I wake up and check my stats, they are far below average in almost every category… I've never seen the stats of a baby before. I have no memories until I was around 5 in my previous life. I have a few titles that weren't announced and a few skills that weren't announced either. I also inherited 4 classes and 4 jobs from my parents.
Warrior, probably from my mother. Berserker, well that would explain some of her attitude problems. Thief, guessing from my father. Archer, he seemed kind of inept and clumsy for having 2 dexterity classes. Merchant, guessing father again. Farmer, probably mother. Blacksmith, guessing mother again. Leatherworker, guessing from my father, it would make sense for his classes
Title Past life king- Increases chances of becoming a king again.
Title Past life guild leader- Increases chances of becoming a guild leader again.
Skill Learning through doing- Able to learn classes, jobs and skills from hard work and practice
Skill Learning through seeing- Able to learn classes, jobs and skills from watching other people use them
Skill Insomniac- Able to stay up two hours later than most people with no repercussions to health
With insomniac I only need 4 hours a sleep every night. Even so I need to start getting control over my body as fast as possible. I spend the rest of the day learning to control my body, strengthening it.
It's been 2 months since I've been born. From the skill learning through seeing I've learned 3 classes. Bard, white mage, and scout. I also learned 3 jobs doctor, gatherer and tutor. All from the maids and butlers around the house. With the speed I'm learning. I have no idea how no one has ever made it passed level 20... Something else must work against me to impede my leveling.
I've picked up a few classes I definitely needed early on in my life. Warrior and scout in particular. Since they have passive skills that increase when I level. Bard isn't bad either since the passive skill is going to help me pick an instrument to play later on in life.I make a mental list of all the classes I need before I start leveling through combat. I can train my classes through practice until I'm ready for actual combat.
Monk- it unlocks a new resource for skills called chi. If I start channeling that at a young age, I could build up an incredible amount of it.
Blue Mage- the ability to learn monsters attacks especially early on would go a long way.
Paladin- once again a permanent increase as I level, I'm not sure what charisma is though.
Time mage- the ability to think in battle is the key to victory.
Knight- decreasing how quickly I'm fatigued will help me train for longer.
Warden- this is probably the most important passive skill out of them all, as soon as I'm able to speak or crawl I'll have to ask for a book of some sort to explain warden to me.
Dragoon- the ability to jump higher seems pretty weak but I've known people with this class and could jump over 50 feet in the air.
Freelancer- its and extremely easy class to get and to level as well and it gives passive stats as you level.
Scholar- almost as important as warden. Decreasing the time it takes to read something would help me learn quicker through reading.
It's been another 2 months. I can barely crawl now. Still cant control my vocal cords enough to talk yet. I can only make grunting noises. Everyone is amazed at how fast I'm learning. Normally it would take a baby around 6 months to start crawling. Funny enough I gained a level in scout from crawling. Making my crawl speed slightly faster.
It's been 2 more months since I've been born. I can speak very clearly now. I have asked for a book on warden magic. Most of the maids and butlers amazement has turned to fear for some reason. The ability to read at 6 months would be extremely freaky to see. Especially since no one has taught me.
Another month and I can barely walk. I've learned warden, scholar, freelancer and time mage. I haven't had a chance to practice them yet. I keep hearing whispers under the breath of the maids and butlers at the house. Some of them had grown to hate me and I don't understand why. Could it be because of my parents? I haven't seen much of my parents since I've been born. My mother tends to laze about in her room or outside on the patio sunbathing... She's so vain it makes me hope I didn't get a lot of her genes.

My father is always locked in his study. The few times I've seen him has only been when he's visited me or while we eat. The few times he's picked me up since I was born, he hasn't almost fumbled me. While walking out of my room once, he tripped on nothing. He called a maid in to clean the water he spilled knocking over a flower vase while making a joke at her for making him trip...
Nearing my first birthday I woke up to a maid staring down at me. It was the one my mother yelled at when I was born and also my wet nurse. She was holding a knife in her hand... I pretended to be asleep. It's not like I could defend myself against a knife. I'm a freaking baby. She was muttering loud enough for me to hear her.
“This boy isn't normal... If I let him live, he might have a bad influence on Lance when they get older... He might even try to kill him.”
I barely open my eyes. Trying to be conspicuous without being noticed. I can see her visibly shaking almost in fear. After a whole hour of staring at me with my eyes closed she finally left. I have no doubt she is afraid I'm going to turn out like my mother and bully her son... This is still a problem that needs to be dealt with.
I told my mother the next day what happened. The wet nurse was thrown from a window on the second floor. Falling onto the patio my mother would always sunbathe on. Breaking the chair she would lay on. The wet nurse died from her injuries. My mother is extremely scary. I've decided to tell my father that I can use more than 2 classes. He broke down crying from happiness at how talented his son was.
He took me into his study where I watched him work on bills for the small village. He's the mayor of the village we live in. From what I understand, most people outside and inside the village hate both my parents. Geoffrey for the heavy taxes he puts onto the village and Elise for the belligerent attitude she has towards everyone… Since I've been born I haven't seen either show affection towards the other. It's hard to treat them as my parents... In my previous life I was older than both of them when I died... I can't really look at either as an authority figure when I'm certain I'm smarter than either of them.
On the day of my birthday, I was woken up for a party. Normally most people don’t celebrate each birth, only focusing on the 10th and 15th birthdays. Each signifying the thresholds into adolescence and into adulthood. I probably got a party because I'm the mayors child. With money to throw around I can understand why he would throw his child a party. My father bent over, getting close to my face as he spoke.
“Very good, very good Kite do you know what today is?”
Elise in the midst of finishing a glass of wine chimed in. “Of course he wouldn't you jackass, he's never had one before!”
Geoffrey's shoulders dropped, as if a huge weight was put on them.
I answered his question anyways. “It's my birthday.”
Everyone in the room went silent as their eyes showed surprise in them.
“Hahaho! I knew Kite was smart enough to figure it out.” Geoffrey boasted while Elise filled another glass with wine and glared at him. He continued to speak.
“On your birthday, you get gifts from all the members of the house.”
I looked around the room at people facing me. Obviously forced to do this.
“Shouldn't they have a choice to buy me something if they wanted to? They shouldn't be forced...”
I said meekly, trying to act my current age. The looks of surprise on everyone's faces deepened by what I just said. Some showed fear of retaliation from Elise. It didn't come. After a few awkward moments, Geoffrey finally broke the silence.
“Of course they wanted to buy you gifts Kite. Why would you think otherwise?”
I couldn't answer him honestly. I already knew that.
“It seems unfair that I have a party but none of the other children do. Shouldn't we all have parties?”
The room is completely quite. I ruined my own party trying to be the good guy. At that moment I learned 2 new skills.
Secret Thief skill Capable liar- Able to more easily lie to others
Secret Thief skill Predict lies- Able to tell whether someones lying easier
As I go through my presents I got, Elise is constantly critiquing everything about each gift. I received a few outfits to wear. A tiny practice sword, so small it would be silly to anyone who wasn't a 1 year old boy to have. Books, some class books to read and few of which are language books. The language books were on the dwarven and elven languages. I'm actually surprised by how many good gifts I received from everyone.
Finally it came to my parents gift. It was a golden comb. Probably valued at more then all the other gifts put together… Even so, it wasn't nearly my favorite gift. My parents don't understand me at all. After a good portion of time had passed, both my parents were the first to leave.
I thanked everyone from the bottom of my heart. I really enjoyed the thought they put into each gift. A maid thanked me for having her children in my thoughts. From the look on her face it was sincere as well. With that, I slowly started to gain everybody's trust.
