Strategic Retreat from Noplos City

Strategic Retreat from Noplos City

Noble Palace, Pampoi City, 28 March 2141/ 28 Martius 1841, 09:00 am

Mr. 03, one of the Black Shadow leaders who became the logistics and engineers commander, and Duke Romulus prepared to inspect their strong second slavery faction army. Suddenly, one of the elite members of Black Shadow, Tomnyy Rytsar' reports about the condition of the slavery faction's first army in the Cosonzo Region. Mr. 06, Commander of Tomnyy Rytsar', Elite Black Shadow intelligence from ex-member of NKGB of the People's Republic of Uroslav. Unlike the Schwarzer Schatten unit that only utilizes weapons from Weltenkraft Reich, Tomnyy Rytsar' utilizes the standard People's Republic of Uroslav infantry weapon. They also use modern weapons and equipment, such as AS-102 assault rifles, SVS-98 sniper rifles, night vision goggles, modern Kevlar armor, and modern surveillance and communication devices through satellite.

Mr. 06 reported about the lost contact with the Schwarzer Schatten unit in the Cosonzo region last night. Mr. 04, Commander of Schwarzer Schatten unit, also informed us that he had lost contact with the field unit. Both assume they were annihilated or captured by the enemy counterintelligence from the United Terran.

Duke Romulus sat stoically in his command tent, the low hum of activity around him punctuated by the occasional burst of radio chatter. Mr. 03, his second-in-command, stood nearby, his expression of keen attention.

As Mr. 06, Commander of Tomnyy Rytsar', stepped into the tent, the atmosphere tensed. His presence commanded respect, a testament to his background in elite intelligence.

"Report, Mr. 06. Do you have any information about the intelligence mission?" Duke Romulus commanded, his voice firm.

Mr. 06 wasted no time. "Last night, we lost contact with the Schwarzer Schatten unit in the Cosonzo region," he began, his tone grave. "Attempts to establish communication have been fruitless." Mr. 06 reported the lost contact of Schwarzer Schatten's unit.

Duke Romulus exchanged a concerned glance with Mr. 03 before speaking. "What is the status of the area? Any signs of enemy activity?" Duke Romulus's question to Mr. 06

Mr. 06 nodded, his expression grim. "Mr. 04, commander of Schwarzer Schatten unit, has reported increased movement from the United Terran operatives. They have likely launched a counterintelligence operation to capture the Schwarzer Schatten unit." Mr. 06 tells the report from Mr. 04.

Mr. 03 leaned forward, and his brow furrowed in deep thought. "How did this happen? The Schwarzer Schatten unit is one of our most skilled and well-equipped teams. Even though their weapons and equipment are less modern than Tomnyy Rytsar's unit, they are still formidable forces. We can assume the United Terran intelligence unit is on par with Tomnyy Rytsar's unit regarding skills and weapons." Mr. 03 argumentation about the loss of Schwarzer Schatten's unit.

Mr. 06 hesitated for a moment before responding. "They may have underestimated the capabilities of the United Terran counterintelligence power. Alternatively, perhaps they were ambushed."

Duke Romulus crossed his arms, his mind already racing with potential strategies. "We need to act swiftly. If the United Terran forces have captured our operatives, they will have access to valuable intel."

Mr. 03 nodded in agreement. "Prepare a reconnaissance team. We need to assess the situation on the ground and determine the road to Noplos City. I fear the United Terran intelligence unit will also threaten us during the attack on Noplos City."

As Mr. 06 turned to leave, Mr. 03's voice stopped him. "Moreover, contact our allies in the region. We may need their support in dealing with this threat."

With a determined nod, Mr. 06 exited the tent, leaving Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus to strategize their next move in the face of a looming threat from the United Terran counterintelligence.

As Mr. 06 left the tent, the weight of the situation settled heavily on Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus. They exchanged a somber look, understanding the gravity of the task ahead.

"We must tread carefully," Duke Romulus began, his voice low but resolute. "The loss of the Schwarzer Schatten unit is a significant blow. If the United Terran forces have captured them, they will exploit any information they possess."

Mr. 03 nodded, his mind already calculating potential scenarios. "Agreed. We cannot afford to underestimate our adversary. Their counterintelligence capabilities are formidable, and they will use every advantage at their disposal."

Duke Romulus paced the tent, his gaze fixed on the map on the table. "Our priority now is to gather intelligence on the enemy's movements and intentions. We need to know if they plan to advance on Noplos City or have other objectives."

Mr. 03 leaned over the map, studying it intently. "We will need to deploy reconnaissance teams immediately. They must gather as much information as possible without risking further exposure."

"Shall I assemble the teams, Sir?" Mr. 03 asked, already reaching for the communications device.

"Yes, but choose only your most skilled operatives from the Black Shadow." Duke Romulus replied. "This mission is too important to leave to chance."

As Duke Romulus relayed the orders, Mr. 03's thoughts turned to their regional allies. "We must also reach out to our allies for support. We cannot face this threat alone."

Duke Romulus nodded in agreement. "I will send word to our contacts. With any luck, they will provide the assistance we need."

"How about the inspection and marching to Naplos City tomorrow, Sir? Mr. 03 asked Duke Romulus.

"We can not delay this planning. If we delay more than this, the enemy will have more time to initiate a plan to counter us. I hope Mr. 06 and his team can plan and execute a good strategy to counter the threat from the United Terran operatives." Duke Romulus's response.

"I see. I will prepare all the weapons, equipment, panzers, and aircraft for tomorrow morning's inspection before marching to Noplos City." Mr. 03 commented about tomorrow's inspection preparation before marching to attack Noplos City.

"Thank you, Mr. 03. We need to prepare our force as carefully as possible to reduce the threat and damage from the enemy." Duke Romulus's response.

With their plan in motion, Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus coordinated their forces and resources, knowing that the fate of Noplos City and their entire operation hung in the balance.

Military Area, Pampoi City, 29 March 2141/ 29 Martius 1841, 09:00 am

The Slavery Faction Second Army consisted of Fortisregnum Empire standard infantry and cavalry backed with modern weapons from Black Shadow, such as assault rifles, submachine guns, panzers, and aircraft. Five thousand and five hundred mighty troops ready to attack the Noplos City. The range of Naplos City and Pampoi City is only 200 km. Thanks to the Weltenkraft Reich Blitz truck, they could carry a maximum 3100 kg load with a speed of 60 km/h. However, the top speed on the offroad is only 12 km/h. Black Shadow can carry fifty Blitz trucks from Weltenkraft Reich during the Civil War to support Senator Brutus's slavery faction army. So, they could carry soldiers, weapons, and equipment up to 155,000 kg or 155 tons. Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus then inspect the army before they march.

As Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus strode through the ranks of the assembled army, the air thrummed with anticipation. The soldiers, a mix of ancient Roman infantry and modern shock troopers, stood at attention, their discipline evident in every crisp movement.

Mr. 03 surveyed the troops with a keen eye, nodding approvingly at the sight of their well-maintained weaponry and uniforms. "Impressive," he remarked to Duke Romulus, his voice carrying the weight of authority. "Our forces are ready for the march." Mr. 03 said to Duke Romulus

Duke Romulus, his expression stern yet proud, nodded in agreement. "Indeed, Mr. 03. The combination of my soldier and the modern firepower from the Black Shadow makes our army formidable." Duke Romulus responds.

As they continued their inspection, they approached a group of cavalry mounted on sleek horses, their armor gleaming in the sunlight. Duke Romulus gestured towards them. "Our cavalry will provide crucial support during the initial assault. Their speed and maneuverability will be invaluable."

Mr. 03 nodded, his gaze sweeping over the cavalry with approval. "And with the addition of modern rifles, our infantry will be able to engage the enemy with devastating accuracy."

Moving on, they inspected the shock troopers, who stood tall and resolute, their STG 24 assault rifles held firmly in their grasp. Mr. 03 inspected the weapons closely, ensuring each was in perfect working order. "Our shock troopers are the backbone of our army," he remarked. "With their firepower, they will crush any resistance we encounter."

Duke Romulus nodded, his expression grim. "The enemy will tremble before them."

As they made their way to the armored division, Mr. 03's gaze fell upon the imposing Panzerkampfwagen Jaguars, their massive turrets bristling with firepower. "Our Panzers will lead the charge," he declared. "Their armor will provide cover for our infantry as they advance."

Duke Romulus nodded in agreement, his eyes lingering on the formidable machines. Then Mr. 03 continues his comment."Moreover, our enemies will have no chance with the Jaguars I and II providing support."

Finally, they inspected the aircraft—sleek and deadly Bi-52 fighters and Bi-37 close air support planes. Mr. 03 watched as they soared overhead, their engines roaring like thunder. "Our air force will dominate the skies," he said confidently. No enemy air force will be able to challenge us."

Duke Romulus nodded, fierce pride burning in his eyes. "We are ready, Mr. 03. We are ready to march on Noplos City and claim victory for the slavery faction with the help of Black Shadow."

As they stood amidst the ranks of their assembled army, the weight of their mission hung heavy in the air. Mr. 03, his demeanor resolute and commanding, addressed Duke Romulus once more, his voice carrying across the ranks.

"Every soldier, weapon, and piece of equipment must be ready for what lies ahead," Mr. 03 emphasized, his tone firm yet unwavering. Our success depends on the precision of our planning and the dedication of every member of our army."

Duke Romulus nodded solemnly, his gaze sweeping over the troops with pride and determination. "We have trained and prepared for this moment, sacrificed for this cause. Now, it is time to prove ourselves on the battlefield."

Their conversation was briefly interrupted by the distant rumble of engines as the Blitz trucks, loaded with supplies and reinforcements, rolled into position. Mr. 03's eyes flickered with approval at the sight. "Our logistics are in place," he noted, a hint of satisfaction coloring his words. We will not falter in our advance."

