Vladimir Prigozhin, the Head of Black Shadow Private Military Company (PMC), was greeted by Adam Kadyrov, Head of NKGB, and his old friend.
"Comrade Vladimir, how is your mission progressing in the Fortisregnum Empire? Please share it with me." Adam is asking about the progress of the coup in the Fortisregnum Empire.
"Comrade Adam, we already have support from the Führer of Weltenkraft Reich. He agreed to send their outdated infantry weapons, tanks, and aircraft." Vladimir report.
"I see. So, what brings you here?" Adam is asking about Vladimir's visit to the NKGB headquarters.
"I promised Senator Brutus to send Avtomat Simonova 74 (AS-74) assault rifles, Snayperskaya Vintovka Konstantinova (SVK) sniper rifles, Ruchnoy Pulemyot Sudayeva (RPS) machine guns, Strela-90 MANPADS, and Mukha-99 MANPATS to help slavery faction against Emperor Aurelius," Vladimir responds.
"Why do you also promise our outdated modern infantry weapons to send against the legionnaires of the backward nations such as Fortisregnum Empire?" Adam was confused about why he also promised to send the modern weapons.
"Because modern weapons from the United Terran supported Emperor Aurelius, we estimated that the United Terran would also send their modern weapons," Vladimir responds.
Adam furrowed his brow, processing the implications. "So, you intend to escalate the conflict by supplying the coup sides with modern weaponry?"
Vladimir nodded firmly. "Indeed. It is a delicate balance, Comrade Adam. By arming the slavery faction, we not only fulfill our promise to Senator Brutus but also level the playing field against the modern weaponry provided by the United Terran."
Adam leaned back in his chair, contemplating the ramifications. "And what of the potential consequences? This escalation could prolong the conflict, increase civilian casualties, and draw unwanted attention from international bodies."
Vladimir shrugged indifferently. "Conflict breeds opportunity, Comrade Adam. Besides, it is all in the name of advancing our interests. The chaos allows us to maneuver and establish our influence more effectively."
Adam leaned forward, his curiosity piqued. "You mentioned the United Terran. Who exactly are they?" Adam asks Vladimir again.
Vladimir's expression tightened slightly, a hint of wariness flickering in his eyes. "The United Terran is an enigmatic entity shrouded in mystery. Their influence extends far and wide, but their exact location and nature remain elusive."
Adam's frown deepened. "And they are backing Emperor Aurelius in the Fortisregnum Empire?"
Vladimir nodded grimly. "Yes, that is what Senator Brutus informed me. They seem interested in the region, and their support for Emperor Aurelius is strategic."
Adam's mind raced, grappling with the implications of this revelation. "If they are backing Emperor Aurelius, then our support for the slavery faction puts us in direct opposition to the United Terran."
Vladimir's gaze hardened, his resolve unyielding. "So it seems. However, we cannot let fear of the unknown deter us. Our cause is just, and we will do what is necessary to achieve our goals."
Adam cleared his throat, a sense of transparency guiding his words. "Comrade Vladimir, I must admit, as the head of NKGB, I am at a loss regarding this United Terran. It seems they have managed to elude our intelligence networks entirely. Wait a moment. I will check our main database first."
After several minutes of searching the NKGB database center for information about United Terran, Adam found nothing. He thought this was an alien nation shrouded in mystery.
Vladimir raised an eyebrow, acknowledging Adam's candor. "Understandable, Comrade Adam. The United Terran has remained remarkably elusive thus far."
Adam nodded before continuing, his curiosity driving him forward. "But what do we know about their power and influence? Do you have any insights?"
Vladimir leaned back in his chair, contemplating the question. "Well, based on what Senator Brutus has shared, it seems they are involved in significant infrastructure projects. For instance, they have been instrumental in constructing modern concrete public roads in Aeterna City."
Adam furrowed his brow, processing the information. "That suggests a considerable level of resources and organizational capability."
Vladimir nodded in agreement. "Indeed. If we were to make comparisons, I would say they could be on par with Weltenkraft Reich or perhaps even akin to the People's Republic of Uroslav, our proud motherland."
Adam was shocked that United Terran had power similar to that of his proud motherland. However, he still absorbed the comparison and recognized the gravity of the situation. "So, they could potentially rival some of the most powerful nations and even us on the global stage."
Vladimir nodded solemnly. "Exactly. We cannot afford to underestimate them. Our next steps should focus on gathering more intelligence to understand the extent of their influence and capabilities. I hope you will dispatch NKGB operatives in the Fortisregnum Empire to gain information and intelligence about the United Terran."
Adam sighed, the weight of the unknown pressing down on him. "Agreed. We must mobilize our resources and ensure our operatives prioritize gathering information on the United Terran."
Adam nodded thoughtfully, his mind already spinning with strategies. "Given the potential threat posed by the United Terran, what are your plans, Comrade Vladimir? How do you intend to counter their influence?"
Vladimir leaned forward, his eyes gleaming with determination. "We must leverage our strengths and alliances strategically. First and foremost, I have been consolidating our power in Weltenkraft Reich. With the support of their outdated modern infantry weapons, panzers, and aircraft, we can bolster our military capabilities significantly."
Adam nodded, recognizing the importance of having a strong ally like Weltenkraft Reich. "And what about other alliances? How are you faring elsewhere?"
Vladimir's expression grew even more resolute. "In Imperio Estelar, we have secured support for our cause. They are willing to lend us their majestic dragons, magic cannons, and muskets, which will undoubtedly give us an edge in any conflict."
Adam could not help but feel a surge of optimism at the prospect of such formidable allies. "That is excellent news. And what about your other connections? Have you made any progress?"
Vladimir nodded, a faint smile tugging at his lips. "Indeed. I have been working tirelessly to convince some cultivator specialists in arrays from the Tianlong Empire to join us as mercenaries of Black Shadow. Their expertise in magical arrays could prove invaluable in defense and offense."
Adam's eyes sparkled with anticipation. "It seems you are assembling quite a formidable force. With these equipment, weapons, and human resources, you will be well-prepared to face whatever challenges the United Terran may throw your way in the coup of the Fortisregnum Empire. However, still vigilant for every unknown possibility of this alien nation." Adam said.
Vladimir clapped Adam on the shoulder, silently acknowledging their shared resolve. "Indeed, Comrade Adam. We must remain vigilant and proactive. With our combined efforts from several nations, we will ensure that the influence of the United Terran does not go unchallenged."
Adam's gaze turned to the list of outdated modern weapons, his final question hanging in the air. "What do you plan to do with these outdated modern weapons, Comrade Vladimir? How do they fit into your overall strategy in the coup?"
Vladimir's expression grew thoughtful as he considered Adam's question. "While these weapons may be outdated by our modern standards infantry weapons, they still hold significant value for us. We can utilize them strategically to support our clients and undermine our enemies."
He gestured toward the Avtomat Simonova 74 (AS-74) assault rifles. "These rifles may not be the latest models, but they are reliable and widely used. We can supply them to our clients, providing them with much-needed firepower to bolster their ranks."
Vladimir then motioned toward the Snayperskaya Vintovka Konstantinova (SVK) sniper rifles. "Sniper rifles like these are invaluable for precision strikes and reconnaissance missions. We can deploy them to target key enemy assets and disrupt their operations."
His attention turned to the Ruchnoy Pulemyot Sudayeva (RPS) machine guns. "Machine guns offer suppressive fire and area denial capabilities. By deploying them strategically, we can control the battlefield and prevent enemy advances."
