they will spare our lives until the tribunal court for war crimes. If we do not obey this ultimatum, they will attack us and will not spare all of Black Shadow and slavery faction soldiers in Colobria Region." Mr. 04 tells the resume of the letter content.

Mr. 02 and Mrs Saturday also read the letter's content and were surprised by the result of the second army's invasion of the heart of Fortisregnum Empire, Aeterna Region.

"Is this letter content actual? I mean, it is not an enemy false information strategy?" Mrs Saturday initially denied the letter's content.

"We only fought the backward soldiers of Duke Oenortus and King Marcellus. However, Mr. 04 and his elite unit are already fighting with the United Terran operative. What do you think?" Mr. 02 asked Mr. 04.

Mr. 04 finally knows the actual name of United Terran's operative organization, UT ISIA. However, why did Maximus say 'native agent', not agents? Has United Terran recruited the Fortisregnum Empire people as their native and local operatives? If it is true, the people who defeated Mr. 04 and his unit were not real United Terran operatives but mere backward people of Fortisregnum Empire whom United Terran trained.

The fact is not the ordinary civilians of the Fortisregnum Empire but the enslaved and marginalized people who get freedom and are trained by UT ISIA to become native agents in the Fortisregnum Empire. In the future, UT ISIA will intensify the native agent's program around the Luminarum to broaden their link and connection to secure the United Terran people and interest in Luminarum.

Mrs. Saturday looked at Senator Brutus and Mr. 04 with disbelief and frustration. As the cultivator, she tried to calm herself with a mind-calming technique, but she still asked Senator Brutus.

"We must act cautiously. Mr. 04, can you confirm this information with any of our secure channels? We need to know if Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus truly surrendered." Senator Brutus answers while still gripping the letter, pondering the situation.

"I will try, Senator. However, if our communications are truly compromised, it might be impossible to get through." Mr. 04 responds though he seems doubtful.

Mrs Saturday, sensing the urgency, interjected, "We need a contingency plan. If the Legionnaires and their United Terran allies advance, we must prepare our defenses and consider evacuation routes. My cultivator and I will set up a defense array around Colobria City to confuse and kill the enemy with low spiritual power." Mrs Saturday's response.

"We should also deploy scouts to gather intelligence on the ground. We need eyes and ears in the Pampoi and Noplos regions to verify these claims and understand the enemy's movements." Mr. 02 added to deploy scouts and get information.

Senator Brutus agreed. "Yes, we must not act on fear. Let us send out our most trusted scouts immediately. Meanwhile, we will fortify our position here in Colobria."

Mr. 04 left to attempt communication while Mrs. Saturday and Mr. 02 organized the deployment of scouts and began preparing defensive strategies. Mrs Saturday and her cultivators set out arrays to cover Colobria City and Colobria Region. They utilized several defensive arrays, such as powerful barrier arrays, camouflage and concealment arrays, trap arrays, energy absorption arrays, and environmental arrays.

Mrs Saturday, with her high cultivation, uses elements like fire, water, earth, or wind to form a defensive shield and a protective barrier that blocks attacks and harmful energies. Elders 1 and 2, the subordinates of Mrs Saturday, release camouflage and concealment arrays and collaborate with the environmental array to create a dense fog to camouflage and conceal Colobria City and the slavery army faction from sight and spiritual detection. They also create illusions to mislead and confuse the attackers who enter the arrays.

On the other hand, Elders 3 and 4, other subordinates of Mrs Saturday, release trap and energy absorption arrays. Trap arrays trap and immobilize intruders who step into the array and trigger elemental attacks (fire, lightning, and other elements) when activated by intruders. Energy absorption arrays absorb and dissipate energy attacks and reduce their impact. They also absorb specific elemental attacks to strengthen the array or redirect the energy.

Cultivators, spiritual beings, and magic powers will become the biggest threat to conventional weapons based on science and technology. In the afternoon, UTS Enterprise and her carrier strike group (CSG) successfully escorted three auxiliary vessels of Geneva-Class to carry ten V-280M helicopters and other supplies and logistics for the legionnaires. Alongside UTS Enterprise, General Alexander Eisenhower came to Fortisregnum Empire after receiving information that the civil war would end soon. Secretary-General Hugo ordered General Eisenhower to help Colonel Ermey and Emperor Aurelius treat prisoners of war based on the Geneva Convention and the tribunal court for war criminals.

For safety reasons and possible aerial attacks of sea and air beasts, all VVIPs of United Terran were only escorted with CSG of available United Terran carriers. All aerial routes from United Terran are only feasible for military aircraft with high stealth technology and weaponry. For these reasons, General Eisenhower was not escorted by United Terran aircraft but by UTS Enterprise CSG. As the highest military leader of the United Terran, General Eisenhower could order all military assets of United Terran in the Fortisregnum Empire. So, Emperor Aurelius himself welcomed General Eisenhower in the Aeterna Dock.

"Welcome to Fortisregnum Empire, General Alexander Eisenhower. May Gods bless you." Emperor Aurelius greeted General Eisenhower and extended his hand.

"Thank you, Your Majesty." General Eisenhower salutes Emperor Aurelius and responds by shaking his hand.

Alongside Emperor Aurelius, Princess Julia and Lucien also escort the Emperor and greet General Eisenhower.

"Welcome to Aeterna City, General Eisenhower. This is our first meeting. I hope you can enjoy our service." Princess Julia welcomed and greeted General Eisenhower with a smile.

