Later this day, we have come back to Lunderberg home, at this time, the night it is about to come, and on this time, we are going to eat dinner, right at the room where Fiona and Diana Mother has prepared the soup. Diana and I have come later than we expected because we had to help the old lady, save a little girl life, and tell the knights who are doing the justice in this village to go to the twins' house and arrest them or just going to pay for the damage they have done to the little girl, who was thrown into the river. If we weren't there, maybe the small girl would not even be alive at this moment. This thought is going to haunt me for a while. But still, I cannot believe some people are capable of doing things like these, I mean, who would even have the courage to stole money from a girl and throw it into the river with cold blood. I have been a few days into a war, but not even the people from there are that savage.
We entered the house, we head to the kitchen, where Diana's parents are already at the table, but Fiona it is not there. The parents saw us coming, and Diana says to them.
"Um... Where is Fiona?"
"She has gone to our neighbour because Mr. Smith wanted to have his pig cut for the holidays," responds Father. "Fiona is probably the only people here who doesn't have mercy when it comes to animals. Well, besides my poor and sweet, Diana... But where you two were?"
"Those twins were trying to throw a small and innocent girl into the river," says Diana, who made their parents look in shock at her.
"Who did they throw it?" asks the Father who gets up from the table, and looks angry at us.
"Lydia Veronika," says Diana to her father, who is getting up from the table and was about to leave the room. "I know how you feel it, but we have sent the knights to their house to arrest them or their parents."
"Those kids need to be killed!" says the Father without realizing I am in the room.
"Dear!" yelled their mother, who is then looking quick at me and then back at her husband.
The Father decides to give up and he gets back to his table. Probably the fact that I was here has made him has some senses into him. Anyway, Diana and I are sitting on the chair of the table and we are waiting for the mother to pour her soup into our dishes. When she has poured the soup and also gave us a small piece of chicken meat into our soup, Diana is asking her father.
"When are our uncles and aunts going to come?"
"Most likely, tomorrow." says his Father. "Your uncle kid will probably be going to like having someone at his age playing with him," he says that while he is looking at me. "So, say... How old you are?"
"Ten years old."
"Ten years old? On the next year you are going to be eleven, right? Sorry, I am not quite good with numbers."
"Yes. And you sir, how old are you?" I ask him.
"Thirty-nine years old. Quite young for a man who has two daughters who are adults."
"Well, congrats."
"Thanks, kid."

I take a few spoons of the soup and eat it. It tastes amazing, and this taste made my stomach feel much better because on the day I have eaten Fiona cooking food. I was not going to tell that I am punished for going on a mission without announcing these girls or anyone close to them, like their neighbour or even the hobo person who is walking around the capital without having a destination, who is the one Fiona, which is strange, it is trusting him.
Anyway, I have eaten the soup, almost completely and Mother asked me.
"Does the soup taste good?"
"It tastes amazing." I respond to the mother who made her happy that I liked the soup. "I cannot believe how good it is family at cooking."
"This is some kind of family heritage for us. My grandfather was a cooker in the war, I was also a cooker, but in the boats. I worked a few weeks or months, I do not remember how many days I worked as a fisher in an ocean, but I could fry the fish when we were on land, and let me tell you kid, when it comes to the fish, I am the best cook." says the father who made me realize how many things this man has done in his life without noticing.
"Yes, dear. But you are not good when it comes to cooking other things at the house." says the Mother at his husband who gave him that stare.
"Well, I cooked better those rice, than Fiona. Her cooking it is terrifying, dear."
The Mother stops pouring another dish with the soup, he puts the dish on the table in silence. Diana immediately goes behind the table and she told me to hide there until the wave will be finished. I got under the table, and at the moment I was about to ask her what is going on, I could hear the Mother yelling, and the Father yelling each other. I heard some beating sounds, a wooden object hitting the table which has made it vibrating a little and I could also see a blood spill landing on the wooden planks.
Then, when the storm has ended, Diana leaves her hideout, hoping that the Mother will not go to throw a dish or other object at her for hiding under the table like a little kid who has seen his parents fighting each other for some small reasons, such as who has bought all of this beer instead of paying the taxes or something which resembles the scenes I have reading in a few novels. But thankfully, nothing was thrown to Diana.
After a few seconds, I do the same thing Diana did earlier. I leave the table and I saw there the Mother who is "huffing" and sweating after the fight she had with her husband. I looked closely at her and I saw that look, that berserk look Fiona is having in some missions when she comes into hunting something dangerous that cannot be easily killed. And I looked at the Father, who was bleeding on his head and he is standing still like this thing who was happening earlier it is happening in almost every dinner night when it mentions of one of those daughters cooking or something similar like this. This Mother sometimes reminds me of one I was reading in a book when I was seven years old, and that mother was so protective, she even starts a war between mortals and demons because someone from the Kingdom of Demons has made fun of her daughter.
"You will get used to it. Trust me," whispers Diana at me.

Later this night, in my guest's room, which is reserved for me this whole holiday, I take from my backpack the spell book and looked at some spells from that book, just curious because I do not have anything to do, and even if I could go outside and train my strength, I could scare their neighbours if I do a dangerous spell. Back in the capital it was this thing was not making me feel this way, cause I live with Fiona and Diana and those girls are making some people from there feeling intimidated, but here, these girls are treating like normal humans being. This seems fair cause this village was most likely the viewer of their evolution.
When I turn one hundred pages, I discovered I spell I was never bothering to read or to test it. In fact, I have never tested much more of the spells from there because most of them were from that small book I had earlier. And now it is on the property of the Orphanage I lived for ten years. The spell was named "Hiding wish", and I read the spell with a loud voice:
"This spell can make the mage, wizard, or whoever it is hit by this spell to see the most desired thing he wanted to see. Every human has a wish, but some of them are buried deep enough in us, that sometimes we tend to forget about them for years. This one can make your wish true for a short period of time. It can only be used one time per day, cause it causes a lot of mental problems and is driving people crazy if they do this spell as much as they can."
So, I have decided to aim my wand on my front and say with a loud voice:
"Hiding wish."