Duke Romulus nodded in agreement, his focus unwavering. "Every aspect of our strategy has been meticulously planned. We could march after Mr.06 reports the result of the enemy's intelligence."

As Mr. 03 and Duke Romulus awaited the final pieces of intelligence before they could commence their assault, the tent's atmosphere was fraught with anticipation. The faint murmur of the soldiers outside was occasionally punctuated by the static crackle of the radio, signaling yet another report coming through.

Mr. 06, having just returned from a swift reconnaissance mission, entered the tent, his expression unreadable beneath his helmet. His report was critical to the success of their upcoming operation.

"Mr. 06, what have you learned about the forces in Noplos City?" Duke Romulus asked, his tone sharp with urgency.

Clearing his throat, Mr. 06 began, "Our reconnaissance has gathered that the Noplos City army comprises approximately five thousand infantry, archers, and cavalry. They are well-prepared, but there is no specific information on the presence of United Terran operatives due to their highly secretive network." Mr. 06 reports on the power of the Noplos City army. However, Mr. 06 can not detect the networking of United Terran operatives because of the secretive network of the native agents.

Mr. 03 interjected, his brow furrowed in thought. "That is a formidable force, but we could defeat them with our power. However, without details on the enemy's counterintelligence capabilities, our approach must be cautious yet decisive. We must be cautious of enemy ambush. If they used modern weapons, ensure we are cautious from enemy land mines and aerial support." Mr. 03 cautiously reminded the second army about the enemy operative's ambush.

Duke Romulus nodded, turning to Mr. 06. "What of your preparations against potential counterintelligence threats during the march?" Duke Romulus asked Mr. 06

Mr. 06 responded confidently, "My unit, Tomnyy Rytsar', is fully equipped to deal with any United Terran operatives we encounter. Our advanced surveillance equipment and secret communication from the NKGB of the People's Republic of Uroslav will ensure we remain one step ahead." Mr. 06 ensured that the Tomnyy Rytsar' units would protect the second army from the United Terran operatives.

"Good," Duke Romulus said, pacing slowly. "We cannot afford any surprises. Your unit's role will be crucial in shielding our movements. Ensure our route is clear from enemy operative's threats. Our troops are precious." Duke Romulus ordered Mr. 06 to protect the second army.

"Yes, Sir. We will do our best to protect the second army until we win this civil war." Mr. 06 responds.

Mr. 03, looking over a map spread out on the table, pointed to a route. "This path will take us through less patrolled areas, reducing our exposure. However, it is imperative that your unit clears the way and secures our flanks."

"As you command, Sir," Mr. 06 affirmed, nodding solemnly.

Turning to Mr. 03, Duke Romulus asked, "What is our aerial and armored support status? I hope that with the help of these modern weapons, we can destroy the enemy army and conquer Noplos City. We can not lose from the first army after they conquered Colobria City." Duke Romulus hoped they could defeat Noplos's army and conquer Noplos City.

Mr. 03 responded with assurance, "Our aircraft are ready for deployment at a moment's notice, and the Panzer divisions have been briefed on their roles. The Jaguars I and II will lead, breaking through any defensive lines with minimal resistance. Without the threat from the United Terran, we could have finished this war easily. However, after learning about their intelligence power, we must assess this attack carefully." Mr. 03 said they must carefully attack the Noplos City and not underestimate United Terran operative power.

Duke Romulus, satisfied, then addressed both his commanders. "Once we begin, our momentum must not falter. We strike precision and overwhelm Noplos City before they can effectively organize a counterattack. Time is of the essence."

Mr. 06, ready to depart, saluted crisply. "I will ensure my unit is alert and responsive. We will provide continuous updates on enemy movements."

As Mr. 06 exited the tent, Duke Romulus turned to Mr. 03. "Prepare the troops for an immediate march. Ensure every man knows the stakes of the mission."

Mr. 03 nodded, his voice resolute. "Yes, Sir. I will see to it personally. The men will be ready to move on your command."

Duke Romulus looked out of the tent, his gaze stern and focused on the horizon. "This battle will be a pivotal moment for our cause. Let us ensure history remembers our victory."

With that, the commanders set about their final preparations. The weight of the impending battle was pressing down on them, yet their resolve was unyielding as they readied themselves to march on Noplos City.

Unknown to them, the nano drones of Agent K, an agent of UT ISIA Fortisregnum Empire, monitor the activity of the second army of the slavery faction army.

"So the enemy already started to march today, interesting. Agent J forwarded this information to the native agents in Noplos City. They need to prepare to counter this enemy." Agent K ordered Agent J to inform the native agents in Noplos City.

"Yes, Sir. I also forward this information to Mr. Bean in Aeterna City. Will we help them in this attack?" Agent J asked Agent K.

"No, let them learn and train through this mission. Our native agents are on par with the enemy, so they must utilize their modern weapons and equipment to defeat this strong enemy." Agent K responds.

Then, Agent K and Agent J continue their recon mission with their special camouflage suit while watching the second army march outside Pampoi City.

At the same time, Duke Antonius, Governor of the Noplos region, held an emergency meeting about the incoming attack of the slavery faction on Noplos City. He got the information from Agent L, a native agent of UT ISIA in the Noplos region. Agent L got the information from his superior, Agent J, about the incoming attack from the slavery faction's second army.

In the austere war room of Noble Palace, Duke Antonius, Governor of the Noplos region, has sat at the head of a long, somber table, his expression carved with deep lines of worry. Beside him, Agent L and General Marius, the military commander of the Noplos forces, reviewed the latest intelligence report delivered by Agent J. The room, filled with maps and digital screens from Agent L, supported by the UT ISIA, buzzed tensely as they prepared to discuss their defensive strategy.

"Duke Antonius, the latest reports are troubling," Agent L began, his voice steady despite the grave news. "The slavery faction's second army is advancing with a formidable array of modern weaponry. They have armored units called Panzerkampfwagen, capable of withstanding our arrow and magic ballista and destroying our land units. They also have aircraft, which could devastate our forces from airstrike." Agent L reports about the enemy's power.

Duke Antonius nodded solemnly, his eyes narrowing as he considered the information. "Thank you, Agent L. General Marius, what are our options given our current arsenal?"

General Marius, a seasoned veteran with a strategic mind, leaned forward, his hands clasped tightly. "Our situation is dire, Your Grace. Our conventional forces stand little chance in a head-on battle. From Agent L's information, without modern anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons, we cannot defeat this Panzerkampfwagen or panzers and shoot down enemy aircraft. Our wyvern did not stand a chance against enemy superior aircraft. However, we can utilize the terrain to our advantage. Agent L, you could explain your strategy against this modern weapons army." General Marius let Agent L explain about the strategy.

"Yes, General. My agents and I will have several strategies to hold and inflict damage on the enemy." Agent L paused, gesturing to a region map displayed on the wall.

"The enemy must pass through several narrow valleys to reach Noplos City. We can use these choke points to our advantage, employing guerrilla tactics such as hit-and-run attacks and ambushes. Land mines will be crucial in slowing their advance and damaging their armored units. We will plant land mines along the enemy roads. Based on Agent J's information, we will fight enemy intelligence and utilize new surveillance devices to detect enemy movement." Agent L reports about the strategy they will utilize against the enemy.

Duke Antonius considered this, his gaze thoughtful. "And the air threat? Our skies are virtually unprotected against their aircraft. Do you have a plan against their aerial threat?"

"We have been unable to secure MANPADS or adequate anti-aircraft guns from the United Terran in time. However, we can minimize the impact of air strikes by dispersing our forces and using natural cover. Additionally, I suggest we prepare our troops to move at night to avoid aerial detection and attack." Agent L said.

"Very well," Duke Antonius replied, his decision firm. "Implement these strategies immediately. General Marius, coordinate with our engineers to start and help Agent L and his teams lay mines and prepare ambush sites. Agent L ensures continuous communication with your agents in the field for real-time intelligence updates. Also, keep contact with our troops about the enemy's movements." Duke Antonius ordered General Marius and Agent L.

General Marius nodded, his expression grim but determined. "As you wish, Your Grace. I will oversee the preparations personally. We will ensure our troops are ready to move under your command," General Marius responded.

"I will also coordinate with our native agents to keep track of enemy movements. If we play our cards right, we can inflict significant damage on the enemy before they even reach the city gates." Agent L's response to Duke Antonius's order.

Duke Antonius stood, looking each man in the eye. "This battle will not be won by strength alone but by our strategy and resolve. Let us show these invaders that Noplos will not fall easily. Prepare your men, gentlemen. We fight for Noplos City, our freedom, and our lives."

As Duke Antonius's declaration reverberated through the war room, the tension momentarily lifted, replaced by a renewed sense of purpose. The room quickly filled with the sound of scrambling officers as maps were rolled and digital screens updated with new directives. The Duke, General Marius, and Agent L gathered around the digital display showing the region's topography surrounding Noplos City.

"General, how quickly can we mobilize the engineers to set up the minefields?" Duke Antonius asked, his voice echoing slightly in the now bustling room.

"Your Grace, I will dispatch orders. The engineers from the combat engineers group will be mobilizing as we speak. They will start by securing the southern valley by nightfall. It is the most probable route the enemy will take," General Marius responded, pointing at the glowing screen where the valley was marked in red.

Agent L said, "I have agents in the villages near those valleys. They can assist in guiding our engineers through the safest and most strategic points for mine placement without drawing attention."

Duke Antonius nodded approvingly. "Excellent. And what of the surveillance devices? How soon can we have them operational?"

"We have the first batch from the United Terran ready to deploy. My team will install them along the predicted enemy routes tonight. They are equipped with motion sensors and the night vision to feed real-time data directly to our command center. We could precisely monitor the enemy movement From these modern and advanced devices." Agent L detailed, highlighting the technology's capabilities on one of the screens.

As they discussed, a young officer approached hesitantly, holding a digital tablet. "Your Grace, we have a communication from the eastern outpost. They have spotted a small enemy reconnaissance team near the Eastwood forests 50 km from the Noplos City."