"Welcome, General Eisenhower. How are you today? I hope your day will be a good day." Lucien welcomed and greeted General Eisenhower.

"Thank you, Your Higness, Princess Julia. You are beautiful, like a crown jewel. Also, thank you for you, Sir Lucien. I hope both of you can formalize your relationship. Haha." General Eisenhower teased Lucien and Princess Julia.

"Haha, you are right, General Eisenhower. After this civil war, I plan to hold a royal wedding for my beloved daughter, and then I can have peace for the rest of my life." Emperor Aurelius said.

"Wow, that is a good idea, Your Majesty. So, to hasten the royal wedding, we must finish this civil war as soon as possible." General Eisenhower's response.

The old Emperor and General laughed heartedly while the young man's face turned red. Then Lucien tried to diversify the topic.

"General Eisenhower, please, we already prepared a car for you this way," Lucien said.

"A car? Hey boy, we are not in United Terran. We are in Fortisregnum Empire. I think you will escort me with horse carriage, right, Your Majesty?" General Eisenhower teased Lucien again.

"Haha, You are right. Sorry for my soon-to-be son-in-law. I will give you the best royal carriage. Guards, prepare a royal carriage for General Eisenhower." Emperor Aurelius ordered his royal guard to prepare the royal carriage.

After several minutes, the royal carriages arrived, and all the VVIPs entered the royal carriage. Several UT ISF and the royal guard protected the royal carriages for the escort, while the UT ISIA members were protected from the dark. Along the way, General Eisenhower felt amazed by the antiquity of Aeterna City. Even modern construction could not cover the antiquity of the city.

While General Eisenhower and the royal members were escorted to the Royal Palace, the soldiers and workers worked hard to unload the fuel, equipment, ammunition and weapons from the auxiliary vessel. The ten V-280M helicopters successfully take off with VTOL to the new Aeterna Military Airport for inspection before the flight to Pampoi City.

As the royal carriages made their way through the bustling streets of Aeterna City, General Eisenhower was captivated by the sights and sounds of a city steeped in history yet bustling with activity. Upon arriving at the grand Royal Palace, an impressive edifice adorned with intricate carvings and towering spires, General Eisenhower, Emperor Aurelius, Princess Julia, and Lucien were met with a formal reception. The palace guards, dressed in traditional regalia, stood at attention, their ceremonial weapons glinting in the afternoon sun.

A lavish banquet had been prepared inside the palace in honor of the General's arrival. Long tables laden with delicacies from across the empire stretched into the grand hall. The ceiling, adorned with frescoes depicting historical battles and legendary heroes, loomed high above, adding to the majestic ambiance of the setting.

As they settled into their seats, Emperor Aurelius raised his goblet and addressed the assembly. "Today, we honor not just the arrival of a distinguished guest but the enduring alliance between the United Terran and the Fortisregnum Empire. Let us toast our shared victories and the peace we hope to secure together." Emperor Aurelius's opening speech.

"Your Majesty, standing beside you and your people in this pivotal moment is an honor. The bonds forged in the crucible of war are unbreakable. To peace and prosperity! Glory to the United Terran and Fortisregnum Empire!" General Eisenhower stood up and responded with a firm voice.

The hall erupted in applause, and the banquet commenced. As the evening progressed, conversations flowed freely. Princess Julia and Lucien, now more relaxed, mingled with the guests, sharing stories and laughter.

After the banquet, Emperor Aurelius led General Eisenhower to a private chamber where they could discuss matters of state away from the revelry. The room, adorned with maps and strategic plans, was a testament to the Emperor's hands-on approach to governance.

"General, I appreciate your willingness to assist us in these trying times. The civil war has taken a toll on our people, and we must ensure that the transition to peace is handled with the utmost care. Also, this civil war interrupted your national First Novus Ordo Project." Emperor Aurelius began with appreciation and telling the effect of civil war on the United Terran First Novus Ordo Project.

"Your Majesty, your forces already have our modern, advanced weapons, vehicles, and aircraft. With those weapons, the legionnaires could finish this civil war immediately. We will ensure that the Geneva Convention is upheld and that those responsible for war crimes are brought to justice. My only request is that we work closely to ensure the safety and security of all involved." General Eisenhower nodded.

"Agreed. Colonel Ermey and my royal court have already begun preparations for the tribunal. Your expertise will be invaluable in these proceedings." Emperor Aurelius replied.

Forty pilots and crews of V-280M helicopters are ready at the New Aeterna Military Airport. General Eisenhower, Colonel Ermey, Major Richthofen, Septimius Severus and Heraclius inspecting the V-280M helicopters. For Septimius and Heraclius, the V-280M became the fourth aircraft from United Terran that landed at New Aeterna Military Airport. From Major Richthofen's information, V-280M has similar ages to F-42 and Mig-41. Heraclius knew about helicopters because he had already seen them in the United Terran during special training, but for Septimius, the V-280M is a new aircraft for him.

"Ladies and Gentleman, all of you here in Fortisregnum Empire to do transport and support missions for our allies to defeat the traitor in Colobria City. However, you must go to Pampoi City first to load the legionnaires and bring them to the Colobria Region. You are authorize to launch explosive AGMs to support the legionnaires. Nine V-280M will carry the legionnaires, and one V-280M will become a logistic transport." Colonel Ermey explains to the V-280M pilots and crews.

"Sir, I hear the enemy has large dragons. How can we defeat it if we did not carry AAMs?" A female pilot asked Colonel Ermey.

