As soon as Alec opened his eyes, he lost his balance and nearly fell down.
Then getting up he looked around, he found himself inside a small but mostly empty room. With only one bed that was nailed to the floor under it.
The floor, roof, and walls were all made out of wood. All of them shaking pretty erratically, making Alec believe that an earthquake was going on.
So he rushed madly in the direction of the door, which he opened to quickly get outside. Upon getting there he found himself under a pitch black sky, marred with multiple streaks of lightning and ominous clouds.
Seeing that he couldn't help but exclaim.
"How did I get from a damn cave into a whole sea storm?!"
Shouting this out in the noise of the storm, Alec then pinched the space between his brows. Having a heavy feeling like he was forgetting something. But not really able to pinpoint what exactly it was, no matter how much energy he applied into thinking.
Putting that thought in the back burner for now, Alec then looked to where he heard a loud crashing noise. It coming form the back of the ship, which a tidal wave just hit right now.
Creating a shower of sea water, that even touched few spots on Alec's clothes. The same ones he had wore, back when he was in the gun range. Only without the earmuffs, and the safety goggles.
Taking a whiff of the wetted slot, Alec noticed how it gave off a stale and salty smell. That was just slightly worse than what the air itself here smelled like.
Shaking his head as to no longer pay focus on that, he looked around to find something he can use.
That he found quickly liying on the deck, near the area below that was below the broken mast of the ship. It was the shredded sails and the tying ropes. That had gotten battered like the rest of the ship, likely due to the abuse from the sea storm.
Still, finding the use of the rope in this situation, Alec then first tied it a number of times to his left leg. Doing that he began to tie it on the railing, close to the ship's mast.
After him tying the a single knot to it, he prepared to tie the next one. But in between him doing that, the ship got lifted by an extremely massive wave. This one finally capsizing the sea vessel, making it fall while facing the sea surface vertically.

The bow of the ship pointed right up at the sky, meanwhile Alec started falling straight down. But was thankfully saved by the rope he had tied to his feet.
That slowly to his horror started loosening, due to being properly tied to the railing just once.
Stricken by fear Alec flailed around, looking to somehow find a solution to this problem. Regretfully the rope got loose before he could find any, as he fell towards the dangerous sea waves.
Still n the middle of his fall Alec did not gave into despair, trying to find a chance for survival. That he saw in the shape of a rope, hanging down at some distance from him.
One that was extending from the mast, only a couple feet away from him. Towards which he extended his free hand, but it showed no movement at. In response upon seeing that, Alec loudly shouted a single word in the still present noise of the storm.
"Rope!"
As soon as him doing that, the rope started to show movement. As it then began to start closing its distance with him, only just reaching slightly short and be enough to reach him. While he was still heading towards the dangerous, which he had no chance on surviving if fallen into.
This made him grip the rope connected to him, even tighter than before. Clearly due to the frustration that he so clearly felt.
Only for him to have a brief stunned expression, as if getting an idea. That he started to implement by releasing his hold on the rope.
Kicking fiercely with his left leg, that was connected to that rope, sent the rope flying to the other one one that was coming. As it went from slack to get significantly tighter, heading towards the other rope.
Upon reaching close to each other, both ropes tied to each other. Seemlessly joining together, then slowly tightening itself. Under Alec's control as he did not wish to do it too fast and end up losing his leg in return.
Very soon Alec's decent into the ocean stopped, this made him finally relax slightly. This made the adrenaline to wear off, making him get extremely tired and not move. Not even wanting think or do anything, while his entire body told him to take a rest now.
After hanging like that, being still for a minute or two. Alec got hit by a small wave of water. With this he then shouted again.
"Pull up!"
After giving that shout Alec then lost his consciousness. Even in him being in this state, the rope kept pulling him up. Doing so until it possibly could not anymore.
The ship meanwhile kept on sinking, with Alec soon reaching close to the sea floor. No longer conscious enough to actually put up a resistance anymore.
Right when he was about to come into contact with it, a tile of stone rose from directly underneath him. Not letting him sink alongside with the ship, that had long since submerged into the sea.
There was a strange quietness that soon made itself present, while neither the sky nor sea showing any visible change.
Multiple such stone tiles soon rose like the first, giving formation to what seemed like a path.
That someone slowly walked through, it was a tall figure with grey skin and stone armor.
Who stepped through the path, and readily reached close to Alec. Untying his legs from the rope, the tall figure walked back to where they had come from.
The figure walked through the stone tile path, always keeping one foot on the stone tile, meanwhile carrying Alec with both arms. While the stone tiles receded back into the sea, as soon as the armored figure got too far from one.
After walking through hundreds of steps on the stone tiles, a tall spiral tower appeared in both their vicinity. Clearly the destination that the tall grey figure wished to reach.
Heading to its direction, walking on the stone pathway. Without ever changing the pace of its steps, no matter how close it got to its destination.
That the armored figure soon reached close to, yet the entrance to the tower was clearly much higher. The grey figure finally stopping below at the final step under the tower's base.
Staying without making a single noise, or even a slight show of movement. Keeping Alec steady in the arms, and no visible expression under the armor that it wore.
Soon that final tile rose in height. Until they were now at the level of the tower's doorstep. Where two massive stone doors served as the doorway.
Which automatically opened and the tall figure stepped inside. The doors then closed behind them. Looking as if they existed since an era long forgotten.