General Marius took the tablet, quickly scanning the message. "This could be an opportunity to test our readiness and perhaps capture some of the enemies for interrogation. What do you think, Agent L?"

"Agreed, General. I recommend deploying a small squad with some of my best agents to intercept. We should aim to capture at least one for intelligence purposes. It might give us more insight into their plans," Agent L suggested, already thinking through the logistics.

Duke Antonius gave a firm nod. "Make it so. Use whatever resources you need, but keep it discreet. We cannot afford to alert the enemy of our defenses prematurely."

As the meeting continued, strategies and resources were meticulously plotted. Outside the palace, the City of Noplos was a hive of activity, with citizens and soldiers preparing for the imminent threat. Barricades were being erected, and supplies were being stockpiled. Despite the uncertainty, there was a palpable sense of solidarity among the people of Noplos.

In the war room, Duke Antonius addressed his commanders one last time before they dispersed to carry out their tasks. "This war will test our limits and challenge our resolve. However, remember, we fight not just for Noplos but for the very essence of our freedom. Be swift, be silent, and be sharp. May fortune favor us all."

With that, the leaders dispersed, each to his respective duty, all moving with the urgency that the situation demanded. The battle for Noplos was about to begin, and its outcome would determine their City's and its people's fate.

Royal Hotel, Aeterna City, 29 March 2141/ 29 Martius 1841, 10:00 am

Luigi Mussolini, Lucien Dubois, Princess Julia, Sima Zhi Ming, and Johnny Bean are in the royal hotel to attend the meeting with Secretary General Hugo, General Alexander Eisenhower, and William Bond to discuss the progress and condition of the Civil War in Fortisregnum Empire. Previously, Hugo and the leaderboard of United Terran did not care about the political condition in the Fortisregnum Empire. However, the fall of Colobria City by a more modern army, the dire condition of the people of Colobria City, and the start of the second slavery faction army attack on the Noplos City raised a concern about the safety of the people of United Terran and national interests in Fortisregnum Empire.

United Terran government and military already supported with training and gave modern weapons, vehicles, artillery, equipment, and aircraft to the elite legionnaires of the Fortisregnum Empire. They are on the road to the Fortisregnum Empire through sea road escorted by UTS Enterprise Carrier Strike Group. United Terran also gives information, counterintelligence, and raid missions through UT ISIA's original and native agents in the Fortisregnum Empire. However, to prevent casualties and damage to the people and national interest of United Terran, they must take additional action without direct open intervention.

"Good day, Luigi, Princess Julia, and Lucien. I hope all of you are in good condition in this dire situation in the Fortisregnum Empire. Please report the condition and the progress of the Civil War of the Fortisregnum Empire." Hugo opened the meeting and asked about the condition of the Fortisregnum Empire.

"Secretary General, Based on our information from the UT ISIA Branch in Fortisregnum Empire, our native agents successfully raided and destroyed the slavery faction's first army in the Cosonzo region. They started to retreat to Colobria City because their logistics depot and supply route were successfully destroyed and blocked by the native agents of UT ISIA. We could prevent the devastating defeat of King Marcellus, the loyal noble for Emperor Aurelius and our future partner in the Kingdom of Socoly." Luigi reported the condition of the action of native agents of UT ISIA in the battle of Cosonzo region.

"That is a good news. We finally can utilize the native agents from the free enslaved people to stop the enemy's advancement. How about the condition of the people of Colobria City that fell to the enemy? Also, what is the progress condition in Aeterna City?" Hugo asked about the condition of Colobria City's people and Aeterna City's progress.

"Secretary General, from our native agents in Colobria City, the situation is dire. After they fell to the slavery faction's first army, the freedom of the people was limited, and they had to give their wealth to support and pay Senator Brutus's modern killing machine, Black Shadow. They also give orders for the people to labor for the supply and logistics for the slavery faction's first army. We also got the information from our operatives in Pampoi City that the slavery faction's second army will march to the Noplos City. The severe threat is that Weltenkraft Reich tanks and aircraft back them. Our native agents in the Noplos region could defeat enemy tanks through land mines and grenades. However, they can not shoot down enemy aircraft because they lack MANPADS and anti-air guns. They cannot defeat the slavery faction's second army backed with aircraft." Johnny reports about the intelligence information from the slavery faction's army.

"I see. We have already declared that we would not intervene in the internal problem of the Fortisregnum Empire, and we have also sent our modern weapons and equipment to the elite legionnaires to strengthen the Fortisregnum Empire's power. Do you know how to stop the enemy's advancement, William?" Hugo asked William Bond, Head of UT ISIA.

"Secretary General, I think Johnny and the native agents in the Fortisregnum Empire region could significantly damage the enemy's land force through raid missions, ambush, and hit-and-run tactics. However, similar to Johnny's report, current native agents cannot shoot down enemy aircraft because we only give them infantry weapons and support equipment, not anti-tank guns and anti-anti-air weapons. Another option is to destroy the enemy's secret airport in Pampoi City so the enemy could not use it to fly the aircraft. We could also infiltrate the enemy base to destroy enemy aircraft in the hangar. Even though we could destroy enemy aircraft, the decisive land power of the enemy is still formidable, and I assume the Noplos City will fall with close victory to the enemy side." William responds about the strategy.

"Good idea. I trust you about the UT ISIA mission in Fortisregnum Empire, William. You said that Noplos City would fall with a close victory to the enemy. I assume the enemy army survivor will conduct a humiliation act against the people of Noplos City as a vengeance act for their fallen comrades. How do we prevent and reduce the possibility of this action?" Hugo asked the audience how to prevent the humiliation act after the fall of Noplos City.

While silently joining and hearing the meeting, Princess Julia was surprised that United Terran intelligence would predict the fall of Noplos City before the battle. She knows about the mighty power of Senator Brutus's slavery faction army backed with modern weapons from hyperpower, superpowers, and great nations in Luminarum. As the crown princess, she will try everything she can to prevent the humiliation of her people. Before she wants to ask to speak, Lucien is already speaking her mind. Before speaking, Lucien smiled at Princess Julia as a sign that he knew her thinking. This action makes Princess Julia blush. Hugo, who looked at this young couple, only smiled and knew about the next Lucien act.

"Secretary-General, I suggest that we evacuate the people of Noplos City. I will ask Emperor Aurelius to release the imperial decree to evacuate the people of Noplos City to Aeterna City. We could use modern trucks and heavy vehicles from UT ICCC to evacuate the people from Noplos City. While we evacuate the people, I hope UT ISIA agents will hold the advancement of the enemy troops." Lucien suggests evacuating the people of Noplos City with the help of modern trucks and heavy vehicles from UT ICCC.

"I see, that is a sound idea. However, how about the preparation for the evacuation process? Zhi Ming, how many trucks and heavy vehicles can be used for this mission? After the evacuation process, how do we treat the refugees from the Noplos City?" Hugo asked about the number of heavy vehicles that can be used to load and transport the people of Noplos City to Aeterna City and the action after evacuation.

Before answering Hugo's question, Zhi Ming checked the data about the heavy vehicles around Aeterna City. After finishing the search and noting the data, Zhi Ming answered the question.

"Secretary-General, we have one thousand trucks and one thousand and five hundred heavy vehicles in Aeterna City. We can only dispatch five hundred trucks and seven hundred heavy vehicles to transport the people of Noplos City to Aeterna City. I suggest prioritizing women, children, and the elderly to evacuate first while the men could hold or escort with their horses. Chairman Mao quotes this: 'Keep men, lose land; land can be retaken. Keep land, lose men; land and men both lost'. We need these people as additional human resources to help against the enemy in this Civil War and to reconstruct progress after the war. We could utilize the constructed building for the refugees. The medical teams will check the health of the refugees." Zhi Ming responded about the plan for the refugees in Aeterna City.

"Good. I authorize you to use our assets in Fortisregnum Empire to help refugees and evacuate them from Noplos City. William, I will authorize you to conduct escort missions during the evacuation. Do not let enemy air surveillance monitor the evacuation process. I authorize you to jam enemy radar and communicate during evacuation." Hugo orders Zhi Ming and William.

"Yes, Secretary-General. We will do our best." William and Zhi Ming respond to Hugo's orders.

"Secretary-General, may I ask a question?" Princess Julia raises her hand and asks Hugo for permission.

"Yes, Princess Julia. Go ahead and feel free to ask the question." Hugo responds.

"Secretary-General, could you send your mighty army to stop the enemy's advance? Also, I will do my best to help the evacuation process with the remaining elite legionnaires in Aeterna City." Princess Julia asks about the possibility of the United Terran army defeating the slavery faction army.

"Rest assured, Princess Julia. Maximus and his elite legionnaires are already on the way to Aeterna City. Unfortunately, the schedule is late because we must upgrade some weapons and equipment. After all, the enemy uses more advanced weapons than our prediction. They will arrive tomorrow and become the spearhead to defeat the enemy. Please, put a trust in Maximus and his elite legionnaires." General Alexander answers Princess Julia's question.

"Thank you, General Eisenhower. Thank you for your effort to train and modernize our elite legionnaires. On behalf of my royal father, Emperor Aurelius, I thank you for the United Terran military leaders." Princess Julia is grateful for United Terran's help.

"Rest assured, my child. I know about your relationship with Lucien. I will authorize you to formally discuss your relationship with Lucien after our winning in this civil war." Hugo smiled and commented about the relationship between Lucien and Princess Julia. Both blushed, and other meeting participants laughed because of Hugo's response.

"All right, ladies and gentlemen. I authorize all of you to utilize our assets in Fortisregnum Empire. Show them our dominance; do not let casualties happen to the civilians after we secretly join in this civil war. May God help us." Hugo closed the meeting.