"For the dragons, Major Richthofen and legionnaires air unit will take care of them. All of you only focused on transport and give aerial support to the ground legionnaires." Colonel Ermey responds.

"Sir, my V-280M will be a logistic transport. Could we attach some AAM for protective action?" Another female pilot asked.

"Negative. Your helicopter will conduct logistic transport and also field commando. Maximus, the commander of legionnaires, will be in your helicopter to command his legions." Colonel Ermey responds.

There is a murmuring between female pilots and crew members about this mission. From the airport crews, they know that Maximus and some legionnaire's commanders are handsome and masculine men. The single ladies who joined the United Terran Air Force (UTAF) and joined the mission in foreign nations are curious about the legionnaires. Many female pilots who were sent to transport missions are single and curious about the men of the native of Luminarum.

Colonel Ermey only sighed. Why did the leader of UTAF send these single ladies on this mission? Maybe they thought that some ladies would find their love in the Fortisregnum Empire. Suddenly, General Eisenhower entered the room, and all the ladies panicked because the highest military leader of the United Terran inspected them.

General Eisenhower approached with authority and warmth as the ladies snapped to attention. He scanned the room, his eyes settling on the pilots and crew members before addressing them.

"Ladies and gentlemen. Your mission today is of utmost importance. The successful transport of legionnaires to the Colobria Region will be a significant step toward ending this civil war and establishing lasting peace in the Fortisregnum Empire. Remember, you represent not just the United Terran Air Force but the values and strength of our entire nation." General Eisenhower talked about the importance of this mission and their responsibility.

The pilots and crew members nodded, absorbing the weight of his words. They could feel General Eisenhower's strong leadership aura, and they could understand why he became the role model of the United Terran Army.

"I understand concerns about the enemy's dragons. While Major Richthofen and the legionnaires' air unit handle those threats, your focus must remain on the safe and efficient transport of troops and supplies. Trust in your training, your equipment, and your fellow soldiers." General Eisenhower continued to encourage the pilots and crews.

He paused, looking at the assembled group with a hint of a smile. "And, as for your personal curiosities about the legionnaires," he said, a twinkle in his eye, "let us not forget that professionalism and duty come first. However, if you do happen to make new friends along the way, consider it a bonus. For the male, you could make new friends with noble ladies or maybe your ideal girls in the Fortisregnum Empire. " General Eisenhower tried to calm the stiff condition.

The room filled with light laughter, easing the tension. Colonel Ermey stepped forward, ready to brief the pilots on the final details of the mission. "General Eisenhower is right. Let us stay focused and get the job done. We will be departing shortly, so make your final preparations."

The city of Pampoi was abuzz with activity. Legionnaires were assembling, ready to be transported to the front lines. Maximus and the legionnaires stood at the edge of the open field, his eyes scanning the horizon. Colonel Ermey informed them that new aerial transport vehicles would transport them to the Colobria Region.

As the V-280M helicopters approached, the legionnaires had already cleared the field for the helicopter's landing. The first helicopter landed, and Maximus stepped forward, greeted by the female pilot commanding the V-280 squadron. She saluted smartly, and he returned the gesture with a nod.

"Commander Maximus, welcome aboard. I am Captain Nadia Moore. My team and I are here to ensure you and your men reach Colobria safely," she said, her voice steady and confident.

"Thank you, Captain Moore. We appreciate your support." Maximus replied, his tone serious but respectful.

Initially, Maximus is quite surprised that the commander of the pilots is a female, not a male. In the Fortisregnum Empire, females only did domestic work, not military work. However, he understands this because, in the United Terran, females could join the military, and sometimes they rose to higher ranks.

Then, Maximus looked at Colonel Ermey, who was disembarking from V-280M. He politely asked Captain Moore to greet him, and Captain Moore understood. Maximus then saluted Colonel Ermey and greeted him.

"Greetings, Sir. Welcome to Pampoi City, Sir." Maximus salutes Colonel Ermey.

"At ease, Maximus. Today, I brought additional weapons, equipment, and new heavy weapons for the next mission." Colonel Ermey responds.

"New heavy weapons? What kind of heavy weapons, Sir?" Maximus is curious about the new weapons.

"These are Thales STARStreak II MANPADS and FGM-148 Javelin Manpats to fight enemy dragons in the Colobria Region." Colonel Ermey said.

"This Javelin is quite more advanced than our Panzerfaust 3, Sir. However, this weapon is more heavier than Panzerfaust 3." Maximus responds.

"You are right, Maximus. These Manpats could destroy the enemy's main battle tank and land dragons. I hear your legionnaires successfully captured some enemy main battle tanks. We could use those tanks as our practice target." Colonel Ermey said.

Maximus then called Lucullus and Commander Konstantinov and introduced Colonel Ermey to them. Colonel Ermey knows about Lucullus because he is Colonel Rommel's mentee during tank special training. However, Konstantinov resembles Russian with a Russian accent while talking in a common language.

"Colonel Ermey, this is Lucullus, our armored unit commander, and this is Konstantinov, Black Shadow tank commander from the People's Republic of Uroslav. Gentlemen, this is Colonel Ermey, military Attaché of United Terran for Fortisregnum Empire." Maximus introduced Colonel Ermey to Konstantinov.

Konstantinov is quite surprised to see a high-ranking officer from United Terran, a new nation that supports legionnaires in defeating Black Shadow in the battle. He sees Colonel Ermey as a mixture of Amarilonian and Angles people.

