Willow's heartrate increased. She quickly turned around.
She saw that the black Rolls-Royce had already turned around and moved far away.
The children were not loud. Jasper probably did not hear them calling her 'Mommy'.
Willow sighed in relief. She then turned around to look at her four children who were running toward her.
The happiest thing Willow had felt over the past five years was how her four children would run toward her whenever she returned home. Their eyes were always full of love.
Willow smiled happily before kneeling and opening her arms to hug her children.
Hailey ran the fastest. She threw herself into Willow's arms and kissed Willow's cheeks with her soft lips. "Mommy, you're home. Grandma was worried sick about you."
The next to hug Willow was Lilith. Lilith was a little leaner than Hailey, but she was still a child after all. She had round, plump cheeks. After hugging Willow, she also kissed Willow on the cheeks. "Mommy, you're finally home. We're all terribly worried."
Tristan and Julian ran up to Willow and stopped. They knew they could not squeeze in since Willow's arms were full.
However, after slowing down, they still tried to squeeze their way into her arms.
Willow hugged her four children with a look of contentment on her face.
"Why would you be worried about me?" Willow asked.
"Mrs. Jones said the cops took you away. She said you committed a crime. We were terrified." Julian pouted with tears in his eyes.
Willow realized it was all because of this.
She reached out and rubbed the tears on Julian's face away with her thumb. "The cops misunderstood me. Now that it's been resolved, I've come back. Don't worry. It's alright. Come on, let's go home." Willow stood up and held her two children's hands before leading them toward their home.
Their house used to be old and run-down, but it was now a huge villa.
Willow had thought Jasper couldn't stand the fact that their house was too small, and that was why he built them a large villa.
It turned out that he had thought the person he had slept with five years ago was her cousin, Yvette. As a result, he built the villa for her family to compensate her.
Although Jasper didn't say it, Willow could guess it from what he had said earlier.
Samantha must have done some meddling by telling Jasper that the woman he was looking for was Yvette, and that Yvette had died.
That would explain why Jasper came to Nason Village to pay his respects to Yvette.
This misunderstanding had caused the destruction of Willow's old house.
Willow led her children to the villa's entrance.
Coincidentally, Lara opened the door and walked out. When she saw Willow, the worried look in her eyes disappeared. An expression of joy replaced the look of shock on her face.

looking her up and down in concerned manner. "Willow, I heard the cops took you away for stealing something. We might be poor, but that doesn't mean we should steal. Every dollar has to be earned with hard work."
Seeing that Willow was not hurt, Lara became worried she might be under a lot of pressure. Not wanting Willow to go down the wrong path, Lara gave a long speech on doing the right thing.
Willow was glad to see the worried look on Lara's face. This was the reason why Willow had always keptnoveldrama
a positive attitude and a growth mindset. Nothing could take her down.
Willow grew up in a loving family.
Although her mother loved to nag and enjoyed playing cards a little too much, she really did love Willow. Love could always fill one with confidence and energy.
Willow chuckled in a relaxed manner. "Mom, don't worry. How could I possibly steal anything? It was a misunderstanding. It's all good now."
"What exactly happened? Tell me about it." Lara was not convinced. She proceeded to usher Willow into the house while she asked questions.
Willow led her children into the
courtyard and into the house, but she did not want to talk about it any further. "It's all because of the jade pendant Mrs. Jones found. The cops thought I stole it. It's been clarified that the pendant was found, and I gave Mrs. Jones money for it. That's why the cops let me go."
She could neither tell Lara that Jasper brought her home nor the fact that Jasper was the father of her children.
Otherwise, knowing Lara's short temper, she would definitely go to Jasper and make him take full responsibility for Willow and the children.
