Chapter 100- Descendant Of The Gods (Second Arc Final Chapter)

“Hey, did you see the new girl in class 4? Apparently she works as an adventurer”.

“Really? What rank is she”?

“B+”.

“Wha-, that’s crazy”.

“Omg there she is”.

Her white hair swayed in the wind, her bright red eyes like small rubies that shined in the sunlight.

She wore a glove on her left hand, as if to conceal an injury she had gained from a mission.

Her eyes stoic as if she had seen everything the mortal plane had to offer.

“She’s so pretty, I just want to talk to her”.

“Then do it”.

“I can’t, I’m too nervous”.

Classroom C had only 3 people in its class, a generic looking girl with glasses, her fat friend and a boy who exuded the aura of a demon.

“I hate her, the new girl”.

“What did she even do to you”?

“I just despise her, the fact that she just came to this school and took everyone’s attention”.

“How about her brother, he’s always so secluded in the classroom”.

“I hate him too, those eyes of his, they’re unlike his sister’s, they’re so lifeless and empty, he looks like he’s about to kill me any second now”.

“Shh, be quiet or he’ll hear you”.

The demonic boy stared at them, his eyes empty, his hair white as a ghost.

“Shit, he’s looking right here, don’t look”.

He kept knocking his wrist against the desk and whispering to himself.

“I’m scared as fuck, they say that he’s killed people before”.

The girl grabbed her own head and looked directly at the desk.

“He’s coming over, don’t look at him”.

Her voice was silent, as her eyes were shaking.

We walked outside the class and closed the door.

“I thought I was going to die, he’s the fucking god of death or something”.

She looked at the sun setting in, her emerald eyes sparkling.

“I better get home before my mom scolds me”.

The sun settled as the environment around her became dark.

Dogs had started barking in the distance, as rain poured on her umbrella.

Her Orichalcum eyes glowing in the darkness of the night.

“I really shouldn’t be walking by myself but I doubt anyone can beat me”.

Rain splashed under her shoes, cars with bright lights passed by her.

“My socks are gonna get wet”.

She stared up, a building had started to crumble above her.

Her eyes squinted as she stared above.

“I wonder what’s happening above there”.

She reached out her hand as a block of debris came falling towards her.

Her emerald eyes glowed

“Move”.

The block of debris fell right beside her, crumbling into a pile of dust beneath her feet.

She kept staring above, a cloud of dust only filled her field of vision.

“What the hell is going on up there? Some kind of construction”?

A decapitated hand fell right beside her.

“Jesus christ, what the fuck is that”?

Her face was unfazed and her voice was monotone, every single thing that had came of out her mouth sounded sarcastic.

“I better get out of here before I get into trouble”.

Blood dripped from her umbrella, she stared at the drops of blood.

Stolen story; please report.

A human body fell right in front of her, his body lifeless, his eyes rolled into the back of his head. Rain bounced off his body, blood pooled under him.

The blood was under her feet, like a mirror, reflecting her face.

She leaned over the body and stared.

“Hey, you okay”?

She kicked the body’s head, his head rolled over.

His eyes suddenly rolled back forwards, baby blue eyes, hidden under his golden puffy hair.

“You’re alive”?

He tried to get a punch at her, his fist went through her body.

It phased right through, as if she were a ghost, she completely stopped.

The man rubbed his eyes, the girl with the umbrella appearing to walk away from him.

He ran towards her, trying to reach out his hand towards her.

It passed right through, she appeared behind him walking past him, her footsteps clashing with the sound of water under her feet.

She stared back at the man, watching him with her green emerald eyes.

A flash of light and blood rushed out like a tsunami of red.

He fell to the floor with a hole in his chest.

His eyes turned bright red as bright red horns grew from the top of his head.

A hand was shoved straight through his chest, she saw his bright red eyes and pale white hair.

A beating heart laid in his hand, bloody and pumping blood out of the arteries.

The demon instantly collapsed as he crushed the heart, blood streaming down his hand.

She stared at him and immediately proceeded to walk away.

“I promise, I didn’t see a single thing”.

He looked up at the building, the dust had cleared, showing a woman with long white hair standing in the rain.

“Hey Jaclyn, what should I do with her”?

She had red eyes with a damaged left hand, her hand had streaks on it as if it had been struck by lightning.

“Give her to the association, and see what they do”.

Her voice was stoic and calm, like a queen staring at someone lower than her.

“I’ve seen her before, isn’t she from our class? What was her name again? Yuki, if I recalled properly”.