Vladimir then nodded toward the Strela-90 MANPADS and Mukha-99 MANPATS. "These anti-aircraft and anti-tank missile systems may be outdated, but they can still threaten potentially enemy aircraft and armor. We can use them to neutralize enemy assets and protect our forces. We must prepared if United Terran also sends their tanks and aircraft to help Emperor Aurelius."
Adam nodded, impressed by Vladimir's strategic thinking. "So, by tactically deploying these outdated modern weapons, you can level the playing field and support your clients effectively."
Vladimir nodded in agreement. "Exactly, Comrade Adam. Every weapon has its purpose, and with proper planning and execution, even outdated ones can be formidable assets on the battlefield."
As they concluded their discussion, Adam could not help but feel a sense of reassurance, knowing that Vladimir had thoughtfully considered every aspect of their strategy. With their combined efforts and the arsenal at their disposal, they were prepared to face any challenge that lay ahead.
Adam nodded decisively, gesturing toward the weapons arrayed before them. "Comrade Vladimir, consider these weapons a token of our friendship and to complement your commitment to our cause. We will provide you with 100 AS-74 assault rifles, 30 SVK sniper rifles, 30 RPS machine guns, 20 Strela-90 MANPADS, and 20 Muka-99 MANPATS. Because Weltenkraft Reich sent their outdated aircraft and tanks, I think we must send our outdated aircraft and tanks, too, to increase the chance of success. I will send you twelve or one squadron Len-80 jet fighters and ten Sta-80 main battle tanks." Adam said he would support sending outdated jet fighters and main battle tanks.
Vladimir's eyes gleamed with appreciation as he took in the generous offering. "Are you sure you will give us our Stalinium main battle tank and Leninium jet fighters, Comrade Adam? Thank you, Comrade Adam. These weapons will be instrumental in furthering our objectives."
"Yes, I feel United Terran is a formidable threat to your mission. If we send our outdated weapons, MBT, and jet fighters, they will resist and be capable of fighting the possibility of the United Terran jet fighters and MBT." Adam said.
Adam then turned to one of his subordinates and commanded: "Take Comrade Vladimir and his team to our armory and hangar tomorrow. Guide them through the inspection and testing process for these weapons, main battle tanks, and aircraft. Ensure they are in optimal condition for deployment."
The subordinate nodded crisply, acknowledging the order. "Da, Comrade Director. Right away."

The projectile streaked toward the designated target with incredible speed and accuracy, striking with devastating force and piercing through the captured United States Amarilon Magic Main Battle Tank (MMBT) armor.
"Excellent shot," Vladimir praised, nodding in approval. "Now, switch to HEAT rounds, target at 800 meters."
The gunner swiftly adjusted the tank's targeting systems and loaded a high-explosive anti-tank (HEAT) round into the breach. With a resounding blast, the round detonated upon impact, unleashing its explosive payload and demonstrating the tank's versatility in engaging both armored and soft targets.
"Good work," Vladimir acknowledged, reaffirming his confidence in the tank's firepower. "Now, let's test the autoloader system's ability to maintain rapid fire."
The team conducted a series of rapid-fire tests, pushing the tank's autoloader system to its limits. Despite the intense firing sequence, the autoloader performed flawlessly, efficiently loading rounds into the breach without any delays or malfunctions.
"Autoloader functioning perfectly," Vladimir noted with satisfaction. "Now, let's see how the Sta-80 performs off-road and in harsh conditions."
The tank was put through a series of rigorous tests, navigating challenging terrain with ease as it traversed uneven ground, rocky terrain, and muddy tracks. The Sta-80 showcased its exceptional mobility and stability, demonstrating its capability to operate effectively in diverse environments.
"Impressive performance," Vladimir remarked, observing the tank's agility and resilience. "Now, let's move on to the armor and ERA tests."
The team prepared a controlled environment for the armor and ERA tests in which the tank would be subjected to simulated enemy fire. To simulate the threat, a captured magic main battle tank from the United States of Amarilon, equipped with a powerful 105 mm magic cannon reinforced by fire magic powder and APDS rounds, was used.

"Prepare for armor and ERA tests," Vladimir commanded, his tone serious as they braced for the simulated attacks.
As the enemy tank fired its APDS rounds, the projectiles struck the Sta-80's composite armor and ERA tiles with tremendous force. Despite the formidable firepower of the enemy tank, the Sta-80's defensive systems held strong, absorbing the impacts and deflecting the incoming rounds from 500, 750, and 1000 m.
"Armor integrity maintained," Vladimir confirmed, impressed by the tank's resilience against the simulated attacks. "The Sta-80's composite armor and ERA provide formidable protection against enemy fire without magic reinforced."
Now, they test the firing of APDS rounds powered by fire magic powder. The same MMBT from the United States of Amarilon used their standard APDS reinforced by fire magic powder and shot the Sta-80 composite armor and ERA. Unfortunately, the APDS reinforced by fire magic powder could penetrate the Hull, side, and rear armor of Sta-80 at 500, 700, and 1000 m. This bad result threatens the Black Shadow because the outdated Sta-80 is vulnerable to APDS reinforced with fire magic powder. However, the information is the United Terran is a scientific technology nation that relieves the Black Shadow because the outdated Sta-80 can withstand normal tungsten APDS.

With the tests concluded, the Sta-80 main battle tank proved effective in combat scenarios without magic-reinforced ammunition. Vladimir and his elite team were confident in their armored asset's capabilities as long the enemy did not reinforce their APDS or APFSDS rounds with reinforced magic. They now stood ready to deploy the tank into the field, knowing it would serve as a formidable force multiplier in their mission to achieve victory on the battlefield.
NKGB Black Ops Hangar, Moskovskoye City, People's Republic of Uroslav, 22 February 2141/ 22 Februarius 1841, 09:00 am
The next day, Vladimir and his elite team shifted their focus to another crucial asset in their arsenal: the Leninium 80 (Len-80) jet fighter. As they approached the sleek aircraft, Vladimir couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation at the prospect of evaluating its capabilities.
"Alright, team," Vladimir began, his voice projecting authority as they gathered around the Len-80. "We need to ensure every component of this jet fighter is in optimal condition. Our success in the air may depend on it."
His team members nodded in agreement, understanding the importance of their task as they prepared to inspect the aircraft thoroughly.
"Let's start with the turbo engine," Vladimir directed, gesturing towards the powerful propulsion system at the jet's rear. "We need maximum thrust for speed and maneuverability."
His team members approached the engine intake and conducted a detailed inspection of the turbofan engine. They checked for any wear, leaks, or damage, ensuring the engine could deliver the required thrust for high-performance flight.
"Next, let's check the air-to-air and air-to-surface missile systems," Vladimir continued, indicating the weapon pylons beneath the wings. "We need these missiles to be fully operational for combat engagements."
His team members meticulously examined each missile, inspecting the infrared-guided air-to-air missiles (AAM) and air-to-surface missiles (ASM) for any defects or malfunctions. They verified the integrity of the missile guidance systems and ensured proper connectivity with the aircraft's targeting systems.
"Inspect the flight control system and avionics," Vladimir instructed, his gaze sweeping over the cockpit and control surfaces. "We need precise control and navigation capabilities for aerial combat."
His team members accessed the cockpit and avionics bay, thoroughly inspecting the flight control systems and avionic components. They checked for any anomalies or errors in the control surfaces, ensuring they responded accurately to pilot input during flight maneuvers.
"Examine the airframe," Vladimir commanded, gesturing towards the sleek fuselage of the jet fighter. "We need it to be structurally sound for high-speed flight."
His team members visually inspected the airframe, checking for any signs of damage, stress fractures, or fatigue that could compromise the aircraft's structural integrity. They also ensured that all panels and access hatches were securely fastened and ready to withstand aerial combat forces.