"Good day, Gentlemen. I am Colonel Ermey. As Maximus said, I am a military Attaché for Fortisregnum Empire. Commander Konstantinov, I assume you are a tank commander in the People's Republic of Uroslav, right?" Colonel Ermey introduced himself and asked about Konstaninov.

"Yes, Sir. My name is Anatoly Konstantinov. I am an ex-tank commander of the armored unit of PRU. However, now I am a prisoner of war of the legionnaires because my leader already surrendered to Legatus Maximus." Konstantinov introduced himself.

"I see. So, those tanks resemble T-72 are your unit tank, right?" Colonel Ermey asked again.

"Yes. Stalinium 80 or Sta-80 MBT is our main battle tank, Sir." Konstantinov responds.

"What? Stalinium? Why does your MBT name resemble the soviet dictator Joseph Stalin? Also, you have a Russian and Slavic name. Is this a coincidence?" Colonel Ermey was surprised after hearing the series name of PRU MBT.

"Hmm, Joseph Stalin, huh? I do not know who Joseph Stalin was. Stalin was the founder of the tank industry in my motherland." Konstantinov responds.

"I see. This is interesting information. We need your Sta-80 MBT as our practice target. Could you approve it?" Colonel Ermey politely asked Konstantinov.

"I am now a mere prisoner of war and do not have authority. Legatus Maximus have the full authority as the spoil of war." Konstantinov responds.

Hearing Konstantinov responds, Colonel Ermey is relieved because he can directly order Maximus as his subordinate.

"Maximus and Lucullus, Both of you prepare your new weapons, and we will shoot them to the Sta-80 MBT." Colonel Ermey ordered.

"Yes, Sir." Maximus and Lucullus responds.

Konstantinov is quite surprised, looking at Maximus obediently to Colonel Ermey's order. In terms of rank, Maximus resemble a Major General in modern military rank. However, he still obeys the orders of Colonel Ermey, whose rank is lower than his. Unknown to Konstantinov, Colonel Ermey is called "Demon Drill Officer," so all legionnaires and UT ISF who train under him will respect him regarding all of their ranks.

After several minutes, a Sta-80 MBT parked in the designed location while Colonel Ermey and the legionnaires were already 2000 meters from the target location. Colonel Ermey explained about the Javelin ATGM and how to operate it. After the explanation, he shows how to aim and fire the Javelin. The missiles then launch and fly to the Sta-80 as the target.

The missile soared through the air, leaving a trail of smoke behind it. The Sta-80 MBT stood still in the distance, its steel hull gleaming under the midday sun. The Javelin's warhead struck the tank precisely, creating a deafening explosion and a plume of fire and smoke. The force of the impact sent shrapnel flying, and the once formidable tank was reduced to a smoldering wreck.

Colonel Ermey lowered the Javelin launcher and turned to face the legionnaires, his face betraying a hint of satisfaction.

"That, gentlemen, is the power of modern anti-tank weaponry. With these tools, you will have a significant advantage against the enemy's armored divisions and their dragons. Even without your heavy armament and main battle tanks, these anti-tank guided missiles can destroy and kill enemy dragons." Colonel Ermey said, his voice cutting through the dissipating smoke.

Maximus and Lucullus exchanged glances, clearly impressed by the demonstration. With these more advanced infantry weapons, they could defeat enemy dragons without the help of Flakpanzer Gepard and Panther II.

"Thank you, Sir. These weapons will undoubtedly boost our capabilities in the upcoming battles," Maximus said, appreciating the Javelin's performance.

"Indeed. Now, I want each of you to practice with the Javelin and the STARStreak. Familiarize yourselves with their operation and ensure your men are proficient in their use. We cannot afford any mistakes when facing the enemy." Colonel Ermey responds and orders the legionnaires to train as fast as possible.

Thanks to the previous military training with Panzerfaust 3, the legionnaires only learned the operational procedure of Javelin and Starstreak. They could also utilize enhanced memory magic to understand faster than ordinary soldiers without magic.

As the legionnaires began training, Captain Nadia Moore approached Maximus again. "Commander Maximus, it is clear your men are well-disciplined and capable. I have no doubt they will master these new weapons quickly."Captain Moore said.

"Thank you, Captain. Please call me Maximus. Your confidence is appreciated. Moreover, thank you for ensuring our transport was smooth and efficient." Maximus smiled while responding to Captain Moore's question.

Captain Moore immensely blushed while looking at Maximus, who smiled. She thinks of Maximus as a muscular and masculine but gentle man.

"It was our duty, Commander Maximus. We will be ready to provide aerial support when needed. The United Terran forces stand with you." Captain Moore replied.

"Please, call me Maximus, Captain Moore, " Maximus said.

"If you insist I call you Maximus, please call me Nadia, not Captain Moore." Captain Moore is also stubborn and insists on calling her Nadia.

Maximus was quite surprised to see a beautiful woman who was strong like Captain Moore. All noble ladies in the Fortisregnum Empire tempt and pursue Maximus, only weak women who only care about their external beauty, not internal beauty. Maybe Nadia is not elegant like a noble lady, but she has an inner beauty and power that attracts the alpha sense of Maximus.

Maximus nodded, feeling a surge of determination and a strange feeling. His heart was warm while he looked at Nadia's smile. Maybe both relations would become another symbol of the two nations' relationships than Lucien and Princess Julia. The alliance with the United Terran was proving invaluable, and he knew that with their support, they stood a better chance of victory in the Colobria Region.

