Description: They are created from souls of people that caused to many suffering to others. They usually rise up from corpses of underground leaders and slave dealers. The Damned look like half transparent ghosts wrapped in chains and barbed wires. If the person that turned into this ghost commited enough sins there is a chance that thay will also be covered in greenish flames.
Their shrieks can be heard from half a mile and cause mental damage to anyone that hears it. When it spots someone it will try to suck all of their life essence, and in turn doom that person to join it as one of the bodies bonded by the chains. If enough of the souls merge with this ghost it will turn into a creature known as a Damned Prisoner. It will grow a cage surrounding its body and trapping it in place but also giving it much more powerfull shrieks that now can even cause person hearing it to die a painfull death and be forced to join the rest of ghost.

When you hear ghostly wails, and start to feel sleepy, you need to immediately inform local church. If no church is close to your location try to find the source of that sound and leave a few coins near it. When the ghost is young enough it can be exorcised by being able to pay of their sins using coins.
Personal notes: "Even after death greed is still in human nature. If they don't have money then they will take someones else. Or if they don't have anything they will take their life. Maybe even gods are materialist and don't care about our wellbeing" Ludic Goldsworth, member of Merchant Society
"Everyone must pay for their sins. Unfortunately they don't want to pay them themself but drag others with them. Many think that money can buy anything. Good life, happiness, health and family. Maybe even visit to the afterlife. We don't know what happens when we die, and we can only hope that whatever it is it will be adequate to how good we were and pay according price." Unnamed priest of Church of the afterlife