After the meeting, Luigi, Lucien, and Princess Julia returned to the Royal Palace to inform Emperor Aurelius about the result and ask him to declare an imperial decree requiring the people of Noplos City to evacuate to Aeterna City.

Royal Palace, Aeterna City, 29 March 2141/ 29 Martius 1841, 11:00 am

Luigi, Lucien, and Princess Julia are in an audience with Emperor Aurelius in the royal hall. In the grandeur of the Royal Hall, Emperor Aurelius sat upon his throne, a figure of solemn authority amid the crisis engulfing his empire. The sunlight filtered through stained glass, casting a kaleidoscope of colors across the marble floor, lending an ethereal atmosphere to the urgent proceedings.

Luigi Mussolini was the first to speak, his voice steady despite the gravity of the situation. "Your Majesty, we come bearing urgent news from the meeting with the Secretary-General Hugo and other key figures of United Terran. The situation in Noplos City is dire, and immediate action is required to prevent a catastrophe." Luigi reports about the condition in Noplos City

Princess Julia stepped forward, her expression resolute. "Father, the enemy advances with overwhelming force, supported by modern armaments that threaten to overrun Noplos City. We have devised a plan to evacuate our people to the safety of Aeterna City. We implore you to issue an imperial decree to mobilize all necessary resources for the evacuation." Princess Julia asks her father to declare an imperial decree to evacuate Noplos City people to Aeterna City.

Emperor Aurelius listened intently, his eyes reflecting the weight of his decisions. After contemplating, he responded, "Princess Julia, Sir Luigi, your concern for our people is commendable. Lucien, tell me more about the logistical aspects of this evacuation." Emperor Aurelius asks Lucien about the plan.

Lucien Dubois, who became ambassador alongside Luigi, coordinated closely with United Terran authorities and detailed the plan from the meeting. "Your Majesty, our nation, United Terran, has committed to dispatch five hundred trucks and seven hundred heavy vehicles to facilitate the evacuation. These vehicles are equipped to transport the elderly, women, and children first, as recommended by our leaders. The men of Noplos City will provide a rearguard to cover the evacuation and protect against any enemy incursions." Lucien reports about the plan.

"The logistics have been meticulously planned to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. We will also implement measures to shield the evacuation from enemy surveillance, including jamming their radar and communication systems." Lucien continued about the countermeasure during the evacuation process.

Emperor Aurelius nodded appreciatively at the detailed planning. "Very well, Lucien. Thank you for the help of United Terran in this evacuation process. Our people must be safeguarded during these trying times. Sir Luigi, have there been any updates on the support from your nation, United Terran, regarding additional defenses for the evacuees?" Emperor Aurelius asks Luigi about the additional defense for the evacuation process.

Luigi stepped forward, adjusting the papers in his hand. "Yes, Your Majesty. My nation, United Terran, has committed vehicles and specialized units to escort the evacuees. Our leaders have assured us that these units are equipped to handle any potential threats from enemy forces during the transport." Luigi gives another report about specialized units that escort the evacuation process.

Princess Julia added, "Father, I will also coordinate with local leaders and community organizers in Aeterna City to prepare reception centers. These centers will provide immediate relief and support to the evacuees upon arrival. We are organizing medical stations, food distribution points, and temporary housing to accommodate them. We will coordinate with United Terran International Consortium of Civil Construction (ICCC) to utilize United Terran's newly constructed building for the evacuees." Princess Julia reported her plan to coordinate and collaborate with local leaders and ICCC to accommodate the evacuees in Aeterna City.

She detailed the logistics of setting up reception centers, including medical stations, food distribution points, and temporary housing. "These centers will be ready to receive our people as they arrive. We are also arranging for psychological support and job placement programs to help them adjust during this tumultuous period."

The Emperor's expression softened as he looked towards his daughter, pride evident. "Julia, your initiative is heartening. Our people must not only escape danger but also find a semblance of comfort in their temporary homes. How soon can we commence the evacuation?" Emperor Aurelius asked about the start of the evacuation process.

Lucien responded, "We are ready to start the evacuation after the sunset, Your Majesty. The trucks and vehicles are being prepared, and routes have been planned to avoid any known hotspots for enemy activity. Our reconnaissance teams actively monitor the situation to adapt the plan as needed." Lucien reports about the start time of evacuation.

Emperor Aurelius stood up from his throne, his presence commanding attention. "Then let it be so. Sir Lucien, Sir Luigi, and Julia, you have my full authority to proceed with the evacuation. Inform our people that their Emperor stands with them, and we will do everything possible to ensure their safety. Also, inform Duke Antonius in Noplos City to inform the people and prepare for evacuation." Emperor Aurelius orders.

Luigi nodded in acknowledgment of Emperor Aurelius's directive and turned to Lucien, who was prepared to investigate the operational specifics further.

"Your Majesty, aside from the evacuation, our agents from the United Terran will have actively engaged the enemy forces to slow their advance toward Noplos City. Our Agent will conduct several raids in the Pampoi City area, specifically targeting and destroying modern equipment that supports the enemy's offensive capabilities, such as tanks and aircraft." Lucien reports about the plan to raid enemy modern weapons in Pampoi City.

"Moreover, our Agent will be laying landmines along the anticipated routes of the enemy's advance and have set up ambushes in strategically chosen forested areas and hillsides. These tactics are not only slowing them down but are also inflicting significant damage." He continues to report the information about the plan to slow down the enemy army's advance.

Lucien's report outlined a layered defense strategy, emphasizing hit-and-run tactics that his intelligence agents had been refining. "These guerrilla warfare techniques are proving effective in harrying the enemy, forcing them to commit resources to secure their supply and communication lines. It is a war of attrition, and while it is demanding on our operatives, it is essential to ensure the safety of the civilians during the evacuation process. This mission has proven effective while pushing the enemy first army to retreat from the Cosonzo region back to Colobria City."

Emperor Aurelius listened intently, nodding occasionally as Lucien detailed the efforts. After Lucien finished, the Emperor leaned forward slightly, his gaze piercing. "And what of the enemy's air capabilities? Have any developments on mitigating this threat, especially concerning our evacuation efforts?" Emperor Aurelius asks Lucien about the threat from enemy air power.

Lucien responded, "We are acutely aware of the threat of enemy aircraft. Our current inventory of anti-air capabilities is limited because we only have surface-to-air missiles (SAM) systems in Aeterna City that only cover a 300 km radius. However, my nation will update this defense system and work on procuring more advanced anti-air systems for the Fortisregnum Empire. In the interim, our operatives are using camouflage and electronic countermeasures to shield our movements and those of the evacuees from enemy surveillance."

The Emperor's face softened, his stern visage giving way to a fatherly pride. "Very well, Lucien, Luigi, Julia, I trust you will execute these plans effectively. Duke Antonius of Noplos City should also be informed immediately about these developments. He could collaborate and help operatives from United Terran to hold the enemy while we conduct the evacuation process. This war challenges us in ways we never imagined, but I am heartened by the strength and unity you all display. Go with my blessing, and let us pray that our efforts will preserve the lives and dignity of our people." Emperor Aurelius prayed about the next evacuation mission.

As the audience concluded, Luigi, Lucien, and Princess Julia bowed respectfully before departing the Royal Hall. Outside, they regrouped, their faces set with determination.

Taking a deep breath, Princess Julia shared her concerns, "Sir Luigi, Lucien, I know we are doing everything we can, but the weight of this responsibility is immense. I hope our plans are enough to protect our people."

Lucien placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "Julia, we have planned meticulously and have the support of United Terran's best resources. We will not let our people down. Now, let us go and ensure everything is in place for tomorrow's evacuation."

The trio then divided their tasks, with Luigi coordinating with United Terran's military and intelligence units in Aeterna City, Lucien overseeing the logistics and evacuation routes, and Princess Julia handling the humanitarian aspects. As they worked tirelessly, the looming challenge of the evacuation bonded them even closer, united in their commitment to safeguard the people of Noplos City from the ravages of war.

Noble Palace, Noplos City, 29 March 2141/ 29 Martius 1841, 02:00 pm

After the meeting with Emperor Aurelius, Luigi sends the imperial decree with a stealth drone from the UT ISIA branch in Aeterna City. Agent L received the drone safely and gave it to Duke Antonius.

In Noble Palace's dimly lit command center, a soft whirring sound broke the tense silence as a sleek stealth drone descended onto the balcony. Agent L alerted and quickly retrieved the drone, ensuring its cargo was secure. He made his way to Duke Antonius's war room, where maps and digital displays cast a ghostly glow on the stern faces of the assembled military leaders.

"Duke Antonius, I have just received an imperial decree from Emperor Aurelius himself," Agent L announced as he entered, holding a digital tablet from UT ISIA containing detailed orders and an imperial decree signed by the Emperor and the seal of empire. The room fell into a more profound silence, all eyes now on the Agent as he handed the tablet to the Duke.

Duke Antonius stood, his stature imposing even in the dim light, as he took the imperial decree document. He quickly scanned the contents, his brow furrowing with the weight of the Emperor's words. "Gentlemen," he began, his voice steady, "Emperor Aurelius has ordered the evacuation of Noplos City. We are to mobilize all available resources to ensure our people's safety. This directive comes directly from the meeting of our representative with the United Terran leadership." Duke Antonius read the content of the imperial decree.

General Marius leaned in, concern etching his features. "Your Grace, the logistics of such an operation will be massive. How does the Emperor propose we proceed?" General Marius asks Duke Antonius about the plan to evacuate the people in Noplos City.

Agent L, who had been briefed on the details during his secure transmission with the drone, took over. "The Emperor, with support from United Terran, has arranged to dispatch five hundred trucks and seven hundred heavy vehicles. These are to facilitate the transportation of our most vulnerable citizens—women, children, and the elderly—first. The men of Noplos will form a rearguard to cover the evacuation."