"Check the fuel system," Vladimir directed, focusing on the fuel tanks and lines. "We need a reliable fuel supply for extended missions."
His team members inspected the fuel tanks and lines, verifying they were free from leaks or contamination. They checked the fuel transfer pumps and valves, ensuring they operated smoothly to maintain a consistent fuel flow during flight operations.
"Lastly, inspect the landing gear," Vladimir concluded, indicating the retractable landing gear beneath the aircraft. "We need a robust landing gear system for safe takeoffs and landings."
His team members inspected the landing gear comprehensively, checking for any signs of wear or damage. They verified the functionality of the landing gear hydraulics and shock absorbers, ensuring the aircraft could land safely on various types of terrain.
As the Len-80 jet fighter inspection concluded, Vladimir surveyed his team with a nod of satisfaction. "Well done, everyone. The Len-80 is a formidable asset in our air arsenal. Let us ensure it remains in peak condition for the challenges that lie ahead."
After thoroughly inspecting the Len-80 jet fighter, Vladimir and his elite pilot team were eager to put the aircraft through its paces in a mock test against a captured outdated United States of Amarilon magic jet fighter. Despite lacking magic capabilities themselves, the pilots from the People's Republic of Uroslav were confident in their skills and the Len-80's performance.
"Alright, team," Vladimir addressed his pilots, his voice conveying determination. "Today, we'll conduct a mock test against the captured Amarilon magic jet fighter. Our objective is to assess the performance and capabilities of the Len-80 in simulated aerial combat."
The pilots nodded in understanding, preparing themselves for the upcoming challenge as they climbed into their respective aircraft.
"Remember, we won't be utilizing the magic features of the captured jet fighter," Vladimir reminded them. "Focus on your piloting skills and the capabilities of the Len-80."
The mock test commenced with the Len-80 jet fighters taking to the skies alongside the outdated Amarilon magic jet fighters. Despite the technological gap, the People's Republic of Uroslav pilots were determined to showcase their aircraft's capabilities.
As the mock test between the Len-80 jet fighter and the captured outdated United States of Amarilon magic jet fighter commenced, Vladimir's elite pilot team braced themselves for a challenging engagement. Despite lacking magic capabilities themselves, the pilots from the People's Republic of Uroslav were determined to showcase the prowess of their aircraft in simulated aerial combat.
The mock battle unfolded in the skies above the designated training area, with both sides maneuvering aggressively to gain a tactical advantage. The sleek and advanced Len-80 jet fighters streaked through the air with speed and agility, their turbofan engines roaring as they executed precise maneuvers.
In contrast, the outdated Amarilon magic jet fighters, though lacking in technological sophistication, were enhanced by the mystical energies of magic. Their maneuvers were fluid and unpredictable, guided by the arcane powers imbued within the aircraft.

Figure 8. The art style of the United States of Amarilon Magic Jet Fighter (Resembles F-4 Phantom II) [9]
As the engagement progressed, the Len-80 pilots relied on their superior training and the advanced avionics of their aircraft to outmaneuver their opponents. They utilized the full range of their weaponry, including infrared-guided air-to-air missiles (AAM) and air-to-surface missiles (ASM), to precisely target the enemy jet fighters.
However, the pilots of the captured Amarilon magic jet fighters proved to be formidable adversaries. They harnessed the power of magic engines to enhance their combat capabilities. With mystic spells and enchantments for magic engines, they evaded incoming attacks and unleashed devastating counterattacks against the Len-80 fighters, even though the pilots could not use the magic power.
Despite their best efforts, the Len-80 pilots found themselves challenged by the unpredictable nature of their magic-enhanced opponents. Though technologically inferior, the outdated Amarilon magic jet fighters possessed a mystical edge that made them elusive and difficult to predict in combat.
As the mock battle climaxed, both sides pushed their aircraft to the limit in a desperate bid for victory. The skies echoed with the roar of engines and the thunder of explosions as missiles streaked through the air and spells crackled with arcane energy.
Throughout the mock test, Vladimir and his team closely monitored the performance of the Len-80 jet fighters, evaluating their handling, firepower, and overall combat effectiveness. Despite the challenges posed by the magic-enhanced opponents, the Len-80 pilots demonstrated remarkable skill and adaptability, effectively countering their adversaries with precise tactics and coordinated teamwork.
Because the pilot test of magic jet fighters could not use and maximize the magic technology in the magic jet fighter and lacked a magic guided and magic radar system, the pilot that used Len-80 could lock on the magic jet fighter and simulate shooting down all of them. From three Len-80 Jet fighters and three captured magic jet fighters, they could shoot down 3 while losing 1 with a kill ratio of 3:1. However if they really fought the United States of Amarilon pilot, they would probably be more challenged and assume the kill death ratio will be 1:1, because the Amarilon pilots could maximize the magic technology of magic jet fighters. Fortunately, the United Terran is not a magic nation because they utilize scientific concepts, not magical concepts, for their weapons technology. Their fighter will be similar to the People's Republic of Uroslav and utilize science technology, so the Black Shadow pilot assumes they will withstand the United Terran pilot's skill and fighter.

In the end, while the Len-80 jet fighters demonstrated their advanced capabilities and combat effectiveness, the outcome of the mock test remained uncertain. The pilots from the People's Republic of Uroslav would return to base with valuable insights into the challenges posed by magic-enhanced adversaries, determined to adapt their tactics and strategies for future engagements.
"Well done, everyone," Vladimir commended his pilots as they returned to base. "Today's mock test has demonstrated the prowess of the Len-80 jet fighter. Let's continue to hone our skills and maintain our readiness for future challenges."
NKGB Headquarters, Moskovskoye City, People's Republic of Uroslav, 22 February 2141/ 22 Februarius 1841, 09:00 pm
After thoroughly inspecting the weapons, Vladimir gathered his elite team to report back to Adam Kadyrov, detailing their findings and readiness for deployment. They assembled in a secure briefing room, where Adam awaited their update keenly.
"Comrade Adam," Vladimir began, conveying confidence. I am pleased to report that our weapons inspection was a success. The AS-74 assault rifles, SVK sniper rifles, RPS machine guns, Strela-90 MANPADS, and Muka-99 MANPATS are all in optimal condition for deployment. The Sta-80 MBT and Len-80 Jet fighters are ready for battle."
Adam nodded, a satisfied expression on his face. "Excellent work, Comrade Vladimir. Your attention to detail ensures that we are well-prepared for the challenges ahead. Now, let us move forward with the next phase of our plan."
With a nod from Adam, Vladimir motioned for his team to follow as they made their way to the NKGB black ops route. Under the darkness, they loaded the weapons onto a waiting truck, ensuring every piece was securely stowed away.
As the truck began its clandestine journey, Adam coordinated with his network to ensure a smooth transition. Secret routes and contacts were activated to facilitate the weapons smuggling, bypassing any prying eyes that might hinder their mission.
The truck reached its destination—a hidden port where secret ships awaited. Under cover of darkness, the weapons were transferred onto the vessels, ready to be transported to their final destination in the Fortisregnum Empire. The elite teams of Black Shadow protected these weapons under the protection and name of a cargo ship from the People's Republic of Uroslav.
Senator Brutus, a key client in their coup against Emperor Aurelius, whom United Terran supported, awaited the arrival of the weapons in the Pampoi City, Fortisregnum Empire. Their support would bolster his forces, tipping the scales in their favor as they sought to reclaim control of the empire.
