At the Bazaraka Continent, the silently observing Demon King sighed as he watched the battle between the Demon Army and the allies of the world. He was a demon with a pig face and his body made up of pink skin with four arms and black wings sprouting out of his back.
The battle, thus far, had been on a stalemate with both sides proving themselves to be evenly matched in a power struggle. It was a timid leave fighting to keep itself from flying off in a powerful storm and all it needed was an extra push to pull it up by its roots.
“I guess master understood the necessity in using this,” he said, and he pulled out the five sealed boxes from his hand that he was given by Serabella a while back, “although… I wasn’t planning on using them.”
He sighed once more and closed his eyes momentarily before reopening them sharply to stare seriously at them. Applying a bit of energy from his hand, the boxes vaporised into tiny particles and revealed five small purple seeds that floated steadily above his hand. The pig demon king was a little taken aback at seeing such a small thing confined to such a box while sealed so tightly.
“Um…” he muttered, looking closely at them before looking down at the closest part of the ground. “Guess I should plant them?”
Looking bemused, he aimed the five floating seeds down at the ground and exerted energy, causing them to fly down at highspeed. After soaring for a few seconds, a magic circle appeared on the ground at the intended target and it caused the seeds to stop in mid-air. They hovered for a moment before slowly descend until they sunk into the ground.
The pig demon king watched as the large area around the place the seeds were planted began to rot away and die. It looked like the planted seeds were absorbing the natural life surrounding it in order to grow. As he raised an eyebrow in amazement, a purple balloon like object popped out of the surface of the ground.
“Huh?” he said, blinking in surprise. “Is that it?”
No sooner that he finished speaking when the wind began to blow differently, and he sensed energy being absorbed by something. He looked around in surprise as he sensed energy being absorbed from nature towards a certain point and looking down at the planted spot, he noticed the energy seemed to be absorbed at the centre of the purple thing sprouting out of the ground.
As more and more energy got absorbed, the purple thing completely popped out of the ground and formed into a perfect purple sphere. It continued to grow several in sizes compared to its small size previously before it began to squirm.
Out of the bottom, two pairs of purple substance seemed to extend out of the sphere as it did on either side of the purple sphere with the same substance extending out. These substances soon transformed into two pairs of legs and arms with a single extension at the top that was forming into a head.
While the monster was undergoing a bizarre transformation, the purple sphere lost its shape and began to slim down. Several seconds later, the purple sphere completed its transformation into an average looking human with strange looking pants without a shirt on. As the monster stretched its body, black spies appeared out of its back like scales that of a lizard.
With it completed its initial step of forming into a solid object, it just stood there silently wearing an expressionless look on its face. The pig demon king became confused, and he soared towards the monster before landing in front of him. He was momentarily surprised at how wasted the land looked before looking at the monster in amusement by how slim the monster looked without a strong built body like his own.
“Hey. Attack them!” he said sharply and pointed in the direction the battle was occurring.
Upon the orders given, the monster turned its head in the indicated direction and saw the battle between the giant monkey-men and demon giants fighting furiously. He stared for a moment in silence as both sides exchanged energy blasts and exchanged blows before turning back to look at the man that issued the orders.
“Understood.”
The pig demon king smiled in satisfaction before his smile faded and changed into a shock when the purple monster aimed its right hand at him. It instantly channelled energy into the palms of its hand and before he could raise his defence, it fired a powerful energy blast. The pig demon king screamed in shock as the energy wave completed incinerated him before disappearing and leaving no traces of him around.
Nodding in satisfaction with the same expressionless look on its face, the monster slowly rose into the air and hovered there for a moment as if it was getting adjusted to flying. A moment later, it soared high into the air and flew towards the area the battle was occurring. As soon as it reached the battleground, it began to rapid fire energy blasts from the palms of its hands down at everyone that moved.
The energy blasts rained down and exploded on impact against ground and anyone unfortunate enough to be there. Large explosions began occurring around the battle ground, decimating much of both sides while severely injuring those near the explosions. This shocked both sides as they did not understand what was happening, or why there were energy blasts raining from the sky all of a sudden.
