Royal Palace, Aeterna City, 25 March 2141/ 25 Martius 1841, 09:00 am
The news about Duke Oenortus's army's defeat and the fall of Colobria City shocked the people of Aeterna City. The mighty Duke Oenortus's army consisted of elite legionnaires, wyvern corps, and cavalry, but being defeated by a mere pro-slavery faction was shocking news. The people of Aeterna City did not know that Black Shadow supported Senator Brutus and sent modern equipment and magic weapons to defeat Duke Oenortus's army.
Emperor Aurelius called Lucien, Princess Julia, and General Scipio Antonius, Magister Militum or Master of Soldier or Marshall of the Army of Fortisregnum Empire. As the ambassador of United Terran for Fortisregnum Empire, Lucien tells about the news of Duke Oenortus's army defeat from the UT ISIA Branch of Fortisregnum Empire.
Johnny Bean, Person in Charge (PIC) of UT ISIA Branch of Fortisregnum Empire, reported that the slavery faction executed Duke Oenortus and his army while conquering Colobria City. Fortunately, as the last request, Duke Oenortus made a deal with Senator Brutus to spare the people of Colobria City, and Senator Brutus accepted the deal as long as the people of Colobria City obeyed and supported the slavery faction.
Johnny tells Lucien about the reason Senator Brutus and the Slavery faction defeated Duke Oenortus: magic weapons such as magic muskets, cannons, and majestic dragons.
Emperor Aurelius sat at the head of the grand hall, his expression grave as he surveyed the trio before him. Lucien, his trusted advisor and ambassador from the United Terran for Fortisregnum Empire, stood tall and composed, his gaze steady as he awaited the emperor's command. Princess Julia, adorned in regal attire befitting her station, radiated concern, her eyes reflecting the turmoil within the empire. General Scipio Antonius, the seasoned warrior, stood at attention, reflecting curiosity and determination.
"Lucien," Emperor Aurelius began, his voice resonating through the hall, "what news do you bring of Duke Oenortus and Colobria City?"
Lucien took a moment to gather his thoughts before responding. "Your Majesty, the fall of Colobria City and the defeat of Duke Oenortus's army is dire. Our intelligence from the UT ISIA Branch of Fortisregnum Empire indicates that the pro-slavery faction, supported by Black Shadow, orchestrated this unexpected victory. They possessed modern weaponry and formidable magical assets, including dragons, which proved decisive on the battlefield." Lucien reported the intelligence report from the UT ISIA Branch of Fortisregnum Empire.
General Scipio's brow furrowed in concern. "Do we have any insight into the military strength of Senator Brutus and his allies within the slavery faction?" General Scipio ask Lucien.
Lucien nodded, acknowledging the General's query. "According to our informant, the Person in Charge of the UT ISIA Branch, Senator Brutus, commands a significant military force bolstered by the magic muskets, cannons, and majestic dragons from Imperio Estelar. Their access to advanced magic weaponry and magical resources poses a formidable threat to Duke Oenotrus's army." Lucien explained the reasons for Duke Oenotrus's defeat by Senator Brutus's army.
Princess Julia interjected, her voice tinged with worry. "And what of the fate of Colobria City and its inhabitants after surrendering to Senator Brutus? Are they safe?" Princess Julia asked about the people of Colobria City.
Lucien's expression softened as he addressed the princess's concerns. "Princess Julia, while Duke Oenortus negotiated for the safety of the city's populace, their future remains uncertain under the rule of Senator Brutus and the slavery faction. We must gather more intelligence and devise a strategic response to ensure the well-being of the people of Colobria City."
Emperor Aurelius nodded solemnly, his mind calculating the next steps in this unfolding crisis. "Thank you, Lucien, for your report. General Scipio, assemble our military advisors. Princess Julia, convene with our diplomatic envoys. We must act swiftly and decisively to address this threat to our empire."
As the trio bowed in acknowledgment, the weight of responsibility hung heavy upon their shoulders. Colobria City's fate and the empire's stability rested in their hands, and they would need to navigate this treacherous landscape with wisdom and resolve. Lucien and Princess Julia ask to leave the throne room and continue discussing the civil war.
"Darling, what do you think about this war? Modern weapons from superpower and hyperpower nations support the enemy. I am afraid the people will suffer from this useless civil war." Princess Julia asked Lucien.
"Rest assured, my love. Maximus and the legionnaires will arrive in one week. Tomorrow, they will dispatch from special training facilities and bring our modern weapons to fight against Senator Brutus's slavery faction army. Johnny constantly updates the information of Senator Brutus's army while they raid the enemy with our native agents. Remember, the United Terran is more advanced than the People's Republic of Uroslav and the United States of Amarilon. After we open our nation, I will take you to my home in United Terran." Lucien tries to calm Princess Julia.
"Thank you, Darling. I hope this civil war will be finished as fast as possible to reduce the damage and casualties of the people. I hope Maximus and the legionnaires will arrive and start to counter the Senator Brutus slavery faction army." Princess Julia hopes the Civil War will be finished as soon as possible.
"My love, I already have permission for you to join the report of civil war progress to our military and intelligence leader," Lucien informs that Princess Julia could join the report of civil war in the Fortisregnum Empire to the United Terran military and intelligence leader.
"Are you sure, Darling? Thank you for being so concerned for my people. I love you." Princess Julia thanked Lucien for the permission to join the report.
"Rest assured, my love. The people of the Fortisregnum Empire are also my people. Secretary General Hugo ordered me not only to protect the United Terran people and their interests but also to protect the people of Fortisregnum Empire as our ally. Come follow me to the Royal Hotel." Lucien invited Princess Julia to the Royal Hotel to attend the holographic meeting with General Alexander Eisenhower and William Bond.
Princess Julia blushes because the man she loves is kind and responsible. She knows that Lucien is an excellent choice to become her husband and future emperor of the Fortisregnum Empire. Even though the Fortisregnum Empire will fall similarly to the vassal state of United Terran, as long as the people of Fortisregnum Empire are prosperous and happy, she will accept her political marriage with Lucien. With the backing of United Terran, the Novacara Empire will not foolish enough to declare war against the Fortisregnum Empire.
Royal Hotel, Aeterna City, 25 March 2141/ 25 Martius 1841, 03:00 pm
Lucien and Princess Julia attended the meeting with General Alexander Eisenhower, Head of the Department of Defense, and William Bond, Head of UT ISIA.
"Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for attending this meeting about the progress of the Fortisregnum Empire civil war." Lucien opened the meeting.
"General Eisenhower and Mr. Bond, thank you for supporting the modernization of my empire legionnaires and informing us of the enemy condition, tactics, and strategies. On behalf of the Fortisregnum Empire people, I thank you and express our appreciation for your effort." Princess Julia thanked General Eisenhower and Mr. Bond for the work of the United Terran military and intelligence for the Fortisregnum Empire.
"Rest assured, Your Highness. The secretary-general ordered me to train the Fortisregnum Empire legionnaires with modern weapons. They will finish the training today and transfer back to Fortisregnum Empire tomorrow. The transfer of modern weapons and equipment will brought with the legionnaires." General Alexander report.
"Our native agents have already provided information about Senator Brutus' army and counterintelligence mission in Fortisregnum Empire. After the legionnaires arrive in Aeterna City, we will conduct air raids with UAVs and drones to destroy enemy strategic locations and logistic supply roads." William reports about the intelligence and the subsequent operation of native agents of UT ISIA.
"Thank you, General Eisenhower and Mr. Bond. What kind of modern weapons do we give and bring for the legionnaires, General? How long is the preparation for the weapons to be ready for combat?" Lucien asked General Alexander.
"We need at least two weeks for inspection after arriving in Aeterna City, especially for heavy weapons such as MBTs, artillery, and vehicles. We will send 2000 STG 44M, 2500 Gewehr 43M, 2000 MG42M, 3000 MP40M, 4000 P38M, 1000 GM6M, and 1000 Panzerfaust 3M for infantry weapons. We also send 5 Panther II, 10 Puma, 5 PzH 2000, 10 Flakpanzer Gepard, 10 M777 Howitzer, 10 Bofor 40 mm, 25 IVECO military trucks, and 10 Me 262M Jet Fighters for heavy weapons and vehicles. From the commander of training facilities of UT ISF, they will send drones such as MQ-9 Reaper and MQ-1C Gray Eagle to help the legionnaires conduct modern warfare against the slavery faction army." General Alexander reports about the weapons and equipment for legionnaires.
"Thank you, General Eisenhower. Mr Bond, what information does UT ISIA have about the slavery faction army?" Lucien asked about the slavery faction army.
"Based on our native agent's counterintelligence and surveillance missions through drones and satellites, the slavery faction army is supported by Black Shadow. Black Shadow is a private mercenary company (PMC) consisting of factions from the People's Republic of Uroslav, Weltenkraft Reich, Imperio Estelar, and Tianlong Empire. Even though we did not know the relation of Black Shadow to hyperpower and superpower nations, their power resembles modern equipment. Johnny reported that the most modern weapons brought to Fortisregnum Empire are MBT, which resembles the T-72, and jet fighters resembling Mig-23." William reports about the Black Shadow and their most modern weapons.
"What? T-72 MBT and Mig-23 jet fighter? Are you serious, Mr Bond? Did they send Cold War weapons against the Roman Empire technology?" Lucien was surprised that Black Shadow would send Cold War weapons against the Fortisregnum Empire, which has Roman Empire technology.
"Yes, based on our assumption and counterintelligence data, they think we will send modern weapons and equipment to legionnaires, so they send their outdated weapons for the responses. Fortunately, they did not know our nation's technological power, so they only sent outdated weapons. Based on our surveillance mission through satellites, if Black Shadow has a connection with hyperpower and superpower nations, they will have modern weapons resembling Russian Federation and German Federation weapons, not Cold War weapons. We have the advantage of technology and intelligence in this civil war." William response.
