Despite them being a church they rarely meddle in politics and are only responsible for giving the faith to the people in need. They also help cure lesser diseases that do not require visits to Diseased Order for free.

They do not worship a God, but rather a concept where regarding how you behaved during your life reflected on your afterlife. When you were helpful to other, managed to improve general life or were generaly good you were allowed to pass on and do anything in your imagination in this theoretical heaven. When you had unfinished business, or were a social outcast you were granted another life to live and fix all your previous mistakes. In the last situation when you actively hurt others, that person was punished by reincarnating as a monster and living that punishement until redemption or complete whipe out of mind.
