Lee Minseo, the loser winner, loses hope in the world and himself. He believes he is worthless, which may seem true as he can't save anyone. Amidst the overwhelming despair, he choose commit suicide he can't stand the worthlessness he felt. And so he created the gallows from the rope which he found on the room. He is ready to die the rope is know tied on his head he just need to jump on the chair.

("It's gonna be a waste for him to die," said the mysterious guy. "Yeah, sir would not be happy," added the other mysterious guy. "Hmm, aha! how about this.")

Ding! A loud notification is heard just before Lee Minseo jumps, making him pause in his action.

"What?!" He was shocked as he fell into the chair, the ropes around his head started to strangle him. He tried to resist, gasping for air as the rope was already around his head. Fortunately, it wasn't tied tightly, and he managed to avoid the imminent danger of strangulation.

A holographic screen appears coincidentally? That's too much of a coincidence, especially when he was about to commit suicide. Is the world playing against him? He reads what the screen says, and it's mind-boggling, truly crazy. It feels like he's being played by fate.

"Revival Well Cassette." The bold letters said, accompanied by a picture of a well. In its description, it says, "Did you know there is a game after finishing, whoever you wish to revive will be revived?" It is short, but the description makes Lee Minseo laugh and feel angry again. The world seems to be playing against him, telling him to live. It's as if someone is watching him. Is there?

It costs 100,000 game points. Maybe if he obtains it, he could revive... Michelle? Or is it Sarah? He doesn't even know her name. He will revive her again, no matter what happens, even if he has to kill.

How to obtain game points? He has 4150 game points. As he looks through his history, he finds out he obtained free 100 points at the start of the world, 50 points for the half points of a certain someone he killed, 1000 points for obtaining the pacifist achievement, 1000 points for clearing the game the first time, and 2000 points for clearing a solo match. In total, he has 4150 points, which is far from the 100,000 points needed.

In order to obtain points, he needs to play a battle again. He decides to do it, but as he navigates the playing choices, he finds out that he would obtain 2000 points for solo, 1000 points for duo, and 500 points for squad. He also realizes that it is a battle of death, meaning he needs to kill to obtain points.

Should he do it? Again, he is having second though. Then, he reminisces the past when he was together with Michelle. It was too short, just three hours, but she saved his life multiple times. He must do it, and then he promises himself he will never be weak again. He will never have second though again, and he will become strong for the sake of reviving her.

Lee Minseo chooses to play solo, aiming to obtain more points and more kills. His heart is now changed, ready for war.And so starting from that day, the world will know him as "The Lone Hunter".

He drops at the Bitter River again, the center of the map and the most populated area. There will be hell, but he is ready for the battle; he will survive no matter what.

Noobs. There are a lot of noobs; it's just 5 hours since the world began, so information about this world is scarce. People are dying because of parachuting and dying because they don't know how to kill. Lee Minseo has already figured out how the world works: kill to survive.

He quickly gets inside a house and takes a gun. There's a guy who also enters through the other door of the house. The man quickly puts his hands in the air. "I'm not an enemy, man." But Lee Minseo has already hardened his heart; it must be kill to survive. So, he instantly shoots the guy, and since the guy has nothing, he instantly dies.

People need to adapt to survive, especially if information is scarce. However, these people are incredulous about the truth of the world. Lee Minseo gives them the truth, and it is to kill. He kills a lot of people before chaos breaks out in the city.

Some retreat, some hide and some adapt. He obtains 4 kills before people have starts to adapt, making killing them more challenging, but he needs to, even he have to hunt them in the end of the world.

Lee Minseo survives the game, no matter what happens. Even the people he kills ask for mercy, in groups or try to seduce him, but they all meet their end at his hands, he hunt and killed them.

He won the game to the end, achieving his second solo win. This time, he obtains a lot of kills 20 people kill. He earns the achievement "Merciless Killer" and there points which is 2000 points in all, and an additional 2000 points for winning the solo game.

And so this is the start of Lee Minseo's making of a name, a name that will become feared and hated by many – "The Lone Hunter."