Duke Antonius nodded, processing the information. "What about the enemy forces? The threat from the sky is significant, and our anti-air capabilities are limited." Duke Antonius asks Agent L

"United Terran is updating our anti-air defenses in Aeterna City and will protect during the route to Aeterna City. They also will send additional resources to help with the evacuation. In the meantime, they have recommended using electronic countermeasures to disrupt enemy surveillance and protect our evacuees." Agent L responded.

"Prepare our forces for these tasks immediately," Duke Antonius ordered General Marius. "Coordinate with the engineers to start laying mines and preparing ambush sites as previously planned. We need those defenses up as soon as possible."

"Yes, Your Grace." General Marius turned to his aides, issuing rapid orders. The room buzzed with renewed activity, and everyone focused on the daunting task ahead.

Duke Antonius addressed Agent L, "Ensure continuous communication with your agents and our allies in United Terran. We must have real-time intelligence. The safety of our people depends on it."

Agent L nodded, his expression resolute. "I will, Your Grace. Our agents in the field are already coordinating with local communities to guide the evacuation routes. We will make sure our people are moved swiftly and safely."

"Good. Marcus informed the people of Noplos City to assemble in the City Hall to hear about Emperor Aurelius's imperial decree. We must hurry; time is precious." Duke Antonius ordered Marcus, his aide, to inform the people of Noplos City to assemble in the City Hall.

"Yes, Your Grace. I will inform the people to assemble in the city hall." Marcus responds to Duke Antonious's orders.

"The evacuation of Noplos City must be our priority. General Marius, you will coordinate the military aspects of this evacuation. Ensure that our forces are ready to protect the civilians and hold back the enemy as long as necessary." Then, Duke Antonius tells General Marius to remind the military's preparation to stop the enemy's advance.

General Marius, with his characteristic resolve, responded promptly. "Your Grace, I will oversee the preparation personally. Our battle engineers will start laying mines along the probable routes of enemy advancement tonight. We will establish a series of defensive perimeters to slow their progress and inflict maximum damage. We will start the planting of land mines and barricades this afternoon." General Marius responds.

Agent L added, "I will coordinate with United Terran's transport units. We expect five hundred trucks and seven hundred heavy vehicles to arrive at midnight because half of the route from Aeterna City to Noplos City has already been improved to a concrete road. They will be critical for transporting our vulnerable citizens safely to Aeterna City. I will also ensure our communication lines with UT ISIA remain secure and active for real-time updates."

Duke Antonius nodded, his gaze sweeping over the digital maps and screens displaying the topography and enemy movements. "We must also prepare for the arrival of United Terran's vehicles. Set up reception areas and ensure the routes are clear of any obstacles. We cannot afford delays. Agent L ensures the transportation routes are well-guarded and discreet to avoid enemy detection.

"Yes, Your Grace," Agent L acknowledged, tapping on his digital tablet from UT ISIA to bring up the evacuation routes. "We have identified several safe passages through less patrolled areas that will be ideal for the convoys. Additionally, I suggest we deploy scouts to monitor enemy movements closely. Any change in their pattern could be critical to our strategy."

"Regarding the defensive setups, I will deploy our best units to guard these convoys and the evacuation points. The rearguard will consist of our most experienced soldiers who can effectively manage enemy engagement." General Marius said.

Duke Antonius stood, his presence commanding attention as he addressed the room. "This is a monumental task, and our execution must be flawless. The lives of our people depend on it. General Marius, coordinate with our engineers to ensure that all preparations for the mines and ambushes are completed swiftly."

"As you command, Your Grace," General Marius replied, his tone grave but determined. He then turned to his aides, issuing commands that sent them hurrying to carry out their duties.

Agent L looked up from his tablet, his expression severe but hopeful. "Duke Antonius, I will also arrange for surveillance drones to provide overhead visuals during the evacuation. It will better understand the enemy's location and help us adjust our real-time strategies. I will dispatch several agents to conduct counterintelligence missions to capture enemy operatives and spies in Noplos City to prevent the leakage of this plan." Agent L reports about the safety preparation and the secret of the evacuation process.

"Excellent thinking, Agent L. Keep me updated on every development. Moreover, ensure that our communication with the United Terran command remains open and secure. We need their support more than ever," Duke Antonius stated, his strategy clear and decisive.

Both men nodded, understanding the weight of their responsibilities. The atmosphere was tense but focused as they left the war room to initiate their respective tasks. Outside, the palace staff and military personnel moved quickly, aware that the safety of Noplos City hung in the balance.

Duke Antonius took a moment to gaze out the window at the City he was sworn to protect. Turning back to his map, he traced the evacuation routes and the enemy's expected paths. "We will hold them back," he murmured, a steely resolve in his eyes. "Noplos City will not fall easily. Even if it must fall, I will not let my people suffer humiliation like those in Colobria City."

As the meeting adjourned, Duke Antonius paused, looking out the window at the City below. The weight of leadership was heavy on his shoulders, but the resolve in his heart was firmer. Turning to his commanders, he declared, "This will be a pivotal moment for Noplos. We fight not only for our lives but for our future. Let us ensure our City's legacy is one of courage, not defeat."

With the imperial decree in action and plans set in motion, the leaders dispersed to their respective duties, each aware of the critical hours ahead.

City Hall, Noplos City, 29 March 2141/ 29 Martius 1841, 03:00 pm

The people of Noplos City assemble in the city hall of Noplos City as ordered by Duke Antonius. They are surprised by the imperial decree from Emperor Aurelius, who ordered them to evacuate from Noplos City. They must abandon their home and wealth because of the mighty army of Slavery faction. Some think Emperor Aurelius and Duke Antonius are cowardly because they choose to flee rather than fight to protect their honor. However, the majority of people know about their life's priorities. If they must abandon their home and wealth, they could regain that after the elite legionnaires from Aeterna retake Noplos City. However, if they choose to fight, they will lose their life, home, and wealth because of the mighty power of the enemy. The worst case is that the enemy will massacre the City and humiliate the people.

The atmosphere was thick with tension and uncertainty in the grand City Hall of Noplos City. The citizens gathered in response to Duke Antonius's urgent summons and murmured among themselves, their expressions ranging from fear to defiant resolve. The hall, usually the site of festive gatherings, now echoed with the gravity of imminent danger.

Duke Antonius, clad in his formal military attire that bore the emblem of Noplos City, stepped up to the podium. His presence commanded silence, and all eyes were upon him as he cleared his throat, preparing to address his people in one of the most critical speeches of his tenure.

"Ladies and gentlemen, my fellow citizens of Noplos City," Duke Antonius began, his voice resonating throughout the hall. "Today, I stand before you not just as your Duke but as a fellow resident of our beloved city, sharing in the burden of a decision no leader wishes to make."

He paused, letting his words sink in, then continued, "We face an unprecedented threat. The enemy forces, equipped with superior armaments provided by superpowers and hyperpower nations, are advancing toward our City. Their strength is formidable, and their intent is clear—they aim not just to conquer but to humiliate and destroy. If we fight, we will suffer certain defeat, and the enemy will occupy this City. The lite condition is we will suffer conditions similar to those in colobria City, and the worst is they will massacre and humiliate us after they take this City."

A heavy silence fell over the crowd as the gravity of the situation became undeniably clear.

"I have received an imperial decree from Emperor Aurelius issued in light of these dire circumstances. With a heavy heart, I declare the evacuation of Noplos City. This action is not a cowardly decision but the courage to protect our future and preserve our lives for battles we can win."

The Duke paused, looking over the crowd, his gaze firm and encouraging.

"Our ally, United Terran, has generously provided modern transportation consisting of 500 trucks and 700 heavy vehicles to facilitate this evacuation. These will transport our women, children, and elderly first to Aeterna City, where they will be safe from the enemy's reach."

He then addressed the men of Noplos City, his tone becoming more intense.

"To the brave men of Noplos, I ask you to rise to this grave occasion. I am calling for volunteers to form two critical teams. The first will escort our families during the evacuation, ensuring their safe passage to Aeterna City. The second will join forces with our military to hold back the enemy's advance. This action will not be an easy fight, and I will not paint it as such. Your role is crucial to give our City the time needed for a successful evacuation."

Duke Antonius's words stirred emotions, from fear to a resolute determination among the men. Murmurs of assent rippled through the crowd, and hands were raised in commitment to defend their City and loved ones.

"This is a time for unity and bravery," Duke Antonius continued. "We cannot confront the enemy's might head-on with what we have, but we can outsmart them and save what is most precious—our people."

"As your Duke, I assure you this is not the end but a strategic retreat. With our ally, United Terran's help, and our elite legionnaires' courage, Our sacrifice today ensures our return tomorrow."

The room filled with a newfound energy as the community rallied to their leader's call. Applause broke out, not of joy, but of solidarity and the shared resolve to face the looming challenge head-on.

Duke Antonius concluded, "Let us stand together, not just as citizens of Noplos City, but as a beacon of hope for our empire. We will return. We will rebuild. Moreover, we will remember today's bravery as the foundation of our future victories."

With the meeting adjourned, the citizens began organizing under the guidance of local leaders, setting into motion the plans laid out by their Duke.

As Duke Antonius rallied the citizens of Noplos City in the grand City Hall, the atmosphere outside was equally tense but focused on a different aspect of the crisis. Agent L, along with native agents from UT ISIA, moved stealthily through the shadows of Noplos, their mission-critical to the success of the evacuation and defense efforts.

The team split into smaller groups, blending into the City's bustling activity as its residents prepared to flee. Each group was tasked with identifying and neutralizing spies from the Slavery faction who might be lurking within the City, aiming to gather intelligence on evacuation plans and military preparations.

Agent L and two other agents cornered a suspected spy in a dimly lit alleyway. The man was fiddling with what appeared to be an outdated communication device, attempting to send out a signal. The agents approached silently, their movements swift and precise.

"Drop the device," Agent L commanded in a low, firm tone. The suspect caught off guard, hesitated, allowing the agents to close in. They swiftly disarmed him, securing the device configured to intercept and transmit sensitive information.

