Soren ate the rabbit with gusto, and since he had a decent portion of the skin left over he decided to make some cloths.

He went off to hunt a few more rabbits in order to make sure to get enough skin to wear some cloths. He hunted throughout the rest of the day, killing a couple more rabbits than intended just to make sure he had enough material to work with. After skinning all the rabbits he left their hides out in the sun to dry out to make the pelt softer and more comfortable. He managed to get his level up to 9 by the end of the day just by prepping his cloths. Since the pelts were drying, he wanted to make a fire for a couple reasons, firstly he thought the heat from the fire would help dry out the pelt more quickly and second he wanted to cook the rabbit meat to prevent it from spoiling so quickly. He found a flat slab of rock and put it near the fire he created by gathering kindling and rubbing sticks together frantically. It was not as easy as when he had his flint but since he was an outdoorsman that couldn't use magic before he died he learned to do things the mundane way. Soon a roaring fire came to life and the sweat aroma of rabbit meat filled the air. To Soren's dismay it attracted another predatory creature, this one resembled a badger mixed with a porcupine. Soren had to be more cautious facing this thing than the rabbit, its long claws and sharp teeth were excellent weapons and the spines on its back covered its blind spots. He would not be denied his meal, immediately he conjured his [Electrowhip] ability wrapping the whip around the things tail. Bolts of electricity ran through the creature.
Elated that his luck was so good he conjured up his [Lightning Spear] ability stabbed it until it stopped moving. Soren began to skin this animal also as a final pelt to work with and left it hanging to dry.
The system flashed the question, Soren didn't even need time to think about it.

'Hmm these are all pretty good, im definitely not going to choose Leprechaun its easily the weakest of these options. I consider myself a pretty decent person I am definitely vibing more with the Lesser Astrabi Variant, though the Lesser Kyubi has an S ranked skill. Aaaa, ok I am going to go with my gut here, system I choose to evolve into a Lesser Astrabi.'
Soren all of a sudden started to feel extremely tired, all the energy draining out of him. He swayed as he dragged himself into a small cave he had found and lost consciousness.

Soren awoke after his evolution feeling refreshed, full of power, and incredibly hungry. He quickly went to his fire, which was no just a pit of smoldering coals and gorged himself on the rabbit meat. After eating his fill, he carefully jogged through the woods testing the changes to his body. No long was he under a foot tall, though the Lesser Astrabi was toddler size he still was roughly 2-2.5 feet tall, significantly bigger than the wingless fairy which stood only six inches tall.
'Even though I look mostly human at this point its definitely a strange experience to have a tail. This may take some getting used to, it isn't tensile its too bushy to be so.'

He started gathering wood and kindling to start a fire, using friction by spinning the wood between his hands and the butt of the stick on another piece of wood got a fire going within half an hour. He removed the claws to keep for later; cooked the pang, his mouth started to water from the smell wafting towards him. He picked up a huge piece of meat and licked his lips
'I also have pointed canines, sigh, I forget I am no longer human.'
He proceeded to devour the pang meat, he couldn't remember the last time he had been so hungry. Finally feeling satiated he thought it'd be a good idea to start building a shelter
'Huh?'
Thump...thump...thump. Revenge, the word echoed throughout Soren he felt tingling from his fingers, hair on his tail stood on end and his pupil shrank back as he was filled with rage.
Breathing heavy Soren began to calm himself down.
'I am irritated I forgot about my revenge I need to hone my skills I am only D ranked those three would still be able to kill me fairly easily. Maybe I should roll for my random skill to try to improve my power. System roll random skill box.'

'Now I need to level myself up or my skills but maybe I should sleep first my health and mana are fairly low.'
Soren began to craft his armor, he used the tougher hide of the pang for his chest piece and the rabbit parts for his pants which were utilized as shorts, which were loose on his legs to allow for better mobility. Soren was walking around looking for a place he could sleep off and heal but heard through the brush the sound of footsteps coming through the woods. He smiled to himself.
'Maybe I can use this situation to my advantage lets check out what's going on'
He then climbed the nearest tree and started to leap through the branches heading towards the commotion.
