Ensure that full stealth and camouflage are conducted during the mission to prevent the leakage of information about our advanced stealth fighters." General Eisenhower ordered Admiral Nimitz.

"Two squadrons of F-95C? Are you sure, General?" Admiral Nimitz is quite surprised by General Eisenhower's order.

"Yes, Admiral. Sent your best pilots to defeat this massive black dragon. If the missiles from the aircraft are insufficient, send cruise missiles from the cruisers and submarines. We need to defeat this massive dragon before it causes more damage." General Eisenhower's response.

"What do you mean, General?" Emperor Aurelius asked General Eisenhower. Even though he did not know what kind of airstrikes United Terran conducted, he knew these airstrikes would be more devastating than previous attacks to destroy the spiritual barriers around Colobria City.

"Previously, I can assure you that we could reduce the collateral damage when we fight the Black Shadow. However, with the appearance of this massive dragon, I cannot assure you we can reduce the collateral damage. We also estimate that we will suffer casualties from our forces when fighting the massive dragon with their current weapons and equipment. In conclusion, we will send our standard forces, and their attack will have a chance of destroying the dragon alongside the Colobria City and its people." General Eisenhower could only provide a realistic and worse outcome if they utilized airstrikes with their current advanced weapons.

Emperor Aurelius knew that every war and battle would cause casualties for soldiers and civilians. However, he did not know the destruction scale of plasma weapons. He only knew some people of Colobria City would become martyrs against the traitor and Black Shadow.

"What is the scale of collateral damage from your forces attack, General?" Emperor Aurelius asked General Eisenhower.

Dark Calamity Dragon finally descends above Colobria City after all the life and death energy of the people in Colobria Region transforms into the dragon's body. Mrs Saturday, Elder Kwak, Elder Liao and all Black Shadow cultivators have already run out of their Qi. Even though they successfully summoned the Dark Calamity Dragon, Mrs Saturday feels guilty about summoning the calamity dragon in Fortisregnum Empire. As the orthodox cultivator, she is prohibited from summoning the calamity dragon because it will bring destruction to the land. While Captain Moore and her pilots are preparing their hellfire missiles to target possible weak points, Maximus and his legionnaires are also preparing their Startreak II MANPADS to attack the calamity dragon. With decisive and tactical action, Maximus and the legionnaires positioned themselves in secure locations to target the calamity dragon. Fortunately, the dragon was still passive and not moving, so it helped Maximus and Captain Moore target several possible weak points. After the MANPADS had already shot, Maximus ordered Valerius and his heavy infantry unit to target several possible weak points.

"Valerius, you and your heavy infantry units are responsible for utilizing the MANPADS to attack the dragons. Ensure that the target is precisely hit based on the estimated locations." Maximus ordered Valerius.

The Dark Calamity Dragon's presence cast a shadow over the land, its form pulsating with the energy of countless souls sacrificed in its summoning. The once serene skies of Colobria City were now filled with ominous darkness as if the heavens themselves lamented the tragedy unfolding below.

The dragon's eyes glowed with an eerie light, scanning the battlefield as if searching for its first prey. Every heartbeat echoed like thunder in the ears of those present, each pulse a reminder of the inevitable devastation to come.

"Maximus. We have confirmation that the dragon's heart and underbelly are potentially vulnerable, but we must be precise. Any mistake could cost us dearly. Godspeed, Legatus." Colonel Ermey informs Maximus through his communication device, bringing him back to the reality of the situation.

Maximus acknowledged the information, his mind racing as he formulated the plan.

"Valerius, position your units according to the coordinates provided. We need to synchronize our attacks to maximize the impact. We only have a limited chance before the dragon retaliates against us." Maximus ordered Valerius.

"Understood, Legatus. We are already in the position, awaiting your orders to fire the missiles." Valerius replied, his voice steady despite the overwhelming tension. His heavy infantry units, armed with the MANPADS, had already arrived at designated locations, each soldier acutely aware of the responsibility that lay on their shoulders.

Captain Moore and her squadron of UTAF pilots completed their preparations, and the Hellfire missiles locked onto the dragon's potential weak points. The Brave Heart Buff from Plotinus coursed through their veins, dispelling the fear that had once gripped them. They were ready.

"On my mark," Maximus's voice cut through the silence. "Three... two... one... Fire!"

The night sky was lit by the streaks of missiles launched from all directions of Valerius's heavy infantry units and UTAF helicopters. The Starstreak II MANPADS units fired in unison, their missiles hurtling towards the dragon with deadly precision. The Hellfire missiles from Captain Moore's squadron followed, aimed directly at the dragon's heart and underbelly.