Maximus nodded, his gaze unwavering. "We will not fail, Colonel. The legionnaires are prepared to do whatever it takes to secure victory."

"I do not doubt that. Remember, we fight not just for ourselves but for the future of the Fortisregnum Empire and the United Terran. Together, we will overcome any obstacle." Colonel Ermey placed a hand on Maximus's shoulder.

"Ah, what do you think about Captain Nadia Moore?" Colonel Ermey asked.

"She is a strong and beautiful woman. Maybe she is equivalent to Heraclius in terms of aerial combat power." Maximus responds.

"Haha, so you are not a tough nut to crack, huh? Rest assured, Maximus. We will try to do our best to support you." Colonel Ermey tease Maximus.

"Thank you, Sir. Your support is more than enough." Maximus did not understand Colonel Ermey's meaning.

Colonel Ermey only smiled and left Maximus alone. He then goes to the command room to report the incoming battle to General Eisenhower in Aeterna City.

However, to keep Maximus's pride and authority, Colonel Ermey lets Maximus wait to receive the letter of response from Senator Brutus.

Suddenly, communication from the Command Center in Aeterna City ping and informs Colonel Ermey.

"Colonel Ermey, this is Command Center. We detected an unknown energy barrier and strange fogs around Colobria City and the Colobria Region. General Eisenhower ordered you to postpone the assault today." Lieutenant Inzaghi responds.

"What? I understand if fog is because Colobria Region in mountainous terrain, but what is this energy barrier? Could you contact Johnny to contact our native agents in Colobria City?" Colonel Ermey ordered Lieutenant Inzaghi.

"Negative, Sir. Mr Bean cannot even contact native agents in the Colobria Region. However, the heart rate data of the native agents is still under the normal range, so they are still alive and okay. We assume the energy barrier interferes with communication, so we cannot communicate with the native agents." Lieutenant Inzaghi responds.

"Could you study what type of energy barrier and analyze it?" Colonel Ermey asked.

"Yes, I already know that from Lieutenant Inzaghi. I ordered you to postpone the assault. We will wait until tomorrow. If the barrier still exists tomorrow, we will try to destroy it first with legionnaires missiles." General Eisenhower ordered Colonel Ermey and the Legionnaires to postpone the attack.

"Understood, we will postpone the attacks." Colonel Ermey responds.

Colonel Ermey responds that they must cautiously if they want to go against an unknown phenomenon like magic.

Suddenly, one of the legionnaires familiar with magic and spiritual powers told Maximus they could discuss this with the Fortisregnum Empire Archmage in Aeterna City, Apollonius. Maximus reported this information to Colonel Ermey, and Colonel Ermey reported it to General Eisenhower in Aeterna City. With the order of the Emperor, Apollonius was called to the Royal Palace to discuss the strange energy barrier and magic phenomenon in the Colobria Region.

Apollonius, whom the Emperor invited, arrived at the Royal Palace with his disciples. Emperor Aurelius, General Eisenhower, Lucien, Princess Julia, and Ambassador Mussolini were already discussed in the royal palace.

"Thank you for the approval, Your Majesty. This is the picture and video of the strange barrier that covers Colobria City and the strange fog phenomenon around the Colobria Region. We assume this is the magic barrier and strange fog phenomenon also caused by magic power. Therefore, we need experts about magic in Fortisregnum Empire, Mr. Apollonius and Prof Einstein, as our Head of the Department of Science and Technology to respond to it regarding science." General Eisenhower showed pictures and videos of the magic barrier and fog around the Colobria Region.

"We should combine our technological capabilities with Mr. Apollonius' magical expertise to thoroughly map out the barrier's structure. Once we understand it better, we can develop a strategy that minimizes risk and maximizes our chances of success." Professor Einstein elaborated further

General Eisenhower understood this but could not delay or prolong this civil war. Secretary-General ordered him to finish this Fortisregnum Empire civil war immediately. Hugo wants to stabilize the region in the Great Eastern region before opening United Terran to the other nations in Luminarum. He ordered General Eisenhower to do what was necessary to finish the civil war, even to utilize the weapons in UTS Enterprise CSG. However, General Eisenhower knew the unknown possibility could impact the United Terran in the future. So, he chooses to solve this problem carefully, even though he must postpone the attack until they know how to weaken and destroy the barrier and magical phenomenon.

"Professor Einstein, what happens if we utilize our plasma ICBM from our submarine or plasma missiles from our cruisers to destroy the barrier?" General Eisenhower asked Professor Einstein and tried to ask with the worst condition possibility.

"What? Do you want to utilize our plasma ICBM?" Professor Einstein was surprised by General Eisenhower's option.

If they utilize plasma weapons, it is possible to destroy the barrier. Not only will it cause significant damage for the people of Colobria City as the hostage, but I fear that if this information leaks out, the hyperpower nation like the United States of Amarilon and the People's Republic of Uroslav will also feel threatened by the United Terran existence." Emperor Aurelius, hearing this, looked concerned about his people's safety and the potential conflict between the United Terran and hyperpower nations.

General Eisenhower understood the Emperor's concern and nodded. He also knew that utilizing plasma ICBM would cause the hyperpower and superpower nations to feel threatened by the existence of the United Terran. If they feel threatened and hostile to the United Terran, the diplomatic approach would be more complicated and potentially impact the economic, social, and international relations with the nations in Luminarum.

