A red hue blossomed on Liz's cheeks as she had nearly pounced on the unexpected Soren her hand on his chest as she straddled him. Her tunic loosening by the second revealing more and more of her modest chest. Her fingers ran over his body feeling the large lean muscle, her body shivered slightly. Whether she liked to admit it or not, she was a woman attracted to power and not thr political or positional kind. The raw power a man possesses, and the man she was on top of was undoubtedly strong, she could tell. Her hips started to grind on top of him as she felt his chest, arms, and abs. Soren started to get erect from the constant stimulus, "Oh my word," Liz panted through her stupor, "I've never felt one so...hmm," she couldn't finish her sentence as she moaned as the rubbing against her crotch increased in speed. Soren felt it was time to take the reigns, this woman may be used to being the dominant one but he was no sheep. He pushed her over and nearly tore her pants off, 'This is it, no one has ever wanted to man handle me like this, Liz thought he juices betraying her excitement. Her body arched and a moan escaped involuntarily as Soren shoved the entire length in one go taking Liz's breath away. The two were entwined with each other for several hours before their drunken lust subsided. Liz fell asleep, Soren was awake for a few minutes longer staring at a message that, he had hoped, wouldn't destroy Liz. Though he had no attachment to her, he also didn't wish her ill will.
It was several hours into the next morning when Liz led the group to a cave up against a craggy mountainside. Goosebumps prickled everyone's skin as an ominous energy excreted from its mouth. "The man you're looking for is in there without any doubt," stated Liz.
" Then I'll bid you farewell. I appreciate your help," Soren replied. Soren, Skadi and Tempest entered the cave stealthily keeping their eyes out for any hostile creatures or any members of Greg's mercenary company. The terrible energy remained constant as the traversed through the cave. Tempest transformed and began sniffing the articles brought from Greg's house herself. Now that they were significantly closer, she would be able to follow his scent just fine. After traveling for more than thirty minutes they still hadn't made a single deviation and just as they thought they would travel completely through the mountain off to the left was another mouth that descended into a deeper part. The three of them approached cautiously because they could see a figure laying down in the distance. They crept up close being as silent as possible when Skadi let out a gasp. A shrunken husk of a body was lying on the ground in a strange contorted position, covered in wounds. The ground was bloodless, "Vampire spawn. Vampires are incredibly dangerous, the spawn less so but we should be extremely careful from here on out. Now going deeper into the mountain they started to encounter more signs of inhabitants, and it started to paint a picture of what may have been going on here. While the lowest ranked vampire sits at a high B or low A rank danger level, the spawn are only a D or low C danger level due to their mindless aggression. Some evolve to be thralls, while still under the control of their master's, are significantly less mindless. There were dozens of mercenaries thrown about the cave clustered into groups of two or three. It mustve been a large company that entered that ended up getting picked off slowly. "It would make sense since vampires are a huge threat, depending on how many spawns they have it could be disastrous with only a single vampire. Tempest would stab every corpse they walked by through the heart before proceeding, when thr others gave her a look and she explained, "Its better to make sure they're actually dead and not a spawn themselves now. The group started to get more apprehensive with each passing second as they came across several spawns and nearly fifty mercenaries. "Either there's a vampire in here building an army or there's multiple vampires in here," Soren speculated.

Even as they passed all these corpses not a single living had been found until Tempest put her hand up to stop the others, "There's fighting up ahead I can hear the weapons clanking, also, so is Greg." The group followed Tempest's directions until they were all able to hear the sounds of combat. Coming to another opening, they crept out onto a ledge quietly. The pathway wrapped around the edges of the wall as it descended downward like a winding staircase. Below was the rest of the company frozen in fear as a lone figure burst into a swarm of bats and flew out of a hole in the ceiling. Soren scanned the area below, his eyes locking onto each of the fifty people below until his eyes froze onto Greg. His eyes widened in rage, he clenched his hand so hard that blood began to drip onto the floor. "Make sure no one interferes, " ordered Soren as he began to slowly walk down the spiraled switchbacks. The mercenaries didn't notice their new arrivals as they still had not recovered from the feeling of dread since the vampire's departure. Soren stormed through the ranks of mercenaries, shoulder checking those that got too close or refused to get out of his way, Skadi and Tempest followed behind readying themselves to intervene when it was required for them to do so. Soren managed to get right up to Greg, reared back and struck him across his face with all his might. Greg was sent flying backwards into a group of five others. A few of those people fell to the ground from the force of the blow. "Who the hell did that," a mercenary questioned. "Is there a fight," shouted another. The mercenaries created a circle in standard schoolyard fashion, Greg and Soren in the center. "Well well well, looks like the rumors of your return is true. At least now you hit like a man you lil bitch," taunted Greg, "Have you reunited with James and Evan yet?"
"They won't have to about reunions ever again, or anything for that matter," replied Soren coldly. 'I didn't think he would be able to take out James and Evan, but I am stronger than them so I should be able to take care of this,' thought Greg.
"You have no idea what you put me through, but don't worry I'll educate you in a lesson you'll remember even in your next life," Soren threatened as his skin began to change colors.
