Little Mike grew up much like his predecessors, albeit with some minor differences. For instance, the Mike of the previous generation was directly assigned as a general right after graduation. However, the next-generation Mike worked as a major for two years before being promoted to general. These slight differences didn’t change his overall path; he eventually rolled the dice, hit the destined 7, and his Lone Wolf bloodline reached 120%, exactly like the previous generation.
As before, he took control of demons and the Human Civilization and spent years researching ways to increase his longevity without relying on the system.
…
The Mike of the previous generation, now calling himself X Gen Mike, watched all of this silently. By this point, he had uncovered almost all the mysteries surrounding his transmigration to this world.
"I was sent to this world with an extremely powerful golden finger that granted me immense power. The will of the world tried to suppress me but eventually failed, only managing to shatter me into many pieces," he mused.
"Relying on the power of those shattered pieces, I built the system, which helped me quickly recover my power after each timeline reset. The system is an accelerant, but even without it, I would have regained my strength eventually. After all, I couldn’t truly die as long as my pieces still floated in the world."
"The will of the world isn’t strong enough to seal me permanently and is desperately trying to find something that can. This is the reason for Max's existence and creation of the Human Civilization: to recruit talented humans to research and find a solution."
"My pieces are very hard to seal. The Great Wall, artificial crystals, bloodline batteries, and even spells and formations are all valuable data on how to eventually seal my power; fortunately, they all failed to be a permanent solution.
"The will of the world has failed so far. The cost of keeping my power sealed forcefully is so high that it would bankrupt the world if it tried."
"There’s no way I would lose this!" he thought confidently.
…
Years passed, and young Mike directed demons and humans to research how to seal demonic bloodlines. X Gen Mike saw this and sighed. It was clearly a trap set by the will of the world, using Mike to find a way to seal himself.
In hindsight, it’s clear that the 'Big Demon' back then was actually the will of the world, using Moondemon, its pawn, to scare Mike into researching ways to seal demonic bloodlines to prevent the resurrection of 'Big Demon'.
"I was completely tricked. Fortunately, even I couldn't find a way to seal my own pieces completely!" he thought. He wished he could find a way to warn the naive young Mike, but he had no means to do so.
He looked at the sky and shouted, "I am going to eat you… slowly. Enjoy existing while you can!"
There was no reaction from the sky, but Mike knew the will of the world could hear him. His ghost-like existence was because the world's will was isolating him from this new timeline. He was a ghost to those living in this timeline, but the will of the world could see all timelines.
"Moondemon is probably another pawn of the will of the world," he thought. She had been strange from the beginning, with the ability to take 'glimpses' using the moon, the left eye of the world. It seemed too good to be true. Most likely, the will of the world had expended a lot of energy to change her will and take her under its control.
"It must have been very difficult to take a piece of me and use it against myself. The will of the world probably used a lot of energy to achieve it." Mike didn’t know about the specific laws of this world, but it wouldn’t have been easy for the will of the world to interfere with mortals directly.

Each world has different codes; the extent to which the will of the world can interfere depends on these codes. The will of the world is bound by the codes and cannot act beyond them. That’s why the codes are hidden carefully; if someone were to read them, they could easily defeat the will of that world. However, an existence strong enough to read the code of a rank 10 world is most likely already powerful enough to take control anyway.
…
Time passed, and Mike aged until he reached 95. Just like X-Gen Mike, next-gen Mike also chose to devour all the blood batteries and turn them into dice.
He rolled all the dice together.
"Here it comes!" X Gen Mike smiled as the next round began.
Next-gen Mike transformed into his wolf form, trying to avoid his fate of explosion, but failed.
"Boom!" A loud and destructive explosion destroyed a radius of 100 kilometers.
X Gen Mike watched with interest; the explosion did not affect him.
"The black hole should come at any moment," he thought.
The black hole is the last piece of the puzzle.
The system has one purpose: to help Mike gather all of his pieces and become one entity again. The dice-rolling part was only a guide to incentivize Mike to kill demons and collect his pieces. The explosion was not an error; it was always the destination. The system couldn’t gather all the pieces from anywhere in the world by relying on Mike, a magician with a 100-year lifespan; it needed something big—an explosion.
Using the explosion, the system, on the verge of destruction, cast the only spell it was capable of: Blackhole! The black hole absorbed all of Mike's pieces, regardless of where or how well they were concealed.
"The 100-year lifespan limit was probably designed to deal with me, to prevent me from slowly gathering my pieces. But fortunately, I created the system as a workaround," X Gen Mike thought.
The black hole appeared in the sky. At the same time, all demons and demon-borns felt a life-ending crisis. A moment later, their bodies exploded into a mist of blood, and all demonic bloodlines began flowing towards the black hole.
In just a few minutes, the black hole swallowed all the demonic bloodlines from all over the world. This black hole spell was cast by the system, using the energy of thousands of demonic lineages. It barely reached the rank above legendary spells—divine spells.
Originally, Mike felt he could cast divine-level spells, but in fact, his spells were nowhere near that level. They were half-step divine, but not truly divine. A divine spell affects the entire world; Mike's previous spells were strong legendary ones.
"Divine spells are as strong as casual spells cast by my real body. They are no joke!" Mike thought.
Then, he felt a suction.
"The time has come!" Mike smiled and didn’t resist it. The black hole absorbed all pieces belonging to Mike, including X Gen Mike. All previous ghost Mikes were also sucked into the black hole.
After absorbing everything, the black hole disappeared.
…
"This tyrannical force… it is so powerful!" Mike thought. He could barely move but felt very restricted. The fighter jet shot its missile, giving Mike a sense of crisis.
"No, I shouldn’t let it hit me!" Mike thought. With the force suppressing him, even an ordinary nuke could break him. He moved a bit to the left, but his body was so massive that the missile changed direction and hit him.
"Boom!" With an explosion, Mike was shattered into countless pieces.
…
The ghost Mike wandered the world in a daze. Demons began appearing after a few months. At first, humans were able to suppress them, but after the appearance of the first demon king, everything changed. The UFKS collapsed after its army was decimated by a single demon.
…
Centuries passed, and another young Mike was born.
…
After reaching the age of 95, the new Mike transformed into his wolf form and began swallowing the bloodline batteries. Soon after, he exploded, and the black hole sucked in all the pieces again.
…
"This tyrannical force! It restricts my movements!" Mike felt restrained. The fighter jet shot the missile.
"No, I shouldn’t let it hit me! With this force suppressing my magic power, I would shatter!" he thought and moved away. The force restricted his movement, but fortunately, he could move a bit.
It was close, but he dodged the first missile. Unfortunately for him, there was more than one missile. The second missile hit him and shattered him.
…
The first demon king destroyed the UFKS's army, causing the collapse of the entire country. Years passed before Mike was born again. After reaching the age of 95, he transformed into the world and began swallowing bloodline batteries. He exploded soon thereafter.

"This force… what a strange feeling! It's like being tickled by feathers!" Mike barely suppressed his laughter; he had long since forgotten the sensation of being tickled.
He smirked with contempt as he watched the fighter jet that had just launched a nuclear bomb and thought, "Ants!"