“What’s going on?! Ahhh!” one of the Simhara Demon Clan warrior shouted before screaming as he and the beast, he rode on, were vaporised by an explosion.
Meanwhile, Rumble was facing off against two giants swinging clubs dangerously to smash his head while holding his gada in his hand. The two giants roared as they charged at him and came from both sides to smash his hand with their clubs. He dodged them at the very last second, allowing the clubs to smash into each other to send wild blowing wing in all directions.
Holding the gada firmly in his right hand, Rumble leaped at the giant to the right as the enemy withdrew his club away. Soaring through the air with his gada held over his shoulders, he smashed his weapon against the side of the giant’s face. The force of the blow was so strong that there was a loud sickening crack as the giant’s neck broke and the energy slowly collapsed onto the ground with a thud, causing a small quake to occur.
Rumble spun around and blocked the club aimed for his head form the other giant who was growling menacingly. The two held their weapons firmly against each other before Rumble decided to finish off this battle at close quarters. So, exerting great strength, he pushed both his gada and the giant’s club away to the side. As they slammed some meters away, the giant roared and charged at him like a bull.
Seeing him charge towards him that caused each running step to shake the ground, Rumble jumped back and catch him with his arms. His caused his feet to get dragged on the ground before the giant pulled back to smash him firmly in the face with his giant fist. The impact caused Rumble to groan a little as he stepped pack while clutching the area of impact because of the slight pain.
Rubbing it, he glared at the giant that, once again, charged directly at him. At the last second, Rumble ducked and delivered a powerful punch to the gut of the giant, making him stop in his tracks and reel from the pain. As the giant was in pain, he slowly walked towards his enemy with a menacing look on his face and reacted immediately when the giant attempted to hit him back.
Ducking him, Rumble spun around quickly and grabbed him around the neck with his left arm and held him there firmly. The giant struggled desperately to break free from the tight grip, but before he could do anything else, Rumble gathered a large amount of energy into the palms of his free hand and unleashed it directly into the gut of the giant.
A powerful wave of energy was unleashed and it burst through the giant’s body before bursting out of the other end to soar high into the air. As the energy wave disappeared, Rumble lifted the giant and threw him aside with the same arm that held him previously. With a thud, the giant lay there dead on the ground with eyes wide open with the shock of his death.
Rumble sighed and sensing danger nearby, he turned around and saw that both his allies and enemies were under bombardment from somewhere above. He looked in the direction and was surprised to see a small figure firing rapidly at them, killing anyone that moved indiscriminately.
“What the hell?!” he exclaimed sharply.
Breathing a deep breath, he aimed and fired an energy blast that soared straight towards the hovering figure in the air. The purple monster saw the attack coming, and he stopped firing energy blast to stop the energy wave with his hands. It pushed him several meters back before the wave died down. He glanced down at his purple coloured hands that were burnt before looking at the giant monkey-man running towards him.

Rumble charged towards him at high speed and attempted to strike him down with his large fist but it missed. The purple monster had spun around and dodged the fist and swirled around until Rumble went past him. Seeing that it dodged him, the Monkey King stopped himself before spinning around to face his enemy that hovered several meters away.
“What the hell is that thing? I’ve never seen it before,” thought Rumble, staring at the money through narrowed eyes.
He charged at the monster again in order to attack it, but the monster dodged his fist once again while moving quickly around it. As he began looking around as he lost sight of it, the monster flew quickly under him and just as he looked down, landed a strong blow to his jaw.
“Ugh!” Rumble groaned from the pain of impact.
The force of the blow managed to lift him slightly into the air, and the monster flew around before appearing on top of him. As Rumble slowly reached it with his eyes closed, the monster clasped both of its hands together and delivered a hammer down on his fore. The blow was so strong that it spun Rumble a one-eighty degree in mid-air before hitting ground with a thud that caused it to shake and crack.