"I see. I hope we can prevent the enemy from marching to Aeterna City and threaten our people and construction projects." Lucien said.
As Lucien absorbed the information, his mind raced with strategies to counter the threat posed by the Black Shadow mercenaries and their modern weaponry.
"General Eisenhower, Mr. Bond, I appreciate the thoroughness of your reports. Our advantage lies not just in our technological superiority but also in our intelligence capabilities. We must leverage this advantage to the fullest extent to ensure the safety and security of the Fortisregnum Empire," Lucien remarked, his tone grave yet determined.
Princess Julia nodded in agreement, her expression reflecting concern and resolve. "Indeed, Lucien. The protection of our people and our territory is paramount. We cannot allow the forces of tyranny to prevail."
General Eisenhower leaned forward, his demeanor exuding a sense of authority and confidence. "Your Highness, Sir Lucien, rest assured that the Department of Defense stands ready to support the Fortisregnum Empire in any way necessary. Our training programs have equipped your legionnaires with the skills to handle modern weaponry effectively. With our additional equipment and support, they will be a formidable force on the battlefield."
Lucien nodded, grateful for the support. "Thank you, General. We will coordinate closely with your forces to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of the resources provided."
Mr. Bond interjected, his voice tinged with urgency. "Time is of the essence. We must act swiftly to disrupt the enemy's plans and prevent further advancements towards Aeterna City. Our intelligence indicates they may plan a major offensive in the coming days."
Princess Julia's brow furrowed in concern. "What do you suggest, Mr. Bond?"
"We should deploy drones and conduct reconnaissance missions to gather real-time intelligence on enemy movements and positions. This action will allow us to identify strategic targets for our air raids and disrupt their supply lines," Mr. Bond replied, his tone decisive.
Lucien nodded in agreement. "Agreed. We will mobilize the legionnaires immediately after the inspection is ready and coordinate with native agents of UT ISIA to launch preemptive strikes against the slavery faction army. Our goal is to cripple their operations and force them into surrender."
With a sense of purpose and determination, the group concluded their meeting, ready to face the challenges ahead and defend the Fortisregnum Empire against the forces of tyranny.
After the meeting, Lucien and Princess Julia discuss the following action in Lucien's room.
"Darling, based on the meeting result, Maximus and the legionnaires will depart tomorrow and arrive in at least three days. Also, they need one week for inspection. What happens to the people during that time? I am afraid Senator Brutus and his slavery faction will launch another attack on another city and inflict damage to the people." Princess Julia asks Lucien.
"Rest assured, my love. Native agents of UT ISIA will do their best to inflict damage through raids to the enemy and logistic supply. After the preparation, we will launch the counterattack to defeat the enemy in Pampoi City and retake Colobria City." Lucien assured Princess Julia.
"Okay, Darling, I trust you and your nation's military and intelligence power. I hope we can defeat Senator Brutus's army as fast as possible to reduce the damage and casualties for the people." Princess Julia responds.
"I will escort you to the royal palace now, my love. We will need to report to General Scipio about the next planning." Lucien said.
"Could you let me together with you in this room tonight?" Princess Julia asked Lucien.
"I cannot, my love. For now, you are still the crown princess of the Fortisregnum Empire. Please wait until the civil war, and we will discuss our future relationship." Lucien response.
"All right, Darling. I will wait until the civil war, and I hope victory will be the best gift and reward from you to me." Princess Julia smiled.
"Wait for me, my love, and I will give my best to our nations. May God give us strength to defeat the enemy." Lucien responds with a smile and kisses Princess Julia's forehead.
Then Lucien escorts Princess Julia back to the Royal Palace and reports to General Scipio about the result of the meeting between General Alexander and William.
Secret Special Training Facilities, United Terran, 25 March 2141/ 25 Martius 1841, 04:00 pm
Maximus and his legionnaires finish training with new modern equipment and learn about the possibility of Black Shadow's modern equipment and how to defeat them. Suddenly, one of the UT ISF trainers tells Maximus about shocking and bad news about the civil war.
"Good day, Maximus. I bring good and bad news about the civil war." Colonel Ermey said about the news about the current progress of the civil war.
"Good day, Sir. May I know about the good and bad news, Colonel?" Maximus saluted and asked Colonel Ermey about the news.
"The bad news is that Colobria City has fallen, and Senator Brutus has already executed Duke Oenotrus. The people of Colobria City are under slavery faction control, and they must obey the rule to help the slavery faction against Emperor Aurelius. If they refuse, there is a possibility they will be sold as enslaved people." Colonel Ermey tells about the bad news.
"I see. Duke Oenotrus became the hero of the Fortisregnum Empire. If the enemy uses the modernized weapons from Black Shadow, Duke Oenotrus's army has no chance against the slavery faction. How about the good news, sir?" Maximus asked about the good news.
"The good news is that we will gift you several drones and UAVs for surveillance and airstrike the strategic and tactical positions of the enemy. Also, my friend in the International Consortium for Military Companies (ICMC) successfully installed advanced radar and surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems around Aeterna City. The radar will cover up to 3,000 km around Aeterna City, while the missiles will cover an area of around 300 km. Integrating advanced radar and SAM systems will protect Aeterna City's airspace from enemy threats. They could detect and shoot enemy aircraft and dragons with supersonic missiles." Colonel Ermey tells about the good news.
"Oh, my Gods. Did United Terran install advanced radar and SAM system in our Aeterna City? This good news relieves us before we arrive in Aeterna City. Thank you, sir, for this good news." Maximus thanks and is relieved that the advanced modern system protects Aeterna City's airspace.
The current threats for Aeterna City are airstrikes and air bombing from Black Shadow aircraft and majestic dragons. Bi-38, which resembles Ju-388, could cause significant damage to Aeterna City if they conduct strategic bombing. With their thick scale and magic power, majestic dragons could stop and deflect arrows and low-caliber modern weapons. Only missiles with high explosives caliber could shoot down Bi-38 and majestic dragons.
"All right. Maximus, tell your legionnaires to prepare their equipment, and all of you will inspect the weapons before embarking on the cargo ships. Also, tell your legionnaires who are already training to assemble, dissemble, and operate drones and UAVs to check the components. We will depart tomorrow morning if there is no problem during the drone training. However, if your legionnaires need time to understand the UAV warfare, we will postponed several days." Colonel Ermey ordered Maximus.
"Sir, yes, Sir. I will inform the legionnaires to do our best." Maximus saluted Colonel Ermey and went back to his legionnaires.
Maximus then tells his legionnaires about Colonel Ermey's orders. Maximus gathers his legionnaires, their faces reflecting determination and concern as they listen to him relay Colonel Ermey's orders.
"All right, listen up, everyone," Maximus began, his voice commanding attention. "Colonel Ermey has given us our marching orders. We are to prepare our equipment and inspect our weapons thoroughly before we board the cargo ships. Additionally, those of you who have been training with the drones and UAVs need to ensure everything is in working order." Maximus orders the legionnaires.
A murmur of acknowledgment rippled through the group, some exchanging glances, others nodding in understanding.
"Our mission is clear," Maximus continued, his tone unwavering. We are to protect our motherland, Fortisregnum Empire, from the traitor at all costs. With the advanced radar and SAM systems in place, we can better defend against enemy air threats, but we cannot afford to let our guard down."
A young legionnaire raised his hand, prompting Maximus to gesture for him to speak.
"Sir, what about the people of Colobria City? Is there anything we can do to help them?" the legionnaire asked, concern etched on his face.
Maximus paused, considering the question before responding. "Our priority right now is securing Aeterna City and preventing the enemy from gaining further ground. However, once we have stabilized the situation there, we will assess what aid we can offer to the people of Colobria City. We cannot let Brutus and the slavery faction continue to oppress innocent civilians."
The legionnaires nodded, reassured by Maximus's words. They knew their duty lay in protecting their homeland, but the plight of their fellow citizens weighed heavily on their minds.
"All right, let us get to work," Maximus said, his voice firm. "We must check all of the modern weapons from United Terran. Prepare yourselves, both physically and mentally. Our strength lies in our unity and determination. Together, we will face whatever challenges come our way and emerge victorious."
With renewed resolve, the legionnaires dispersed, each tasked with their assignments as they prepared for the battles ahead.
Safehouse of Native Agents of UT ISIA, Colobria City, 25 March 2141/ 25 Martius 1841, 08:00 pm
After the fall of Colobria City to the slavery faction army, the people of Colobria City had to obey the rule of Senator Brutus. As compensation for the freedom, the people of Colobria City must send their wealth to support the war effort of the slave faction. Even though Senator Brutus promises not to threaten Colobria City people, some soldiers from the slavery army and Black Shadow release their stress with several women in Colobria City. As the battle's winner, they have a right to take everything. However, they only take the people's wealth because of the promise to Duke Oenotrus.
Agent A, field commander of native agents, discussed with his comrade the condition of Colobria City people under slavery faction rule.
"Agent B, how many operatives operate in Colobria City? We must obtain more information about the enemy and report it to Mr. Johnny in Aeterna City." Agent A asked Agent B.
"We have ten agents active in Colobria City, including you and me. From the bards in the bar, prostitutes in the brothel, and merchants in the market, we obtain information that a second-wave invasion from Pampoi City will attack Noplos City in several days. Also, the first army marched south to fight against King Marcellus, King of Socoly, the younger brother of Duke Oenotrus." Agent B reported about the information.
"Heh, another one-sided onslaught. King Marcellus and his army will not stand a chance against the slavery faction army. We can only defeat the enemy with modern weapons from the United States. I will report this information to Mr. Bean," Agent A responds.
"Continue to search for information about enemy tactics and strategies. Also, inform the field agents to infiltrate the enemy to obtain vital information." Agent A orders Agent B to inform the field agents.