For a moment, the time seemed to stand still. The missiles closed the distance in seconds, but it felt like an eternity to those watching. Then, the impact. Explosions erupted on the dragon's massive form, engulfing it in flames and smoke. The roar that followed was deafening, so powerful that it shook the earth beneath them. The dragon thrashed in pain, its immense body convulsing as the attacks found their mark. However, it was not defeated. The explosive energy from Hellfire and Startreak II missiles cannot defeat the mighty calamity dragon.

"Allah is Mighty. The first salvo of missiles cannot defeat the enemy. Squads, prepare the next salvo." Captain Moore was shocked that the first salvo of Hellfires missiles could not defeat the calamity dragon, so she ordered her squadron to launch more Hellfires missiles.

Then, Captain Moore and her V-280M squadrons launch other Hellfire missiles to defeat the mighty calamity dragon. However, the calamity dragon is aware of the second incoming attack, releasing a massive spiritual shield to block and destroy all the missiles. Unfortunately, the spiritual shield could destroy all the missiles and leave the calamity dragon unscathed. Even though the missile attack unscathed the calamity dragon, Captain Moore and the satellite operator could capture the spiritual shield and analyze it with an advanced Quantum Resonance Electron Analyzer (QREA).

The QREA detects electron emissions from particles interacting with the calamity dragon's spiritual shield. It calculates the dragon's power based on the amount of electron emissions from the spiritual barrier. The electron emission data is then calculated to obtain the estimated energy needed to destroy the dragon's spiritual barrier.

After the second salvo of missiles, the calamity dragon is more angry with the UTAF and legionnaires. With a fury, the Dark Calamity Dragon prepared to unleash its counterattack on the legionnaires and UTAF. The wave of dark energy radiated and charged started from its spike on the dorsal in the tail until the mouth of the calamity dragon. Maximus, aware of the incoming, suddenly informs the legionnaires.

"Legionnaires, watch out for the incoming attack. Evade it!" Maximus gave the order with a scream.

Unfortunately, the charged spiritual energy from the calamity dragon resembles the atomic breath of the king of the monsters already finished, releasing it to the north side of Colobria City. When firing the spiritual ray, only the head of the calamity dragon is unprotected by the spiritual shield. The calamity dragon's spiritual ray obliterated several unfortunate legionnaires and the city people. This attack became the first massive legionnaire's casualties during a battle with modern and advanced weapons from the United Terran and the first battle against a massive spiritual beast.

The legionnaires lost more than twenty people alongside STG 44M assault rifles, MG 42M machine guns, Gewehr 43M rifles, two Startreak II CLU MANPADS with two missiles, and five Javelin ATGM with several missiles. To make it worse, the explosion of the remaining missiles from Startreak II MANPADS and Javelin ATGM caused additional damage.

The spiritual attack of the calamity dragon also destroyed the city walls on the north side. Because the population area of Colobria City is located on the north side, the destruction caused by the spiritual ray killed thousands of people who could not evacuate themselves. The death energy of the fallen legionnaires and city people strengthened the calamity dragon and healed the previous wound from the missile attack.

Maximus, Plotinus, the remaining legionnaires and the UTAF pilots were shocked because the calamity dragon's single attack could obliterate the target attack area. Admiral John Nimitz suffered a headache because of the sudden appearance of the Dark Calamity Dragon. General Eisenhower ordered them to launch two squadrons of F-95C as soon as possible to fight and defeat the calamity dragon. However, they are under non-combat conditions, so they need more time to prepare the fighters and load the ammunition into F-95Cs.

"Captain Mugiwara, how long we could launch the squadrons of F-95C? General Eisenhower already ordered us to launch F-95C immediately and defeat this massive black dragon." Admiral Nimitz asked Captain Mugiwara Lutfi, Captain of UTS Enterprise.

Its eyes burned with malevolent intent, and the air cracked with dark energy.

Plotinus, his face etched with determination, continued to gather mana for his ultimate attack. The air around him shimmered as the magical energy built to critical levels, his body trembling from the immense power coursing through him. He knew this attack could be their last hope, but it had to be delivered precisely, and every moment counted, as the dragon's next strike could spell the end for all of them.

"Maximus, we cannot afford another loss like this. If Plotinus's attack does not land, we might not get another chance. We need a distraction to buy us enough time for Plotinus to finish." Colonel Ermey's voice crackled over the communication device, filled with urgency.

Maximus, standing amid the rubble with his legionnaires, glanced at the smoking remains of the northern city walls. The dragon had to be distracted, even if it meant risking everything.

"Understood, Colonel. Legionnaires, prepare for a diversionary assault. We need to draw its attention away from Plotinus." Maximus replied, his voice steady despite the odds.

The legionnaires, bloodied and battered but resolute, readied their remaining weapons. Even with their diminished numbers, they would not go down without a fight. Sensing the gravity of the situation, Captain Moore and her UTAF squadron also prepared for a risky maneuver.