"Your Majesty, we aim to resolve this conflict with minimal loss of life. We will consider plasma ICBMs as a last resort. For now, let us focus on a more measured approach." General Eisenhower said.

"I agree, General. We need to understand the barrier's structure and energy flow first. This will require a combined effort from both our magical practitioners and your scientists." Apollonius felt a sense of relief at the General's words and was more focused on the collaboration.

Hearing General Eisenhower suggest using plasma ICBM, Professor Einstein asked him about United Terran neutrality.

"General, are you sure we will utilize our weapons to help the legionnaires?" Professor Einstein asked.

"If the enemy does not utilize large-scale magic and surrender peacefully, we will stay neutral. However, the sudden appearance of this energy barrier will significantly impact and prolong this civil war. Also, the Secretary-General ordered me to finish the civil war immediately to continue the progress of the First Novus Ordo Project. He is also already authorized to utilize our weapons if unknown conditions happen. Now, an unknown condition happened." General Eisenhower explained.

Professor Einstein proposes a suggestion because Secretary-General Hugo has already authorized General Eisenhower.

"If the Secretary-General already authorizes you, I have a suggestion. We must postpone the attack and study this magical and spiritual energy barrier. Tonight, I will fly to the Fortisregnum Empire. Master Arcturus continued his demonstration, raising his hands to summon a swirling windstorm in the courtyard. The air churned, forming a mini cyclone that lifted debris and swirled it around in a mesmerizing dance.

"One common application of air magic is the creation of protective barriers. By generating a wind wall, a mage can deflect projectiles or shield themselves from attacks," he explained.

He then created a gentle breeze that carried a small, fluttering feather across the courtyard.

"Air magic can also be used for more delicate tasks, such as guiding objects or creating soothing environments. The key is to master the subtleties of airflow and pressure." He continued while showing the use of air magic.

"How does one train to harness the power of air so precisely?" Fascinated, Professor Tesla asked.

"Training involves a combination of physical exercises and meditative practices. Practitioners often spend time attuning themselves to the rhythms of the wind, learning to feel its flow and direction. Visualization techniques help in controlling the wind's force and direction." Master Arcturus responded.

He guided the group through a series of exercises, encouraging them to feel the wind's flow and practice manipulating it with their hands. As they engaged in these exercises, the courtyard filled with a symphony of winds, each mage experimenting with their newfound skills.

With its dynamic and fluid nature, the air magic section offered a refreshing contrast to the grounded stability of earth magic. As the scientific team explored and studied, they found the versatility and elegance of air magic and were eager to integrate their understanding of these elemental forces into their studies.

After their study in air magic, Master Arcturus guided the group to the section dedicated to fire magic. As they approached, the temperature noticeably rose, and the air shimmered with heat. Flames danced in controlled bonfires, casting a warm, flickering light across the area.

"Welcome to the domain of fire magic. Fire magic is a powerful and dynamic form of elemental magic that embodies energy, transformation, and passion." Master Arcturus's instruction about fire magic, his voice carrying a mix of excitement and reverence.

He extended his hand, and a small flame ignited at his fingertips, growing steadily into a swirling fireball.

"Fire magic is about harnessing and directing the primal energy of flames. It's a force of creation and destruction, requiring precision and control." He explained about fire magic.

Master Arcturus demonstrated this by conjuring a series of fire constructs—an inferno that formed into intricate shapes and patterns.

"Fire magic can be used for various applications. It can create powerful offensive spells, such as fireballs or flamethrowers in combat. In practical terms, it can aid in tasks such as forging weapons, heating environments, or providing light and warmth." he explained about the application of magic fire

He then directed his attention to a cauldron of water. With a wave of his hand, the water began to boil and evaporate, leaving steam in its wake.

"This demonstrates the transformation aspect of fire magic. By applying heat, we can change the state of materials, a fundamental principle in many magical and practical applications."

"What are the key considerations for safely practicing fire magic?" Not wanting to lose with Professor Tesla, Professor Einstein also asked Master Arcturus.

"Safety is paramount. Practitioners must understand fire behaviour deeply and maintain strict control over their spells. Training involves exercises to regulate the intensity and spread of flames. Additionally, protective measures and safety protocols are crucial to prevent accidents and ensure the responsible use of fire magic." Master Arcturus nodded about the safety of fire magic.

He led the group through drills, where they practised creating and controlling small flames. Each mage focused on mastering the delicate balance between power and control, guided by Master Arcturus's expertise.

As the group continued their exploration, they marvelled at fire magic's raw energy and transformative power. Flames' vibrant and intense nature offered a stark contrast to the fluid and gentle qualities of air magic, each element showcasing its unique strengths and applications.

"Now we will go to the last element of magic, the water magic." He guided the scientific team to this elemental magic.

With their exploration of fire magic complete, Master Arcturus led the group to the final section of the elemental training grounds dedicated to water magic. As they approached, the sound of flowing water and the sight of shimmering pools and fountains greeted them. The area was serene, with the gentle lapping of water creating a soothing ambiance.

"Welcome to the domain of water magic. Water magic represents adaptability, fluidity, and renewal. It is a versatile element that flows and changes, embodying the essence of transformation and balance." Master Arcturus said, his voice calm and measured.

He extended his hands over a tranquil pool, and the water began to rise, forming elegant shapes and patterns in the air before settling back into the pool.

"Water magic is about harnessing and manipulating the properties of water. It involves controlling its flow, shape, and state." He explained.