Agent B nodded grimly at Agent A's instructions. "Understood, Agent A. I will relay your orders to the field agents immediately. We must gather as much intel as possible to aid our cause."
Agent A leaned back in his chair, thoughtfully expressing, "We are facing a formidable enemy, Agent B. However, we have dealt with tough situations before. We will need to be strategic and resourceful."
Agent B nodded in agreement. "Absolutely, Agent A. We cannot rely solely on conventional means to combat the slavery faction. We must think outside the box and use every advantage we have."
Agent A tapped his fingers on the table, deep in thought. "The invasion from Pampoi City and the march against King Marcellus. These are crucial pieces of information. It gives us insight into the enemy's movements and intentions."
Agent B furrowed his brow. "But it also means they are spreading their forces thin. If we can exploit that, we might have a chance."
Agent A nodded. "Agreed. We will need to coordinate with resistance groups in other cities. If we can disrupt their supply lines and communications, we might be able to tip the scales in our favor."
Agent B leaned forward, his eyes determined. "We will not let the people of Colobria City suffer under the tyranny of the slavery faction. We will do whatever it takes to free them."
Agent A gave a solemn nod. "Indeed. Our mission is clear: gather intelligence, disrupt enemy operations, and support the resistance. We will make them regret ever setting foot in Colobria City."
Suddenly, a combat phone from Agent A rings, and he picks up the call from Johnny Bean.
"Commander, to Agent A. Report about the current condition of Colobria City and the enemy's strategies." Johnny orders and asks about Agent A's report.
Agent A straightened, the weight of his responsibility pressing down as he answered the call. "Commander, the situation in Colobria City is tense," he began, his voice steady despite the grim news. "The city has fallen under the control of Senator Brutus and the slavery faction. While overt violence against the populace is controlled, the soldiers are extracting substantial wealth from the city to fund their war efforts. The people live in fear, their freedom curtailed, yet a fragile promise of safety binds them." Agent A reports the condition of Colobria City under the rule of Senator Brutus and the slavery faction army.
He paused, gathering his thoughts before continuing. "We have also learned of an impending second wave of attacks. The enemy plans to strike Noplos City in two days, deploying forces from Pampoi City. This move appears to be a strategy to extend their control further and consolidate their power in the region." Agent A reported another attack plan of the slavery faction on Noplos City.
"I see another attack on Noplos City. The enemy must have already finished their inspection for their modern army. I am afraid they will launch World War II and Cold War weapons to attack Noplos City. We did not have anti-tank and anti-aircraft guns. However, we could plant anti-tank land mines reinforced with magic against enemy tanks. How about the plan of the south area?" Johnny responses.
"We also hear about the movement of King Marcellus, the King of the Socoly army, to avenge his brother's death. Our comrades in Socoly City had already informed King Marcellus about the power of the Slavery faction army, but he still tried to engage in the open battle. He is already blind with a vengeance and ignored our advice." Agent A reports about the movements of King Marcellus to avenge the death of his brother, Duke Oenotrus.
Johnny's voice crackled through the speaker, "And what of the movements against King Marcellus?"
"The first army of the slavery faction has already marched south to engage King Marcellus. Our intelligence suggests that despite King Marcellus's brave front, his forces are significantly outmatched. Without external aid or a significant shift in strategy, his defeat seems imminent." Agent A reported.
There was a brief silence as Johnny absorbed the information. "It is crucial we act swiftly, Agent A. What are your plans to counter these movements?" Johnny asked Agent A about his plan in the south area.
"Our primary objective remains to gather more intelligence. We are deploying agents to infiltrate deeper into enemy lines. We aim to disrupt their communications and supply chains. Coordination with local resistance groups is also underway to strengthen our position. We must exploit any opportunity to weaken their advances." Agent A answers about the strategy to counter the slavery faction's first army.
Johnny's response was sharp and directive. "Good, keep pressing on the intelligence front. Remember, any information on their supply routes and strategic plans could be pivotal. We need to know their next moves before they make them. Also, as you mentioned, consider that the enemy will utilize magic muskets, cannons, and dragons. You are free to engage with modern weapons. It might tilt the balance in our favor. If you engaged with enemy agents, assert dominance for counterintelligence missions. Do not let them know about your power and United Terran." Johnny orders Agent A and his team to assert dominance carefully during the mission.
"Understood, Commander. I will enhance our efforts on all fronts and keep you updated," Agent A confirmed.
"Stay sharp, Agent A. Every piece of information you provide is vital for our resistance efforts. We count on you to help turn the tide against the slavery faction. Remember, failure is not an option, and show them your modern training. Assert your dominance." Johnny concluded with a tone of finality and closed the call.
Agent A hung up the battle phone, a renewed sense of urgency fueling his resolve. He turned to Agent B, "Let us get to work. We have a lot to do and little time to do it."
Noble Palace, Colobria City, 25 March 2141/ 25 Martius 1841, 08:00 pm
Senator Brutus, Mr. 02, Mrs. Saturday, and the General of the slavery faction discuss the attack planning against King Marcellus and the second attack on Noplos City.
"Mr. 02, how are the conditions of our magic musketeers and majestic dragons? We need them to repel King Marcellus' army attack." Senator Brutus asks Mr. 02 about the conditions of magic musketeers and majestic dragons.
"Senator Brutus, after we conquered Colobria City, magic musketeers, and majestic dragons rested for two days. We could march again tomorrow to engage and set an ambush in the hills area. We could utilize the magic musketeer's range and power to annihilate King Marcellus's army from the high ground." Mr. 02 reports about the magic musketeers, the majestic dragon's conditions, and the battle plan to ambush King Marcellus's army.
"I see. We need the magic musketeers and majestic dragons in prime condition. Do you have any information about the power of King Marcellus's army, Mr. 04?" Senator Brutus asks Mr. 04, Schwarzer Schatten's Black Shadow operatives division commander.
"Based on our informant, King Marcellus brought a ten thousand strong army of eight thousand infantry, one thousand and five hundred cavalry, and five hundred wyvern riders. We could defeat this strong army with magic muskets, cannons, and majestic dragon power. However, we must be careful with United Terran operatives. They can kill and push our operatives during the battle of Colobria. Their weapons are more advanced than our current weapons in this mission. However, based on their performance, we still could fight them if we knew about their power." Mr. 04 responds with the information of King Marcellus's army and United Terran operatives.
"We need to be more careful when engaging with United Terran operatives. Their modern weapons and tactics proved to kill our elite operatives during the last battle. Do you plan to counter the threat from United Terran operatives, Mr. 04? Senator Brutus asked Mr. 04 again.
"Indeed, Senator Brutus," Mr. 04 replied, his voice measured and composed despite the gravity of their situation. I have devised a few strategies to mitigate the threat posed by the United Terran operatives. Firstly, we must gather as much intelligence as possible about their weaponry and tactics. Our operatives will conduct counterintelligence missions diligently, but we must ensure we stay one step ahead," Mr. 04 responded.
Senator Brutus nodded thoughtfully, acknowledging the importance of information in warfare. "And what about our operatives? Are there any advancements or innovations that could give us an edge?"
Mr. 04 inclined his head slightly. "Yes, Senator. Our research and development division has worked tirelessly to enhance our weapons. We have significantly progressed in reinforcing our gun bullets with fire magic powder for magic muskets. This action improved the effectiveness and damage of our assault rifles and sniper rifles. We also developed more resilient armor reinforced with defense magic to withstand modern weaponry." Mr. 04 reports about the improvement and integration of firearms with magic.
"Excellent," Senator Brutus said, a hint of satisfaction in his tone. "We must ensure our elite operatives have the best possible gear to face this formidable foe. But what of our allies? Have we secured any additional support?" Senator Brutus asked again.
Mrs. Saturday, who had been listening attentively, spoke up. "My cultivators have been in communication with several neighboring kingdoms. If the kingdoms were unsatisfied with Emperor Aurelius, they joined us willingly. However, if they support Emperor Aurelius, like Duke Oenotrus and King Marcellus, we will threaten them with killing and sword arrays. Initially, they hesitantly support us openly, but others have expressed willingness to assist covertly. We may not have a full alliance, but we have allies in the shadows, ready to lend aid if needed." Mrs. Saturday reported about the possible allies from the kingdom who were unsatisfied with Emperor Aurelius's faction.
General Naberius Pampius, The General of the slavery faction, who had been silent until now, cleared his throat. "Senator, if I may interject. While our focus is rightfully on the imminent threat from King Marcellus and the United Terran operatives, we must also not neglect the situation in Noplos City. We need to know about the preparation of the Black Shadow army and Duke Romulus's army to attack Noplos City." General Naberius asked about preparing the second army to attack and capture Noplos City.
Senator Brutus nodded, his brow furrowing with concern. "You are right, General. We cannot afford to let the preparation for attacking Noplos City fall into chaos. Mr. 02, what is the status of our forces there?" Senator Brutus asked Mr. 02 about the preparation of a second army to attack Noplos City.
Mr. 02 straightened in his seat, ready to provide the necessary information. "We will contact Mr.03 in Pampoi city to report the progress. Mr. 0 gave us this video phone device so we could contact Mr. 03 in Pampoi City." Mr. 02 explains the video phone to call Mr. 03 in Pampoi City.
Mr. 02 then contacted Mr. 03 in Pampoi City through video phone. Several minutes later, Mr. 03 answered the call. Mr. 03 is the logistics commander and engineer for Black Shadow.
"Mr. 03, how about the preparation progress of the second army to attack Noplos City?" Mr. 02 asked Mr. 02
"Our preparation is nearly ready. We will launch the attack in two days. We will utilize rifles, assault rifles, panzers, and aircraft to attack Noplos City. The runway of the secret airport is finished, and we could use it to take off our fighters and close air support aircraft. The inspection of the panzers is finished and ready to operate. We can utilize the fuel optimally with the new composition of oil and magic powders to minimize fuel consumption." Mr. 03 reported about the preparation for the attack on Noplos City.