Neila tried to grab her hand, his hand phasing right through.

“Either she’s a ghost or can control illusions, Jaclyn! Block her off”!

Jaclyn raised her hand towards Yuki, her hand in the shape of a finger-gun.

“Bang”.

The whole area was surrounded in a pink smoke.

The smoke filled her nose, everything went black as she collapsed onto the floor.

“What did you do to her”.

“Don’t worry Neila, I filled her up with so many hormones, it knocked her out”.

Her hair was wet as rain seeped down her head, the umbrella she was holding dropped and was carried by the strong wind.

“There goes the umbrella”.

Neila grabbed Yuki, putting her onto his back, Jaclyn and Neila walked together in the pouring rain.

“I really should’ve caught the umbrella, she’s going to get a fever”.

“Jaclyn, can’t you just run there with her”?

“It’ll kill her”.

“What”?

“The whiplash would kill her”.

Neila carried her to the back of a large and heavily guarded building.

Neila put her onto the chair, she laid there with handcuffs on her arms.

Her head laid on the wall, her mouth was open and snoring.

“I’ll go shower”.

Jaclyn was drenched in rain, her rain sticking to her skin as she dripped water while walking to the shower.

“Hey I brought someone here, they found out about us”.

“Hey can you also change her clothes? She might get a fever”.

“When did you care so much for people you didn’t know”? It was the voice of an alluring and mature woman’s voice. “Is it because she’s a cute girl”?

“Ms Anastasia, I couldn’t care less, so what are we going to do with her? We have to get her home before her parents find out”.

“Her parents? Her dad is gone and her mother is dead, I am her caretaker”.

“What? I didn’t know you had an adopted child”?

“I’m her aunt, her mother died because of you Neila, her mother’s Athena”.

“Wasn’t she known to be a virgin goddess? I wonder how she fell in love with someone”.

“To be honest, my brother was kind of a scumbag, I can’t believe she fell for him either, that’s why I became the new leader of the adventurer’s association because I was loosely related to Ms Schneider and already worked for her”.

“I really don’t want to listen to your entire ass backstory”. Neila sighed as he spoke in a calm and raspy voice.

“Anyways, I killed another Demon, I believe he called himself Pandora”.

“Hmm Pandora, Prometheus’ wife, from our research and what Athena told us, they’re the dead coming back to life, they came that way when they bursted through the portal, this changes everything”.

“Yea Ms Anastasia, I didn’t understand a single thing”.

“Pandora was the wife of Epimetheus, a woman, from which you told us, it was a he so Erebus is likely using the souls of the dead to possess humans just like Gods, the more of us that die, the larger their forces become, that explains why they haven’t completely eliminated us, it’s very likely that it’s Thanatos”.

“So what do you want me to do about it, beat the God Of Death”?

“Yes, all you need to do is weaken their forces while Jaclyn goes in by herself”.

“Ugh~”.

Yuki start twitching as she slightly opened her eyes.

“I’ll go shower now, I’m going to get sick”.

“Hey Neila wai-, nevermind go”.

Anastasia had a slight smile on her face as she put her hand onto her mouth, her other hand on her hip.

Neila walked into the shower his footsteps echoing in the steel halls , the sound of water hitting the ground filled his ears and white tiles were straight in front of him.

“Hey Neila, I didn’t think you’d be such a pervert”.

Water dripped down Jaclyn’s pitch black hair as she stared at Neila from the mirror in front of her.

Neila stared at the floor, ignoring Jaclyn’s body, his face slightly blushed.

“You forgot to lock the door, what would you expect”.

“Hey don’t blame me, you were the one that walked in here”.

“I thought you’d go like Ahh~ and hit me in the face”.

“Anyways I’m embarrassed about you seeing my naked body, get out before I actually hit you and stop looking, I can see your eyes staring at me”.

Jaclyn was covering herself either her arms, her red eyes piercing into Neila.

“Stop staring and get out already”.

Yuki woke up, Anastasia sat right beside her.

“Auntie? Where am I”?

Yuki rubbed her eyes, her hair wet as Anastasia rubbed Yuki’s hair with a towel and smiled.

“I have something to tell you about your mother”.

“Is she dead”?

“That’s not quite it, your mother was a god, instead of dying she was sealed deep underground”.

“Am I supposed to believe you? You know I’m not a child anymore right? Just tell me the truth”.

Anastasia looked into Yuki’s eyes, moving her hair off her face.

“My dear, you have the blood of the Greek Gods within you, your mother was the God of Battle Strategy, Athena”.
