No matter what Erebus could do, he didn’t have the ability to permanently kill a God, the only Gods who are able to do that are Khaos, the void itself and Kronos; the beginning and end.
Yet Kronos couldn’t do anything either Erebus was way too strong even for him, his mere presence could make entire universes shatter and collapse.
It was a complete stalemate everytime they met but that was what Erebus had been doing for the past millennium, Khaos’ energy was all given away to the humans, he had been researching and analyzing every single human that laid on the planet’s surface.
Shinji came rushing in with a boom, blowing winds from his mere speed alone, rushing through the sark fog that surrounded them.
Shinji looked up directly at Erebus but the god bat no eye to him, Shinji clasped his hands as a bright light came out from from within as his eyes glowed.

Shinji immediately casted the largest barrier he possibly could trying to hold down the range of his explosion.

The wind blew away any sort of building that was in the vicinity, completely disintegrated into dust.
The light became brighter as the air around them became more rough and hot like everyone was trapped in a burning furnace.
Neila stared at the bright light right in fromt of him, sweat rapidly dropping down his cheeks, his entire body began to shudder.
His eyes were shivering.
He raised his hand forwards directly at the source of the explosion.

The explosion blew up right in his face
The sound couldn’t reach his ears as a silence went over Neila, his body began to disintegrate bit by bit, without Kronos within him, he was but a mere human, unable to do anything.
His hand began to burn off, it felt as if time was slowed down, his flesh, skin and bones dried up and turned to dust before his eyes.
“Please, let me live”.
The world stopped right before his eyes as the explosion flew past him, it felt as if the world was moving and he wasn’t, he was like a ghost watching the world orbiting around him, as he regained himself a few seconds after the blast.
Remnants of Kronos’s power still existed within himself, remnants that he could use, he had kicked himself outside of the timestream.
He was breathing heavily grasping his own arm, staring at whatever was left over of Nakamura and Kronos who was directly standing in front of him, uninjured.
Neila was breathing heavily as he tried to waddle out of their range.
Erebus looked down, manifesting a dagger within his other hand, a blue dagger that he held in his left hand, its power matched that of Kronos’s scythe.

The blue dagger pierced through Shinji chest, shattering his soul like glass, his eyes begant drip blood as Shinji got onto his knees, his arms dropped ontot the floor as he stared up at the God like figure that floated above him.
“I thought you were gonna use him for something else Erebus, after all you planted that into him”.
Kronos threw his scythe like a boomerang towards Erebus, the Demon King caught it with one hand, shattering the divine weapon into a million pieces, Kronos began to giggle uncontrollably like a maniac.
“How much of Khaos’s energy have you absorbed”?
Demon King Erebus spoke in a calm tone of voice, a hint of malice stuck in his throat, his rationale had stopped him from completely attacking Kronos, it was still risky to fight him without a plan.
“Clearly not enough”.
A green flame like aura surrounded Shinji as he stood up bloody and broken.

A large stalagmite flew past Erebus at absurd speeds, scraping past the Demon King’s cheek, blood dripped down his cheek, his eyes dilated as he stared at the golden blood that dripped.
Shinji was hunched over and wiped the blood from his cheeks.
“I-I’m not done yet”.
Erebus stared down.
“You’re on your last thread of life, yet you choose to rebel”.
Kronos leaped towards Erebus, catching him off guard as the God of Time released a punch that was way too slow for the amount of power that it produced, an incalculable moment.
“Gaia”!!
Erebus was completely stunned by the hand from below completely entrapping him, the entire force of Gaia was being used to hold him down.
Erebus crossed his hands and blocked the attack, he felt his entire body shake from the blow as he was launched backwards, golden ichor gushed out of him.
A hole laid in his neck.
Thousands of small black needles surrounded Kronos and pierced through him like a kebab, spilling golden blood all over.
Kronos stood there motionless, his pupils rolled into the back of his head.