Master Arcturus demonstrated the diverse applications of water magic by creating a series of impressive effects. He summoned a gentle rain that fell over the courtyard, then changed it into a swirling vortex of water that danced and twirled in mid-air.

"Water magic is incredibly versatile. It can create water-based attacks in combat, such as powerful jets or whirlpools. In practical applications, it can be employed for irrigation, purification, or even creating calming environments." he explained the application of water magic.

He then demonstrated how to freeze water into intricate ice sculptures and, with a simple gesture, melt them back into liquid.

"This shows the transformative nature of water magic. Practitioners can shift between different states of water to suit their needs." He explained the capability of water magic.

"What are the primary considerations for mastering water magic?" Professor Einstein observed intently and asked Master Arcturus.

"Mastery of water magic involves understanding the element's fluid nature and learning to control its various states. Practitioners must practice maintaining balance and flow, as water's adaptability can sometimes make it unpredictable. Training includes exercises in shaping and directing water and managing its transitions between solid, liquid, and gas forms." Master Arcturus replied.

He guided the group through exercises where they practiced manipulating water, shaping it into different forms, and controlling its flow. The apprentices of Master Arcturus and Apollonius experimented with creating gentle ripples, powerful jets, and intricate ice designs, gaining hands-on experience with the fluid and adaptable nature of water magic.

As they wrapped up their session, the scientific group felt complete in their understanding of the four elemental magics. Each element—earth, air, fire, and water—offered unique insights and abilities, showcasing the diverse ways in which the fundamental forces of nature could be harnessed and directed.

With their newfound knowledge and skills, Professor Einstein, Professor Tesla, and the scientific team left the elemental training grounds with a deeper appreciation for the magical arts and the profound connection between magic and the natural world of Luminarum.

The scientists were captivated, taking extensive notes and discussing the potential applications and integrations of these magical principles with their technology.

After the demonstration, Apollonius addressed the scientific team about the complex of fundamental elements, even for ordinary magicians and wizards.

"These are the fundamental elements, but magic is much more complex and diverse. We aim to help you understand the mechanics, philosophy, and spirituality behind magic." Apollonius said.

"Thank you, Mr. Apollonius and Master Arcturus. This knowledge is invaluable. We look forward to integrating these principles with our scientific research to create something groundbreaking." Professor Einstein nodded thoughtfully.

As the session concluded, the team was given time to study and experiment with the fundamental magic with the apprentices under the guidance of the archwizards. The collaboration between science and magic had begun, and both sides were eager to see the fruits of their combined efforts.

Later that evening, Professor Tesla approached Professor Einstein as the scientists retired to their quarters.

"Professor Einstein, if the prophecy is true and the Great Ancient Devil Empire returns, we must be prepared. We need to accelerate our research and find a way to merge our technology with the magic we have learned." Professor Tesla said.

"I agree, Professor Tesla. The stakes are higher than ever. However, with the knowledge we are gaining here, we have a fighting chance. Let us make the most of it. Maybe if we could learn magic from superpower and hyperpower nations, it will significantly boosted our understanding about magic." Professor Einstein replied, his mind racing with possibilities.

Magic Sanctuary, Aeterna Region, 7 May 2141 / 7 Maius 1841, 08:00 AM

In the morning, Professor Einstein and the scientific team bring their advanced research device to Magic Sanctuary. Today, they will try to test their theory about the similarities between dualism in electrons and magic and spiritual barriers. They will ask Apollonius and Master Arcturus to show them the magic barrier and tell them about its weaknesses.

"Mr. Apollonius and Master Arcturus, today we will try to test our theory about the magic and spiritual barrier. We assume the energy barrier from magic and spiritual power has weak points, so we will try to find and learn to simulate it." Professor Einstein explained.

"I understand, Professor Einstein. However, before we start, may I ask you questions? What are those devices? Could you explain the device you will use to test your theory?" Apollonius asked Professor Einstein.

Then Professor Einstein called a UT ISF bodyguard to carry modified anti-tank guided missiles from Javelin ATGM with explosive warheads. The warhead contains the highest explosive non-nuclear materials, nano-ONC (octanictrocubane).

"This is ATGM that your legionnaires will use. We will simulate if these weapons can damage and destroy the energy barrier based on magic and spiritual power. We need only to shoot at the small scale of the barrier. Master Arcturus, could you transfer your energy barrier to an object so we did not shoot you?" Professor Einstein explained.

"All right, Professor Einstein. The energy barrier will be smaller and weaker because we only share energy limited to other objects." Master Arcturus said.

"That is no problem. We only need to test and simulate the solutions for the energy barrier problem." Professor Tesla said.

"All right, here we go." Master Arcturus start the test.

Then, Master Arcturus chants a strange language that is unknown to Professor Einstein and the scientific team. Suddenly, light energy appears in the object and creates an energy shield. As Master Arcturus said, the energy barrier is smaller than if Master Arcturus used it for himself.

The scientific team was amazed when they looked directly at the magic, spiritual shield. Then, Professor Einstein told his team, Professor Michael Heisenberg, to operate the portable Quantum Resonance Electron Analyzer (QREA). The portable QREA is a lite version of QREA with more limited functions than standard QREA. However, it is still the most advanced and modern electron detector in the United Terran.

The Quantum Resonance Electron Analyzer (QREA) is an advanced and modern device that detects and analyses electrons interacting with objects. Utilizing principles of quantum mechanics and resonance detection, the QREA provides precise, real-time data on electron behavior and energy states. It uses entangled particles to detect electron interactions remotely and measures quantum resonance frequencies and energy states of electrons. QREA produces detailed, three-dimensional maps of electron distributions and interactions. Also, it provides instant feedback and visualization of electron energy, density, and movement.

