After I finished greeting Rose, who got there last, I headed to the dining hall with her. I couldn't say I was alone, because after the incident when I was 5, dad hired a secret guard. My thought process is that he was one of my dad's friends from way back when, and if I ever catch him, I will ask him about himself. I just learned about him because he talked to dad right after I came out of the coma and Tina finished explaining everything, he was staying outside the door.
Mom just said not to worry about it, so I'm not sure how I should feel. There were also the three guards following Rose. I have realized that they are all female warriors and her maid is also quite strong based on how Rose talks about her. Rose has mentioned little about where she is from, but from how she talks it is probably because she isn't allowed to.
Even though my mind sidetracks easily, I still successfully made it to the dining hall. When I got there, everyone turned toward me and smiled, it eerily reminded me I shouldn't allow Ellie to incite my friends. As I stepped through the door all the lights turned off and a spotlight pointed directly at me.
As I couldn't see my surroundings with the light made it difficult for a second, Rose pushed me forward, which was easy from how disoriented I was. Before I caught my bearings, I sensed mom appear behind me where she snickered and whispered, "Do you like your entrance sweetie?"
I changed who I thought instigated this shenanigan to my mom rather than Ellie. I was very embarrassed to be in the spotlight, but from what I understand this was the reason they did this. As the spotlight turned off and the regular lights came on, I realized that my mom had placed something on my head and in my hand was a flower. The flower is my favorite flower because of its smell. Its name is Cinnamon Bell, and it is a rank 3 flower. Rose caught me off guard as she came up from behind me and said, "Happy Birthday Ally" while hugged me. When she let go, mom said, "Well we should start the festivities."
Kylie, Kade and Tristan came up after and presented their presents, which were also flowers, I guess they decided that I would rather get something simple. They however got level 3 flowers, so they really do not understand money either. I would criticize that, but considering how I live I have lost most of my concept of money. To come to think of it, I don't really know how much a simple copper coin can buy. I know these plants are one gold coin each though.
As I reached on top of my head, I figured out that what was on my head was a tiara. Mom that said, "It is a magic item that can change into any head accessory, from earrings to a helmet. I thought it would be nice for you."
She then whispered to herself, "and Ellie and me."
I didn't really respond even though I heard it, I am quite used to being their dress up doll.
She also said, "It is also good protection because it has a fourth tier water enchantment on it."
"Thank you everyone, they are all wonderful."
"No problem Ally."
"Sweetie, it was our pleasure."
I still need to keep my mom from influencing my friends; I don't want them all to be pranksters.

As we headed to get to the buffet laid out across the table, I reminisced about all of my friends. Even if I didn't know they would become my best friends when I was three, they are still my first friends. At school they developed their first vestiges of personality. I didn't add Rose, but she is also my best friend. I would say that even though we only attend school once a week, they can interact with other people and became more interesting in a sense.
Kylie has become a lot more open; she is outgoing and actively seeks out people to play with. She would invite me to play with other people, and even though I like to just observe people I would indulge her in her antics. Her and Rose created what I consider a society of children with the leader being Kylie. I'm not sure why she created it other than to have fun though. She takes it upon herself to reach out and help people with problems.
I'm not sure if I consider it cute or funny to see a child helping another child with reading, but it was what she did for some people. From what I know about Tristan, he has taken up the swordsmanship style that his father uses. He does not understand that some people are trying to get close to him to use his title of first prince. I guess he will just have to take the lesson when he gets older; also I have to wonder what their parents are teaching these children to get close to him. I have considered asking mom, but I will leave it at that.
Kade is the oddball of the group, I consider him a jester of sorts. He likes to come up with plans that are far too complex, to get something like a cookie without asking. While we were hanging out, he would be the one who decides the games we play. A lot of them probably annoy the person involved, but truthfully what is the point of being a child without annoying people.
How they grow up will change them though, so I like seeing how they act right now and how they will change. I also might change. The dynamics of our group are fun to be in though. The leader is Kylie, I'm just that observer who got roped into it, and Kade is the planner if you can even call it that. Tristan is usually the muscle or bait. I have to wonder how he will change in the future when he finished training on how to lead the country.
Even though it is interesting to judge how they develop, I still wonder if we'll be friends when we are older or if we will drift apart or become enemies. Well back to now, I don't have to worry about this and I can take things as they come.
After the buffet I was in what I consider a food stupor when I'm so full that I don't know what to do and only want to lie down.
I asked my mom, "Why isn't dad here?"
"Well, he had something urgent to take care of. He said to tell you he loves you."
"That's fine, I was just wondering."
I guess that is all I can say, but for some reason it still made me slightly sad.
As I was thinking about why dad wasn't here, Rose came up and pulled me off my chair. She dragged me to the magic room, that from what I can see is a pool. She had me change into a swimming suit and we entered to find that Kylie, Kade, and Tristan were also there. I guess I will make the most of this, so we played pool games.
After quite a while, their maids came and told us it was time for them to get ready to leave. We changed into our clothes again and I sent them off with a wave.
As I left to go back to my room, dad found me.
"Sorry Ally, I was working on something very important. Happy birthday. I will have to leave soon. My work isn't done just yet."
"It's ok dad."
As I said that, I gave him a hug and after I let him go, he left with a smile on his face.
I got back to my room and saw Misty waiting there for me and I took her to the garden to play with her. Since I'm not allowed out without supervision, the garden is where I usually play with Misty.
We went back to my room, and I wondered where Tina disappeared to. As I finished thinking, I snuggled up with Misty and fell asleep.
