A few days later, after that mission from the Kingdom of Hungaria, I and Fiona got a new mission from his Majesty, but this time, we were alone, just the two of us. The mission we got is to catch some criminals in this Kingdom who are responsible for destroying some abandoned houses from the village of this kingdom and also the ones who were stealing money from the poor merchants who were doing just their job.
At the backyard of the Palace were knights and squires gather to equip for a mission or to just chat here to train for the next missions they will get if they are called by his Majesty. Apparently, a new thing I learned about my job is the thing you can't take your own mission like another person they do in a guild like in those novels where a nice MC work with friends to resolve some big quests. In this world, the King decide what mission should he give us. And the mission we got it is kinda a good one because I have Fiona help.
In the backyard, me and Fiona I get up on our own horses and we started to ride with them for a few minutes until we arrive at the last place they stole the goods. While we were riding our horses, Fiona asked me.
"Have you learned new spells?"
"Yes," I respond to Fiona.
"Super. Do you have one that could help us beat them faster?"
"Well. I know one, but this one is kinda risky."
"Risky?"
"It consumes my entire energy and mana. I could fell asleep if I would use that one."
"I see. We'll probably use that."
"Really?"
"For real. Now let's stop talking and be ready for fighting."
We arrived at our destination without any accident. Fiona was probably suspicious when she says we will encounter some danger when we will arrive there, but it would be a good thing to not let my guard down for this moment. The building we arrived is a big one, made of bricks and have a big tag at the front door where customer use it to enter the building. I read the tag to myself and I thought: "A potion shop... I hope we will not encounter a monster like that from yesterday".
We were about to enter the shop but a fat guy, bald and with no beard asked us: "Are you the knights of the kingdom?... I didn't expect to see kids here."
"Kids? I have 16 years old."
"Oh... My bad." says that bald guy to Fiona and he looks at me. "But who are you?"
"I am a squire."
"Squire... Alright, if you say so. Look. Can you two come in the building and start talking about the incident that was happening yesterday at my dear and only shop?"
"Of course," responds Fiona to that bald guy and then he looks at me with those suspicious eyes where people are using to be sure their child remember what his mission is. I responded to that guy with a nice "Yes" and all three of us entered the building and we start talking about the mission we are going to encounter.
In the room were me, Fiona and that bald guy we were sitting on chairs at a table and we were about to start discussions about the incident. The bald guy is sitting on a comfortable chair, me and Fiona I was sitting on normal chairs that are made entirely of wood from strong trees that are using in the noble houses to create valuable furniture. My feeling is telling me this man has some relation with a noble or with an important person.
"Alright." says the bald guy to me and Fiona after a few moments of silence. "We know why are we here, but we don't know who did this crime".
"You don't know?" I ask that bald guy. "What do you mean?"
"Did he wear a mask?" asked Fiona that bald guy who was looking a second to me and then he looks at Fiona.
"Yes. I saw him before he left the building with a spear." says the bald guy to us.
"A spear... Why would a thief want a simple spear?" ask Fiona that bald guy.
The bald guy looks around for a second, he came closer to us and he whispers at us like we were in some sort of big danger.
"That spear is an elemental one."
"Elemental?" ask Fiona shocked at that bald guy.
That moment was the first time when I saw Fiona being low key scared. I never thought would be so scared by one that little thing.
Fiona looks at the bald guy and asks him.
"What element he possessed?"
"The lighting." responds the bald guy to Fiona.
"Judah," says Fiona to me.
"Yes?"

"I want your help. Do you know a spell who could help to find a person from a big distance?"
"Probably. I have to search in my spellbook. I'm still not used to this yet."
"I see. Then take your time," says Fiona to me and then she looks at the bald guy again but this time with a serious reaction instead of a dead one. "I want to know in which direction he ran."
"I think it was west-south."
"I see," says Fiona getting up from her chair and he looked at me. "You stay here and try to find a spell who could help us locate that thief. Meanwhile, I will try to locate that thief by riding an entire Kingdom. You understand?"
"Yes," I respond at Fiona while she grabbed her giant sword and start to leave the house in hurry.
When Fiona left the place, I take the spellbook from my backpack and try to search for a good spell who could help me and Fiona locate that scumbag. I still don't know why Fiona was worried about a spear that could control an element. I read in the books at my Orphanage those weapons still exist and are still legal even after that war that broke eight years ago between the Kingdom of Romania and Alliances of Turkeys.
I looked at that spellbook carefully because some spells from there aren't written that correctly, grammatically and as an instrument of writing was used a poor feather who was probably used way too much. My first thought was to use the spell "So No Chi Sadame" but that spell I cannot control and I don't want to make that incident happen again. The second thought was to use a spell called "I'm gonna be" but that spell can work if I am moving around and also Fiona ordered me to stay here. Then I found a spell called "Chase" but it has just one single requirement, it needs a single person who are moving and the name of the target. But the target name is still unknown so this spell cannot work.