"Nadia, we will cover you from the ground. Use your Hellfire missiles to strike at its head again. We must blind it or at least throw off its aim." Maximus continued.

"Roger that, Maximus. We will make it count," Captain Moore responded, her voice filled with grim determination.

The plan was set. As Maximus rallied his troops, Valerius and his heavy infantry units prepared to launch another volley from their remaining Startreak II MANPADS. They knew the dragon's spiritual shield could withstand a direct attack, but they hoped that simultaneous strikes from multiple directions might overload it or, at the very least, buy them enough time.

With a battle cry, the legionnaires and UTAF launched their assault. Hellfire missiles streaked through the air, followed closely by the Starstreak II missiles from the heavy infantry. Legionnaires unleashed a hail of gunfire from the ground, targeting the dragon's eyes and head. The combined firepower lit up the darkened sky, a desperate but coordinated effort to keep the dragon's attention away from Plotinus.

The Dark Calamity Dragon roared angrily as the missiles slammed into its spiritual shield, causing energy ripples to cascade across its surface. The dragon thrashed in response, its massive wings creating shockwaves that knocked soldiers off their feet. Nevertheless, the legionnaires stood, continuing to fire even as the dragon turned its wrath upon them.

Amid the chaos, Plotinus reached the peak of his power. His body glowed with a blinding light as the massive meteor ball took form above him, a searing orb of pure destruction. The ground beneath him cracked and trembled from the sheer force of the magic.

"Now, Plotinus! Strike now!" Maximus shouted, his voice barely audible over the deafening roar of the dragon.

With a final, mighty effort, Plotinus unleashed the meteor ball. It shot towards the dragon like a comet, burning through the sky with unstoppable force. The dragon, distracted by the relentless assault from the legionnaires and UTAF, barely had time to react. A massive explosion happened when the meteor ball clashed with the spiritual barrier of the calamity dragon. However, after the massive blast and the dust were dismissed, the calamity dragon was unscathed, and it roared to show that a mere meteor ball from the human could not defeat it.

Even though the calamity dragon was unscathed, the massive explosion caused the spiritual barrier to crack. Although the energy from the meteor ball cannot destroy the spiritual barrier, its power is enough to cause a crack. Captain Moore utilizes this chance to launch their Hellfire missiles to destroy and hit the calamity dragon.

"Squad, launch your last Hellfire missiles. Let this giant flying lizard feel our modern weapons. Missiles away!" Captain Moore ordered her squad to launch their last Hellfire missiles.

"Affirmative, Ma'am. Missiles away!" The squads launch their missiles.

Twenty Hellfire missiles were launched from ten V-280M and became their last Hellfire missiles. A massive explosion similar to the meteor ball happened when all missiles clashed with the spiritual barrier. The crack is more significant than before and makes the calamity dragon angry. The calamity dragon then charged the spiritual energy to relaunch the spiritual ray. Aware of the incoming attack, Captain Moore ordered her squad to evade it. However, because of the more incredible life and death energy, the charging of spiritual rays is faster, and the dragon does not let the UTAF helicopter pilots conduct evasion maneuvers.

"Baladeva, Ben, watch out." Captain Moore screams when she informs her squad that they have become the calamity dragon's target.

Unfortunately, before Baladeva Kumar and Benjamin Sharon conducted evasion manuever, their V-280M helicopters got hit by a more robust and faster calamity dragon spiritual ray. The third attack becomes more powerful and faster because of the effect of additional life and death energy from two spiritual ray attacks. Baladeva, Benjamin, and all their crews became the first death of the United Terran people in Luminarum because of external power. Even if the calamity dragon becomes the spiritual bio-superweapon of the more primitive nation than the United Terran in terms of science, their more powerful spiritual power could significantly threaten the United Terran.

Captain Moore screamed because of the death of her squad. Their outdated explosive weapons cannot do anything against this massive calamity dragon. The calamity dragon roars to show its powerful existence, and it thinks it will receive more life and death energy. However, something different happens. Because Baladeva, Benjamin and all the aircrews are not the natives of Luminarum, the calamity dragon cannot extract their life and death energy. Their soul returns to the law of the Supreme Being and Creator of all Universe.

Even though the calamity dragon formed from the spiritual power of life and death, it also has an instinct. The instinct tells the dragon that the last victims of the spiritual ray are not the natives of Luminarum, and it cannot extract their energy to strengthen itself. For the first time after the sacrifice ritual summoned it, it could feel the unknown power more terrifying even from the beyond immortal stage cultivators in the Tianlong Empire. Suddenly, it strengthened the spiritual barriers to protect itself from the unknown power. Maximus, Plotinus, and the remaining legionnaires and wizards sat resignedly, watching the calamity destroy some pilots of UTAF. Both forces had already run out of their heavy weapons and suffered heavy casualties. Even powerful weapons from the United Terran cannot defeat this calamity dragon. They pray for the Supreme Being and Creator of all Universe to give their strength to defeat this massive dragon. Suddenly, they saw the strange activity of the calamity dragon. It strengthened its magic barriers like something to protect itself from the incoming threats.

