Chapter 2.2 : Tibet

Chapter 2.2 : Tibet

As Diana stepped out of the plane and smelled the slightly dirty air of Beijing, a small smile couldn't help but appear on her face.

Only ten minutes after Diana arrived in Beijing, she left the city on a plane to the Lhasa Gonggar Airport, towards Tibet.

...

"Miss, do you really want to go to a place like that alone?" asked the taxi driver as he looked at the teenage girl in the back seat of his taxi.

"Did I not pay you enough?" asked Diana, causing the taxi driver to let out a sigh before beginning to drive away from the airport, going far past the edges of the city.

As Diana traveled further and further from the airport, the roads on which the taxi traveled on became worse and worse, and eventually, after three hours of driving, the taxi finally arrived to it's destination.

Seeing this, a smile couldn't help but appear on Diana's face, causing her to suddenly open her wallet and hand the man another thousand dollars as she got out of the car and walked away into the bushes.

Although the taxi driver was somewhat surprised, compared to the other things he had seen in his life, this scene was in fact somewhat tame, as such, he quickly drove off, no longer wanting to stay in this cursed place.

...

Feeling the snowflakes touch her face, a smile couldn't help but appear on Diana's face, as she quickly took off her thick jacket and threw it into the snow, after that, Diana also threw off her hoodie, only leaving a t-shirt on herself.

Although usually, Diana did not like the sun in the slightest, as such, she covered as much of her skin as possible, it seemed as though the temperatures, which were under 15 degrees celsius, gave Diana more power than usual, allowing her to no longer restrain herself.

Of course, this feeling could not compare to the utter rush of power which Diana felt when the sun finally fell to the ground, welcoming the night.

"It looks like the diary was true, I smell at least one of them," mumbled Diana as she took off her boots and socks, letting her bare feet sink into the snow.

After a few moments, Diana began walking into the mountains, searching for the scent she had just managed to sense.

...

Even in the frigid conditions of Tibet, humans could survive and even thrive, and right now, standing in front of Diana were six such humans, five teens and one adult.

One thing differentiated these six humans from any other humans that Diana had seen, muscles, even the youngest teen who only looked 12 to 13, looked as though he could fight a grown man, having extremely huge muscles.

Right now, the adult man, who was a complete giant hulking beast full of muscle, watched as three of the teens balanced themselves on one of their fingers.

At the same time, two other teens stood in two small ponds, as ripples moved through the water starting from their feet.

Suddenly, the man turned his eyes towards a bush, as a frown suddenly appeared on his face.

"Was there something there, or were my eyes misleading me?" mumbled the man, speaking mandarin.

Without any warning, a hand suddenly pierced the man through his neck, causing him to suddenly freeze in place, both figuratively, and literally.

Under the horrified eyes of the teens, the body of the man was suddenly encased in a block of ice, as all of the blood was then drained in his body by the figure behind him.

Without any warning, one of the teens who was sitting in water, suddenly jumped toward Diana, being followed three others as golden lights appeared on their fists.

But as soon as the four approached Diana, the latter disappeared and appeared behind them as the four of them turned into ice statues.

Suddenly, Diana moved her head at an unnatural angle, almost completely dodging the punch of the last kid, only letting it graze her cheek a tiny bit as she moved her leg at a similarly unnatural degree, stabbing him in the neck with the nail on her foot.

"Nice try kiddo," mumbled Diana before swiftly ending the life of the last kid, giving him one last mercy, only sucking out his blood after the latter had died.

Staring at the six corpses in front of her, Diana couldn't help but fall into thought.

"As expected, if not eliminated, the Hamon Tribe could posses some threat to me if they cooperate with stand users," mumbled Diana, as she touched the tiny wound on her cheek, feeling it heal at a much slower speed than usual.

...

An old man stood completely still on the top of a hill, overlooking a small village below him,

Suddenly, the eyes of man popped open, as he suddenly stared at the village, where over fifty small figures were now enveloped in a fight, chasing after another small figure.

But just as the old man was about to jump down from the top of the cliff, his head was suddenly bashed into the rock behind him by a ruthless punch.

Although the old man had used hamon to protect his head, but sadly, the power of the invisible punch was far too much for the old man to bear, as his head popped open like a balloon.

The moment Tempo Symphony punched the old man, Diana, who was already extremely fast compared to normal humans, suddenly sped up, catching two hamon warriors by surprise and cutting off their heads.

"Hamon warriors you disappoint me, I thought this fight would be more fun, you are weaker than what my father described," said Diana as she dodged another hamon-enhanced punch with the new speed she had gained.

For the next thirty seconds, the number of hamon warriors chasing after Diana continued increasing, reaching over two hundred, but after that, the number suddenly dropped off sharply as an invisible figure suddenly began culling them.

With every single punch of the figure, the bodies of several hamon warriors would be smashed to pieces, with every single punch, both Diana and her stand Tempo Symphony became faster and faster.

So fast in fact, that Diana no longer ran away from the warriors, but rather, jumped into their ranks and slaughtered them at a speed they could not react to.

After a while, some hamon warriors tried running away, but sadly, they still met the same fate, as the both Diana and Tempo Symphony had become far too fast for any human to react to.

Even to fast for Diana herself in fact.

"So, this is the limit of my body," thought Diana, sensing her body begin to tear apart as she tried to go faster and faster.

Knowing this, Diana stopped using the power of her stand to increase her speed, now using it to slow down her opponents, making them even more vulnerable.

...

That night, not a single living being from the Hamon Tribe managed to escape the rampage, as all 232 warriors, as well as the 854 noncombatants, died.

Some tried to escape, but under Diana's half-vampire nose, which she had inherited from her father, Dio, not one single one of them managed to escape.

...

Staring at the huge, several meters tall boulders in front of her, in which the way to practice hamon was clearly inscribed, Diana suddenly let out a punch, shattering it to pieces.

"Tempo Symphony, you go and destroy anything else you can find in this place leave nothing behind," mumbled Diana, staring at the huge burning pile of corpses behind her for a moment before beginning to grind the stone to dust, wanting to destroy it, not daring to leve any little bit of it behind in the world

From today on, with only a single exception, Joseph Joestar, all other hamon users have been wiped out of existence.
