Errol, Gary and the White Tiger members arrived in Pridelands. Seeing the beauty of a village and people moving about freely. Roads were being made, there were restaurants that served unique customers. Whatever the case, Gary led the pack to meet the man named Lowell. The military man smoking a cigar grinned at the sight of them.
"White Tiger right? Private Ashenworth told me about you guys. You're skilled at handling some problems when it comes to violence."
"Private Ashenworth? We call him Captain, though." A regular spoke up.
"Right. We all know him as Raven. You call him Captain because he's part of your organization right? Anyway, the problem lies with the fact that some group of loan sharks came and despite paying the money. They bothered someone in the village. Those two should be back by now." Lowell said as he turned to Rodin and Aisha that had blood over their clothes.
"How many were there?"
"50 maybe more. Seems like it's a larger organization. Like rats they hide under the radar." Aisha spoke up as she stretched her neck, her eyes meeting with Errol who just yawned.
"We identified them as a criminal organization called the Blue Hearts alliance. They pressed a student at Enforcer's academy. Seems that they have a hold in Hartland that we did not know about. I talked to a few Hunters from Black Wing that stated they had been pressed by the Blue Hearts alliance before. Despite our warning upon our return. The Enforcer has given us permission to clean them up. Along with Black Wing's executives who announced the order." Rodin glanced at Gary who gave a nod.
"So we can just kill them right?" Errol asked where Lowell chuckled.
"Do handle it well. Rodin, Aisha. These two are another group that Raven was part of. Rather he's their captain. From what I understand the White Tigers are no stranger to gang fights. They're known for being able to kill their foes efficiently. Donald's crew focuses on beating enemies furiously but the White Tigers do it fast. Knife work against men with guns."
"Yeah. I mean. We did a lot of shit. Back then, we killed a few cops and military guys too. We're just good at what we do. Since Captain trained all of us to use the knife. We don't use guns cause they're too noisy, annoying and the need to clean them often makes it a chore. But knives? Easy to use. Replaceable. Though we were told to get our new equipment too." Lowell prepared their phones and wallet with IDs that listed them as Raven's allies.
"Go to Regal. He should be in the workshop nearby. Go outside, take a left until you see a sign that says Regal's Works." Errol did as they were told as they see kids playing in the playground with restaurants open for the day. Walking inside the shop, they see a being clad in armor who was busy working on metals. Using a machine to do everything. The entire manufacturing process from simple ores turned into a knife within mere minutes.
"Regal was it?"
"Ah, you must be the newcomers. I've got your knives ready for you since Scorpio sent me some designs."
"Scorpio?"
"Raven. Everyone of his allies calls him different things. Did you guys even spend time in the RIB?"
"Not long enough. We were there for a moment. But we get the gist of why the Captain's so skilled." An elite spoke up as Regal showed them their knives.
"Specially crafted. Karambits, trench knives and other styles as requested." Errol grabbed a pair of knives that had rings, holding it for a moment.
"This is better than our old ones. Thanks, Regal."
"I make the weapons for everyone when I'm not running around shooting things. So what are your orders?"
"Go kill some idiots that bothered the Captain's friends. That's what we're going to do."
"Happy hunting." Errol and Gary went out with the regulars and elites. Jersey sent them the details of where to attack. Errol was going after a casino that the Blue Alliance managed. They were given a warning prior when Raven returned. Jersey handled the negotiations but it broke down because they said 'Hunter's don't scare them and that they have friends in the police. To turn the tides.' Those words of arrogance was about to cost them a lot of money and manpower.
Strolling into the casino without a care as the security mobilized quickly. Bringing out their batons and guns. Must've heard about the sudden attacks. At least their response time isn't that bad.
"Who are you!? Are you one of the attackers?!" One of the guards shouted.
"Yep. Just how these things go." The gun was fired but Errol didn't even flinch. Closing in to slit one throat, then going for an eye. Lacerating another guard's limbs. A step to the side to dodge a baton, elbow to the face then a quick slash to the throat. That made his work easier. Not a smile on Errol's face, he was cutting these people up for business. Slashing the faces of two guards as blood spilled to his clothes. Staining the chest of his shirt. Walking forward to find more of them readying their guns.
"FIRE!" Firing away as Errol went to cover by the casino tables. Lighting a cigarette as the crackling sound of gunfire stole the show. Kicking stuff around to make them focus their fire in odd places. He stole a gun from a dead enemy, immediately went to work. Snapping to a few targets, firing a few shots. Grazing most of them but he got two downed. When the gun was empty he'd throw it away as he closed the gap.
"Where is he?! He's just one man he can't be this l-" The leading man's voice was cut off by gurgling sounds. Errol was already right there. Their leader dying before their eyes was shocking as Errol went to cut up more of them. Stopped by another knife wielder.
"You got skills brat. You're going to d-" Errol struck the knife wielder's chin with the karambit then tearing it off with the other hand slitting the throat.
"He killed Marco! Run! He's a monster!"