"What happened to the dragon? Why did it not continue to attack and strengthen its spiritual barriers?" Maximus confused.

"I feel that the dragon senses something could threaten its existence. Could the reinforcement of United Terran will come?" Plotinus said.

"I do not know, and I cannot contact Nadia. The previous attack may have interfered with our communication. I hope we can defeat this dragon." Maximus said.

After watching the Dark Calamity Dragon annihilate the legionnaires and UTAF, Senator Brutus laughs heartily like a villain. He knows the dragon will cause heavy damage to the enemy at the cost of the lives of the people of Colobria City. Mr. 02, Mrs Saturday, and other cultivators trembled when they saw and felt the destructive power of the Dark Calamity Dragon. Commander Alan Harris is the leader of the airwing strike group of F-95C in UTS Enterprise. Admiral Nimitz ordered him to conduct an airstrike mission against the Dark Calamity Dragon. Maximus and his legionnaires try to evacuate the remaining survivors of the people from the city. Fortunately, the passive calamity dragon could give them time to evacuate the people. They prioritized women, children and older people.

They must keep a distance from the calamity dragon, so they only launch the missiles from a relatively safe distance.

Maximus and the legionnaires, alongside the wizards, saw impressive power yet terrifying of the true power of United Terran. Fortunately, because the calamity dragon flies higher above Colobria City and the spiritual barrier could absorb some energy from the missiles, the legionnaires, the wizards and the people below are relatively safe from the extreme heat and shockwave. However, they still trembled, and the depleted shockwave blew away some people with weaker power.

The calamity dragon could heal its wounds thanks to previous life and energy from the people of Colobria City and the fallen legionnaires. However, the healing rate is slower because of the massive heat and the EMP effect. The calamity dragon tries to find the source of the attack, but it cannot see the jet fighters. Thanks to advanced nanomaterial to reduce radar cross section (RCS), infrared (IR) signature, and visual camouflage, the F-95C is hard to detect. Also, advanced electromagnetic signature management, digital stealth, and cybersecurity measures help the F-95C and other United Terran aircraft to be protected from enemy detection.

The calamity dragon and other cultivators could detect the enemy based on the enemy target's spiritual Qi power emission. If the enemy is a powerful entity, it will emit powerful and massive spiritual Qi power. Some high-level and powerful cultivators could conceal their spiritual Qi power so the enemy would confuse them as weak targets. This action is similar to the stealth technology concept; the military vehicles utilize stealth technology to conceal themselves so as not to be detected by the enemy.

In Luminarum, spiritual Qi and magic power could be detected as electron emission. As long as military vehicles can reduce and limit their electron emission, they could be considered "stealth" based on spiritual Qi and magic power. Fortunately, before United Terran transferred to Luminarum, the scientists and engineers considered that the electron emission from the electronic devices in the military vehicles could be used as the detection method to add detection by the radar. Then, he tells Maximus to hasten the evacuation process before it is too late. Maximus agreed with Plotinus to temporarily evacuate outside the city until the conditions were safe.

After the barrage of plasma hypersonic missiles attack from the Sea Eagle squadron defeated the Dark Calamity Dragon, the body fell to Colobria City. It destroyed the Noble Palace alongside some buildings near the palace. Fortunately, Maximus and the remaining legionnaires, wizards and some brave men are safe thanks to Plotinus and his wizard's magic barriers. However, the extreme heat, shockwave and EMP caused Plotinus and his wizard to take a toll. Like the cultivators from previous UTAF airstrikes, Plotinus and his wizards suffer mana depletion and exhaustion. To make it worse, they also suffer mental damage because of the heavy burden of the heat, shockwaves and EMP effect. Many wizards died because of this effect, and even Plotinus was gravely injured.

"Plotinus, wake up, strengthen yourself," Maximus said while panicky seeing Plotinus suddenly fall.

"Forgive me, Legatus. I cannot accompany you when you return to Aeterna. Your Majesty is wise to have a powerful ally like United Terran. Our empire will prosper and advance as long as we collaborate with United Terran. I hope our children will enjoy that era. Cough.. Cough.. Ah, I do not have much time. Please tell Master Apollonius and Master Arcturus that I cannot become their successor. We need to form a perimeter around the western gate to prevent the remaining Black Shadow and slavery faction soldiers from attacking the civilians."

"Right away, Legatus Maximus," Flavius replied, his face determined. He moved quickly, gathering the legionnaires and organizing them into defensive positions.
