Normally, situations like Endless Skyies won't happen, so one really doesn't need to think about the impact of chaos on the minds of intelligent beings. But, unbelievably, it did happen with Endless Skies. So, what does chaos do to one's mind?
The answer is simple: It enables one to use chaotic spells flawlessly, increases one's mastery of chaos concept, and gives one an innate talent for anything chaotic. Other than those, nothing.
Chaos is not like dark elements or light elements; it won't make people evil upon contact. Endless Skyies, for example, are not like demons who enjoy killing.
Chaotic monsters usually act like beasts, killing anything near them, but the same is not true about intelligent creatures who mutate as a result of proximity to chaos energy.
Endless Skies is not an evil demon; she does, though, have peculiar hobbies.
It is said that in her youth, which was uncountable years ago, she fell in love with an angel, but the angel rejected her.
Angels are genderless, with no sexual desires; of course, they can live in whatever physical body they want, but in their mind, they are not interested in any close relationship. Falling in love with an angel is a very unfortunate thing, as there is no possibility of happiness ahead.
Endless Skies became frustrated with the angel and, in the end, killed him and turned his corpse into a puppet. From then on, she has been very interested in collecting angel puppets.
This story is said to originate from Endless Skies herself, so nobody can confirm its accuracy, but the fact that she likes angel puppets is undeniable.
Luther knew this and thought, "I can definitely get a lot of data from her if I present her with good angel puppets." Still, it wouldn’t be that easy; if it was, Rachel would have already extracted all the info from her.
"I must convince her using benefits!" he thought. According to some intel, Rank 14 Civilization Market has made a deal and has managed to get a copy of data regarding the concept of chaos. If Luther also trades in info regarding the Infinity Universal Law, he can hopefully get the chaos info from her.
One issue is that Luther is unwilling to share critical info about the Infinity Universal Law.
After a long time, Rachel got enough Infinity Complete Law to calculate Infinity Universal Law's formula. That formula is very sensitive information that cannot be shared.
"Rank 14s have it already, so why hesitate?" Luther thought. Other Rank 14s most likely have Infinity's formula; what they don’t have is detailed info regarding how one must use Infinity Universal Law to reach Rank 14. Still, even if other Rank 14s know the formula, it still can be useful for them.
A formula can be different depending on the complete law it's decoded from. There is no fixed formula for any universal law; one can reach the same result in many different ways. That’s because a formula is not truly a formula; it is just prerequisite material needed to code around the creation using that universal law.
The info Rachel now lacks is a programming language and technique, which she is trying to buy.
After deciding, Luther nodded to himself and disappeared.
...
Supergod World is the biggest heaven-centered world in the universe. It is a Rank 13 world, with gods as its rulers and angels as its general population.
This world is one of the biggest customers of Alive's white element sales.
The leader of this world calls herself Supernova. Supernova is a Rank 13 god with at least 100 universal laws, with the exact numbers and details about them a secret.
There are over 200 true gods and over a million false gods.
True gods are gods who own a universal law, and false gods are those who have access to a universal law but don’t own it.

It's called Supergod World, but in fact, it is a massive collection of many different subworlds, many of which are bigger than average Rank 12 worlds.
The place where the true God of Candle lives, for example, is bigger than the true Hell that Zagronan built.
The true God of Candle is actually an inspiration for many civilizations throughout the universe; Candle civilization, actually, are worshippers of the true God of Candles.
The ranks within Supergod World are simple.
A Rank 1 angel will have 2 wings, and for each rank, the angel will gain a pair. A Rank 9 angel would have 9 pairs of wings.
An immortal angel, however, would no longer be constrained by those rules and would appear in any shape he or she likes. Immortal angels are called archangels.
The angels would advance to demi-god when they reach rank 11 and to false gods when they gain access to a universal law.
There is no rule that applies to the entire universe. In some worlds, angels would become gods when they reach rank 10, while in other worlds, even rank 9s can be considered gods.