Another cargo ship will send the Stalinium-80 (Sta-80) Main Battle Tank (MBT) and Leninium-80 (Len-80) Jet Fighter. To prevent being detected by another hyperpower nation, Sta-80 and Len-80 will dissembled and reassembled again in Pampoi City. To do this, they also brought their mechanic equipment and engineers to reassemble the Sta-80 and Len-80. The Black Shadow elite teams will also protect the MBT and Jet fighters from foreign threats. One Black Shadow suggested escorting the cargo ship with the Red Fleet; however, this suggestion was rejected because the United States of Amarilon would detect Red Fleet activity through its satellites.
Adam and Vladimir watched from the shadows as the ships disappeared into the night, carrying their cargo of weapons and hope for a better future. Their alliance forged, their resolve unwavering, they were ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead in the coup of the Fortisregnum Empire.
After successfully transferring the outdated modern weapons, Vladimir thanks Adam for his support and is ready to go to the next place, Imperio Estelar.
Imperial Palace, Alcalá de Estelar City, Capital of Imperio Estelar, 25 February 2141/ 25 Februarius 1841, 09:00 am
Vladimir Prigozhin covered his real name by being nicknamed Mr. 0 and visited his friend, Mr. 02, a leaderboard of Black Shadow from Imperio Estellar.
"Welcome, Comrade 0. We already secured the audience with the Emperor to procure the magic cannon, muskets, and majestic dragons to support our mission in the Fortisregnum Empire." Mr. 02 greets Mr. 0. The real name of Mr. 02 is Alejandro Cortes, and he is the ex-Conquistador or elite team of the Imperio Estelar to conquer foreign nations. Because of his achievement, the Emperors of Imperio Estelar treated him specially.
" Buen día, Señor Cortes. Thank you for persuading the Emperor to procure the magic weapons." Mr. 0 greet Alejandro.
With a nod of approval, Alejandro Cortes led Mr. 0 through the grand corridors of the Imperial Palace. Their footsteps echo against the opulent walls adorned with tapestries depicting battles of old and portraits of past Emperors. The scent of incense hung in the air, adding an air of reverence to their journey.
As they approached the audience chamber, guarded by imposing sentinels clad in armor reminiscent of medieval-era warriors, Alejandro turned to Mr. 0 solemnly. "Remember, when we enter the presence of Emperor Carlos de Estelar V, show respect and deference at all times. His word is law, and his power is unparalleled in the Imperio Estelar."
With that, the doors to the audience chamber swung open, revealing a vast room illuminated by the soft glow of chandeliers hanging from the vaulted ceiling. At the far end of the chamber, seated upon a gilded throne adorned with jewels, sat Emperor Carlos V de Estelar, a figure of immense authority and power.
"Your Majesty," Alejandro announced, bowing deeply as he ushered Mr. 0 forward, "allow me to present Mr. 0, a trusted ally from the People's Republic of Uroslav and esteemed member of our cause in the Black Shadow."
Emperor Carlos regarded Mr. 0 with a piercing gaze, his expression inscrutable as he studied the newcomer. "Welcome, Mr. 0," he said in a voice that resonated with command. "I trust Alejandro has briefed you on the purpose of this audience?"
Mr. 0 inclined his head respectfully. "Yes, Your Majesty. We seek your support in acquiring the necessary resources to bolster our mission in the Fortisregnum Empire. With your blessing, we hope to procure magic cannons, muskets, and majestic dragons to ensure our success."
Emperor Carlos's piercing gaze lingered on Mr. 0 momentarily before turning to Alejandro with a questioning look. "Alejandro, why do you believe such formidable weapons are necessary to deal with a nation like the Fortisregnum Empire? Surely, their capabilities do not warrant such drastic measures. Even you request the modern weapons from our mighty ally, the People's Republic of Uroslav."
Alejandro straightened, meeting the Emperor's gaze with unwavering conviction. "Your Majesty, while it is true that the Fortisregnum Empire may appear backward compared to our own, their recent actions have caused ripples that threaten the entire region's stability."
He paused, choosing his words carefully. "Their internal affairs have spilled beyond their borders, leading to unrest and uncertainty among neighboring nations. If left unchecked, this turmoil could disrupt trade routes vital to the Imperio Estelar and jeopardize our regional interests."
Emperor Carlos stroked his chin thoughtfully, considering Alejandro's words. "And why do you believe that the Imperio Estelar must involve itself in the internal affairs of the Fortisregnum Empire? Are we not better served by focusing on our prosperity and security?"
Alejandro's expression remained resolute as he responded, "Your Majesty, while our empire thrives, we cannot turn a blind eye to the plight of our neighbors. Ignoring the instability within the Fortisregnum Empire would invite chaos to our doorstep. By extending our hand in assistance, we not only demonstrate our strength but also uphold our duty as a beacon of stability and order in the region."
The Emperor pondered Alejandro's words momentarily, his gaze drifting back to Mr. 0. "And what do you say, Mr. 0? Do you believe that the Imperio Estelar should involve itself in the affairs of the Fortisregnum Empire?"
Mr. 0 cleared his throat before addressing the Emperor, his tone measured yet firm. "Your Majesty, recent intelligence suggests that Emperor Aurelius of the Fortisregnum Empire has gained the backing of a powerful nation known as the United Terran. Their support provides him with resources and technologies previously unknown to his realm, posing a significant threat not only to neighboring nations but potentially to the entire region's stability. Even our motherland intelligence did not know about this unknown and mysterious nation."
As Emperor Carlos absorbed this information, his mind raced with the implications. The mention of the United Terran triggered a memory: just last month, reports had reached his ears of a diplomatic envoy from an unknown nation arriving in the Imperio Estelar protectorate nation: the Novacara Empire. Their arrival had caused quite a stir among the courtiers, with rumors swirling about the strange, gigantic metallic ship that had brought them.
"Based on our information from our diplomat in the Novacara Empire, the Emperor of Novacara, Hamilcar Barca, received diplomatic team members from an unknown nation. They said they were from the United Terran. They come with gigantic metallic ships and flat decks that resemble our dragon's carrier ships and metallic flat deck ships from Angles Empire, Weltenkraft Reich, People's Republic of Uroslav, and the United States of Amarilon." Emperor Carles said.
"If they have aircraft carriers and battleships, this information proves that at least United Terran power is similar to Weltenkraft Reich or even my nation, People's Republic of Uroslav." Mr. 0 responds.
The information from Emperor Carlos will become a potential threat if United Terran joins the coup in the Fortisregnum Empire. The worst case is that if the United States of Amarilon knows that the People's Republic of Uroslav helped the slavery faction, they will join and invite the United Terran to their sphere of influence. Suppose powerful nations like the United Terran join the side of the United States of Amarilon. In that case, the balance of power in the Cold War between the People's Republic of Uroslav and the United States of Amarilon will favor the democratic side (the United States of Amarilon is democratic, and the People's Republic of Uroslav is communist). Mr. 0 will give this information to the Premier and Adam Kadyrov, Head of NKGB so that they can approach United Terran carefully. The best possible outcome is to invite them to the sphere of the Iron Curtain.
The Emperor's brow furrowed as he connected the dots. "Indeed," he murmured, "the emergence of the United Terran on the diplomatic stage cannot be ignored. Extending their influence to the Fortisregnum Empire could herald a shift in the balance of power within the region."
Turning his attention back to Mr. 0 and Alejandro, Emperor Carlos's expression hardened with resolve. "It seems that our involvement in the affairs of the Fortisregnum Empire is not merely a matter of altruism but a necessity to safeguard our interests and those of our allies. Very well, Alejandro, Mr. 0. You have my support in acquiring the resources you require to address this threat."