The Monkey King lay there face down and unmoving for a few seconds before energy blasts began to rain down on him, causing him to moan in pain. Despite the pain of falling and being under bombardment, he attempted to push himself up by his arms. Seeing him pushing himself up, the monster rocketed down and slammed him hard on his back, causing Rumble to groan in pain and collapse once more.
“D-Damn…!” Rumble groaned.
He realised he was at a disadvantage by being in his large form and used his hands to clap them together. In an instant, there was a blinding light that shrunk quickly in size until it disappeared to reveal him to be back in his normal size. The monster slowly lowered itself to the ground and stood there staring at him as he managed to rise to his feet.
Rumble spat blood out and wiped it off his mouth before he said while glaring at the monster, “Seriously! You’re strong, but attacking an opponent when they’re down doesn’t make you a great warrior!”
The monster remained motionless to and merely stared back at him with the same expressionless look on its face.
“Mmm? Don’t have a mouth, or don’t have a brain? Whichever it is, you’re dull,” said Rumble and as a taunt, he aimed his thumb pointing downward in a gesture of looking down on his enemy.
It seems that this caused the monster to react as it suddenly blinked once and said in a quiet voice, “Pow.”
“Huh?” Rumble asked, not sure if he heard something or not.
“Pow,” the monster repeated, this time a little louder for him to hear.
Rumble blinked twice at him and continued to stare at him in silence for a moment before he shook his head and said, “Really? Is that all that you can say?”
The monster nodded and replied, “Pow.”
As he finished saying that single word, he vanished and reappeared standing before his foe, surprising him in the process. Before he could do anything, however, the monster delivered a solid punch to his chest that caused his eyes to almost pop out of their sockets and almost sent him flying.
As he almost flew away, the monster grabbed him by the legs and made him slam forcefully on the ground. Still holding onto the legs, he swung him across while dragging him on the ground before throwing him away like some kind of trash. While he flew away, the monster aimed its hand and began to rapid fire energy blasts to decimate his enemy.
Rumble was momentarily stunned from the blow, but he rapidly recovered and spun in mid-air before landing firmly on his feet. While his feet got dragged as he slowed down, he spun around and began leaping slightly into the air from time to time to swat the energy blasts away. While doing that, he managed to fire several of his own at the monster, but they did not seem to faze it one bit as it continued to fire at him.
As the final of the energy blasts was diverted away, the monster said, “Pow” once more and made its right arm extending straight towards Rumble’s face. There was a loud slamming sound from impact, and the monster believed that it had hit the enemy’s face. As it felt something tighten on its extended arm, it stared at his enemy and noticed that Rumble to be glaring fiercely at it.
Just before his fist had hit him, Rumble had automatically moved his hands upward to catch it. At that moment, they rested against his forehead with his hands gripping firmly onto the hand. Deciding on a course of action, he exerted strength into his hands and swung around while pulling the hand. The monster got pulled by its arm and it soared high into the air before Rumble swung its arm downward with great force.
Being pulled with intense force, the monster plummeted towards the ground and smashed heavily into the ground several meters away. Several seconds went by as the smoke from the crash landing slowly lifted into the air and blocked the view around where the monster crashed at. A moment later, Rumble let go of its arm as it suddenly retracted and disappeared into the smoke.
He stood there at ready and from out of the smoke, the monster walked out while wearing an expressionless look on its face. There were small scratches with blue blood leaking out of the monster’s purple skin body, but the monster visibly was not shaken one bit.
“Man! Not a sign of fatigue or tiredness,” muttered Rumble, sighing wearily before looing determinedly at it. “Okay then! It’s time I take this up a notch!”
With that said, he began to surge with power while radiating red aura that surrounded him. The monster blinked once in reaction but that was about it as its enemy prepared to fight on fiercely.

Meanwhile, at the castle of the Demon Continent, the Calamity Titan was sitting composedly on his throne chair with his eyes closed. He was feeling bored and had decided to sleep for a bit when, all of a sudden, he sensed something coming his way. Opening his eyes, he caught the activation of the teleportation spell before Serabella appeared out of it. She looked a little winded with her hair dishevelled as well as her clothes looking strangely untidy.