"Who are you working for? Speak now, and we might spare you more severe consequences," Agent L interrogated, his gaze piercing.

The captured Agent, realizing his precarious situation, revealed that he was part of a small reconnaissance group sent by the Slavery faction. Their equipment, though outdated, was supposed to be sufficient for their espionage tasks. However, they underestimated the vigilance and technological superiority of the native UT ISIA agents.

Meanwhile, similar captures were taking place across the City. Agent L's team efficiently disabled several more enemy spies, gathering crucial intelligence about their network and intended sabotage efforts. This information was immediately relayed back to Duke Antonius's war room, which was used to adjust defensive strategies and further secure evacuation routes.

As Duke Antonius concluded his speech at City Hall, the crowd dispersed with a sense of urgent purpose, leaving the hall abuzz with coordinated activities. Families gathered their belongings, and volunteers formed groups, each assigned specific roles in the evacuation process.

Agent L returned to report the successful counterintelligence operations to Duke Antonius. "Your Grace, we have detained several enemy operatives and secured their communication devices. Our surveillance suggests that their network within the City is disrupted, which should delay any significant attempts to undermine the evacuation."

Duke Antonius nodded in approval, his expression resolute. "Excellent work, Agent L. Ensure continuous monitoring and alert our defenses to any changes. We cannot afford any breaches now."

"As you command, Your Grace. We will maintain a tight surveillance net around the city and evacuation routes. Also, our agents are setting up false leads to misdirect any remaining enemy spies, ensuring they cannot accurately report our movements or plans," Agent L responded, detailing the ongoing efforts to protect the City.

Duke Antonius looked out over the City from his command post, the weight of responsibility clear on his features. "Keep me updated on every development, Agent L. The next few hours will determine the fate of Noplos City."

"Yes, Your Grace. We will guard every step of our retreat," Agent L affirmed, turning back to his duties. His mind was focused on the safety of the people and the success of their desperate strategy to evade the formidable enemy advancing toward them.

As the sun set, the City transformed under the urgency of impending departure. Trucks and heavy vehicles lined up, ready to transport the vulnerable safely, while the remaining citizens prepared for a potential confrontation. The combined efforts of Duke Antonius's leadership, the strategic planning of the military, and the covert operations of UT ISIA agents intertwined to forge a path toward survival and eventual return.

Secret Hangar I, Pampoi Region, 29 March 2141/ 29 Martius 1841, 11:30 pm

Agent K and Agent J are ordered by Johnny Bean, Head of the UT ISIA Branch of Fortisregnum Empire, to conduct a raid mission and destroy enemy aircraft in the secret hangar. However, as the original Agent of UT ISIA, they want to let the native agents learn and train in the real dangerous mission against enemy modern intelligence power. Agent V, commander of native agents of UT ISIA in the Pampoi region, was chosen to lead his team in conducting this mission. At the same time, Agent K and Agent J monitored their mission.

They aim to destroy enemy aircraft in the secret hangar I and the runway. Secret hangar I becomes the place for storage of Weltenkraft Reich aircraft. If they successfully destroy enemy aircraft, the enemy will lose air power, so that the evacuation process will go smoothly without enemy airstrikes.

Under cover of night, Secret Hangar I lay in the shadowy depths of the Pampoi Region, a crucial stronghold for the enemy's air capabilities. The air was tense, and the stakes were high as Agent V prepared his team of native UT ISIA agents for their first major field operation. The plan was clear: infiltrate the hangar, neutralize the threat, and destroy the aircraft and runway, thus impeding the enemy's ability to launch airstrikes during the critical evacuation of Noplos City.

Agent V, an operative with a keen strategic mind, briefed his team one last time. "This mission is about precision and stealth. We take out their air power tonight, and we save lives tomorrow. Remember, every move we make must be silent but deadly. Use your silenced weapons only when necessary and keep communications to hand signals unless needed." Agent V and his team got authorized to use silenced SIG MCX assault rifles, silenced H&K MP5 SMG, and silenced SIG 229 pistols.

As the team approached the perimeter of the hangar, the drone operators launched mini drones, their small forms barely visible against the night sky. These drones provided a live feed of the hangar's layout and enemy positions, giving Agent V and his team the advantage of real-time intelligence.

Inside the safehouse in Pampoi City, Agent K and Agent J monitored the operation through the drone feeds, ready to provide strategic advice or call in additional support if needed. Agent K spoke into his comms, "Agent V, you have two guards on the eastern entrance. Wait for them to pass the fuel tanks before you move."

Back at the hangar, Agent V signaled his team to split into two groups. One would sabotage the aircraft within the hangar, planting explosive charges on critical components. The other group would handle the runway, setting up explosives to render it unusable.

Agent V led his team forward as the guards passed, their movements a silent dance of shadows. They slipped past the patrols, using the cover of darkness and the hangar's noisy environment to their advantage.

Once inside, the first team quickly and quietly moved among the parked aircraft—a mix of monoplane fighters and bomber planes. Each member expertly placed charges, ensuring that the destruction would be total. Meanwhile, the runway team had laid out a pattern of explosives designed to create craters that would prevent any aircraft from taking off or landing.

Agent V checked his watch and clicked his radio twice, signaling both teams to retreat to the extraction point. As they moved out, he whispered into his comms, "Charges set. We are moving to a safe distance. Prepare for detonation."

Agent K responded from the safe house, "Confirmed, V. Great work. Evacuate to a safe distance and stand by for detonation order."

With all team members accounted for and safely away from the blast radius, Agent V gave the signal. The night erupted into flames as the explosives detonated, sending shockwaves through the hangar and along the runway. The destruction was complete, with aircraft reduced to burning wrecks and the runway pocked with impassable craters.

As the smoke billowed into the night sky, Agent J could not help but feel a surge of pride for the native agents under their supervision. "Excellent execution, V. That will cut their wings for sure. Return to base for debriefing."

Unfortunately for Agent V and his team, their action is already monitored by the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit, the elite unit of Black Shadow, ex-members of NKGB from the People's Republic of Uroslav. Suddenly, Agent V and his team were ambushed by Tomnyy Rytsar's unit. Backed with silenced AS-102 assault rifles, silenced SVS-98 sniper rifles, night vision goggles, modern Kevlar armor, and modern surveillance and communication devices, Tomnyy Rytsar' unit will inflict painful experience for the native agents of UT ISIA, especially for Agent V.

In the shadowy depths of the night, following the destruction of Secret Hangar I, Agent V and his team, triumphant from their mission, hurriedly retreated through the rugged terrain. Their celebration was cut short by the sudden and lethal ambush set by the elite Tomnyy Rytsar unit, which had been closely monitoring their every move with sophisticated drones.

Captain Ivankov of the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit communicated in hushed, precise language similar to Russian, coordinating his team's movements as they prepared to strike. "Занимайте позиции, они идут," ("Take positions, they are coming"), he instructed, his voice low and controlled. The Tomnyy Rytsar' operatives, hidden in the darkness, were armed with silenced weapons and night vision, making them nearly invisible and deadly efficient.

The ambush was sudden and devastating. As Agent V's team navigated through a narrow pass, the first shots rang out, silently cutting down two of his agents instantly. "Contact! We are taking fire!" Agent V shouted, realizing the gravity of their situation. His team scrambled for cover, returning fire but heavily outgunned. Of ten people on Agent V's team, only eight, including Agent V, were to retreat.

Agent V and his team try to shoot back the enemy in the dark. Thanks to the modern equipment from UT ISIA, they can detect the location of Tomnyy Rytsar's unit. However, they are outnumbered and already in a disadvantageous position. Agent V and his team suffer painful casualties due to a lack of real battle experience compared to Tomnyy Rytsar's unit, ex-members of elite troops of hyperpower nations.

Suddenly, the snipers from Tomnyy Rytsar's unit could aim more than two native agents and stop them at their track with their silenced SVS-98 Sniper Rifles. Agent V tried to help his falling comrades, but the barrage of the low sound of the silenced AS-102 assault rifle from Tomnyy Rytsar's unit made him stop and retreat to the safe point. Even though they are outnumbered, they can still kill several of Tomnyy Rytsar's units, which underestimate Agent V and his team. Agent V tried to signal Agent K and Agent J about the dire condition of his team but was ambushed by the enemy elite troops.

Agent K and Agent J watched the dire situation unfold through intelligence satellite feeds from their safe house. "Agent V, you are heavily outnumbered. We will provide a decoy plan for you and your team to escape. Hold on and keep retreating to the target extract point." Agent K communicated urgently and is working to find a solution.

"Copy that. Please give us help, Sir. Hurry, Sir." Agent V desperately begs Agent K to help them escape the ambushed conditions.

Agent J tries to use the UT ISIA hacking system to hack and jam the drones from Tomnyy Rytsar's unit. After finding the exact wavelength, networking, and cracking the security system, Agent J tries to take control of Tomnyy Rytsar's unit drones.

Meanwhile, the Tomnyy Rytsar' continued their relentless assault. Ivankov's orders were cold and efficient: "Окружите их, не давайте шансов на выживание," ("Surround them, give them no chance to survive"). His team expertly maneuvered, using their superior tactical training to close in on the beleaguered team.

Agent J quickly hacked into the Tomnyy Rytsar's drone network as the firefight intensified. "Jamming their signals now, and I will control their drones. Agent V used this to try to retreat from enemy pursuit," he announced, initiating a disruption that caused momentary confusion among the Russian unit.

The hacked drone veered off course, crashing nearby and drawing several of Tomnyy Rytsar's operatives' attention. Agent J targeted several of Tomnyy Rytsar's units, crashing the drones into them to inflict additional damage. This diversion allowed Agent V and the remaining team members to break through the encirclement. "This way, move!" Agent V directed them towards a lesser-known escape route, and their footsteps were quick and desperate.

