"Hey, it seems like the leader is on the move again."
"Really, then let me charge up. He better be honest this time around and stay in range."
"Yeah, seems like he is going to do a full scale charge straight at us."
"Perfect, gives me plenty of time for my mana to gather."
"Here let me smear some poison on the arrow too. Oh? it seems like we have to hurry up! the target is not us."
"Oh? then who is it. If I remember correctly there was only two people outside right now. It would be a suicidal mission to try and take down the illusion spell fighter. So probably that level 15 Dancer right?"
"Correct, our illusionist already came back and is resting. But the dancer is still outside."
"She is tied for the 5th strongest in the group, she should have been through enough to reach her level. Let her hold for a bit, the longer time I have the better the shot."
...
"Damn, it seems like we don't have a lot of time."
"Just fire the shot, we should be able to handle it from there."
"Alright, here goes!"
The mana archer let loose her hand as the bow returned back into its original shape. With the relief of the pull hold it back, the arrow set off. Covered in quick acting poison the herbalist carried, this arrow aimed true and fired at it's target.

The pack leader wolf.
...
As the dancer is panicking internally on what to do, she catches from the corner of her eye's an arrow quickly approaching. Or more realistically a purple halo missile with streams of purple circling the arrow head and extending outwards into a circular trail. As the stream reaches beyond twice the length of the arrow, the circular streams dissipate into sparkling white stars.
Any wolf that happened to be in the way of this arrow were ripped and shredded by the white stars following behind the arrow. Or even worse in having all their flesh carved out if they were too close to the purple streams circling the arrow.
No sooner did the the arrow enter her vision, the arrow had already hit its target. Too fast to react to realistically, the arrow hit dead center on the neck of the wolf. tearing it apart as if it was paper.
...
"Phew, seems like the power was more then enough. That's one dead wolf now."
"Seems like we can move on and start collecting the spoils. the other two leaders were smart and didn't go hot headed."
"Shame, if they think they can escape from me...they are in for a rude awakening. "
Firing several arrows, The mana archer launched arrows with small purple aura's around the arrowhead of her arrows. Although much weaker, the arrows still penetrated and dealt damage to any wolf hit dead center by it.
By the end of it, only 5 wolves successfully escaped from their hunt.
Now then, time for cleanup. 54 Wolves was a huge number and a heavy burden to carry back into town. thankfully one of the people here has a foldable trailer flatbed. With a few spells, a wooden flatbed with supportive steel reinforcement unraveled to everyone.
After loading the flatbed...it was time to pull or push it back into town.
Unless no one want's to get paid. after all, the job requested the wolves horns and hearts. everything else is bonuses to them. Why leave money on the ground to be left to rot or eaten by other predators here?
And so..
The second struggle of the mission begins.
