As Arthur opened the box , his heart began pounding loudly, he found that this box contains Charcoal which is best suited for fire type pokemon , one TM that contains the move Dragon Claw , one map and one letter .

Putting the other things aside , Arthur opened the letter .

Dear Son,

If you are reading this, then I suppose I am no longer with you. I deeply apologize for not being able to witness the moment you received your first Pokémon. I have failed in my role as a husband and a father, unable to provide you with the life you deserved.

I hope Lyra has explained to you the reason behind my absence. It was my own greed that brought disaster upon our family. Arthur, I implore you never to seek revenge. Those individuals are very cruel. Your priority should be taking care of your mother and sister.

Reading the heartfelt letter, Arthur's heart ached with a mixture of sadness and determination. Arthur carefully placed the letter back in the box along with the TM and secured it in a safe location. He then unfolded the map and examined it closely, realizing it led to a mountain situated in the neighboring city, Milosa City. Knowing that the mountain housed powerful Pokémon, he reasoned that embarking on such a journey in his current state would be unwise. With a temporary decision, he stowed the map away in his desk, opting to postpone his exploration until Charcadet become powerful.