Despite the chaos, Ivankov realized the deception and redirected his unit. "Быстро, за ними! Не дайте им уйти," ("Quick, after them! Do not let them escape"), he commanded, but the dense forest and the disrupted drone communications hampered their pursuit.

Though heavily outnumbered and outmaneuvered, the three surviving members of Agent V's team managed to escape into the darkness, thanks mainly to the timely intervention by Agent K and Agent J. Agent V contacted the safehouse as they reached a safe location, panting from the exertion and the adrenaline. "We are clear, but we took heavy losses," he reported the weight of the loss evident in his voice.

Agent K responded with relief and solemnity, "You have done well. Regroup and head to extraction point Delta. We will debrief there."

Though the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit had achieved a tactical victory, inflicting significant casualties on Agent V's team, the strategic victory still belonged to Agent V and his unit. The successful destruction of the enemy aircraft and the runway had severely hindered the Slavery faction's air power, a crucial factor in the broader conflict surrounding Noplos City. Initially, they want to go to Secret Hangar II and III to destroy the remaining monoplane fighters, close air support bombers, tactical bombers, and fighter jets from the enemy. However, the ambush from Tomnyy Rytsar's unit made them fail to destroy the aircraft in Secret Hangar II and III.

As the night wore on, the implications of the encounter were clear. Both sides had demonstrated skill and determination, but the fight was far from over. The ongoing conflict would demand more from all involved, each skirmish shaping the future in unforeseen ways.

In the aftermath of the firefight, the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit meticulously combed the area where the fierce exchange had occurred. Under the dim glow of their tactical flashlights, they discovered the bodies of several fallen agents from Agent V's team. Each was armed with sophisticated, compact weaponry that differed notably from their larger and bulkier AS-102 assault rifles and VSh-18 pistols.

Captain Ivankov, closely inspecting the sleek design of a SIG MCX rifle, spoke with admiration and concern to his squad. "Эти ребята были вооружены до зубов. Смотрите на это оружие — компактное и эффективное. Заберите все, что найдете, и отправим в нашу лабораторию в НКГБ. Нам нужно изучить их технологии," ("These guys were heavily armed. Look at this weapon — compact and efficient. Take everything you find and send it to our lab at the NKGB. We need to study their technology.") he commanded his unit to take the weapons.

His second-in-command, Lieutenant Dimitry, nodded, carefully gathering the weapons and other tech gadgets, ensuring nothing was overlooked. As they worked, Ivankov continued, "Умение противника взламывать дроны и блокировать зашифрованную связь заставляет задуматься. Мы победили сегодня, благодаря нашей тактике засады и превосходному положению, но мы не должны недооценивать ИСИА Объединенной Терры." (The enemy's ability to hack drones and jam encrypted communications is concerning. We won today thanks to our ambush tactics and superior positioning, but we must not underestimate the United Terran intelligence power." Lieutenant Dimitry's response about the power of United Terran intelligence.

As the unit prepared to leave the scene, Ivankov paused to reflect on the night's events. "Несмотря на численное превосходство, они смогли уничтожить несколько наших ребят. Это информация, которую НКГБ должно оценить, чтобы понять силу ИСИА Объединенной Терры. Не допускайте ошибок, товарищи, борьба еще не окончена," he addressed his team with a stern look." ("Despite being outnumbered, they managed to take down several of our men. This battle result is good information that the NKGB must evaluate to understand the strength of the United Terran intelligence power. Make no mistake, comrades, the battle is far from over.").

The Tomnyy Rytsar' unit withdrew into the darkness, their minds as much on the lessons of the encounter as on the victory they had secured. The stolen weapons and technology would indeed provide crucial insights into the capabilities of their formidable opponents.

Safehouse Outside Pampoi City, Pampoi Region, 30 March 2141/ 30 Martius 1841, 03:00 am

Agent V and his remaining team successfully retreated from the ambushed condition by the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit. Agent K and J then contact Agent V about his team's condition. Agent K's voice was steady and reassuring over the encrypted comm line as he spoke to Agent V and his beleaguered team, gathered in the dimly lit safehouse outside Pampoi City.

"Agent V, despite the losses, your team performed commendably under the disadvantageous circumstances. You achieved the primary objective of the mission, which was to cripple the enemy's air capabilities. That is a strategic victory." Agent K appreciated Agent V and his team's action during the raid mission.

Agent V's voice, though tired and strained, carried a mixture of relief and regret. "Thank you, Sir. I apologize for the loss of our modern weapons. I fear the enemy will now have the chance to reverse engineer the SIG MCX rifles, H&K MP5s, and SIG P229 pistols. This action could potentially enhance their combat capabilities." Agent V fears that the enemy's power will increase in the future because of his failure and lack of experience.

Agent J interjected with a tone designed to instill confidence, "Agent V, remember that while they may have captured some of our equipment, they do not possess our level of expertise or resources. We are still ahead regarding overall strategic technology and intelligence operations." Agent J tries to calm Agent V.

"I will recommend to Mr. Johnny Bean that we propose a comprehensive upgrade in training to Mr. William Bond, Head of UT ISIA. We need to accelerate the combat readiness and tactical training of our native agents here in the Fortisregnum Empire. This action will prepare them better for future encounters and minimize our operational risks." Agent J continued that he would suggest Johnny Bean lobby William Bond to improve the quality of training and let the native agents feel the actual battle experience.

Agent K nodded in agreement, though only perceptible through the comm link. "Agent V, focus on regrouping and assessing your team's readiness. We must ensure that everyone is mentally and physically prepared for further operations. This mission has provided us with valuable lessons that we will use to refine the native Agent's tactics during the mission in disadvantageous conditions." Agent K says that the result of this mission will evaluate the training of the native agents of UT ISIA.

Agent V acknowledged the guidance, "Understood, sirs. I will begin the debriefing with the team immediately and start preparations for the enhanced training. We will ensure this experience becomes a strengthening tool for us."

The conversation ended with Agent K's final directive, "Stay sharp and report any developments immediately. Remember, the safety and effectiveness of your team are paramount. We depend on each other to keep the Fortisregnum Empire secure."

Agent V turned to his team as the line went silent, and their faces shadowed but resolute in the dim light of the safe house. He knew they had a tough road ahead, but the night's events had galvanized their resolve to become an even more formidable force. The loss was painful, yet it was a catalyst for growth and improvement—a necessary evolution in the never-ending game of espionage and warfare.

50 km of Noplos City, Noplos Region, 30 March 2141/ 30 Martius 1841, 02:00 am

While Agent V conducts a raid mission to destroy the enemy aircraft and runway, Agent L and his team, helped by battle engineers from the Noplos City military unit, successfully plant land mines and are ready to ambush the enemy in the morning. Suddenly, they were attacked by unknown forces. Another Tomnyy Rytsar unit tries to conduct a counterintelligence mission and defeat Agent L and his team. Unlike Agent V and his team, Agent L and his team, supported by the battle engineers from Noplos City, outnumbered the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit.

In the predawn darkness, 50 km from Noplos City, Agent L and his team and battle engineers from the Noplos City military unit were methodically laying land mines in preparation for a strategic ambush. The atmosphere was tense but focused, as each individual understood the critical importance of fortifying their position against the advancing enemy forces.

Suddenly, the stillness of the night was shattered by the sharp crack of gunfire. Several battle engineers fell, victims of a surprise attack by another Tomnyy Rytsar unit. Their mission was clear: disrupt the preparations and weaken Noplos City's defenses.

From a concealed position, Commander Raskov, a Tomnyy Rytsar' commander, issued orders in a low, urgent tone. "Окружите их и устраните. Не оставляйте свидетелей," ("Surround them and eliminate them. Leave no witnesses,"), he directed, his voice barely audible above the rustle of the leaves.

Caught off-guard but not defeated, the survivors quickly relayed the situation to Agent L, who was overseeing another section of the minefield. Receiving the news from the battle engineers' survivors, Agent L's response was swift and decisive in countering the enemy attack. "Form up! Return fire and hold your positions. We have the numbers; use them to our advantage!" he shouted, rallying his team and the remaining engineers.

Although primarily trained for construction and sabotage, the battle engineers were no strangers to combat. They quickly regrouped, taking cover behind the natural undulations of the land and whatever debris was available.

Agent L, taking a moment to assess the situation, communicated over his radio. "We need to push them back and continue our mission. Engineers focus on setting up defensive positions. My team will cover you!" His tone was commanding, instilling in his men a sense of urgency and purpose.

As the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit advanced, they continued to communicate in their native language, coordinating their movements with military precision. "Двигайтесь быстрее, они укрепляются!" ("Move faster, they are fortifying!"), One operative barked at his comrades, pushing them to increase their assault.

Meanwhile, Agent L and his team expertly returned fire. Bullets zipped through the air as both sides exchanged gunfire. Despite the initial surprise, Agent L's strategic placement and the numerical superiority of his group began to tell.

As the firefight intensified, the Tomnyy Rytsar' unit attempted to flank Agent L's position, but their movements were predictable to the seasoned eyes of the Noplos City military engineers. Agent L's comrade, Agent F, pointed to the rising sun barely visible on the horizon and shouted, "East side! Watch the flank—push them back!"

Amidst the chaos, Agent L kept his focus, directing his team through the handheld radio, "Teams three and four, fall back to secondary positions and lay suppressing fire. We need to buy time for the engineers to finish the mines."

The air was thick with gunfire, punctuated by the more resounding thuds of heavier weapons. Despite their disadvantage, the Tomnyy Rytsar' soldiers demonstrated a relentless determination, their commander rallying them, "Не сдавайтесь, братья! Наша цель близка!" ("Do not give up, brothers! Our objective is near!")

Back at Agent L's side, the engineers worked feverishly. One of the engineers, a young man named Sol, gritted his teeth as he connected the detonator wires. Sweat beaded on his forehead, not just from the physical exertion but also from the perilous situation. He glanced at Agent L and said, "Just a few more minutes, sir, and this field will be a death trap for them."