I tried to find another spell in this little book but I guess we have to use the classic technique to ask about the thief appearance. So, I looked at the bald guy who comes to me with a bottle of water.
"Want some water?" asked the bald guy.
"Yes. Thank you." I respond thanking that water bottle and drinking a little bit of that clean water the bald guy was offering me.
"Have you found something?" asked the bald guy.
"Well... One spell could work, but I need to know the name of the thief."
"When he broke into my house he didn't say his own name."
"Of course. What kind of idiot would say his own name when he breaks a house just to steal an elemental spear. By the way, what is with that spear, I thought elemental weapons are legal here."
"They are." responds the bald guy to me. "But not every elemental weapon, for example, the lighting one considered being a weapon who should not have been made... You know about the elemental weapons, right?"
"No. Not really. I am just a mage who can control some spells."
"I see. Well. Those weapons that can master the elements are considered being valuable and held just by those "Eleven Warriors". The strongest warriors are used just for a more important task. Not like this, but the ones who are involving wars. Like the war from eight years ago."
"I see. So those weapons cannot behold by commoners?"
"They cannot." say the bald guy with a regret.
"Then why do you have one? Are you one of those Eleven warriors?"
"Not exactly... My son was one of those Eleven." says the bald guy started to feel sad like a normal person who speaks about a friend or a member of a family who is dead.
"I-I am sorry," I respond to the bald guy because now I realize that son was dead.
"Don't be., My son fight to protect the Kingdom. If it wasn't him, then this Kingdom would be controlled by that Alliance."
After a few minutes of silence and searching again in my spellbook for some useful spell, I found one quite good. I looked at the bald and ask.
"So you say the spear has the lighting element?"
"Yeah. Why?" ask the bald guy looking interested in me because I was about to take the wand.
I rise the wand in the air and I said with a loud voice the spell that could help us locate the weapon that was stolen. The spell name is "Thunder", and that spell can locate every lighting element weapon in the distance of a large Kingdom, which means I can locate the weapon in the Kingdom of Romania if the thief would be there.
After I said that spell, I looked outside and I saw something weird, that spell did not locate the weapon by using lighting. It's a spell who release lighting at the Kingdom just the hit the spear weapon. If lighting hit the weapon, then it could make the weapon way too strong that not even a giant sword-like Fiona could stop... I think I am in big trouble right now.
I leave the place where Fiona told me to remain by riding my horse because I have to help her. If I don't help her and if I don't arrive, then we are both in big trouble. The spell I use cannot be stopped, in fact, almost every spells cannot be stopped.
I was riding that horse much faster than a dwarf who is riding dragons to protects their own villages because the thunder was starting and that means the lighting is about to appear to strike the trees, tall buildings and the metal things. I hope Fiona she will be alright when I will arrive there.
After a few moments, I arrive in the centre of the Kingdom I live and I saw a lot of innocent citizens entering their houses to get cover because of those flashes of lightning I summoned. I hope nobody would notice it was my fault this thing is happening, I don't want to go back to Prison because I caused an incident of my spells.
I looked around the city and I did not encounter Fiona or not even the thief who takes that weapon. I hope the lighting won't hit that weapon because if it got hit then everybody will go to Heaven... but I'll most probably go to Hell for this stupid mistake.
After a few seconds, I heard the lighting started to move, hitting the trees and sounded way too loud than normal lighting. I looked back and the clouds and I see the clouds who are filled with thunders and lightning moving straight to the city, which makes me nervous because I don't really have much time to tell Fiona and to help her to stop that bastard.
I started searching again, but it was in vain because I did not have the luck to find not even a human. After all, every people from this Kingdom entered their houses and wait until the thunders and lighting would stop.
When I thought everything was gone, fate helped me. I saw a human, but not a normal or an unknown one. I saw someone I cannot believe he'll be here at this moment in time, one of my nuns was outside and she saw me coming. I stopped at the nun and asked her.
"Hello, Sister Margret," I said to the nun because that's her name.
"Hello, Judah! What a weird coincidence to find you here, right?" says the nun looking at me surprised because she did not expect me to see at this moment when everybody has started to hide because of those clouds loaded with thunders and lighting.
"Right. Anyway, I can't talk right now, Sister Margret. Have you seen a blond girl having at her back a giant sword?"
"Well of course I saw one. Who is she?"
"Um... My knight. Where she was going?"
"She was riding a horse at that alley," says Sister Lily showing me an alley not that tight. "But why are hurrying?"
"I have to help her. Now sorry if can't say much, but I have to go."
I hit my horse to make him go and she runs with me to that alley. Before I left, I say to the nun "Goodbye, Sister Lily Margret! Thank you for your help!" and I waved at her, who waved back at me. That nun who I meet wasn't one of those bad ones, in fact, she was the one who almost adopted me a few years ago before she was married.
