The Blue Rose and Jersey were gathered in the conference room that the hotel had provided them, stepping inside as Raven found the walls decorated with sticky notes and sheets of paper with information. Jersey was scratching her head at the piles of documents to her right. The members were moving fast with Rodin and Aisha by her side.

"Sheesh, you Book Keepers are crazy. We could've gotten information out of that guy!" Aisha placed the phones on the table which had been unlocked, Jersey raised an eyebrow to Aisha. A shrug in response as she left without a word. Rodin on the other hand placed the Book of Wrongs including the details of their attackers and affiliated guilds.

"Ah, not you too..." Jersey slumped her head onto the desk, as Aisha came back with a fresh pot of coffee. Seeing Aisha's shit-eating grin clearly annoyed Jersey even further. The other members of Blue Rose could only chuckle, amused at the sight of Jersey who was already pulling an all nighter. Information regarding the Blue Vipers and their subsidiaries. The subsidiaries on every high-ranked Hunter that was on the list. Full details of combat capabilities and habits.

"Boss, I thought you'd say I'd get along with these two." Her complaint was heard, and noted as Rodin poured a cup for her, then one for Aisha. Blue Rose members just pouring cups of tea and coffee. Stressed as they had so much information to sort through, but that was to be expected. Using the collected phones to piece together the organization as Jersey sorted through the mist of intel. It was a goldmine but it can go awry if one doesn't know where to start or to pick out the details. Fenris, Regal and Warcrest returned.

"So how's the dungeon situation?"

"No good. The Association and Guilds are stonewalling us." The words rolled off Fenris's voice box but it felt like a restraint somewhere there. Something he wasn't saying to Raven.

"What's got your tongue?"

"We saw the Executioner. The Blue Vipers are accusing you, Aisha and Rodin for murder of the Black Wolves members. Currently petitioning for a guild war with the Executioner on their side."

"What kind of fucking development is this now? Seriously boss, you're a walking trouble magnet." Raven felt his body surge as his mind was thinking of what sort of trap this was going to be. A guild war with Blue Vipers and their subsidiaries with Executioner by their side?

"The Executioner wants to meet you separately... Twerp. You think it's a trap?"

"It is. They might've set up a teleport spell when I meet with the Executioner." The others felt dejected, an obvious trap but one Raven knew because they did this to Aquila in the past.

"We can teleport to you when needed, One Who Rips." Fang spoke up, only for Raven to shake his head.

"You won't have to. We're going with him." Raven turned to Stervy and Aquila who were behind him. With Stervy throwing a punch at Raven, seeing Raven recoil to the wall.

"That's for doing this alone. Can I trust you guys to handle the guild war?" Stervy asked where Fang gave a nod.

"If that is the command of the One Who Rips. We will handle this on our own." Fang's assurance to them made things better. Looking to the eyes of his other allies, an assuring nod that they will be okay and that they can handle this on their own.

"If you are worried for your allies, I will be by their side." Astravion spoke from the shadows.

"Thanks, all of you. Forget about reason or being kind. They chose this path. Ciara." Raven patted her head, seeing her beam a weak smile. A brave front knowing Raven was going to go into a dangerous spot. The others took their turns assuring her that Raven wasn't weakened. That his current state is just a handicap.

"I will wait for you, father." Raven, Stervy and Aquila stepped out of the hotel, making their way to where Executioner had been waiting for them. A rooftop of a building owned by the Blue Vipers. The glares of the Vipers were not an issue. They had determination coursing through their veins. Arriving at the top where Executioner Arbiter wearing his black furcoat, clad in armor.

"If this guild war proceeds. The entire city will be caught in it. The Gorefast Empire does not care about the Cherry Blossom Empire. We will maintain our supremacy over all. There is a choice. If you three agree to follow me. Then all will be forgiven."

"Yeah. Yeah. Whatever, just fucking do it." Raven cursed as three Hunters pushed them to Executioner Arbiter as the teleportation spell carved on the ground had started.

"Start the war." Executioner spoke as the bright light emerged, sending the four of them to the Gorefast Empire. The three siblings glanced around, finding themselves in the Gorefast Empire's grand hall. Hunters from various countries were here, so was McNeil. Grinning knowing that Raven was caught in a trap. The Gorefast Emperor chuckled. The luxurious grand hall that was made up by the blood of those that fell by their hands.

"This is cute. S-Ranks from various other subsidiaries. So you started the war anyway." Seeing the other members of the Arbiters who were present, readying themselves to welcome their fellow Arbiters. Then Raven saw something on the screen.

"You know what's your biggest mistake, Emperor Grail?" The Emperor raised an eyebrow.