In the end, it depends on the setting of that specific world. Here, anything below rank 12 power is not considered a god.
Demigods are in no way comparable to false gods and must not be confused. False gods already have rank 12 power and can sweep an endless number of demigods with a glance. Each false god has at least one semi-world exclusive to themselves.
Demigods, on the other hand, are not qualified to be given an exclusive world within the Supergod world; if they want their own world, they can only leave and create their own in the outside universe.
...
Luther looked at the bright white clouds in front of him.
He is in the 26,889th heaven, the heaven where the true god of disorder resides.
Even evil-sounding gods, such as the god of disorder, own their exclusive 'heaven'. In heaven, there are also evil gods, such as the false god of murder, but even those own their own 'heaven' filled with light energy.
"My friend!" a man with only one wing on his back flapping came from above and stood beside Luther.
"Disorder!" Luther called with a smile. He is quite close with Disorder because Disorder is a host of Rachel.
"I heard of your arrival; please come into my palace!" said Disorder.
Luther nodded.
...
Sitting on a chair covered with a pure white cloud, Luther said jokingly, "Your taste has changed since the last time! You liked golden-hued color, but now, you are using pure white."
"Ah, yes! I always hated stability; I like to change the theme of my heaven regularly," he said.
"Where is everyone?" Luther looked out from the window and frowned; it was too empty.
"The Superheaven administration took out all of my subordinate angels to fix a malfunction. We all know that's an excuse; those greedy administrators are just stealing our share of light elements for their own use!" the God of Disorder said.
Many gods complain about the administration team of the Supergod world.
SuperGod World is administered by a team of 7 false gods and 8 true gods; these 15 form the super god administration team and have sweeping authority. There have been allegations of bribery for a very long time and ongoing litigation, but for now, the Heavenly Court has yet to rule on the issue.
As one advance in rank, the effect of light elements diminishes, so high-ranking angels and gods are just like other immortal cultivators, mages, and demons; they think of their profits and nothing else.
"The Heavenly Court still hasn't ruled?" Luther said with shock. He has last been here a billion years ago, and the gods were waiting for a ruling even then; it means the court has been sitting on the case for over a billion years.
"They say the wheels of justice turn slowly! We have inquired many times, but the court just says that writing a careful opinion takes time. It has been rumored that Justice Lightning has been writing a dissent for the past billion years!" Disorder said.
The Heavenly Court is comprised of nine gods and two angels. Its primary duty is solving conflicts among gods and reviewing rulings of the lower courts. Justice Lightning is said to be a fan of the supergod administration team, and many speculate that he is intentionally delaying things.
Unfortunately, the Heavenly Court is a very traditional and old body, and if one justice wants to delay things, the other justices can do nothing to force the delaying justice to speed things up.
"Your courts are broken!" said Luther while smirking.
"Yeah, they are broken; anyway, why are you here?" he asked seriously.
"I am here because I want to buy a few puppets!" Luther said.
"Hey, don’t you know they are illegal? You want to get me into trouble?" said Disorder angrily.
"It's me, Disorder! Help your friend here! I just want a few rank 11 ones and just one rank 12; I don’t want to use it personally; I'm only taking it to present it to someone else!" Luther said.
"Who?" asked Disorder.
"Endless Skies!" said Luther quietly, then closed his eyes, bracing for impact.
"WHAT? THAT BITCH?" Disorder screamed, and the entire palace was shocked, nearly destroyed.
"Yeah! I don’t like her either, but I really need her this time!" he said.
"So, you want me to help you to do business with the most sanctioned existence in the universe?" Disorder was stunned.
Endless Skies has been sanctioned by the super god world for a very long time; anyone doing anything with her would lose access to the super god world completely.
Nowadays, with the appearance of Anti-Rachel, the Supergods' sanctions are not as feared as before, but they are still quite scary for smaller worlds.
"Yeah, look, Just Trust Rachel, okay?" said Luther, using his trump card.
After struggling a bit and having some conversation with his Rachel, Disorder finally said, "Alright!".
