I flew what I think was back towards where I came from, but there was no sign of anything there but more grass. The forest had completely disappeared, and I was abandoned in the sea of grass, with no cultists to help me. Alright it’s fine. Grass can’t hurt me, I’m a tree, with big roots that will steal all of their nutrients. Actually, can I steal their nutrients? It worked a little on the flytrap… right?

I flew down a little, towards the possibly murder grass… Uhh, this is a good idea, right? Alright, don’t back down! I landed on the maybe murder grass and- OH GOD IT BURNS! WHY DOES THE GRASS BURN!?!?! I quickly flew back up, away from the definitely murder grass. Looking down, my legs were half the size they were before… That’s… oh God. I LOST MY LEGS! I NEEDED THOSE! I NEED THOSE TO LAND ON THINGS! MY POOR LEGS! WHAT KIND OF GRASS BURNS OFF YOUR LEGS!?!?!

I flew off to an area of grass that hadn’t grown yet, to slow down my definitely not so inevitable death. And the grass started growing over where I moved. How does it even tell I’m above it!?!?! It has no eyes! GRASS CAN’T SEE! Whatever! Evil grass doesn’t need to make sense! The fact that it’s evil already makes it make no sense. It being able to see is just icing on the cake.