"How many weapons, panzers, and aircraft could we utilize for this attack, Mr. 03?" Mr. 02 asked Mr. 03 again.
"We could utilize one hundred infantry weapons: Gewehr 98, MP 18, and STG 24. For panzers, we will operate five Panzerkampfwagen Jaguar and two Panzerkampfwagen KönigsJaguar. We will operate two squadrons of twenty-four Bi-52s and one squadron of twelve Bi-37s for aircraft. Duke Romulus also sent a five-thousand-strong army of three thousand infantry, one thousand cavalry, five hundred magic archers, and five hundred skirmishers." Mr. 03 reported on the composition of the second army to attack Noplos City.
Senator Brutus listened intently to the report from Mr. 03, absorbing the details of the impending attack on Noplos City. He turned to his companions, his expression serious.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, it seems our plans are falling into place. The preparation for both fronts appears to be proceeding satisfactorily. However, we must ensure that our coordination is seamless and our execution flawless. We cannot afford any missteps with so much at stake."
Mrs. Saturday nodded in agreement, her gaze unwavering. "Indeed, Senator. The success of our endeavors hinges on our ability to act decisively and in unison. We must anticipate every possible scenario and be prepared to adapt accordingly."
General Naberius Pampius interjected, his voice resonating with authority. "I agree with Mrs. Saturday. Our enemies will not hesitate to exploit any weakness they perceive. We must present a united front and demonstrate our strength at every turn.
Senator Brutus nodded, acknowledging the wisdom in their words. "Very well. Let us ensure that our forces are adequately supplied and briefed for the challenges ahead. Mr. 02 and Mr. 03 continue to oversee the preparations with vigilance. Mr. 04, intensify our intelligence efforts regarding King Marcellus's army and the United Terran operatives. We must know our enemies as well as we know ourselves."
Mr. 04 nodded in affirmation. "Of course, Senator. I will deploy our operatives to gather intelligence swiftly and discreetly."
With their tasks assigned, the group fell into a focused silence, each member contemplating the gravity of their mission. They were poised on the brink of conflict, their actions destined to shape history.
Senator Brutus broke the silence, his voice resolute. "We march to victory, my friends. Let us show our enemies the Black Shadow's strength and our cause's resilience."
With a shared determination, they reaffirmed their commitment to their cause and prepared to face whatever challenges lay ahead. The fate of nations hung in the balance, and they were ready to seize their destiny.
At dawn, the next day, seven thousand strong, the first of slavery action reinforced with magic muskets, cannons, and majestic dragons, marched to the south and prepared to set an ambush against King Marcellus's army. While in Pampoi City, Mr.03 finished preparing the second army to attack Noplos City. The ambush and battle at Cosonzo had begun.
100 km of Cosonzo, Main Camp of King Marcellus Army, 27 March 2141/ 27 Martius 1841, 09:00 am
King Marcellus is the younger brother of Duke Oenotrus. He is a young king who has a big dream. He wanted to expand his beloved Empire and Kingdom so Emperor Aurelius would recognize his achievement. He is one of the supporters of Emperor Aurelius, who fought against the slavery faction. King Marcellus is a careful and tactical genius, unlike Duke Oenotrus, who is an honorable and prideful noble. He knows the defeat of his brother because of the superior technology of the slavery faction with magic muskets, cannons, and majestic dragons from Imperio Estelar. He knows that if he fights the slavery faction army directly, his army will suffer the same fate as his brother. Thanks to the native agents of UT ISIA in Socoly information, he knows the full capability of the slavery faction army.
"Your Majesty, I got the information from our comrade in Colobria City that the slavery faction will set an ambush in Cosonzo." Agent P, the native agent of UT ISIA of the Socoly region, informs the plan of the slavery faction to ambush King Marcellus's army.
"I see. Thank you for the information, Agent P. How strong is the power of the slavery faction? I mean the number of magic muskets, cannons, and majestic dragons." King Marcellus asks about the power of the slavery faction army.
"Based on the information, enemy power is seven thousand men, including one hundred magic muskets, ten magic cannons, and up to ten majestic dragons. We assume they will ambush us in Cosonzo Hill and the mountainous area. They will utilize magic muskets and cannon ranges to annihilate our forces from the upper ground. Majestic dragons will be utilized to annihilate our wyvern corps." Agent O, advisor of King Marcellus from native agents of UT ISIA.
"In numerical terms, we have advantages and could defeat them. However, they have superior technology and better terrain for the defender forces. We cannot recklessly fall into their ambush and make our precious men fall into the death trap. How is the range between them and the Cosonzo area?" King Marcellus carefully thinking the power of the slavery faction army and asked about the range between the slavery faction army and the Cosonzo area.
"Based on our information, they have arrived 10 km from the designed ambush area in Cosonzo regions." Agent P answered King Marcellus's question.
"I see. The enemy has a positioning advantage over us. We can not fall into their trap and face them head-on," was King Marcellus's response.

While thinking about the strategy, he remembered the military strategy book he bought in Aeterna City during the New Year festival.
"I remember I read a military book from United Terran in Aeterna City during the New Year festival. There is a quote: 'Amateurs talk about tactics and strategies, but professionals study logistics, tactics, and strategies.' We cannot defeat the slavery faction head-on, but we can make them starve during the ambush mission. Fortunately, Cosonzo is our Kingdom of Socoly regions, so the people around them are loyalists of Emperor Aurelius. I doubt they would get help from the people in Cosonzo regions. Cosonzo is a hilly and mountainous area, so the natural supply is limited, and the Colobria region needs a supply. Agent P, could you coordinate with your comrade in the Cosonzo and Colobria regions to raid enemy logistics and block the logistic road? If we could block their supply route, we could besiege them outside the hill and mountainous area. Remember to conduct counterintelligence missions and not let enemy spies leak this information." King Marcellus ordered Agent P about the logistics raid mission.
"How about the enemy stay in the ambush position in the Cosonzo Area, Your Majesty?" Agent O ask King Marcellus.
"This strategy will require considerable sacrifices to maintain position. We need to sacrifice our soldiers as martyrs to make the enemy think we still fight against them and let them enjoy the ambush position. Because the path is narrow, we only send minimum martyrs to the enemy." King Marcellus tells about the martyrs.
After learning about the martyrs, Agents O and P remain silent. They know this mission requires considerable sacrifice, so they let the enemy stay in an ambush position.
"Your orders are my command. We will inform Mr. Bean in Aeterna City and Agent A in Colobria City about this mission." Agent P finally responds to the orders from King Marcellus.
To prevent the mission from being leaked, Agents P and O secretly ordered native UT ISIA agents to conduct counterintelligence. Agent P then secretly communicated with Johnny, Agent A, and Agent K, commanders of native UT ISIA agents in the Cosonzo regions.
"Report to Commander Bean. I have a tactic from King Marcellus." Agent P opens the secret call.
"I am all ear, Agent P. What can we do to help King Marcellus?" Johnny responds.
"King Marcellus suggests we raid the logistics depot and block the logistic road into the Cosonzo area while the slavery faction conducts an ambush mission. We will let them starve in hill and mountainous areas while we block their logistics from Colobria City and the area around Cosonzo. He also asked us to conduct a counterintelligence mission to avoid leaking this strategy. However, this mission required considerable sacrifices of soldiers as martyrs." Agent P reports the strategy from King Marcellus.
"I see. King Marcellus is a genius who suggests the attrition of war against a stronger enemy. He knows he can not win but lets the enemy suffer the attrition and lack of supply. Yeah, in an attrition war, we need considerable sacrifices in human and supply resources. However, if this mission is successful, we could hold the enemy in Colobria and wait for the main army of legionnaires to crush them with modern weapons and equipment." Johnny acknowledges the strategy from King Marcellus.
"All right. Agent A and Agent K, how many field agents can you dispatch to conduct this raid and block mission?" Johnny asks Agent A and Agent K.
"I could only send three operatives because we need to conduct intelligence and counterintelligence in Colobria City." Agent A responds.
"I can send ten operatives to conduct a raid and block mission. I will also send another five to the villages around the Cosonzo regions to prevent them from giving their food and resources to supply the slavery faction," Agent K responds.
"Good, I will let you use your modern weapons and surveillance drones. I will help you through satellite information from Aeterna City. Remember, failure is not an option. Agents, assert your dominance." Johnny orders the agents to conduct the mission carefully.
"Sir, yes, Sir. We will do our best to assert our dominance." The Agents respond to Johnny's orders.
Agent A and Agent K then dispatch the field operative to conduct raid missions and block the supply route for the slavery faction.
As Agent A and Agent K began coordinating their operatives for the raid and supply route blockade, they carefully strategized to minimize the detection risk and maximize the impact of their actions.
Agent A, stationed in Colobria City, gathered his small team of operatives and briefed them on the importance of stealth and precision: "Listen up, everyone. Our mission is to disrupt the enemy's supply lines without alerting them to our presence. We will target key logistical points and communication hubs. Remember, this is a covert operation. Our success depends on our ability to remain unseen and unheard."
The operatives nodded, understanding the gravity of their task. Each one was highly trained and specialized in infiltration and sabotage.
Meanwhile, Agent K and his team prepared for their mission in the villages surrounding the Cosonzo region. They knew cutting off the slavery faction's access to local resources would further weaken their position.
Agent K addressed his operatives with determination in his voice. "Our mission is crucial. We must prevent any aid from reaching the enemy. That means intercepting supply caravans, securing food stores, and disrupting any attempts at communication between the slavery faction and their sympathizers. We cannot afford to let them replenish their provisions."
His operatives, armed with modern weapons and surveillance drones, nodded in agreement. They were ready to execute their orders with precision and efficiency.
