Clint used the power emerging from Evelyn to track down the Reaper's location.
Eventually, everyone boarded the plane again. This time, they flew in a Divine Strategy Squadron aircraft. Benedict piloted the plane. Though he wanted to help more, he knew his current strength would only add to the confusion.
Clint used a black hole extradimensional space to counter the Reaper's extradimensional barrier. Through everyone's combined efforts, the crisis was averted. They then returned to the plane.
"It's over." Clint sighed with relief.
Nash looked out the window at Xenith and Mosley flying, then down at Evelyn in his arms, and smiled. "What's up?" Clint asked.
"Nothing," Nash replied, gazing outside. "I was just thinking... these kids are only around 18 and are already so powerful."
"You're talking like an old man," Clint teased.
"Haha, it's nothing. It's just my thoughts. After all these years, it's the first time I've felt like something is fading away in me-my youth."
Clint did not quite know what to say. It was true, compared to the eighteen-year-olds, they were indeed adults now.
"You don't have to be so pessimistic. Our lives are still moving forward," Clint said nonchalantly. "Yeah." Nash chuckled.
He turned his attention to Benedict, who looked troubled. "Benedict, I noticed something was off with you earlier. What's on your mind?"
Benedict quickly composed himself and smiled. "It's nothing..."
"That's good."
Though said casually, Nash's words about feeling old struck a chord with Benedict, giving him a sense of urgency.
He realized he was not young anymore either. How much longer could he protect those around him? Would he end up like Alexander, an old monster?
Back in Drakonia, Benedict's inner turmoil persisted. Even during Clint's wedding, he remained troubled. Eventually, Clint reached out to Benedict, and he went to the forest behind Melton Mansion.
"I'm really sorry," Benedict said, feeling down. He knew he should not have been so distant at Clint's wedding, but no matter what, he could not bring himself to be happy.

Clint was about his age and already a Tribulation Transcendence Realm powerhouse. Meanwhile, he was still stuck at the Profound Oriental Realm. He knew that with the upcoming dangers, his current level of power would not be enough.
Thus, he sought Clint's advice on how to become stronger.
Clint understood and agreed to help.
At that moment, Ronan approached.
"Mr. Melton..."
"What's up, Ronan? Just call me Clint," Clint said cheerfully.noveldrama
"C-Clint, Dad is looking for you. He seems to want to discuss some plans..."
"Alright, Ronan. I know what he wants. He's eager for grandchildren. Don't worry about it. Also, you're just in time," Clint said, pointing at Benedict.
"We were about to spar. If either of us gets hurt, you can help with the healing."
"Oh... Okay, Clint," Ronan agreed.
Clint then turned to Benedict and said, "Let's go."
In an instant, or perhaps a split second, Clint effortlessly defeated Benedict.
To Clint, even if Benedict used his full strength, he would not be a match for him. He had not even gone all out.
Truthfully, he had not expected Benedict to be so weak.