Emperor Carlos leaned forward slightly, his eyes narrowing with a steely determination. "However, Alejandro, I must emphasize the importance of discretion in this matter. We cannot afford to reveal our hand prematurely. Our involvement must remain clandestine, lest we risk drawing unwanted attention and retaliation from the United Terran or other interested parties."
Alejandro nodded solemnly, understanding the gravity of the Emperor's directive. "Of course, Your Majesty. We shall proceed with the utmost caution, ensuring our actions do not betray our intentions."
The Emperor's gaze softened slightly, acknowledging Alejandro's commitment. "Good. Moreover, while we support your mission to gather information about the United Terran during the coup, our primary objective remains to safeguard our interests and preserve regional stability. Do not allow personal vendettas or ambitions to cloud your judgment."
With a respectful bow, Alejandro affirmed his understanding. "Understood, Your Majesty. We shall proceed accordingly, focusing squarely on the task at hand."
Emperor Carlos gestured to his royal guards, who stood at attention nearby. "Captain Hernandez," he called out to the guards' leader, "escort Alejandro and Mr. 0 to the Imperial armory. Allow them full access to inspect our arsenal of magic cannons and muskets. Ensure they have everything they need to make an informed decision. After that, guide them to our imperial dragon nest to inspect our majestic dragons."
Captain Hernandez saluted crisply. "Yes, Your Majesty. Right away." With a swift motion, he motioned for Alejandro and Mr. 0 to follow him, leading them out of the audience chamber and through the labyrinthine corridors of the Imperial Palace.
Imperial Armory, Alcalá de Estelar City, Capital of Imperio Estelar, 25 February 2141/ 25 Februarius 1841, 01:00 pm
As they traversed the grand halls, Captain Hernandez explained the layout of the armory and assured Alejandro and Mr. 0 that they would have ample time to examine the weaponry in detail. "The Imperio Estelar takes great pride in the craftsmanship of our arms," he remarked, "and I am certain you will find our selection of magic cannons and muskets to be of the highest quality."
Upon reaching the armory, Captain Hernandez stepped aside, allowing Alejandro and Mr. 0 to enter. The sight that greeted them was awe-inspiring: rows upon rows of gleaming weapons, each meticulously maintained and ready for battle. Magic cannons adorned with intricate runes stood alongside muskets of exquisite design, their barrels polished to a mirror sheen.
Mr. 0 and Alejandro, accompanied by the elite team of Black Shadow and Captain Hernandez, approached the magic muskets lined up in the armory. As they inspected the weapons, they paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that each musket was in optimal condition for their mission.
Alejandro took the lead, his experienced eye assessing the craftsmanship of the muskets with precision. He first examined the barrels, running his fingers along the smooth metal surface to check for any imperfections or signs of wear. Satisfied with their quality, he inspected the fire mana powder chambers, ensuring they were securely sealed and leakage-free.
Meanwhile, Mr. 0 and the Black Shadow team members examined the muskets' safety mechanisms, trigger systems, and loading mechanisms. They meticulously tested each component, ensuring they functioned flawlessly and would not fail in battle.
Observing their inspection, Captain Hernandez nodded in approval as he watched the team's thoroughness. "These muskets are the pride of the Imperio Estelar," he remarked. "They have been crafted with the utmost care and precision, ensuring their reliability on the battlefield."
After thoroughly inspecting each musket, Alejandro turned to Mr. 0 and nodded in satisfaction. "These muskets meet our standards," he declared. "They will serve us well in our mission to bolster our forces against the Fortisregnum Empire."
After concluding their inspection of the magic muskets, Alejandro Cortes, Captain Hernandez, and the elite Black Shadow team proceeded to the firing range within the armory. This was where they would test the weapons' reliability and effectiveness.
Standing side by side, Alejandro and the Black Shadow team members selected a musket from the arsenal. With practiced hands, they loaded the weapons with fire mana powder and enchanted bullets, ensuring everything was in place for the firing test. While Mr. 0 observed and checked the other magic musket.
Captain Hernandez stood nearby, overseeing the proceedings with a keen eye. "Remember, gentlemen, accuracy and consistency are paramount. We need to know that these muskets will perform reliably in the heat of battle."
Nodding in understanding, Alejandro and the others aimed at the designated targets downrange. With a steady hand, they squeezed the triggers, unleashing bolts of magical energy towards their marks.
Gunfire echoed through the firing range as the enchanted bullets precisely found their targets. One by one, the Black Shadow team members demonstrated their marksmanship, each shot hitting its mark with deadly accuracy.
Alejandro was satisfied with the results, noting the consistency and power of the magic muskets. Despite the complexity of their enchantments, the weapons performed flawlessly, delivering devastating firepower with every shot.
As the firing test concluded, Captain Hernandez approached Alejandro with a nod of approval. "Impressive," he remarked. "These magic muskets are truly a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. With weapons like these at our disposal, we will have a significant advantage against the forces of the Fortisregnum Empire."
Alejandro nodded in agreement, his confidence in their arsenal bolstered by the successful test. Turning to Mr. 0, he offered a reassuring smile. "Our mission just became a lot more promising," he said. "With these magic muskets in our hands, we will be well-prepared to face whatever challenges lie ahead."
Mr. 0 returned the smile, his determination evident in his eyes. "Indeed," he replied. "With the support of the Imperio Estelar and the might of the Black Shadow, we will ensure the success of our mission."

After the magic muskets' successful firing test and their reliability were confirmed, Alejandro Cortes, Captain Hernandez, Mr. 0, and the elite Black Shadow team inspected the magic cannons within the armory. These formidable weapons were crucial for their mission and required thorough examination to ensure their reliability and effectiveness on the battlefield.
Approaching the magic cannons, which stood imposingly in rows within the armory, Alejandro retook the lead, his experienced eye scanning over the intricate machinery and enchanted components. Captain Hernandez and the Black Shadow team members followed closely, ready to assist in the inspection process.
The first aspect they examined was the cannon barrel, the heart of the weapon. Alejandro ran his hands along the smooth metal surface, checking for any signs of damage or wear that could compromise its structural integrity. He scrutinized the rifling, ensuring it was clear and well-maintained for optimal accuracy.
Next, they focused on the firing mechanism, which determined the cannon's ability to unleash its devastating power. Alejandro and the Black Shadow team members meticulously examined the gears, levers, and enchantments that comprised the mechanism, testing each to ensure smooth operation.
Safety was paramount, especially with weapons of such immense firepower. Captain Hernandez and the Black Shadow team members inspected the safety mechanisms built into the cannons, ensuring they were robust and reliable to prevent accidental discharges or malfunctions during combat.
They also scrutinized other vital components of the magic cannons, such as the mana conduits and enchantment matrices that imbued the weapons with their mystical abilities. Any flaws or weaknesses in these areas could have dire consequences on the battlefield, so thorough inspection was essential.
As they worked, Alejandro and the others maintained a focused yet methodical approach, leaving no stone unturned in examining the magic cannons. Each component was tested and retested, ensuring nothing was overlooked in their quest for perfection.
After hours of careful inspection, Alejandro finally nodded in satisfaction, signaling their task was complete. "These magic cannons meet our standards," he announced, his voice carrying a note of certainty. "They are ready to be deployed to support our mission against the Fortisregnum Empire."
After inspecting the magic cannons, Alejandro Cortes, Captain Hernandez, Mr. 0, and the elite Black Shadow team moved to the firing range within the armory. Here, they would conduct a series of tests to gauge the reliability and effectiveness of the cannons in action.
Positioning themselves at a safe distance from the firing line, Alejandro and the team members prepared to unleash the power of the magic cannons. Each cannon was loaded with enchanted ammunition and carefully aimed at designated targets downrange.