In the main camp, King Marcellus continued strategizing with his advisors. "We must ensure that our plan unfolds without a hitch. The success of our mission depends on the secrecy of our operations and the effectiveness of our actions."
Agent P, ever vigilant, reassured the King. "Rest assured, Your Majesty. Our operatives are highly skilled and dedicated to the cause. They will carry out their duties with the utmost care and professionalism."
King Marcellus nodded, a steely determination in his eyes. "Good. We must not falter in our resolve. The fate of our kingdom and empire hangs in the balance."
With their plans in motion and their operatives deployed, King Marcellus and his allies waited anxiously for news of their success. The outcome of the coming battle would shape the future of their empire, and they were prepared to do whatever it took to emerge victorious.
Supply road of Slavery Faction Army, Cosonzo Region, 27 March 2141/ 27 Martius 1841, 09:00 pm
A joint operation of Colobria and Cosonzo native agents to raid the logistic depots and block the supply route of the slavery faction army began. Learning from the previous raid mission in the Colobria region, the fall of comrades, and the loss of modern weapons from United Terran improved the experience of the native agents, especially those from the Colobria Region. For this mission, the native agents from the Colobria Region become the leaders, while those from Cosonzo become the guide and initiators to get help from the people of villages around the Cosozo region. They were equipped with silenced H&K MP5 and SIG MCX as primary weapons and SIG P229 as secondary weapons. UT ISIA headquarters also let the native agents use the first version of self-healing armor to improve their chances of survival during the mission. Flashbang, smoke grenades, and high explosive C4 reinforced with fire magic become the support equipment during the logistics raid and block of supply mission. Because they have authorization to utilize mini recon drones, they could use drones for surveillance to obtain the real-time condition of the mission location.
As night enveloped the Cosonzo region, the operation to raid the logistics depots and block the supply route of the slavery faction army was in full swing. Colobria and Cosonzo Agents, clad in self-healing armor and equipped with high-tech weaponry, gathered for a final briefing before splitting into their designated teams.
Agent K, leader of the Cosonzo team, addressed his group first. "Our targets are the enemy's supply caravans coming through the northern pass. We must hit them hard and fast, leaving no room for retaliation. Use the terrain to your advantage, and remember, silence is key. We cannot afford to draw attention."
Meanwhile, Agent A briefed his Colobria team. "Our focus is the communication hubs. We disrupt their lines, and we damage their coordination. Deploy the drones first to get a layout of their setup. We strike the hubs simultaneously. Coordination must be flawless."
Both teams acknowledged their orders and set out in the darkness. Drones buzzed quietly overhead, providing real-time feedback on enemy movements and positions.
In the field near the northern pass, Agent K and his team positioned themselves around the expected route of the supply caravans. As the headlights of the first supply caravan of the slavery faction army appeared, they readied their silenced weapons.
"On my mark," whispered Agent K through the comms. "Three, two, one, now!"
Silenced rounds pierced the night, taking out the drivers and guards before they could react. The team moved swiftly, placing C4 charges around the supply caravan laden with supplies. Once set, they retreated to a safe distance.
"Detonate on my command... Now!" The explosion was muffled, but the effect was devastating. Finally, the first supply route was effectively cut off.
Near the communication hubs of the slavery faction army, Agent A and his operatives had infiltrated the enemy's communication center. They used a combination of smoke grenades and flashbangs to disorient any guards as they entered the buildings.
"Plant the jammers and any additional explosives. We need to ensure nothing can be salvaged," instructed Agent A. His team worked quickly, placing devices strategically throughout the site.
Once their tasks were completed, Agent A gave the signal, and the team exfiltrated the area just as the explosives went off, destroying the communication capabilities of the slavery faction.
After the operations, the operatives killed the remaining enemy soldiers to ensure no survivors. They killed the enemy as long as possible to inflict more damage on the slavery faction army.
The teams regrouped at their rendezvous point. Agent K checked in first, "Northern pass is clear. Supply route is blocked."
Agent A responded, "Communications are down. They will not be coordinating any counterattacks soon."
They reported back to Johnny at headquarters. "Both objectives achieved. Awaiting further instructions."
Johnny's voice came through clearly, "Excellent work. Maintain surveillance and be ready to intercept any attempt to rebuild their supplies or communications. We hit them where it hurts and must keep the pressure on."
The agents settled into their hidden positions, ready to defend their successful sabotage. The night was still young, and their vigilance would ensure the success of King Marcellus's strategic embargo. As they watched over the crippled enemy operations, the weight of their responsibility loomed large. They were not just special agents in a battle but guardians of their empire's future.
Now, they await in the advantageous location to ambush the elite operative unit of the slavery faction army and avenge the fallen of their comrade during the raid of the Colobria region.
Main Camp of Slavery Faction First Army, Cosonzo Region, 27 March 2141/ 27 Martius 1841, 10:00 pm
Senator Brutus, Mr. 02, Mrs. Saturday, and Mr. 04 held a sudden discussion because of the raid attack of United Terran operatives on the logistics depot, which destroyed the communication hub and blocked the supply route from Colobria City.
"Mr. 04, what happened? Tell me about the current condition." Senator Brutus asked Mr. 04
"Senator Brutus, the enemy operatives successfully raided our logistics depot, destroyed our communication hub, and blocked the main supply route from Colobria City." Mr. 04 report the current condition.
"WHAT? How could you let the enemy raid our logistics depot and block the supply route? Where is your Schwarzer Schatten unit? Go, you must find and capture enemy operatives." Senator Brutus orders Mr. 04.
"Yes, Sir. Schwarzer Schatten unit will not fail this time." Mr. 04 response
Mr. 04 dispatched his elite unit of Schwarzer Schatten to pursue and catch native agents of UT ISIA. This time, they reinforced their assault rifles, rifles, and SMGs with fire magic powder to improve the deadly of weapons. They are sure to avenge the failure of the previous encounter during the raid of the Colobria region. However, it was not only Schwarzer Schatten that improved their technology. Native agents of UT ISIA from the Colobria and Cosonzo regions also get more modern equipment to reduce casualties and improve the chance of success. Unknown to Schwarzer Schatten, their movement is already monitored by drones from native agents of UT ISIA.
Cosonzo Region, 27 March 2141/ 27 Martius 1841, 11:30 pm
Schwarzer Schatten unit tries to pursue and catch the native agents of UT ISIA around the logistic supply area and main supply route. Unfortunately for them, native agents already monitored them from the main camp and were ready to ambush them. When Schwarzer Schatten arrived at the ambush position, native agents opened fire to annihilate the Schwarzer Schatten unit once and for all.
As the Schwarzer Schatten unit approached the designated ambush location, the native agents of UT ISIA, hidden in the shadows of the dense forest, held their breaths and waited in silence. The moonlight was minimal, casting deep shadows that further concealed their positions. Drones hovered silently overhead, their cameras feeding real-time data to the agents.
Peering through night vision goggles, Agent K whispered into his comms, "Eyes on target. Enemy operatives in sight. Wait for my signal." The tension among the native agents of UT ISIA was palpable, and each one was aware of the critical nature of their mission. They had the element of surprise firmly on their side and intended to use it fully.
The Schwarzer Schatten troops, confident and unaware of the impending danger, marched directly into the trap. As they reached the center of the ambush circle, Agent K's voice cut through the silence, "Now!"
Simultaneously, the native agents opened fire. The silenced H&K MP5s and SIG MCX rifles issued a series of sharp, quiet bursts. Bullets found their marks efficiently, targeting the leading figures of the Schwarzer Schatten unit to cause immediate disarray. Confusion erupted among the enemy ranks as they scrambled to find cover, the sudden assault catching them off-guard.
Agent A coordinated the drone operators, "Keep the drones focused on their movements. We need to cut off any escape routes." The drones operated remotely adjusted their positions to provide a comprehensive view of the battlefield, ensuring that no member of the Schwarzer Schatten could slip away unnoticed.
As the firefight intensified, the native agents used their tactical advantage, moving stealthily through the forest to flank the enemy. Explosives expert Agent J quietly set up C4 charges around the perimeter where the Schwarzer Schatten was most concentrated.
"Explosives in place," Agent J reported quietly. "Ready on your command."
While monitoring the situation closely, Agent K waited for the optimal moment when most of the enemy was within the blast radius. "Detonate now, J."
The explosion was louder than their gunfire but still muffled by the fire magic that contained and directed the blast inward. Trees shook, and the shockwave threw several Schwarzer Schatten soldiers. Panic ensued as they realized they were outgunned and strategically outmaneuvered.
As the ambush unfolded, chaos reigned among the Schwarzer Schatten unit. Through the dense smoke and confusion, voices in Weltenkraft, a German-like language, could be heard, desperate to regroup and mount a counteroffensive.
"Was zur Hölle passiert hier?!" shouted Captain Lutz, the unit commander of the Schwarzer Schatten. ("What the hell is happening here?!")
"Wir sind in einen Hinterhalt geraten, Kapitän! Feindliche Agenten überall!" replied Lieutenant Weber, trying to maintain his composure. ("We have walked into an ambush, Captain! Enemy agents everywhere!")
"Rückzug! Wir müssen uns zurückziehen und neu formieren!" Captain Lutz ordered as he dodged behind a large tree for cover. ("Retreat! We need to pull back and regroup!")
The soldiers of Schwarzer Schatten units scrambled to find cover, disoriented by the sudden onslaught. Bullets zipped through the air, striking trees and kicking up dirt around them.
"Schmidt, decke unsere Flanke! Schnell!" barked Sergeant Müller to one of his men, pointing to their exposed left side. ("Schmidt, cover our flank! Quickly!")
Schmidt, clutching his rifle enhanced with fire magic powder, moved swiftly to comply, but his efforts were met with a hail of gunfire from the native agents' advanced weaponry.