Then, Prof Heisenberg turns on the portable QREA to detect electrons from the magic energy shield. After several minutes, the portable QREA monitors show several electrons in the magic energy barrier. One of the units that QREA uses is a standard electron volt (eV), which will be automatically converted to an energy unit in joules (J).

Professor Einstein and Professor Tesla have a theory that magic and spiritual power in Luminarum can be described using a scientific approach. They chose to use electrons over other physical particles like protons, neutrons, quarks, gauge bosons, and other advanced particles because of familiarity and understanding by the people in the United Terran. Also, electrons interact strongly with electromagnetic fields, making them suitable for describing energy like magic and spiritual power.

The QREA shows that the center of the magic barrier has more concentrated electrons than the other side of the energy shield. The QREA detector shows that the magic shield's centre has 6.242x10^25 electron volts (eV) or 10 Megajoules (MJ). Meanwhile, the other side of the barrier has a range of electrons from 1.248x10^25 eV to 3.121 x 10^25 eV or equivalent to 2 – 5 MJ. (1 J = 6.242x10^18 eV)

Professor Einstein is quite surprised by the result. 10 MJ is strong enough if we convert it to the term of explosive. 10 MJ is equivalent to 2.39 kg of TNT, and this energy can cause significant damage to an explosion. Master Arcturus said the shared energy barrier is weaker than the standard energy barrier for the caster. Professor Einstein assumed that if Master Arcturus had used the energy barrier for himself, the center magic barrier would have had more than 10 MJ. Master Arcturus is an archwizard from the weakest nation in terms of magic. How about the power of the archwizards from the strongest magic nations?

Then, Professor Einstein ordered the UT ISF soldiers to shoot the ATGM. The warhead of ATGM used 3 kg of nano-ONC. Standard ONC explosive has a high energy density in the 7.1 – 8.4 kJ/g range with a detonation velocity of around 10,100 m/s [3]. Nano-ONC is 30% more potent than standard ONC, so the energy density is 9.23 to 10.92 kJ/g, and the detonation velocity is around 13,130 m/s. So, a 3 kg warhead of nano-ONC is equivalent to 32.76 MJ. Based on this data, the professors assume the ATGM can damage and destroy the magic barrier.

As the professor predicted, the ATGM rocket can destroy the magic barrier. The missile's explosives are quite massive and cause devastating damage around it. This happens because the explosive's energy (32.76 MJ) is higher than the magic barrier's highest energy (10 MJ).

Now, the professor asks Master Arcturus to use the magic energy barrier on himself. Then, Master Arcturus chant the spell again, and the bigger magic barrier appears to protect Master Arcturus. From the QREA detector, the center of the magic barrier is 2.809 x 10^26 eV or equivalent to 45 MJ. The other side of the magic barrier has 2.185 x 10^26 to 2.497 x 10^26 eV or equivalent to 35 – 40 MJ. Based on this calculation, the magic barrier of Master Arcturus is capable of withstanding ATGM damage.

"Master Arcturus, do you want to test with yourself? Based on our calculation, you will withstand your magic barrier. Also, do you have some kind of healing magic? If yes, it will reduce the risk of some shrapnel or heat from the explosion. I suggest you utilize a double barrier from water magic to dissipate heat from the explosion." Professor Tesla asks Master Arcturus.

"That is an interesting idea. For magic and science, I will do what I can. Come, shoot me with your ATGM. I already live long enough. Death for the progress of magic and science is not a bad idea." Master Arcturus is ready to die for magic and science, like a crazy scientist.

Without further ado, the UT ISF bodyguard reloaded the new missile to the command launch unit (CLU) and prepared to shoot Master Arcturus. After Master Arcturus gives the sign, the UT ISF bodyguard launches the missile to target Master Arcturus' magic barrier. Just like the professor's assumption, the missile cannot damage the magic barrier of Master Arcturus because the magic barrier has higher energy than explosive energy from the missile explosion. Even though the barrier cannot damage the magic shield, the massive heat from the explosion could be transported through radiation. Fortunately, Master Arcturus could utilize water magic to dissipate the heat from the explosion.

Professor Einstein was happy about this result because they could understand the magic with a scientific approach. However, one problem appears. Archwizard from the weakest magic nation can withstand ATGM damage. How is the power of an archwizard from the strongest magic nation? Fortunately, Archwizard is relatively rare compared to ordinary wizards and magicians. The barrage of ATGM still could defeat Archwizard like Master Arcturus, or when their mana depleted, they could easily defeated by advanced guns and weapons.

Initially, Professor Einstein wanted to utilize plasma weapons and rail guns to break the Magic Barrier if the QREA could not detect electrons from it. However, because they can detect and calculate electrons from the Magic Barrier, they can predict the effect of plasma weapons and rail guns based on their plasma and kinetic energy.

The explosive weapons test result on the magic barrier and QREA's ability to detect electrons from the magic barrier significantly impacted the incoming battle against magic and spiritual power from the Black Shadow in Colobria City. General Eisenhower was then sent this result to propose a proper strategy against the massive spiritual barriers in Colobria City.

The battle for Colobria City will begin, and the final battle of the Fortisregnum Empire civil war will determine the fate of Fortisregnum Empire, Black Shadow and United Terran in the future.