Captain Hernandez stood by, overseeing the proceedings with a watchful eye. "Remember, precision and power are crucial," he reminded them. "We need to know that these cannons can deliver decisive blows when it matters most."
With a nod of understanding, Alejandro and the others prepared to fire the cannons. Taking their positions behind the weapons, they braced themselves for the recoil and unleashed a volley of enchanted projectiles toward their targets.
The air crackled with magical energy as the cannons roared to life, sending bolts of mystical power hurtling toward their marks. One by one, the targets were struck with devastating accuracy, crumbling under the force of the enchanted ammunition.
Alejandro watched closely as the magic cannons unleashed their firepower, noting the consistency and potency of their shots. Despite their immense power, the cannons remained steady and controlled, demonstrating their reliability in battle.
As the firing test continued, Captain Hernandez observed with a keen eye, assessing the performance of the cannons and their operators. He noted the precision with which the Black Shadow team members handled the weapons, and their expertise was evident in every shot fired.
After a series of volleys, the firing test concluded, and Alejandro approached Captain Hernandez with a satisfied smile. "The magic cannons performed admirably," he remarked. "Their power and accuracy exceeded our expectations, and I have full confidence in their ability to turn the tide of battle in our favor."
Captain Hernandez nodded in agreement, his expression mirroring Alejandro's satisfaction. "Indeed," he replied. "With weapons like these at our disposal, we will be a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield."
With the firing test complete and the reliability of the magic cannons confirmed, Alejandro, Mr. 0, and the rest of the Black Shadow team made their final preparations to depart from the armory. Armed with their newfound weapons and a renewed sense of purpose, they were ready to face the challenges that awaited them in the mission ahead.

Imperial Dragon Nest, Alcalá de Estelar City, Capital of Imperio Estelar, 26 February 2141/ 26 Februarius 1841, 09:00 am
The next day, after concluding their inspection of the magic cannons, Alejandro Cortes, Mr. 0, Captain Hernandez, and the elite Black Shadow team made their way to the Imperial Dragon Nest within the Imperial Military Area in Alcalá de Estelar City. Here, they would inspect the majestic dragons that would serve as invaluable assets in their mission against the Fortisregnum Empire.
Entering the vast chamber of the dragon nest, they were greeted by the sight of the magnificent creatures, their powerful forms coiled and resting upon the stone floor. The air hummed with the energy of their presence, and the scent of smoke and scales filled the chamber.
Approaching the dragons with cautious reverence, Alejandro and the others began their inspection. They prioritized assessing their health and well-being and ensuring they were fit for battle.
Captain Hernandez led the way, his expertise in dragon care evident as he examined each creature with a practiced eye. He checked their scales for signs of injury or illness, listening carefully to their breathing and observing their movements for any signs of discomfort.
As they moved from dragon to dragon, Alejandro and Mr. 0 assisted Captain Hernandez, offering support and guidance where needed. Together, they worked diligently to ensure that every dragon was in optimal condition for the challenges ahead.
Once satisfied with the dragons' health, they turned their attention to their firepower. Alejandro and Mr. 0 inspected the enchanted flames that flickered within the dragons' mouths, testing their intensity and range.
With a nod of approval, Alejandro confirmed the potency of the dragons' breath weapons. "These creatures possess formidable firepower," he remarked. "Their flames will strike fear into the hearts of our enemies and provide invaluable support on the battlefield."
Lastly, they evaluated the dragons' flying capabilities, a crucial aspect of their effectiveness in combat. Captain Hernandez led the dragons in a series of flight exercises, testing their agility and maneuverability in the confined space of the nest.
The dragons soared through the air with grace and power, their wings beating in perfect synchrony as they executed intricate aerial maneuvers. Alejandro and Mr. 0 watched in awe, impressed by the creatures' natural prowess and adaptability.
After completing their inspection, Alejandro turned to Captain Hernandez with a smile of satisfaction. "These dragons are truly magnificent," he said. "Their strength, firepower, and flying ability will be invaluable assets in our mission against the Fortisregnum Empire."
Captain Hernandez nodded in agreement, his pride in the dragons evident. "Indeed," he replied. "With creatures like these at our command, victory is assured."
With their inspection of the majestic dragons complete, Alejandro, Mr. 0, Captain Hernandez, and the Black Shadow team made their final preparations to depart from the Imperial Dragon Nest. Armed with their newfound allies and the formidable arsenal of the Imperio Estelar, they were ready to face whatever challenges awaited them in the mission ahead.
Imperial Palace, Alcalá de Estelar City, Capital of Imperio Estelar, 26 February 2141/ 26 Februarius 1841, 07:00 pm
After completing their thorough inspections of the magic cannons, muskets, and majestic dragons, Alejandro Cortes, accompanied by Mr. 0 and Captain Hernandez, returned to the presence of Emperor Carlos V in the Imperial Palace. They aimed to report their findings and seek the Emperor's approval before proceeding with their plans.
Entering the audience chamber again, Alejandro and his companions bowed respectfully before Emperor Carlos V, who sat upon his gilded throne with regal authority.
"Your Majesty," Alejandro began, his voice carrying the weight of their discoveries, "I am pleased to report that our inspections of the magic cannons, muskets, and majestic dragons have yielded promising results."
Emperor Carlos V regarded Alejandro with a keen interest, his expression expectant as he awaited further details. "Continue," he urged, his tone betraying a hint of anticipation.
Alejandro nodded, a sense of pride evident in his demeanor as he elaborated on their findings. "The magic cannons are in impeccable condition, Your Majesty," he explained. "Their craftsmanship is unparalleled, and their firepower is more than sufficient to meet the demands of our mission against the Fortisregnum Empire."
He then turned to address the muskets, his voice resonating with confidence. "Likewise, the magic muskets have proven reliable and effective," he continued. "Their accuracy and power will give our forces a significant advantage on the battlefield."
Finally, Alejandro spoke of the majestic dragons, and his admiration for the creatures is evident in his words. "And as for the majestic dragons, Your Majesty," he said, "they are truly magnificent beings. Their strength, firepower, and flying capabilities make them invaluable allies in our struggle against our enemies."
Emperor Carlos V listened intently to Alejandro's report, his gaze thoughtful as he absorbed the information. After a moment of contemplation, he spoke, his voice carrying the weight of his authority.
"I am pleased to hear of your success, Alejandro," the Emperor said, his tone filled with approval. "Your dedication to our cause and thoroughness in preparing for this mission are commendable."
He then turned his attention to Mr. 0, acknowledging his presence with a nod of recognition. "And you, Mr. 0," he continued, "I Hope your mission, the state coup in the Fortisregnum Empire, will uncover the factual information about United Terran, and we could propose a plan against them.
Mr. 0 bowed respectfully, expressing his gratitude for the Emperor's acknowledgment. "Thank you, Your Majesty," he replied, his tone respectful yet earnest. "I am honored to help the Imperio Estelar and contribute to uncovering the power of United Terran through the coup in the Fortisregnum Empire. Thank you for the help of weapons and majestic dragons. I hope these weapons will help us succeed in the coup and make Senator Brutus the Fortisregnum Empire Emperor and future puppet." Mr. 0 responded.
"After your mission in the Fortisregnum Empire is successful, could you help us defeat and conquer the heathen empire in the desert? Emperor Carlos asks if Black Shadow could help Imperio Estelar's conquest.
"Heathen Empire in the desert? Do you mean Dawlat Al-Nur Caliphate?" Mr. 0 asked about Dawlat Al-Nur Caliphate.