"Wir brauchen Verstärkung! Wo zum Teufel ist die Luftunterstützung?!" screamed another soldier, desperately calling into his radio. ("We need reinforcements! Where the hell is air support?!")
As they attempted to regroup, the Schwarzer Schatten unit's tactical display showed enemy positions closing in. The night vision gear they wore only highlighted the direness of their situation, with the heat signatures of the native agents surrounding them.
"Komm schon, Jungs, wir können das schaffen! Auf mich!" encouraged Lieutenant Weber, trying to rally his men for a counterattack. ("Come on, guys, we can make it! Follow me!")
However, before they could organize, the sound of explosives detonating filled the air. Agent J's placed C4 charges erupted, sending shockwaves through the forest. Trees toppled, and debris flew, further disorienting the Schwarzer Schatten troops.
"Ich kann nichts sehen! Rauch überall!" cried a disoriented private, wiping dust and debris from his face. ("I cannot see anything! Smoke everywhere!")
As the smoke cleared slightly, Captain Lutz realized the severity of their predicament. "Wir müssen uns zurückziehen und einen neuen Plan machen. Das ist ein Massaker," he stated grimly, signaling the remnants of his unit to retreat towards a secondary extraction point. ("We need to retreat and make a new plan. This is a massacre.")
The surviving members of the Schwarzer Schatten unit stumbled through the forest, their morale shattered and their numbers dwindling. The successful ambush by the native agents of UT ISIA had dealt them a severe blow, one that would significantly impact their operational capabilities in the region.
As the remnants of the Schwarzer Schatten unit scrambled through the dense underbrush, their retreat happened because of the disadvantaged position and inferior weapons to the native agents. The sound of drones buzzing overhead served as a constant reminder that escape would not be easy. Even though the native agents only used primitive drones, they could utilize them to the maximum to monitor and pursue the enemy. The native agents of UT ISIA, using their advanced surveillance technology, directed their forces with precision, herding the beleaguered Schwarzer Schatten towards increasingly unfavorable terrain.
"Die Drohnen haben uns im Visier, wir müssen die Deckung wechseln!" Captain Lutz called out to his men, his voice tense with urgency. ("The drones have us in their sights; we need to change cover!")
Meanwhile, the drones relayed real-time coordinates to the native agents, who moved silently through the forest, coordinating their approach to cut off possible escape routes. Their weapons, equipped with advanced targeting systems, were ready to neutralize Schwarzer Schatten's magic-augmented firearms.
"Feuer frei! Aber haltet die Abstände!" commanded Agent K, signaling his team to open fire while maintaining safe distances to avoid the enchanted bullets. (Fire at will! But keep your distance!")
Gunfire erupted again as the two forces engaged in a moving firefight. Despite their sophisticated weaponry, the Schwarzer Schatten soldiers were disadvantaged. The magic in their bullets, designed to enhance damage, was less effective against the native agents' armor, designed to dissipate kinetic energy from the bullets.
"Schnell, hinter diesen Felsen!" Lieutenant Weber directed a small group of his men towards a large rock formation, hoping it would offer a momentary respite. ("Quick, behind those rocks!")
As they ducked behind the rocks, the continuous drone surveillance made it nearly impossible to remain hidden for long. One of the drones, equipped with thermal imaging, quickly located their heat signatures.
" Agent A, target confirmed at coordinates 5-3-9. Prepare for assault." one of the drone operators of native agents relayed to the ground team.
With ruthless efficiency, the native agents flanked the rock formation, throwing stun grenades to disorient their adversaries before moving in. The explosions of the grenades echoed through the forest, adding to the chaos and confusion among the Schwarzer Schatten soldiers.
"Wir müssen weiter! Jetzt!" Captain Lutz shouted, dragging a dazed private to his feet as the stun effects wore off. ("We must move on! Now!")
Stumbling and disoriented, the Schwarzer Schatten soldiers attempted to regroup and continue their retreat, but the relentless pursuit of the native agents made it clear that escape was unlikely. Each attempt to move was met with coordinated strikes, pinning them down.
"Wir können nicht entkommen... Wir müssen uns ergeben, um zu überleben," Captain Lutz finally admitted, recognizing the futility of their situation as they ran low on ammunition and men. ("We can't escape... We need to surrender to survive.")
He gave the order to cease fire with a heavy heart and signaled his men to drop their weapons, marking the end of a desperate attempt to retreat. As they raised their hands in surrender, the native agents cautiously approached, ensuring the area was secure before taking the remaining Schwarzer Schatten soldiers into custody.
Thus, what began as a tactical retreat quickly turned into a crushing defeat for the Schwarzer Schatten unit, whose technological and magical enhancements were ultimately outmatched by the superior technology, surveillance, and strategic execution of the native agents of UT ISIA.
The dust settled over the dense forest as the remaining Schwarzer Schatten soldiers, their uniforms torn and faces smeared with dirt and sweat, lined up under the watchful eyes of the native agents of UT ISIA. The air was thick with the scent of spent gunpowder and the faint crackling of distant fires, remnants of the chaotic battle that had just unfolded.
Agent K, the leader of the native agents, surveyed the captured soldiers with a stern gaze. His team had executed the ambush flawlessly, leveraging their superior surveillance and tactical planning to neutralize a formidable enemy. With the prisoners secured, their focus shifted to extraction and interrogation.
"Secure the perimeter and double-check for stragglers," Agent K commanded. His team acknowledged with swift nods and dispersed into the forest with practiced stealth. Their movements were silent but swift, ensuring no additional threats could disrupt the process.
Agent A, who had coordinated the drone operations during the ambush, approached Agent K with a tablet displaying real-time satellite imagery. "All drone feeds are showing clear, and the thermal scans confirm no additional heat signatures within a three-kilometer radius," he reported.
"Good. Set up the interrogation area. We need to find out what they were doing here and who sent them," Agent K replied, his voice low but authoritative. He turned his attention back to the prisoners, noting their faces' varied expressions of defeat and defiance.
The native agents quickly set up a makeshift interrogation site near the clearing where the battle had taken place. Camouflage nets were draped over folding chairs and a small table, providing a semblance of privacy and security. One by one, the Schwarzer Schatten soldiers were led to the interrogation area, their hands bound and eyes covered with blindfolds to disorient them further.
Agent J, the explosives expert, had switched roles to that of an interrogator. Known for his psychological acuity, he was well-prepared to extract information from the captives. He sat across from the first prisoner, a young soldier who seemed no older than twenty.
"Your operation has failed," Agent J began, his tone neither mocking nor sympathetic. "We can make things easier for you. Cooperate, and we will ensure you are treated fairly. However, first, I need to know who sent you and your objectives."
The Schwarzer Schatten soldier remained silent, his jaw set hard. Agent J patiently waited, giving the man time to consider his situation. Beside them, a recorder was placed on the table, documenting every word.
As the interrogations continued, other native agents gathered intelligence from the equipment and documents they had seized from the enemy. Weapons, documents, maps, encrypted radios—every piece of gear was meticulously examined to gather as much information as possible about the enemy's plans and backers.
Meanwhile, Agent K coordinated with their command center to report their operation's success and request further instructions. "We have captured several high-value targets and are currently extracting actionable intelligence," he relayed over the secure line.
Back at the interrogation site, one of the captives finally began to talk, revealing the presence of a hidden supply route and the names of key figures in their command structure. Agent J listened intently, noting every detail that could lead them to further dismantle the Schwarzer Schatten network.
As the night turned to morning, the native agents prepared for extraction. The prisoners would be transported to a high-security facility where further questioning and legal processes would continue. The successful operation not only crippled a significant threat but also provided the native agents with critical data that could prevent future incursions.
The native agents of UT ISIA watched silently as the particular caravans approached to transport the prisoners. They had performed their duties with precision and bravery, knowing that each piece of information gleaned from their enemies would contribute to the safety of their operations and the disruption of hostile activities in the region.
Main Camp of Slavery Faction, Cosonzo Region, 28 March 2141/ 28 Martius 1841, 09:00 am
In the morning, Senator Brutus asked Mr. 04 about the result of the counterintelligence mission of Schwarzer Schatten.
"Mr. 04, Do you have a report from Schwarzer Schatten's unit? Do they successfully pursue and capture the enemy operatives?" Senator Brutus asks Mr. 04.
Mr. 04, silent for several minutes, cannot answer Senator Brutus's question.
"Answer me, Mr. 04. Now!" Senator Brutus pressed Mr. 04 to answer his question.
"For.. forgive me, Senator. We lost contact with the Schwarzer Schatten unit at midnight. I.. I think they lost, or the worst case is that the enemy captured them." Mr. 04 trembled while answering Senator Brutus's question.
"WHAT? Your elite Schwarzer Schatten unit defeat? How about the condition of our logistic supply and supply routes?" Senator Brutus was surprised by Mr. 04's answer.
"I... I... I do not know, sir. If this condition continues, we will lack supply. We cannot maintain this ambush position," Mr. 04 responded.
His face flushed with anger, and Senator Brutus slammed his fist down on the makeshift table, causing the maps and communication devices to rattle. The urgency of the situation was palpable in the dimly lit tent serving as the command center. Mr. 02 and Mrs. Saturday, who had been quietly observing the exchange, exchanged wary glances, aware that the failure of the Schwarzer Schatten unit could have severe repercussions for their operations.
"Mr. 04, this is unacceptable!" Senator Brutus barked, his voice echoing slightly in the confined space. "You assure me that Schwarzer Schatten is an elite unit, yet some unknown operatives neutralize them? Explain yourself!"
Mr. 04, clearly shaken, struggled to maintain his composure. "Senator, the enemy agents were better prepared than we anticipated. I assume they had technological and tactical superiority, including advanced surveillance that outmatched our magic-augmented weaponry based on the power of United Terran. We assume they were ambushed, and despite their best efforts, the unit was overwhelmed."
