Description: Like every ordinary leech, they have long, lean bodies, no eyes, and circular maws with many raws of razor sharp teeth. Their main difference to their normal brethren is that their bodies are made mainly of electic energy. Their only solid parts are teeth and small, nail shaped cores.

They feed of electric currents in stormy clouds, and if they find any also in generators and power stations powering our city lights. They can be easily removed if sprayed with water, which causes them to destabilize and eventually fade away. But it is very ill advised to get anywhere close to them, because their structure allows them to be literally as fast as a lightning. They also tend to travel in groups of around ten individuals and gang up on anything that threatens them.

If prepared for them they are not very dangerous, but their signs of activity can be easily mistaken for power outage. If you suspect that they reside near your location, you should prepare something that can eject water or any other conductive liquid on far distances.

They only wander close to powerhouses when there is a spike in energy in situations like overheating of main engines.
