Instead of working harder, our trio decided to work smarter. Heading back to town after climbing out of the hole and hiding the entrance from others eyes. Once in town, they quickly brainstormed what they would do next.

First thing to came to mind was space equipment. More specifically the cheapest ones of the space backpack.

But they quickly found out how expensive it is to even buy the smallest of space backpacks. Over 10,000 Sunstrikes, no negotiation.

The second idea was to hire some people. But that was shot down due to trust issues and lack of security.

But then gem got an idea.

Taking the second idea and changing it a little bit. Why don't they rent some regular luggage horses. Although there are stronger horse breeds out there, they just need luggage horses who carry heavy loads on the daily to pull their flatbed. And horses are trained to be obedient from the beginning and won't cause trouble or trust issues like if you were to hire people.

All the trio have to do is figure out how they are going to carry all the mana cores out of the hole. But this was easily fixed by buying a gizmo and a foldable steel frame stand.

A simple magic rope gizmo for 3 Sunstrikes is needed. First lay down the huge tarp and move all the mana cores onto it. Tie the tarp on one end of the magic rope and tie the other end above ground. After that just press the switch and the rope will retract quickly to pull The tarp up with all the mana cores.

The foldable steel frame for 1 Sunstrike is where the magic rope will be strapped to and move the tarp from the hole to above the flatbed.

Then repeat the process in reverse and you're done, all of the mana cores are now loaded and ready to be taken to town.

Of course there size of the hole problem before all of this.

But for 5 sunstrikes you can get several small sticks of explosive to fix the small hole problem.

And so, that's exactly what it set off to do.

Rent a dozen luggage horses of level 5, one for the water elemental and the others to move the flatbed. For two days the cost was 3 Sunstrikes. Cheap and affordable.

Then 3 Sunstrikes for the magic rope and 1 Sunstrike for the foldable steel frame.

After that they got several small sticks of explosives for 5 Sunstrikes.

A total of 12 Sunstrikes was spent just like that.