"Do all you idiots talk this much?" Errol's sarcasm was highlighted by the glistening of his karambits. Satiating the desire to kill. Starved White Tigers needed to eat after all. Ravishing their foes like beasts, lacerations that would leave them in the hospital for days if they survived. Though the trauma inflicted would be enough to keep them down. Errol pressed onward, tight hallways with little to no cover. Guards running at him with knives. Parrying them away as he took his chances to slit their throats and lacerate their tendons. He was going to leave them mutilated badly. Faces had been slashed along with their limbs. A guard kicked to his direction, giving Errol the chance to tear off the tendons.
Business was looking good. Now all that leaves is the room where the main bastard was lying in wait. Going to the door as Errol found the plump man waving a gun to his face.
"Stay back! Don't you know who I am?! The Blue Hearts Alliance won't stand for this! They'll kill you! All of you!" Errol noticed one thing though. The gun's safety was on.
"Safety's on, moron." The man pulled the trigger, only for the gun to not shoot.
"Amateur." Errol pounced on the man as he began to lacerate the man's entire face. Screams were heard as the man begged for his life. Now his face just looked like a jigsaw puzzle. Good luck putting that ugly bastard's face correctly. Hell, I doubt they'd do an open casket funeral. Putting on an earpiece, as he lit a cigarette for himself.

"I'm done on my end. How's it looking on your side?"
"I cleared them out. What about the regulars and elites?"
"Done all here, Vice Captain. Proceeding to the next target."
"Errol?" Stepping outside where he found a lot of cars and guys lying in wait for him.
"I got some guests. So go on without me." Flicking the cigarette away as he waited for their move.
"Where's the manager?"One of the larger men called out as he put on a pair of brass knuckles.
"Let's not waste time with stupid questions." Errol said as the large men gave the orders to attack. This was a bad idea. For them actually not for Errol. The problem with having cars and open space? It made Errol a tougher opponent because he was nimble. Constantly using his environment to his advantage. Mutilating them within seconds. Missing one of the larger guard's tendons because he misjudged the thickness of the suit.
"Shit, I can't believe I missed."
"Hah, that all you got? You're just an amateur. Knives can't cut through my skin cause I'm a Hunter."
"Great. Means I don't need to hold back." Errol said as he moved faster. Like a tiger toying with its prey, the Hunter could barely react to the speed. Grazed by the fast assault.
"Damn mosquito! Stay still!" A swing that left the Hunter open as Errol went straight for the eyes. Blinding the Hunter first, then repeatedly hacking away through the throat. The Hunter held Errol by the shoulders but the White Tiger was still tearing through the throat until he could only white. A desperate attempt to strengthen the skin and bones against the tiger's fang. The Hunter fell to their knees, gurgling on their blood as Errol proceeded to walk to his next destination.
Civilians were staying away whereas members of the Blue Hearts Alliance came by the droves. Errol put his karambits away, taking off his shirt. Seeing the tattoos inked with tigers on his arms and chest. On his back was a tiger skull with two karambits in the eyes. The police officers arrived but meeting Errol's gaze was affecting them. Parking a cigarette to his lips as he glanced at the leading figure from the Blue Hearts Alliance, wielding a kukri and a glare. She had a scarred face and a cigarette to her lips. Flicking her flint to get a flame but only sparks. The members wielded kukris and were ready for a fight.
"Need a light?" Errol lit her cigarette first before his own. Turning to her men who had cigarettes in their lips as Errol lit those up too. Then stepping back where he threw his shirt and coat aside, pocketing the cigarette as his eyes locked with the leading figure.
"Why are you attacking us?" Errol did not say a word as his earpiece made noise.
"The alliance contacted Jersey. They want a ceasefire. They want us to pull back. What's going on your end, Errol?"
"Cops and some group with kukris. I'll head back." Errol said as he put on his bloodstained shirt and shouldering his coat.
"Just like that? You're not going to fight!?" One of the members of Blue Heart's shouted.
"Yup." The absurdity of Errol's response had most of them confused, it did not make sense. Brutalizing the members of Blue Hearts and leaving not many survivors, but upon a phone call he backs down? For Errol this was business. He did his job. Making his way where he found a car pulling up to the side.
"Great work, White Tiger. I'll take you back to Prideland." Errol got inside, glancing at the driver's eyes.
"Sorry about the mess in the car."
"No biggie. You handled the heavy lifting. You took out one of their major moneymaking centers. The places that we attacked? We're planning to have them as collateral to make more money. So we'll take care of things. You got a new assignment too." A notepad was given as Errol took a moment to read the details.
"A dungeon raid with some C-Ranked Hunters. Don't know much about these things. What should I do?"
"Just kill monsters. Simple as that." Errol just read the finer details of the document. Goblins that need to be exterminated. That's a sudden job that we got and we're the closest. You okay with that?"
"Yeah. Just take me there." Errol was going into his first dungeon. Finding Raven who with some lady and a bunch of students. His appearance was a lot different from when Errol met him, a lot younger.
"You look like shit, Cap." Errol said as he offered a cigarette for Raven, then lighting it up for him. Seeing Raven's bored expression, that was a clear sign that trouble was afoot or that he found whatever else as a chore. It's the way he glanced at the dungeon portal but his body was only facing Errol. Gary and the other White Tigers arrived.