"And what is that?" Raven's bloodlust began to leak out into the air.

"That you will watch your Empire fall. Convert all other shards to A Most Evil Being." Raven said as darkness began to flow from within him. Surrounding the entire area as eyes and mouths appear on the walls. Then seeing Raven's skin cracking as he ripped off his face. Revealing a thousand eyes lurking within. Then mouths began to appear on his body. Followed by tentacles that began to swirl all around. A singular scream that caused everyone to kneel save for the Executioner.

It can never be stopped An Eldritch that does not die or face any damage from Holy light. Eldritch Humans cannot process the sight of an eldritch, invoking fear.

Hunters may attack but not necessarily beat an Eldritch being.

Rituals can be used but nobody knows how to stop A Most Evil Being.

"Raven!" Aquila called out as Stervy and Aquila placed their hands on Raven's shoulders.

"Relax. I'm fine. It takes a while to handle this. It's an Eldritch. I'm only using this to just mess with them. Now." Raven's skin returned to normal as his face reformed, with Raven putting on the Persona of The One Who Rips. Glancing at Executioner who readied his fist to strike at Raven. Stopping the fist with his hand, then headbutting the Executioner. Drawing out a long blade that lacked a hilt, impaling Executioner to the wall. Then Raven ripped off the helmet, seeing the clean shaven face of Falco.

"I will make this right. Falco." Raven said as he began to dive deep into Falco's mind. Seeing the torture his brother had suffered at the hands of McNeil, seeing the result of what had happened to his partner. His girlfriend. A childhood love that had been destroyed, Raven began to rip everything away. Chains were blocking him from going further but he would keep going. For his brother, the chains that had began to attack Raven were nothing. Coiling all over his arms and legs to slow him down. Ripping it away as Raven's one track mind had shifted gears.

Hearing the sobbing of a child, Raven continued ripping through everything. Glancing at Falco when he was a child, an ocean of chains began to swarm all around him. He just kept going his body and armor being lacerated but he wasn't going to stop. He was close, seeing Executioner Arbiter stand in front of the child, readying to strike the child down with his fist. Swimming through the ocean of chains as Raven sent Executioner Arbiter flying with his kneecap. Glancing at Falco.

"Falco. Look at me." Falco looked at him, seeing Raven turning into a child before his eyes.

"I'm okay, Falco. Your little brother's okay. I'm here."

"But... But.."

"You were strong for me back then. Whenever I got bullied, you always took care of me. You took care of the neighbourhood bullies. This time, believe in me. Believe in Aquila, Believe in Stervy. We're brothers right!? So wake up. We'll handle this. Together!" Raven shouted as Falco's body reformed into the Executioner Arbiter.

"Raven!" Blades pierced into Raven's back, but he did not move as he glanced at Falco who let out a sigh. A blade going to the head was stopped with Falco's fingers.

"This is one fucked up mess we're in. You're an idiot you know that?" Falco said as he pulled himself out of wall, with Raven throwing a potion that healed his wound instantly. Falco ripped off his armor, throwing it to the side. Then seeing Raven passing him a set of gauntlets and a long coat. Aquila's ashen gray, Stervy's indigo and Falco's white coat. Contrasting Raven's black. Stervy and Aquila were with each other.

"Took you long enough." Stervy had taken some cuts but his katana was still ready in his hand while Aquila had blood stains on his coat.

"Falco, you back?" Falco put on the gauntlets and the long coat. Stretching his neck as an Arbiter charged at him with the blade, seeing Falco use his knuckles redirect the blade to the side. His fists igniting into flames, then punching a gigantic hole into the Arbiter's body. Seeing the Arbiter's helmet fall off, revealing a woman.

"Why... Why did you b-" Falco crushed the woman's head without remorse.

"Feels like I just woke up from a nightmare. I lost Laura and that McNeil bastard is responsible. What should I do?" Raven switched his persona. Going for Crimson Rain Petals, seeing him wear the Verisdian Empire's uniform. Drawing his blade as the petals flowed all around the air.

"Give him a piece of your mind. Don't kill him though. His family that's hiding in the Cherry Blossom Empire? Don't worry about it, my Book Keepers got them in custody. Kill them, maim them, eat them that's up to you." Falco turned to Raven with furrowed eyebrows.

"Eat them? You have a lot of explaining to do Raven."

"I'll clear the way, just go grab McNeil." Raven said as Falco dashed forward as the crimson petals led his path to McNeil. McNeil's bodyguards tried to stop Falco's approach only to be turned into bloodstains with the petals. Falco grabbed McNeil by the throat, then slamming him to the ground.

