Description: This ghost on paper sounds more like a fairytale than a normal monster, but it definitely exists, because many high ranking fighters use its services. We do not know how it came into being, but what we know about it is that it just one day appeared before a small village and offered them its services. From that time the village grew into one of the biggest town in the kingdom, thanks to the prosperity which its presence brought to the area. It looks like a heavily dried skeleton in long robes, holding in its hand a single oar. Other than that its voice is rathe unremarkable in contrast to its appereance. It sounds like a very tired old man, the ones that because of their old age cannot work.
If asked it offers a simply deal, give it two years of your lifespan and it will secure your next year of life. That means that no matter what happens to you, you will survive through the entire next year. You could find yourself in situations where your survival is almost impossible, but you still manage to escape with your life. It has a few complications however, like you do not have to be healthy to live, so if you fall into serious comma you could sleep through the entire protection period and die the very next day. It also comes with limitations, like the deal with one person can only be done once, and this spirit cannot make another deal if it already has one active with another.

There were cases when someone trid to hunt this ghost under the impulse of jealousy, which always ended with immediate death of the attacker. If you think that you are qualified enough to be able to make a deal you have to make an appointment with a crown to ask for permission. If they agree you then have to wait for your turn and try to convince the spirit to answer your requests.
Personal notes: "I managed to secure a deal with Ferryman. I can tell that its infuence is immense. No matter what I did, no matter how hurt I was, no matter how unlikable was my survival I always managed to come out of it alive. There was one situation when the enemy almost show me directly in the eye, but with sudden wind it got of track and I didn't receive even a single scratch. After it ended I had to once again get used to depending only on my skills and not dumb luck, but at least I managed." Knight Frederic, Erdeic Order
