Liu Tián Qǔ walked through each section of the residence. Through the various gardens and pavilions. As she toured the residence, Liu Tián Qǔ shrugged off her brief moment of unease and became happier. She passed through a bathing house, a huge meeting hall, and an enormous clothes washing area. The one thing that surprised her the most. Was when she came across what looked like a small hospital with attached large living quarters for a doctor. After seeing it, the suspicions she had of the Chen's blossomed again. But then on second thought, they were in a long feud with another clan. So many of the members of the family must have gotten injured many times. However, whatever may be the case, she was pleased to see the small hospital in her very own house.
Liu Tián Qǔ came to a section towards the rear of the residence. The grass-covered ground began to slope up into a hill. On the side of the hill was a ridiculously long stairway leading to the top of the hill. Wanting to see what was at the top Liu Tián Qǔ began climbing the stairway to the top of the hill. Halfway through her thighs and calves started to burn. However, her curiosity drove her forward. A short while later Liu Tián Qǔ collapsed on the top of the stairway. Her legs were trembling in exhaustion. Sweat poured down her body as she gasped for air, trying to catch her breath.
Liu Tián Qǔ rested for a few minutes right where she collapsed at the top of the stairs. She massaged her thighs and calves as she rested while struggling to recover her breath. After a short recovery, her curiosity drove her to her feet, the top of the hill leveled off to a leveled ground. Slowly strolling forward Liu Tián Qǔ became slightly disappointed when she didn't see much.
To the right side of the hill, she saw a small grove of trees. Not far from the trees was a large well. Nearby the trees were also several oddly crafted boxes she didn't bother to investigate due to her disappointment. In the center of the hill on closer inspection was a large empty storage building. To the right were rows of densely weed overgrown brambles. Not see anything else a disappointed Liu Tián Qǔ who was in the middle of grumbling under her breath turned to make her way back down the hill.
However, just as she began to make her way back down the hill, the heavy fruit smell on the top of the hill finally caught her attention. One particular scent she was well acquainted with completely caught her attention. Liu Tián Qǔ head snapped around to what she thought was overgrown brambles. Hurrying over them Liu Tián Qǔ carefully pushed back the thick green leaves and weeds, revealing the soft texture of a fragrant smelling developing grape cluster. Liu Tián Qǔ could not make out what species or variety of grapevine it was, and she knew many. However, as an avid wine drinker, come hell or high water, she aimed to find out.

Liu Tián Qǔ had a master's degree in agriculture. She interned for two years in one of France's most famous vineyards. Liu Tián Qǔ's father in her past life was great friends with the owner of the vineyard and one of his valued customers. Just one bottle of the wine created in the winery of the vineyard sold for well over ten thousand dollars and Liu Tián Qǔ's father bought them like cartons of milk.
Liu Tián Qǔ grew more and more excited as she inspected the rows of grapevines as best as she could. Although very overgrown, the rows were immaculate and orderly. It was easy to tell that the vineyard was once very well cared for and cherished. Liu Tián Qǔ checked the soil in the area that the grapes were growing. Liu Tián Qǔ was surprised and satisfied with the quality of the soil.
In the center of the vineyard was a large well which she also checked out. She was satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the water from the well. However, that was not what surprised Liu Tián Qǔ the most.
What surprised her more was the number of bees she saw flying and heard buzzing around the area. It made her happy to see them. She knew that bees were very important to maintaining a healthy vineyard. Due to the dense overgrowth, Liu Tián Qǔ couldn't quite tell what kind of cover crops were being grown between the vines. However, one thing became apparent to her. The person who created this vineyard knew very well what they were doing.
Liu Tián Qǔ's goal was to immediate hire people who knew about caring for vineyards to assist her in cleaning the vineyard up immediately. After touring through the vineyard, Liu Tián Qǔ decided to go check out the small grove of trees again. After inspecting the small grove, Liu Tián Qǔ involuntarily burst into laughter. She was so happy with her findings. In the grove she found several apple trees, a few loquats trees, she saw two pomegranate trees, several lycees trees, and several orange trees. The oddly shaped boxes that were built nearby turned out to be beehives.
"My goodness, the Chen family know the real meaning of living well!" Liu Tián Qǔ said in complete utter astonishment. Even though Liu Tián Qǔ reincarnated from a modern area, it had not occurred to her to raise all these good things. She was more focused on surviving first. However, since it is in her hand now. The many ideas of the things she could do began to crowd into her brain.
Liu Tián Qǔ had read many of webnovels on the misfortune that introducing modern technology to an ancient era could bring. So she had determined not to bring the technology of the modern era here. However, with just this discovery, she saw that there were small comforts she could introduce that would not disturb the times of the era she reincarnated into by much.
For the most part, Liu Tián Qǔ was very satisfied. For only 1000 gold she got such a big magnificent garden residence she felt like she made out like a bandit. She was also deeply perplexed that the Chen Family gave up on such a fantastic residence.