"You're not going to die that easily. McNeil.." Those words echoed in McNeil's head as he felt death coming over him.

"Wait! Stop! It's not me! It was the Emp-" Falco ripped off McNeil's jaw as madness began to fall into Falco's eyes. He was bludgeoning McNeil's face with his fist, letting the years of anguish flow out. Stervy and Aquila provided cover as they blocked off the attacks from other Hunters. Then watching the petals touched the shoulder, causing their arms to fly off. Giving Aquila and Stervy the chance to land the killing blow.

Switching Personas back to A Most Evil Being. They see Raven's body break into pieces, becoming a humanoid creature with eyes and mouths running rampant. Walking over to Stervy, Aquila and Falco as Raven's size grew bigger. Holding the Gorefast Imperial Family hostage as giant hands picked them up like toys. Stervy, Aquila and Falco along with the unconscious McNeil got on the palm of a gigantic hand, they see the ceiling vanish. Revealing a dark sun in the sky. Glaring down upon them as the clouds turned black, raining blood upon the people. Raven's size began to grow, with the gigantic hand moving to his shoulder area.

"You alright, Raven?"

"Yeah. I'm fine. Surprisingly this Persona hasn't tried to eat anyone yet. If it was the me when I first used this? All of those people would be turned into husks by now."

"The Sovereign will descend and punish you!" Emperor Grail's desperate warnings were left unheard as they see a bright light appear before them. It was a gigantic human with a hundred wings on his back.

"There is time to be forgiven... But how dare you attack a country within my protection!" Raven just glanced at the winged human as he let out a sigh. Continuing his rant as Raven turned to Stervy who leaped on Raven's shoulder. Poking at his skin. Seemingly feeling his finger bounce off. An ant was poking a human.

"Stervy. Stop that."

"I mean what is this material. Is this your skin or something?"

"Something like that." The pair continued bickering as Raven's tentacles went after Stervy who just flicked it back with his fingers.

"Ew, why is it so sticky?"

"That's blood, moron." Falco grumbled as Stervy wiped the blood on Raven's neck.

"How dare you ignore me!" The winged being shouted, bolting straight at Raven with a spear. Only to see Raven slap the spear away, then grabbing the winged being by the collar.

"And I'm talking to my siblings! SO SHUT UP!" Slapping the Sovereign's face repeatedly, the Sovereign's wings tried to launch feathers to attack. Whereby Stervy and Aquila drew their blades to slash the wings off. Hearing the Sovereign's scream in pain as Falco just sat on the gigantic hand, as a tentacle brought up some popcorn and a soda.

"Can I interest you in a popcorn combo, Falco?" The tentacle had a mouth, as Falco took a handful of popcorn.

"Sea salt. So you remember."

"Heh. You scolded me for finishing your sea salt popcorn when we were kids." Falco glanced at the Sovereign being beaten up with Raven slapping the Sovereign repeatedly. Then looking at the tentacle with a mouth.

"How are you doing this?"

"An eldritch being. My consciousness stems from fear. So the more fear they feel, the stronger I get. Anyway. I think it's time to end this." Raven said as he threw the gigantic Sovereign into the Gorefast Empire's building. Then seeing a thousand gigantic fists with the middle fingers ready, raining down upon the Sovereign. Buildings were crashing down on the civilians as the Imperial Family watched in horror. Spears of darkness rained down upon the Sovereign's body and the entire capital was slowly descending into madness. Hearing screams that fueled Raven's power. Fears and anguish as Raven placed them in a hell that could never be escaped. The Sovereign had been killed as Raven brought his siblings and McNeil to a door. Stepping through it as he glanced at the Imperial Family who were left behind. The moment the door shut, it vanished.

"Whoa..." Seeing the bodies of the Imperial Family twitch repeatedly. Mouths foaming with blood as their eyes had began to stain their cheeks with bloody tears.

"It's a pocket dimension. Perks of being an eldritch being. They'll be fine in a few hours. When they do, I've set every dungeon in the Empire to break. It'll be their problem." Falco gave Raven a hug. It was like a bear clutching onto a tree, feeling Falco's tears on his coat, Raven could only smile.

"Thanks, Raven." Falco turned to give hugs to Aquila and Stervy.