"Make it quick, Sol! Every second counts!" Agent L replied, providing covering fire with his rifle.

On the opposite side, Tomnyy Rytsar' commander sensed the urgency of their mission failing. He grabbed the radio, his voice tense, "Это Командир Расков. Нужна немедленная поддержка. Мы попали в засаду и превосходим численно." ("This is Commander Raskov. We need immediate support. We have walked into an ambush and are outnumbered.")

The battle continued to rage, the early morning light now revealing the grim faces of the soldiers. Agent L noticed a break in the enemy's gunfire and seized the opportunity. "Now! Advance!" he commanded, leading a charge towards the weakening enemy line.

The Tomnyy Rytsar' forces, realizing their precarious situation, began to retreat, covered by the few remaining soldiers laying down suppressing fire to protect their commander. However, as they fell back, Agent L utilized the advantage condition to inflict damage and shoot down the enemy. The Tomnyy Rytsar's retreat turned chaotic, their structured withdrawal devolving into a desperate scramble for safety.

Agent L watched as the dust settled, his team standing firm. He walked over to Sol, clapping the engineer on the shoulder. "Well done. Let us secure the area and report back to the command. Our mission here is complete, but this war is far from over."

Agent L surveyed the battlefield with a hardened gaze as the dust settled and the gunfire echoes faded into the morning air. The once-pristine forest area was now marred with craters and scattered debris, a testament to the ferocity of the conflict. The early morning sun cast long shadows, revealing his team's weary but resolute faces and the battle engineers.

Agent L turned to Sol, the young engineer whose quick work had been crucial in setting the final traps that secured their victory. "Sol, double-check all connections. We cannot have any failures when the second wave comes. Inform other engineers to plant more land mines before the enemy arrives. They need time to clear these land mines, so we have more time to evacuate the people from Noplos City." Agent L orders Sol.

Sol nodded, wiping sweat and grime from his brow. "Yes, Sir. I will do a run-through right away." He paused for a moment, his eyes sweeping the horizon. "They will think twice before trying this route again."

Meanwhile, two of Agent L's team members, Agent T and Agent N, approached him, their expressions solemn. "We have captured a couple of wounded enemy operatives. They are ready for interrogation." Agent T reported about the survivor of Tomnyy Rytsar's unit.

Agent L's eyes narrowed. "Good. Please bring them to the central post. We need to find out what they know about their operations and whether there is more to this attack than just disrupting our mine-laying."

As Agent T and Agent N led the captured operatives away, Agent L joined them in the interrogation area. The disheveled and bruised Tomnyy Rytsar soldiers looked defiant but wary.

Agent L stood before them, his voice calm but commanding. "I am not interested in unnecessary cruelty, but you must understand the situation. You are in no position to hold back information. What were your orders?" Agent L speaks in the common language (similar to the English language of the United Terran people).

The two operatives are still silent. Agent L remembered about a special serum from UT ISIA. This serum could relax the target and control Cortisol and Adrenaline hormones. The controlled condition of these hormones will reduce the possibility of lying. This serum effect will be more substantial if combined with the truth magic. In the future, the novel non-medical approach of Agent L will be modified and used in UT ISIA, especially in the native agents capable of using magic to perform interrogation.

After being injected with the serum and under truth magic, the soldiers exchanged a glance, the younger one's resolve breaking slightly under the weight of his predicament. Finally, he spoke, his voice a rough whisper. "We were told to disrupt your preparations... and to gather intel on Noplos City's defenses."

"And who sent you? Who is coordinating your operations?" Agent L pressed, observing the soldiers' reactions closely.

The older soldier remained silent, his jaw set, trying to resist the effect of serum and truth magic, but he failed. After silence and cannot resist the effect of serum and truth magic, he said, "Commander Raskov was in direct contact with HQ. We do not know more; we follow orders."

Agent L stepped back, processing the information. "Keep them here under guard," he instructed Tara. "They might remember more after some rest."

Turning away from the prisoners, Agent L returned to the command post, where his communications officer awaited updates. "Sir, we have managed to intercept some transmissions. It looks like Raskov's unit was not acting alone. There may be another group trying to flank us from the east. We assume this will be the second wave of enemy or the main army."

Agent L's eyes flashed with determination. "Prepare for a defensive maneuver. Inform all units. We are not done here yet." He paused, then added, "And get me a direct line to Noplos City's command. They need to be aware of these developments."

Agent L felt renewed urgency as he coordinated the new defensive strategy. This action was a simple skirmish and a well-coordinated attack on their forces. The stakes were higher than ever, and his resolve hardened.

"Let us show them that Noplos City is not easily conquered," he muttered, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

They finish planting land mines around the primary and alternative routes and physical traps similar to the Vietcong in the forest around the ambush. After finishing, they retreated to Noplos City to help with the evacuation process, while some native agents left for one day to surveillance the area.

Main Camp of Slavery Faction Second Army, Noplos Region, 30 March 2141/ 30 Martius 1841, 09:00 am

Mr. 03 was furious after hearing about the destruction of aircraft in secret hangar I and the runway not being able to be used before reparation. Tomnyy Rytsar's unit also reported failing to clear the route because they were outnumbered, and this made the condition of the slavery faction army worsen. They lost 12 Bi-52 fighters, 6 Bi-37 CAS, and 3 Bi-38 tactical bombers. The loss of aircraft significantly blows slavery faction airpower because they could not replace those aircraft in the Fortisregnum Empire. Commander Tarkov reports about the enemy's planting land mines on the main route to Naples City. Currently, they lack the equipment to secure the land mines, and if they clear manually, it will take time, and the enemy will use this condition to ambush them.

Mr. 03, dressed in a stern military uniform of Black Shadow, paced in his tent at the main camp of the Slavery Faction's Second Army. His expression was grim as he listened to the reports of the losses inflicted by the UT ISIA's recent operations.

"Commander Tarkov, summarize the situation for me once more," Mr. 03 demanded, his voice tinged with frustration.

Commander Tarkov, a seasoned officer with a keen strategic mind, stood before Mr. 03, his posture rigid. "Sir, the enemy has destroyed 21 of our aircraft, including 12 Bi-52 fighters, 6 Bi-37 CAS, and 3 Bi-38 tactical bombers. The runway at Secret Hangar I is damaged and currently unusable. We are facing a severe reduction in our air capabilities, which limits our offensive and defensive operations. Also, we must secure and tighten defense around the area of Secret Hangar I to prevent raids by other enemy operatives."

Mr. 03 clenched his fists, his jaw tightening. "And the land mines?"

"They have heavily mined the main route to Noplos City. Our engineers are scarce, and manual clearing would expose us to further ambushes. It is a precarious situation," Tarkov explained, his voice steady despite the dire news.

"I see," Mr. 03 muttered, turning to look at a map spread across a table. "We cannot afford another blunder. Mr. 06, I need your units to prepare for a detailed reconnaissance mission. Before moving further, we must understand the enemy's current positions and capabilities."

Mr. 06 nodded in understanding. "Understood, Mr. 03. I will deploy additional units, including Commander Ivankov's team. They are our best, and after the last encounter, they are eager to redeem themselves."

"Good. Make sure they are thoroughly briefed. We cannot afford to be caught off-guard again. What is our status on the other secret hangars?" Mr. 03 inquired, his tone slightly calmer now.

"We have aircraft in Hangars II and III, but launching them now would be risky without clearing the skies of United Terran's presence. Also, the jet fighters still resemble and need final checking before we can use them in the battle. We must first repair the runway at Hangar I and secure the area before we launch aircraft from Weltenkraft Reich." Mr. 06 responded, his hands clasped behind his back.

Mr. 03 paused, then spoke decisively, "Repair the runway immediately. Use whatever resources we have. In the meantime, ensure that Ivankov's unit does not face the same fate as last time. I want them to employ stealth and avoid direct engagement until we know more about the enemy's strength. Postpone the attack until we have clear information about the enemy. We need to reevaluate the enemy power before conducting an attack on Noplos City."

"Yes, Sir. I will coordinate with Ivankov personally and ensure they utilize night cover and electronic countermeasures to avoid detection," Mr. 06 assured, his voice filled with resolve.

"As for the aircraft in Hangars II and III, hold them back until we have secured the skies and the anti-air defense guns. Inform all unit commanders to be on high alert and prepare for potential airstrikes once we regain air control," Mr. 03 instructed, his strategy clear in his mind.

"Will do, Sir. I will oversee the operations personally and ensure we regain our footing in this conflict," Mr. 06 promised, saluting before leaving.

Mr. 03 watched him go, then returned to the map, his mind racing with plans and contingencies. This war was far from over, and he knew each decision could tip the balance of power.

The attack on Noplos City was postponed for two days until Commander Ivankov and Tarkov got the intelligence data and secured the route from enemy threats. Fortunately, while conducting the reconnaissance and counterintelligence mission, they do not meet anyone, only a route full of land mines and inhuman traps around the forest of the Noplos Region. Some of Tomnyy Rytsar's unit become the victim of the Vietcong traps.

After retrieving the fallen comrades, Ivankov and his team returned to report the route's conditions. Then, Mr. 03 sent the battle engineers, helped by Duke Romulus, to clear the land mines and Vietcong traps. This clearing mission needs three days to sweep and clear the land mines. After the clearing mission, the Slavery Faction Second Army continues to march and take caution of the enemy ambush. However, until they arrived at Noplos City, they suffered no attack, and Noplos City was already empty. The soldiers are happy because they can conquer without bloodshed and take the wealth in Noplos City, especially in the noble palace. However, Mr. 03, Mr.06, Ivankov, Tarkov, and Duke Romulus feel that these conditions, like calm before storm and dreadful feelings, will become the actual terror and nightmare for the slavery faction.

The storm will come to Aeterna City.
