Maximillian Hiedler, Secretary of the United Terran, has arrived at old Aeterna Port. He became the representative of the United Terran leader for the Fortisregnum Empire special event of the new year. After he disembarks from UTS Enterprise, he is guarded by United Terran International Special Forces (UT ISF) at the royal hotel.
Maximillian Hiedler is a descendant of the Heidler Family. His great great great great great grand uncle, Adolf Hiedler, was an authoritarian and chancellor of the German Reich in this alternative timeline. Previously, his family name was not Hiedler. Still, because his crazy and German fanatic grandfather found that their family name was Hiedler, he eventually changed their surname to the family surname to Hiedler. Maximillian's grandfather, Otto Hiedler, is a Professor of Material Engineering at MIT and a Nobel recipient because of his theories of pico material and the founding of self-healing aircraft materials.
He also helped to develop the upgraded 7th-Fighter Generation of F-82 Nebula and F-95 Phoenix, especially for the self-healing capability of fighters based on nanotechnology. Materials with particles at nanometers or below, such as picometers, will have different and unique abilities. When some materials larger than nanometers do not have self-healing capability, they will have self-healing capability at nanometers. Otto hypothesizes they will have more self-healing capability if they successfully modify and reduce the particles below nanometers to picometers. He stated that the material will regenerate itself if the mass loss is insignificant. He only loses to Hugo Van Dijk because Hugo has an economic degree that helps him understand and improve the economic condition of the United Terran people, so Hugo has more public support than Maximillian. Finally, Hugo was chosen as Secretary General, and he recruited Maximillian as his secretary, equivalent to Deputy Secretary General.

Maximillian has an audience in the morning with Emperor Aurelius in the Royal Hall. He enters the Royal Hall with Luigi, Lucien, and several UT ISF as bodyguards. Unlike Luigi and Lucien, who have only one bodyguard, Maximillian has five bodyguards to protect him in the Fortisregnum Empire.

"Your Majesty, could your representative guide us to the Novacara Empire? Our government wants to establish diplomatic relations with them." Maximillian asked Emperor Aurelius.
"Why do you want to establish a diplomatic relationship with a nation that wants to assassinate your diplomat, Sir Maximillian?" Emperor Aurelius' response.
Emperor Aurelius is surprised that the United Terran still wants to establish a diplomatic relationship with a nation that wants to kill their diplomat. Deep down, he fears that United Terran will also strengthen the Novacara Empire and threaten the Fortisregnum Empire. However, if United Terran does that, it will be counter-productive to their project in Fortisregnum Empire because if Fortisregnum Empire is invaded by Novacara Empire, the infrastructure from United Terran will be destroyed and have a negative impact on United Terran.
"Our nation's government wanted to establish diplomatic relations with the Novacara Empire. However, because one of our countries, France, was insulted by their crown prince, we will ask for a formal apology from them. Nevertheless, if they refuse to apologize formally, we will cancel our planning to establish diplomatic relations." Maximillian explained the United Terran diplomatic plan to the Novacara Empire.
"If one of our diplomats suffers an assassination attempt, we will declare war on that nation if their nation is weaker or equal. However, if the nation is stronger than us, we will give a formal protest to them. Novacara Empire is weaker than United Terran; why do you not declare war on them?" Emperor Aurelius asked.

If they successfully assassinate our diplomat, we will threaten them and make them give us the mastermind of the assassination mission. If they refuse, we will declare war on them because they did not respect the life of our people." Maximillian response.

Our soldiers will fire the fireworks and drone show. Oh yes, what are the new years in this world, Your Majesty?" Maximillian suggests New Year's Eve to Emperor Aurelius.

After the imperial decree abolished the slave law, Emperor Aurelius invited the delegation of invited nations to the Royal Hall. He also wanted to introduce Maximillian to the representatives of the Novacara Empire, Dawlat Al-Nur Caliphate, and Tianlong Empire.

Secretary General of United Terran, Hugo Van Dijk, ordered me to become representative of United Terran in the declaration of imperial decree in the Fortisregnum Empire. Today is our first meeting with other representatives of nations in this world." Maximillian introduces himself.
"In this world? what do you mean, Sir Maximillian?" Ibrahim was confused and asked Maximillian.
"My nation, United Terran, was transferred from our old world, Earth, to this new world. May I ask what the name of this planet is?" Maximillian asked the name of the planet.
"Oh my God, you are coming from another world? Allah the Mighty and All praise to Allah. Every nation has a different name for this planet, which we call Dunya, but the common name of this planet is Luminarum. The United States of Amarilon legend recorded the forces of angels fighting against the forces of devils and defeating them. The leader of angels gives our planet the name Luminarum. Because the United States of Amarilon is the strongest and most hyperpower nation, they become the police in the world, and we follow their rule to name this planet Luminarum." Ibrahim explains the name and legend of this planet.
"Excuse me, Sir Ibrahim. Are you a Muslim, and your religion is Islam?" Maximillian asked Ibrahim about Religion.
"Muslim? Islam? What is that? My religion is Hanif, not Islam." Ibrahim responds.
"I see. Thank you for your answer, Sir Ibrahim. Your God is similar to one of the religions in my nation, Islam. They have a God named Allah, similar to your God. Maybe you are the condition when Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam, does not descend to this world." Maximillian explains the same name of God in Islam and Hanif religions.
"Yes, we believe there is no God but Allah, the Mighty Being. Maybe He sent you from your world to this world because if He said, "Be!" so be it. I think you are the emissary of God to protect us." Ibrahim said that the transference of United Terran was because of Allah, the Mighty God.
"Hey, my mighty Gods are Jupiter, Neptune, and Mars, not Allah," Emperor Aurelius said.
"Yes, our nation's Mighty Gods consist of Yu Huang Shangdi, Pangu, and other Goddes." Zheng Ho said.
"Relax, Gentlemen. All of you have different religions, so it is normal if your God is different. Please respect each other". Maximus said.
"I see. The Muslims in my nation are precisely like you, Sir Ibrahim. We transfer to this world because of their God; Allah sent us here. However, what do you mean by emissary of God? Why we must protect you?" Maximillian asked Ibrahim.
"Currently, my nation is prepared against another invasion of Imperio Estelar. They want us to give them the Holy Prophet's body to them and bow to their rule. They said that our Holy Prophet's body is the body of the Son of God, and they want to claim it. "Thank you, Sir Maximillian. We will wait and welcome your diplomats to our nations," Ibrahim said.
During Maximillian and Ibrahim's conversation, Zheng Ho trembles because he is near Maximillian's demonic aura. Maximillian knows Zheng Ho's condition and asks if he feels unwell.
"Are you feeling not well, Sir Zheng Ho? If so, please take a rest." Maximillian politely asked about Zheng Ho's condition.
"No.. I.. I am fine, Sir.. Sir.. Maximillian." Zheng Ho trembled when he answered Maximillian.
"No, Sir. You look pale, and your body is trembling." Maximillian response.

They think they must upgrade their technology to prevent disastrous events because of cultivators in this world. He also considered strengthening the Fortisregnum Empire as an ally and bumper nation for the United Terran. Then, the storm is coming to the Fortisregnum Empire.