"With this the family's back together. Now let's go back to Cherry Blossom for a bit. See how the war's going." Raven snapped his fingers as they were back on the rooftop, the greatest view for a war. Glancing down to where the Guild War was going on. Watching Fang impale Hunters onto the javelins, ripping their limbs off. Letting their suffering linger a little longer. Fenris was slashing Hunters left and right with Ciara's blade roaring through the Hunters. They summoned familiars which were promptly dealt with by Donald who bashed the heads in. Giving Jersey and her men the chance to attack. Firing their guns that injured the Hunters. Barriers had been set up, only for it to be broken by Warcrest's charge along with Regal's explosive grenades. Smoke and dust covered the air, giving Raven's allies a greater opportunity to strike. Glinter's singular swing cleared up the dust as the Hunters could not find Raven's allies. Sichilde's rapier found a neck to lodge itself in and the stiletto piercing a Hunter's heart. A smile that bewitched them, followed by Arcian's blade carving a path through them. Waldo cancelled out the flame magic with his own.

"They're powerful."

"Yeah most of them are just regular humans. Not augmented by a system. And the one with the blade that's been roaring? That's my daughter." Raven pointed to Ciara as they see her face the Hunters on her own. Kicking a Hunter back then drawing the katana to slash a Hunter down.

"You mean our daughter." Raven turned to see Yennifer wearing her white uniform.

"Yennif-" In that moment Yennifer marched over. Raven was expecting an embrace but the first thing he got was a slap. An aura slap left a huge hand print mark over his cheek. Her hands wrapped on Raven's cheek, squishing it to make his face like a fish.

"I.. I deserve that." Then Yennifer kissed his lips, her tongue etched her way into Raven's lips. It brought him memories of his time with her and he just held her waist. Then pulling back as she could see Raven catching his breath.

"I'm the reward you got for killing that Sovereign. I shall see you soon, my lovely bird." Yennifer spoke as she leaped down.

"She's... Aggressive." Aquila remarked, seeing Falco helping Raven set his jaw back into place.

"I was a wimp in her world." The moment Raven said that, they watched how a the road had a gigantic cut with Yennifer stepping forward to the Hunters who were on their knees. Kicking one to the side, where the Hunter pierced through a few buildings. Drawing out her blade as the intense roar had deafened them. Seeing white lions appear by her side.

"Yup.. That's my w-" in that moment Raven felt something bite his head, it was his white lion. Then it was licking the back of his head, Raven just let out a sigh. Keeping his eye on Yennifer who handled the situation.

"Nice to see you too." Raven scratched the lion's head as he watched on.

Just huge scars on the roads as the Hunters were downed. Most of them weren't dead from her attack but she was just that absurdly strong. The Hunters were on their knees, declaring their surrender as Yennifer sheathed her blade. Where one Hunter went after her from behind, only to be cut down by Ciara. Splitting the Hunter in half where Yennifer just let her lions strike fear into them.

"Come on. Let's go down." Raven said as he stood up, where they see Raven's lion just remained on the top of his head, being dragged around. It was lazy and playful, that was how Raven was in that life. People just glanced at the oddity of the white lion, seeing Stervy, Aquila and Falco making their way to his allies. Seeing Regal put another shot into the bodies with Warcrest.

"Ciara. Greet your uncle. This is Uncle Falco." Ciara gave a curtsy to Falco with Yennifer present by their side.

"Yennifer Ersen." Yennifer gave a curtsy to Falco, Aquila and Stervy. The others made their way over to see Raven's siblings. Aquila, Stervy and Falco took a moment to get a feel for their power. It was clear that the weakest among them would equal to a B-Ranked but the rest of them were at a higher level.

"Thanks to all of you, I got my family back." Raven said those words, as Yennifer held out a handkerchief. Perhaps waiting for Raven to cry for the waterworks.

"Rodin, Aisha. Go with my brother Falco and bring the ones you caught with you. How's their wrongs?"

"It's filled three pages for the family alone. Then for the one named McNeil. It has been filled up to 5 pages. Correction is necessary." Rodin showed the book to Raven, wrongs that include torturing Enforcer's brother, attempting to harm Enforcer on multiple occasions, then attempting to harm Enforcer's family.

"Aisha. Work with my brother on the corrections. Falco, here's some potions. Find a good place to do it. When it's done, let Aisha and Rodin clean up the bodies. I'll see you guys later. I'm still serving my sentence with the RF. So I won't be coming back for a while. Take care." Aisha brought out McNeil's family as Waldo prepared the teleportation spell.

"See you in a while."

"See you." with those words they vanished and Raven stretched his limbs.

"What about the Gorefast Empire?" Jersey asked where Raven just grinned.

"They won't be able to do much. Now, I'm hungry. Let's get barbeque." The Blue Rose members cheered to that idea. Making their way to the shop from the other day where they got inside. A good meal session was needed after today's chaos. Some peace and quiet. Good food and the sizzling of meats. What more can a man need?