"Yes, you are right, Mr. 0. That infidels keep the body of our Holy Son of God. We must retrieve the Holy Son's body for the Holy Empire to maintain our alliance with them. We could annex the lucrative territory of Dawlat Al-Nur Caliphate, especially the magic stone mines that have become the largest and are of high quality. With that, we could monopolize the magic stones and powders market," Emperor Carlos V explains.
"I do not care about this religious purpose. However, the lucrative area and slave sources are potential and interesting businesses. I accept your proposal, Your Majesty." Mr. 0 accepted Emperor Carlos V's request.
"Thank you, Mr. 0. On behalf of Imperio Estelar, I, Emperor Carlos V de Estelar, declare that Black Shadow will become our ally against Dawlat Al-Nur Caliphate."
"Thank You, Your Majesty, for the proposal. I appreciate your help in the form of magic cannons, muskets, and majestic dragons." Mr. 0 responded
Emperor Carlos V regarded them both with satisfaction, his confidence in their abilities unwavering. "Very well," he said, rising from his throne with purpose. With the magic cannons, muskets, and majestic dragons at your disposal, I do not doubt you will succeed in your mission."
He gestured for Alejandro, Mr. 0, and Captain Hernandez to approach him, indicating his desire to impart final wisdom before their departure.
"As you venture forth into the unknown, remember that you carry the hopes and aspirations of the Imperio Estelar with you," the Emperor said, his voice resolute. "May you face your enemies with courage and emerge victorious in the face of adversity."
With a final nod of encouragement, Emperor Carlos V blessed Alejandro, Mr. 0, and their companions, signaling the beginning of their journey to confront the looming threat of an unknown power, the United Terran. The Emperor's words strengthened their resolve as they departed from the audience chamber. They knew they carried the full support of the Imperio Estelar in their quest for victory.
"Mr. 0, I will pack the magic cannons and musket to the transport ship and majestic dragons via dragon carriers. We will use a secret route from Imperio Estelar Navy. I hope the package will arrive at the right time." Alejandro explains that the package will be sent through secret transport ships and dragon carriers.
"Thank you for your help, Alejandro. We hope we can defeat Emperor Aurelius' faction with the power of modern weapons from my nation, the Weltenkrat Reich, and your magic weapons. Then we could uncover the true power of United Terran through the coup."
After shaking hands with Alejandro, they separated. Now, Mr. 0 will go to his final destination, Tianlong Empire, with the ships from Imperio Estelar to recruit cultivators with Mrs. Saturday's help.
Imperial Palace, Ziweiyuan City, Tianlong Empire, 4 March 2141/ 4 Martius 1841, 10:00 am
Mr. 0 met with Mrs. Saturday to recruit cultivators, especially array cultivators.
"Welcome, Comrade, Mr. 0. I have already secured the audience with Huángdì (Emperor) to get approval to recruit cultivators in the Tianlong Empire." Mrs. Saturday explained that she had already secured the audience with Emperor Tianlong Empire. Mrs. Saturday's real name is Su Ling'er.
"Thank you, Ling'er, for your hard work obtaining the audience with the Emperor." Mr.0 appreciates Ling'er's work.
"That's okay, Mr. 0. You are from the People's Republic of Uroslav, one of the Hyperpowers and the world's most advanced technology. Of course, Huángdì will accept an audience with you," Ling'er responded.
"Please guide me to the Emperor's Palace," Mr. 0 requested.
Mr. 0 and Su Ling'er, known as Mrs. Saturday, were escorted through the grand corridors of the Imperial Palace in Ziweiyuan City, the capital of the Tianlong Empire. The palace's opulence was evident in every detail, from the intricate carvings adorning the walls to the delicate tapestries depicting scenes of ancient battles and mythical creatures.
As they approached the audience chamber, Su Ling'er turned to Mr. 0 with a reassuring smile. "Remember, when we meet with Emperor Zhu Long, always show respect and deference. The Tianlong Empire values tradition and honor above all else."
Mr. 0 nodded in understanding, his demeanor composed as they entered the presence of the Emperor. Seated upon a magnificent throne adorned with dragon motifs, Emperor Zhu Long exuded an aura of regal authority and wisdom.
"Your Majesty," Su Ling'er announced, bowing deeply as she ushered Mr. 0 forward, "allow me to present Mr. 0, a representative from the People's Republic of Uroslav and Black Shadow. He seeks your approval to recruit cultivators within the Tianlong Empire."
Emperor Zhu Long regarded Mr. 0 with a thoughtful expression, his gaze piercing yet serene. "Welcome, Mr. 0," he said in a voice that carried the weight of centuries of tradition. "I trust Mrs. Saturday has briefed you on the customs and protocols of our empire?"
Mr. 0 inclined his head respectfully. "Yes, Your Majesty," he replied. "I know the honor and privilege it is to stand before you. I seek your approval to recruit cultivators from the Tianlong Empire to aid in a mission of great importance."
Emperor Zhu Long's gaze narrowed slightly, his interest piqued. "And what, pray tell, is this mission of great importance that requires the assistance of cultivators from my empire?"
Mr. 0 chose his words carefully, knowing the significance of his request. "Your Majesty, there are forces at play beyond our borders that threaten the stability and security of the region. To combat these threats, we require cultivators' unique talents and abilities, particularly those skilled in the art of arrays."
The Emperor's expression softened as he considered Mr. 0's words. "I see," he murmured, "the fate of the Tianlong Empire is intertwined with the world's fate. We must protect our lands and people from any who seek to harm us."
Turning to Su Ling'er, Emperor Zhu Long sought her counsel. "Su Ling'er, what do you say about this request? Do you believe it is in the best interests of the Tianlong Empire to grant Mr. 0's petition?"
Su Ling'er nodded solemnly, her eyes meeting the Emperor's with unwavering resolve. "Your Majesty, cooperation with the Black Shadow is in the Tianlong Empire's best interests. By supporting their cause, we strengthen our alliance and ensure our realm's safety and prosperity."
Emperor Zhu Long listened attentively to Su Ling'er's words, his expression thoughtful as he considered the implications of aligning with the Black Shadow. Nevertheless, before he could voice his decision, he turned his gaze back to Mr. 0, his eyes reflecting curiosity and skepticism.
"Mr. 0," the Emperor began, his voice resonating with a commanding presence, "the Tianlong Empire has stood for centuries, defended by our martial prowess and the might of our spiritual weapons. Why do you seek the aid of cultivators, particularly those skilled in arrays, when you already possess such formidable technology?"
Mr. 0 met the Emperor's gaze steadily, understanding the question's weight. "Your Majesty," he started respectfully, "while the Tianlong Empire boasts impressive mystical and spiritual weaponry, the threat we face from the United Terran is unlike any we have encountered. They are a powerful, unknown nation in terms of technology we call science. Based on the information from our clients and allies, they have modern technology and weapons such as aircraft carriers."
He paused, choosing his words carefully to convey the gravity of the situation. "The United Terran possesses technology that surpasses our understanding. Their advancements in warfare are beyond anything we have encountered, and our conventional weapons may prove insufficient against their might. Based on our assumption, they are strong in science but lack in terms of magic and spiritual power. So we need the power of cultivators against United Terran."
Emperor Zhu Long's brow furrowed slightly, his expression growing more contemplative. "So, you believe that the power of cultivators, particularly those skilled in arrays, will counterbalance this unknown and formidable foe because they lack magic?"
Mr. 0 nodded earnestly. "Yes, Your Majesty. Array cultivators possess abilities that extend beyond the capabilities of our modern weapons. Their mastery over spiritual energy and ability to manipulate nature's forces make them invaluable assets in confronting the United Terran threat, which lacks magic and spiritual power."