“What happened to you?” he asked curiously upon her reaching him and sitting down next to him with a sigh.
“Those Fallen Angels,” she began looking slightly annoyed. “They just took off for the Heaven Continent after doing my best to convince them and pass out the Amplification Rods.”
The Calamity Titan sighed in relief and said with a smile, “You’ve done an excellent job, Sera.”
She was pleased with herself for the praise and asked, “Thank you. So, did anything happen while I was away?”
He nodded and made a wry smile as he informed her by saying, “Yeah. The Angels came by just after you left before going back to their continent.”
This piece of information shocked her, and she stared at him seriously and asked, “What?! The Angels came?! When?! What happened and what do you mean they went back?”
The Calamity Titan chuckled at her seriousness and said, “Ah. They just came to scout out for information to see what’s being happening here. They probably came to find out more about us and the Nine Testaments of Darkness. Too bad, they ran into me pretty early, and I persuaded them to go back.”
He put heavy emphasis on the word ‘persuaded’ that made her become curious, and she asked, “You persuaded them? How…?”
When he merely smiled at her, she widened her eyes in astonishment and asked, “You threatened them about their continent being under attack from the Fallen Angels?”
When his smile broadened, she shook her head incredulously and asked, “How could you say that when you didn’t receive any word from me whether I was successful in convincing them or not in attacking the Heaven Continent. I mean… It was a risky bluff you had taken after all. Instead, I think it would’ve been easier just to kill them outright.”
“Now, now,” he said, patting her head gently which caused her to blink at him in surprise. “Normally, I’d do that, but I have some respect towards the Angels and their king is unique. So, I decided to spare them by bluffing about their continent being under, and I even had to block communications for some time because the Angel King attempted to contact the people at his continent.”
Serabella smiled serenely and said, “Yes. It’s lucky you did that and it’s also lucky that he didn’t assume that you were probably bluffing all the while.”
The Calamity Titan shrugged his shoulders and said, “It’s the attitude. If you’re believable, then everyone will eventually believe you. I was just that convincing for him to call for a quick retreat, although, I did threaten that I might kill them if they decided to stay otherwise.”
As they both chuckled, Serabella sensed an activation of telepathy in her mind and looked up at the ceiling. Upon hearing the reported from the communication units from around the continent, she widened her eyes slightly and spoke gently to them before cutting the communication.
“It seems that the monsters from the boxes we handed them are killing off everyone indiscriminately,” she informed him, raising an eyebrow in puzzlement. “I don’t remember ordering them to release the monsters. By any chance, did you…?”
As she faltered, he nodded and said, “Of course. I had a game with the Angel King whether he and his army be killed here for losing the game or release our monsters in exchange for their lives for winning. In the end, he won and left for his continent pretty quickly.”
He noticed her looking sternly at him which made him cough and say, “Well… I was a bit angry that he spoiled my fun of testing my powers and took it out on him by forcing him play that game.”
She grimaced and said, “Good for you, but not so good for our comrades. It seems that some of the Demon Kings were killed by the monsters and they’re destroying both sides without caring for allies.”
“Right now, they’re dolls with clear intent to kill all those that move in front of them. That is their purpose of existence and besides, if our people are weak enough to be killed by such a thing, then they are useless to me and are better off meeting their fate,” he said indifferently.
Serabella opened her mouth to protest when he placed his finger on her mouth and said, “While we may lose warriors, our enemies suffer greatly from this. This will surely bring out the Nine Pillars of Power from whatever they’re doing.”
She remained for a moment after listening to his words before she asked, “What about me? I’m not as strong as you and judging from the report, most of the other Demon Kings have also perished in battle. Doesn’t that mean I’m as weak as them? So, by your logic, should I also meet their face?”
Those words stung the Calamity Titan a little, and he quietly looked up at her before saying in a quiet voice, “Do you even need to ask?”
She blinked at him in surprise at seeing the heart-warming smile on his face, which made her ask, “Because I’m special to you?”
When he nodded, and smiled a little, she chuckled lightly while moving her hand to place on his in a gesture of love and gratitude.