Mrs. Saturday interjected, calm yet assertive, "Senator, it is clear that our intelligence underestimated the enemy's capabilities. We need to reassess our strategies and improve our technological assets. Relying solely on magic-enhanced weapons is proving to be a critical vulnerability."
Mr. 02, the logistics officer, then spoke up, focusing on the broader implications of the defeat. "Senator, with the communication hub destroyed and the main supply route from Colobria City blocked, our entire operation in the Cosonzo Region is at risk. We must secure an alternative supply line immediately, or we risk running out of essential resources."
Senator Brutus rubbed his temples, the weight of the situation pressing down on him. "Very well. Mrs. Saturday, I was hoping you could coordinate with your cultivators unit. Explore options for countering their surveillance and enhancing our field communications. We cannot be blind and deaf in enemy territory."
"Understood, Senator," Mrs. Saturday replied, nodding as she made notes on her digital pad.
Turning to Mr. 02, Senator Brutus continued, "And you, Mr. 02, start working on securing alternative logistics routes. I want a full report on potential paths and the resources required to secure and maintain them. Time is not on our side."
"Yes, sir," Mr. 02 responded, his voice steady as he began organizing his thoughts for the logistics challenge ahead.
Senator Brutus then focused on Mr. 04. "As for you, Mr. 04, I need a detailed analysis of what went wrong. Gather all the intel you can from the survivors, if there are any. We need to understand our enemy's strategies and capabilities better. Moreover, prepare your next steps for recovering from this debacle. We cannot afford another blunder like this."
Mr. 04 nodded, the gravity of his responsibility clear. "Yes, Senator. I will oversee the debriefings and ensure we learn every possible lesson from this failure."
Senator Brutus sighed, his expression softening slightly as he looked at his team. "We are in a difficult position, but we are not defeated. Let us learn from this, adapt, and prepare to strike back. Dismissed."
As the group dispersed, each member focused on their assigned tasks. The atmosphere was one of determined urgency. They knew the road ahead would be fraught with challenges. Still, the survival of their military operations depended on their ability to adapt and overcome the unexpected prowess of the United Terran operatives.
Main Camp of King Marcellus Army, Cosonzo Region, 28 March 2141/ 28 Martius 1841, 09:00 am
While the slavery faction suffered significant damage to their operatives and logistics issues, King Marcellus halted their army 50 km from the position of the slavery faction. The success of the native agents of UT ISIA in conducting logistic raids and blocking the supply route made King Marcellus think more carefully. If he continues the advance, they will head-on with a mighty slavery faction army reinforced with magic muskets, cannons, and majestic dragons. Even though they could utilize the modern native agent's UT ISIA, their size and weapon are limited and will not have a significant impact if head to head against the slavery faction's main army. Then, Agent O suggests a strategy to King Marcellus.
"Your Majesty, I have a plan during this attrition war. We are in an advantageous condition, and the public support in the Cosonzo region is high. I advise making a camp near town and making a barricade for defense. We will plant land mines in the routes if the enemy advances. Our native agents will raid enemy logistic depots and block another supply route so their morale will drop and press them to retreat. They will also conduct hit and run tactics to the enemy camp to give the damage for the enemy." Agent O advised King Marcellus on the strategy.
Standing in a temporary command tent adorned with maps and digital displays, King Marcellus nodded thoughtfully as Agent O laid out the strategy. The tent was busy with the hum of strategic discussions and the soft glow of screens illuminating the planning efforts. Outside, the early morning air was crisp, hinting at the tense atmosphere surrounding the impending decisions.
"Agent O, your plan has merit," King Marcellus began, his voice firm yet reflective. "The attrition strategy aligns well with our current strengths and the enemy's vulnerabilities. However, we must consider the endurance of our forces and the possible repercussions on the civilians in the Cosonzo region. Elaborate on how we intend to sustain this operation without significant losses."
Agent O, a seasoned strategist known for his acute sense of guerrilla warfare, responded with a detailed explanation. "Your Majesty, by establishing our camp near the town, we not only gain a strategic defensive position but also strengthen our ties with the local populace, whose support is crucial. The barricades and land mines will serve as deterrents, slowing down any advances from the slavery faction."
He continued, "Our native agents are skilled in stealth and sabotage. We will gradually weaken their operational capacity by continuously raiding their logistic depots and blocking supply routes. This disruption will demoralize their troops and stretch their resources thin."
King Marcellus leaned forward, intrigued. "And the hit-and-run tactics? How aggressive should these be? We must ensure minimal collateral damage."
"Indeed, Your Majesty. The hit-and-run tactics will be carefully coordinated. We will target strictly military assets, avoiding civilian areas to maintain public support. Our agents will strike at night, using the cover of darkness to their advantage, and retreat before the enemy can respond significantly. This action will inflict damage and confusion, further weakening their resolve."
The King considered this, his expression contemplative. "And what of our communications and intelligence gathering during this operation? We must be impeccable to anticipate and counter any countermeasures they might deploy."
"Absolutely, Your Majesty. We will enhance our surveillance with drones and encrypted communications to stay ahead. Our intelligence team will monitor enemy movements closely and provide real-time updates to our forces. This action will allow us to adapt quickly to any changes in their strategy."
King Marcellus stood up, pacing slightly. "Very well, Agent O. Begin preparations immediately. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure all materials for the barricades and mines are ready. I want our native agents briefed by tonight. We strike swiftly and silently."
Agent O nodded, his expression determined. "It will be done, Your Majesty. I will oversee the operations personally and ensure our teams are ready for engagement."
As Agent O exited the tent to carry out the orders, King Marcellus returned to his desk, his mind busy with the weight of leadership and the lives dependent on his decisions. Outside, the camp buzzed with activity as preparations began under the looming shadows of a strategic war of attrition that would define the future of the Cosonzo region.
Villages in Cosonzo, Cosonzo Region, 28 March 2141/ 28 Martius 1841, 02:00 pm
Some slavery faction soldiers tried to go to the villages to obtain supplies because they were starting to lack food. However, the villagers tried to resist them with their weapons when they tried to enter the villages. One of the slavery faction's army, who is also a member of Black Shadow, harasses a woman who refuses to give them her food. This action led another villager to try to defend the woman and punch the Black Shadow member. The member is angry and aims the magic musket at the villages and shoots one of them. One of the villagers lay down because they got shot by the Black Shadow member. Suddenly, the villagers hear a low sound, and the head of a Black Shadow member is pierced with something that makes him lie down.
The shoot from Agent D, one of the native agents of UT ISIA in the Cosonzo region, killed the Black Shadow member with his Accuracy International AXMC Sniper Rifle equipped with a suppressor. His partner, Agent F, becomes the spotter and chooses another target to kill the other slavery faction soldiers.
Clad in his tactical gear, Agent D swiftly repositioned himself after taking out the Black Shadow member. He adjusted the scope of his sniper rifle, scanning the area for his next target while Agent F provided cover.
Agent D, crouched nearby, communicated through their headset. "Two more targets spotted by the eastern entrance. Permission to engage?"
"Negative, hold your fire," Agent F responded calmly. "Let's wait for them to make a move."
The tension in the air was palpable as the remaining slavery faction soldiers hesitated, unsure of their next move after witnessing their comrade fall. Meanwhile, the villagers cautiously tended to their wounded and assessed the situation.
Agent F observed the soldiers through his binoculars, relaying their positions to Agent D. "They're getting agitated. Looks like they're regrouping."
Agent D nodded, keeping his finger steady on the trigger. "We need to act fast before they escalate further. Keep an eye on their movements."
Agent D took a deep breath as the soldiers advanced, his focus sharpening. "Permission to engage, target on the left."
"Granted," Agent F replied swiftly.
Agent D squeezed the trigger precisely, sending a silent but lethal shot toward his target. The soldier dropped instantly, caught off guard by the sudden attack.
Agent F nodded in approval. "Nice shot. One more left."
Agent D adjusted his aim, tracking the final soldier as he attempted to take cover behind a nearby building. "I've got him in my sights."
"Take the shot," Agent F urged.
A split second later, the silence was shattered by the crack of the rifle as Agent D fired his final round. The last soldier fell to the ground, ending the immediate threat to the villagers.
"Targets down," Agent D confirmed, his voice calm despite the adrenaline coursing through his veins.
"Good work, Agent D," Agent F commended, relief evident in his tone. "Let's finish them and expel these traitors and foreigners from our Empire."
The remaining slavery faction soldiers found themselves caught in a whirlwind of chaos and uncertainty as their numbers dwindled and their options narrowed. Panic gripped their ranks as they struggled to comprehend the sudden events, their minds racing with fear and confusion.
Among them, the surviving Black Shadow member fought to regain his bearings, his head pounding with agony as he struggled to push himself upright. His senses reeled as he tried to make sense of the chaos unfolding around him, the memory of the gunshot still echoing in his ears.
"What in the... where did that come from?" he muttered, his voice hoarse with disbelief as he scanned the surroundings for any sign of the unseen assailant. His heart raced with fear and fury, his instincts urging him to retaliate against the unseen threat.
But as he staggered to his feet, his movements sluggish and unsteady, he realized the futility of his efforts. The enemy was hidden, their presence shrouded in mystery as they struck with deadly precision from the shadows.
"We're sitting ducks out here," one of the soldiers cried, his voice tinged with panic as he huddled behind cover, his eyes darting frantically in search of their elusive foe. "We need to get out of here before they pick us off one by one."
But their attempts to retreat were met with resistance as Agent D and Agent F maintained their vigilant watch, ready to strike down any who dared to threaten the villagers. Trapped in a deadly game of cat and mouse, the soldiers found themselves outmatched and outgunned, their bravado crumbling in the face of such ruthless efficiency.