The Emperor's gaze lingered on Mr. 0, his silence echoing throughout the audience chamber as he deliberated. After reflection, he turned to Su Ling'er, seeking her counsel again.
"Su Ling'er," he addressed her with a measured tone, "do you concur with Mr. 0's assessment? Do you believe that cultivators, particularly those skilled in arrays, hold the key to safeguarding the Tianlong Empire against the United Terran threat?"
Su Ling'er's expression remained resolute as she nodded in agreement. "Yes, Your Majesty," she affirmed, her voice unwavering. "I have seen the prowess of array cultivators and believe that their talents will indeed be instrumental in defending our empire against any threat, including that of the United Terran."
Emperor Zhu Long regarded his trusted advisor for a moment longer before finally nodding in acquiescence. "Very well," he declared, his voice carrying the weight of authority. "Mr. 0, your petition is granted. You have the Tianlong Empire's approval to recruit cultivators, particularly those skilled in arrays, to aid in your mission against the United Terran."
A sense of relief washed over Mr. 0 as he bowed deeply before the Emperor, expressing his gratitude for the trust and support bestowed upon him. With the Emperor's blessing, he knew that the task ahead would be daunting, but with the aid of Tianlong Empire's cultivators, he was confident they would stand a chance against the enigmatic foe that loomed on the horizon.
As Mr. 0 and Su Ling'er expressed their gratitude to Emperor Zhu Long for his approval, a hush fell over the audience chamber as Zheng Ho, the diplomat from the foreign affairs department, stepped forward. His expression was grave, betraying the weight of the information he bore.
"Your Majesty," Zheng Ho began, his voice measured yet urgent, "there is a matter of utmost importance regarding the United Terran that requires immediate attention."
Emperor Zhu Long's brow furrowed in concern as he turned his attention to Zheng Ho. "Speak, Zheng Ho. What news do you bring?"
Zheng Ho's gaze swept over the gathered assembly before settling on Mr. 0 and Su Ling'er. "It has come to our attention that a figure named Maximillian Hiedler, who serves as their secretary, exists within the United Terran. Based on our intelligence suggestions, and because I was directly confronted with him at the New Year event in the Fortisregnum Empire last month, he potentially possesses a formidable aura of demonic Qi." Zheng Ho reported his confrontation with Maximillian Hitler in the New Year event of the Fortisregnum Empire.
A ripple of unease coursed through the audience chamber at Zheng Ho's revelation. Demonic Qi was a dark and ominous energy associated with demonic cultivation—a path that strayed far from the principles of harmony and balance revered by cultivators.
"Are you suggesting that Maximillian Hiedler is a demonic cultivator?" Emperor Zhu Long inquired, his voice tinged with concern.
Zheng Ho nodded solemnly. "It is a possibility, Your Majesty. However, even if he is not a full-fledged demonic cultivator, the presence of such potent demonic Qi suggests that he may possess the potential for wielding dark and formidable powers."
Mr. 0 exchanged a glance with Su Ling'er, the gravity of the situation weighing heavily upon them. The revelation that the United Terran harbored individuals with ties to demonic energy added a layer of complexity and danger to their mission.
Emperor Zhu Long's expression hardened with resolve as he addressed his advisors. "This information changes the nature of our approach to the United Terran. We must proceed with caution and vigilance. Mr. 0, Su Ling'er, I trust you to exercise prudence in your dealings with the United Terran, especially in light of this new revelation."
Both Mr. 0 and Su Ling'er nodded solemnly, understanding the gravity of the situation. The threat posed by the United Terran was not merely technological but potentially infused with dark and malevolent forces.
"Assemble our most skilled cultivators," Emperor Zhu Long commanded, his voice carrying the weight of authority. "We must prepare ourselves for whatever challenges lie ahead, be they technological or of a more sinister nature."
As Zheng Ho delivered his report detailing the imminent arrival of the United Terran diplomat and the delicate situation regarding the cultivators' involvement in the coup in the Fortisregnum Empire, a sense of urgency swept through the assembly. Emperor Zhu Long listened attentively, his expression grave as he absorbed the gravity of the situation.
"This complicates matters," Emperor Zhu Long remarked, his voice tinged with concern. "We cannot afford to jeopardize our diplomatic relations with the United Terran, especially given the potential threat they pose."
Zheng Ho nodded in agreement. "Indeed, Your Majesty. It would be prudent for the Tianlong Empire to maintain neutrality in the upcoming diplomatic proceedings. However, we must also safeguard our interests, even if our official representatives abstain from direct involvement."
Mr. 0 and Su Ling'er exchanged a knowing glance, understanding the delicate balance they must navigate in the face of these developments. The fate of the Tianlong Empire hung in the balance, and every decision they made would have far-reaching consequences.
"Understood," Mr. 0 replied, his tone resolute. "We will proceed as mercenaries representing the Black Shadow rather than official representatives of the Tianlong Empire. This condition will allow us to maintain discretion while pursuing our objectives."
Su Ling'er nodded in agreement, her expression determined. "We must tread carefully, but we cannot afford to stand idly by while the United Terran solidifies its influence in the region. Our actions may shape the course of history for generations to come."
Emperor Zhu Long regarded his advisors with solemnity, his gaze reflecting the weight of the decisions before them. "Very well," he declared, his voice echoing with authority. "Proceed with caution, but remember that the safety and prosperity of the Tianlong Empire must always remain our utmost priority."
With a renewed sense of purpose, the assembly dispersed, each member tasked with their respective roles in navigating the intricate web of diplomacy and intrigue that lay ahead. As the deadline for the United Terran diplomat's arrival loomed ever closer, the fate of the Tianlong Empire hung in the balance, poised on the edge of uncertainty and possibility.
After Mr. 0 and Su Ling'er left the dragon throne room, Zheng Ho approached the Emperor.
"Your Majesty, we must think carefully when interacting with United Terran. They are potential friends when we need to upgrade our non-spiritual technology, even though one of their leaders is the potential demonic cultivator." Zheng Ho explains.
"You are right, Zheng Ho. We must carefully take action when establishing a relationship with United Terran. What do you think has more potential? Can we establish a relationship with United Terran that is potentially related to the demonic cultivator, and we will get a protest from the Jianghu Alliance? Alternatively, should we establish more relation with Black Shadow and his connection to the People's Republic of Uroslav?" Emperor Zhu Long asks Zheng Ho a question.
"Based on my opinion, we will watch, Your Majesty. When the diplomat teams of United Terran arrive, we must please them and give our best treatment. We will give them special treatment like they are from Superpower and Hyperpower nations. We must establish our relationship with them while waiting for the coup's result in the Fortisregnum Empire. If the coup is a success, we will reevaluate the power of United Terran. However, if the coup fails, we must prefer to create a strong relationship with United Terran." Zheng Ho gives his opinion.
"How about the Jianghu Alliance?" Emperor Zhu Long asks again.
"As long as we did not disclose information about the potential of a demonic cultivator within United Terran, they will not protest. United Terran will not send their secretary; they will only send ordinary diplomat members."
"I see. Thank you for your suggestion, Zheng Ho. Now, I declare that the information about the demonic cultivator from United Terran must be kept secret because we do not have solid proof. Do not let the Jianghu Alliance know about this information. The penalty for disclosing this information is a death sentence for the entire family." Emperor Zhu Long declares his order.
"Yes, Your Majesty. We will obey." All the ministers and public servants of the Tianlong Empire obey the Emperor's imperial decree.
In the future, this imperial decree will save the Tianlong Empire and will improve its power with the United Terran.
After successfully recruiting the cultivators, Mr. 0 then departed to Pampoi City to meet Senator Brutus and prepare the planning for the coup in the Fortisregnum Empire
