“You’re not bad, you’re straight up just ass”. the demon admitted as it moved another piece, further encircling Shinji’s king. “But this game isn’t just about skill. It’s about foresight, and I have plenty of that.”
Shinji countered with a calculated move, but as the game progressed, the demon’s strategy became clearer: a web of traps was closing in around him. He moved his knight to threaten the demon’s queen, forcing a retreat, but the demon retaliated by sacrificing a pawn to gain positioning.
“Check again,” the demon said with a sinister grin.
The demon moved its bishop into position, and the faint glow of the chessboard intensified.
“Checkmate,” it said, its voice dripping with satisfaction.
Shinji stared at the board in silence, his mind replaying the last sequence of moves. He’d been outplayed—not by lack of skill, but by underestimating the depth of the demon’s foresight.
The chess table immediately disappeared, the only thing left there was a grave, by winning the game, the opponent’s powers were all restricted and user can unseal any creature.
“Typhon”.
Out came a large and monstrous creature with hundreds of snake heads, each head exuding smoke out of their mouths, a burst of fire shooting out of their mouths.
Typhon was one of the strongest beings alive, capable of even matching the power of Zeus himself, each head had a voice that could mimic the sound of every beast.
Born of Gaia and Tartarus, once being sealed in Mount Etna by Zeus, an embodiment of strength.

Shinji stood up, stretching his own arms and cracking his neck.
“Even with most my powers restricted, you think you can beat me”?
Large bursts of fire shot towards Shinji, he ran around the dimension narrowly dodging every single blast.
“Since all my energy is being stringified, why don’t I just”.
A blue string shot out from his palm, hitting the walls of the dimension like a spider setting up its web.
The snake heads began to hiss at him, trying to bite Shinji in half, but he was abnormally sharp, dodging every single attack with ease.
“Typhon what the hell are you doing!! Get his ass”!
All of the heads came from all sides, everywhere Shinji looked, there was a face of a snake.
Yet they all missed their marks, Shinji jumped up into the air, pulling a string around one of the snake’s heads, turning it into a balloon of blood, splattering all over the floor.
Shinji was bouncing off the walls like a frog, setting up his web of string and wrapping up the large creature.
“Say goodbye to your summon”.
All the heads were surrounded by a web, the walls began to collapse into the dragon, the sharp glass like panes of the barrier began to pierce the large creature, blood started dripping from it.
“This is so stupid!! Typhon give me your abilities”!!
Shinji stood up, Typhon’s blood rushing down his leg, he rushed towards the demon, using brute force to try and hit him.
“I know what would work here”.
“Ultimate”.
Shinji raised his left arm up into the air, a violet glow emanating from within his palm, a small pebble started to disintegrate.
“Ability”.
The demon stumbled back onto the floor, shaking at the sight of the beam of light.
“Allagi”.
An ultimate dimension that engulfs the real world, anything within the dimension’s range which is a 4 foot by 4 foot radius can be completely turned into energy.
Even an object as small as a pebble can be turned into a nuclear bomb.
“Asami! Set up a barrier”!!
Aoi yelled out, his summon stood right in front of them protecting them with its body, a golden glow acting as a wall.
Asami clasped her hands, hundreds of stone golems stood in front of them, the heat began to chip away at the stone turning it into molten lava.
Shinji clasped his hands and smiled.
“Burn”.
Fire began to rise from down below, burning into the sky, piercing through the clouds and into the atmosphere.
A large pillar of light and heat causing a crater into the ground of the Earth, the ground quaked as the nearby surrounding area started melting away, charring and heating up rocks turning into lava that burnt the barren wasteland.
Not a single trace of the demon, completely burnt to a crisp.
Shinji cleaned away the dust from his arms as he sighed.
“That really took a lot out of me”.