"Long day at work, Captain?"
"Yeah. Being an instructor is a lot difficult than keeping you damn beasts in line. Team 5." The 15 Foxes wore urban digital uniforms with rifles in hand. They saluted Raven upon seeing him where Raven glanced at Brigid and his students. Venting smoke from his lips. Deeply thinking of what must be done.
"Brigid and myself won't act to help you out this time. You need to experience. Our enemies are goblins. I don't know what our environment on the inside looks like but this is just how we'll have to do this. White Tigers, you'll be the ones keeping the kids safe. Errol, Gary you two are the vanguard. Team 5 will be working with the ranged Hunters. So ranged Hunters listen to Team 5's orders, and Team 5?"
"Yes, Arctic Fox, sir?!"
"Dumb it down like they're five year old kids. Don't underestimate your enemies. Errol, Gary. Up to you how you want to fight. If you want to take it easy or just relax. Take care of anything annoying inside." Errol and Gary did not say a word as they headed inside first. Inside they found an entire city. Oddly enough there was not a soul in sight. Lights were switched on.
"Errol." Gary pulled out his bayonet knives as Errol readied his karambits, letting them spin for a while. Tension was building as they heard a gunshot. Then seeing a goblin stepping out with a pair of daggers. Gunshots that had them moving to the sides. The goblin with the dagger? Not wearing a loin cloth. Not wearing armor but wore a fedora and a suit. The goblin's small stature was a way for the goblin to run in circles around Errol.
The others joined in with Raven and Brigid hanging by the side.
"Cap! They don't look like goblins to me!" Errol said as the fedora hatted goblin went after Errol with three more allies. A grin on Errol's face, they were good. Not the kind he's faced before. Three goblins led by the one with the fedora. Parrying the two away as the fedora hatted goblin went for the killing blow. Errol narrowly dodged the piercing attack, going for a headbutt to push it back. Where the fedora fell. Seeing the two goblins stop their attack as Errol grabbed the fedora as the goblin with the white suit made his way over. Putting it back on his head with a grin.
Readying the knives again as they went after Errol. This time moving even faster with Errol's grin slowly curled up to a smile. He wasn't going into their flow. He was going to handle it, his way. Knives clashing with his karambit. Gary on the other hand faced another foe, three elves wearing suits with scarves resting on their shoulders. They drew short swords. Synchronized attacks, Gary had to figure out a pattern with their assault.
The students on the other hand were trying their best to stay alive. Facing the goblins and elves going after them. The students struggled to make a hit whereas the other White Tigers were only grazing them. Whenever a lethal blow was imminent on the elves or goblins, an ally would pull them back and parry the attack. Arctic Foxes Team 5 on the other hand were doing better. Taking out whoever that was within the distant gunfire, mobilizing to the buildings for cover. An endless storm of bullets would go to their way. Building up combat stress on the students, despite not being targets of it.
The Foxes would signal each other with their hands. Radioing one another on their strategies. In terms of humanoid long ranged combat, they were one of Raven's selected fireteam. Precise aim and taking their time with their shots. A few shots to the targets which silenced them. Turning the tide for a moment.
"Vice Captains!" Errol took a graze by his cheek while Gary's braid had been undone. The three elves and goblins paused as Gary let out a sigh while Errol wiped the blood of his cheek. Then hearing the sound of someone clapping. From the shadows emerged a high orc wearing a black three piece suit. More orcs in suits carried a table and a set of chairs.
"Well played. Now, who leads you?" From within the buildings, weapons were pointed at them. Lasers painting their bodies, if they made a mistake. They would die.
"That'd be me." Raven volunteered, he was the leader but Brigid felt nervous as Errol pulled a chair for Raven to take a seat. The high orc put a cigar to his lips, with Raven lighting it for him with a lighter rather than magic. Tension building up as the high orc offered Raven a cigar and lit it with a flip lighter. Glares locked in as the pair were ready to kill but their faces showed otherwise.
"So you want to exterminate us?"
"I think we should skip the bullshit, Urag. Seems like your disciples were trained well." The high orc's eyes began to glow as the others glared at Raven. Laser pointers lining up all on his forehead. Blades aimed to Raven's neck and as Raven's allies wanted to react, Raven simply raised his hand. That got his allies to stand down but the students were still agitated.
"Kids. This isn't a C-Ranked Dungeon anymore. It's S-Rank. So stand down. I'm handling this." Urag began to laugh. Even his laughter activated the Hunter's passive skills.
"Just like how I remember you, old friend. Always polite even if you had a knife at your throat. Stand down people." Urag spoke as he patted Raven's shoulder.
"Well. We already killed the ones inside the dungeon and decided to make it our own. So do you feel like doing some business with me?"Urag's eyes were showing dollar signs, money was already in his sights and he just thought one of the best ways to make a lot of money. Something that Raven needed.
"Brigid, bring the students out. White Tigers, Team 5. Escort them to safety. Let's talk, Urag."