As they huddled behind makeshift barricades, their thoughts turned to survival, their minds racing with desperate pleas for deliverance from the relentless onslaught. But amidst the chaos and carnage, one thing remained certain: they faced a formidable adversary unlike any they had encountered.
For the surviving Black Shadow member and his comrades, the realization dawned that they were at the mercy of an unseen enemy, their fate hanging in the balance as they struggled to find a way out of the deadly trap ensnared them. With each passing moment, the tension in the air thickened, the sound of gunfire echoing in the distance as the battle raged on, leaving destruction and despair in its wake.
As the tension mounted and the remaining slavery faction soldiers found themselves trapped in a deadly standoff, Agent D and Agent F wasted no time in seizing the opportunity to eliminate the remaining threats. They coordinated their movements with practiced precision, their training honing their instincts to a razor-sharp edge. The result was that two of the best trainees during the UT ISIA special operation and sniper training could show their performance in the Cosonzo villages.
Agent D, his finger steady on the trigger, aimed at the final soldier who sought refuge behind a crumbling building. His breath slowed as he aligned his sights, his focus unwavering despite the adrenaline coursing through his veins.
"Take the shot," Agent F urged, his voice calm yet urgent as he observed the soldier's every move through his binoculars.
With a swift exhale, Agent D squeezed the trigger, the crack of his rifle breaking the tense silence as the bullet found its mark. The soldier slumped to the ground, his form going limp as the threat was swiftly neutralized.
"Targets down," Agent D confirmed, his voice steady as he surveyed the battlefield, a sense of relief washing over him as the immediate danger subsided.
Agent F nodded in approval, his eyes scanning the area for any signs of further threats. "Well done, D. Let's secure the area and rendezvous with the villagers."
As they moved to join the villagers, Agent D couldn't shake the grim reality of their embroiled conflict. But for now, their priority was ensuring the safety of the innocent civilians caught in the crossfire.
Meanwhile, amidst the chaos, the surviving Black Shadow member seized the opportunity to escape, his senses sharpened by the moment's desperation. With a grim determination, he rallied his remaining comrades, their resolve unyielding despite the odds stacked against them.
"We need to fall back," he commanded, his voice cutting through the din of battle as he rallied his troops. "Regroup and retreat to Senator Brutus's forces."
With a final glance at the fallen soldier, the Black Shadow member led his comrades in a strategic withdrawal, their footsteps echoing against the backdrop of the village's chaos. Finally, the slavery faction army failed to obtain supplies from the villagers around the Cosonzo region because of the hit-and-run and ambush tactics of the native agents of UT ISIA in the villages.
Main Camp of Slavery Faction Army, Cosonzo Region, 28 March 2141/ 28 Martius 1841, 09:00 pm
In the darkness, several native agents infiltrate the main camp of the Slavery Faction Army. Lack of counterintelligence because of the defeat of Schwarzer Schatten's unit in the raid mission of native agents of UT ISIA, the defense of slavery faction army significantly reduced. The failure to obtain supplies from the surrounding villages and the harsh action of native agents to kill every slavery faction soldier who tried to search for supplies from the natural resources and in the villages put the morale of the troops in the lowest condition.
Under cover of darkness, the native agents of UT ISIA moved stealthily through the shadows, their mission clear: to infiltrate the main camp of the Slavery Faction Army and disrupt their operations from within. As they crept closer to their target, the sounds of the camp echoed in the night, mingling with the hushed whispers of the agents as they communicated through hand signals and silent gestures.
Agent D, the leader of the infiltration team, motioned for his comrades to halt as they reached the camp's perimeter. His keen eyes scanned the area, assessing the defenses and searching for any signs of movement. With a subtle nod, he relayed his instructions to the team, outlining their approach and assigning roles for the mission ahead.
"We need to move quickly and quietly," Agent D whispered, his voice barely audible above the rustle of leaves and the distant hum of activity from within the camp. "We aim to gather intel and disrupt their communications and supply lines. Keep your eyes peeled and stay vigilant."
His fellow agents nodded in understanding, their determination evident in the set of their jaws and the steely resolve in their eyes. With practiced precision, they slipped through the gaps in the camp's defenses, moving like ghosts at night as they navigated the labyrinth of tents and makeshift structures.
As they reached the heart of the camp, Agent D motioned for his team to spread out, each member taking up a strategic position to maximize their coverage and minimize the risk of detection. With practiced ease, they set to work, their training and expertise guiding their every move as they sought to achieve their objectives with surgical precision.
Agent F, tasked with disrupting the enemy's communications, slipped silently towards the command tent, his fingers deftly manipulating the intricate wiring of the camp's communication systems. With a few well-placed cuts and adjustments, he sabotaged the enemy's ability to coordinate their movements, leaving them vulnerable and exposed.
Meanwhile, Agent G and Agent H focused on gathering intel, their keen senses attuned to the slightest whisper of information that could prove valuable to their mission. Through careful observation and stealthy reconnaissance, they uncovered vital details about the enemy's troop movements, supply routes, and strategic vulnerabilities, feeding the information back to Agent D for analysis and action.
As the night wore on, the native agents of UT ISIA worked tirelessly to sow chaos and confusion within the enemy's ranks. Their actions struck fear into their adversaries' hearts and bolstered their allies' morale. With each success, they inched closer to their ultimate goal of dismantling the Slavery Faction Army from within, one carefully executed operation at a time.
Through the darkness, their determination burned bright, a beacon of hope amidst the shadows of war. Moreover, as the first light of dawn crept over the horizon, they knew that their efforts had not been in vain, for they had struck a decisive blow against tyranny and oppression, paving the way for a brighter future for the people of Cosonzo.
With the cover of the night still cloaking their movements, the native agents of UT ISIA continued their relentless assault on the Slavery Faction Army's main camp. As Agent D directed the placement of landmines around the perimeter, ensuring that any attempt at a counterattack would be met with deadly consequences, the rest of the team worked swiftly to sow chaos and destruction within the enemy's ranks.
Having successfully disrupted the camp's communications, Agent F turned his attention to sabotaging the remaining food supplies of the Slavery Faction Army. With calculated precision, he led a small team of agents in a daring raid on the enemy's storerooms. They set fire to the provisions and destroyed any remaining supplies, leaving the camp on the brink of starvation.
Meanwhile, Agents G and H launched a coordinated assault on the camp's defenses, employing guerrilla tactics and strategic strikes to keep the enemy off balance and unable to mount a coherent response. Using their knowledge of the terrain to their advantage, they darted between tents and buildings, striking swiftly and disappearing into the night before the enemy could react.
As the chaos unfolded, the native agents communicated through their encrypted channels, coordinating their efforts and maximizing the impact of their attacks. Their determination and skill were evident in every move, each action calculated to deliver a devastating blow to the Slavery Faction Army without ever engaging in open battle.
Amidst the confusion and panic that gripped the enemy's camp, the native agents moved with purpose and resolve, their mission clear: to impede the Slavery Faction Army's ability to wage war and to pave the way for the liberation of the people of Cosonzo. Moreover, as the first light of dawn illuminated the smoldering remains of the enemy's camp, they knew that they had achieved their objective, dealing a significant blow to their oppressors without ever needing to confront them directly on the battlefield.
Main Camp of Slavery Faction Army, Cosonzo Region, 29 March 2141/ 29 Martius 1841, 09:00 am
In the morning, Senator Brutus is angry because of the raid and sudden attack of the native agents of UT ISIA. Even though their forces are still massive, the morale of troops is low because of the continuous harassment from the native agents. Mr. 04 suggests that Senator Brutus retreat to Colobria City and let King Marcellus come to Colobria City. Another reason is that the enemy destroyed their last supply logistics, so they could only return to Colobria City.
Senator Brutus stood during the chaos, his brow furrowed in deep thought as he surveyed the remnants of his once-mighty army's main camp. The morning sun cast long shadows across the scene of destruction, illuminating the faces of his weary soldiers as they prepared to abandon their posts and retreat to Colobria City.
Mr. 04, the commander of Schwarzer Schatten's unit and person in charge of intelligence and counterintelligence, approached with a grave expression etched upon his features. "Senator Brutus," he began, his voice low and solemn, "the situation is dire. Our forces are scattered, our supplies depleted, and our morale shattered. If we remain here any longer, we risk total annihilation at the hands of the enemy because we fight in bad conditions."
Senator Brutus nodded grimly, his mind weighed down by the gravity of their predicament. "You speak the truth, Mr. 04," he replied, his voice heavy with resignation. "We cannot hope to withstand the relentless assault of the enemy agents from United Terran any longer. It is time to retreat to Colobria City and regroup."
"But what of our mission to ambush King Marcellus upon his arrival?" Mr. 02 interjected, his eyes darting anxiously around the camp. "If we abandon our posts now, we may never get another chance to strike at the heart of the enemy forces."
Senator Brutus sighed heavily, his gaze fixed on the distant horizon where Colobria City lay waiting. "I know," he conceded, "but we cannot afford to risk everything on a single gambit. Our priority now must be the safety of our troops and the preservation of our cause."
With a heavy heart, Senator Brutus ordered his army to begin their retreat. The sound of marching feet mingled with the groans of wounded soldiers and the crackle of burning wreckage. As they trudged wearily away from the main camp, leaving behind the smoldering ruins of their ambitions, a sense of defeat hung heavy in the air.
Nevertheless, amidst the despair, there was a flicker of hope - the knowledge that they had survived this devastating blow and lived to fight another day. Moreover, as they made their way towards Colobria City, Senator Brutus vowed that they would return, stronger and more determined than ever before, to reclaim what was rightfully theirs.
Finally, the ambush mission to destroy King Marcellus's army failed because of the heroic action and strategy of the native agents of UT ISIA. The superiority of technology, genius tactics, and strategies have proven to defeat the enemy through attrition battles and intelligence efforts. This action could save thousands of lives from King Marcellus' army and the people of the Cosonzo region.
