I could learn Swahili, I could learn Hindi, I certainly wish to grow, I wish to learn more, and it's true that river flows, but the matrix goes so deep, and no matter where you are, if the night sky wished it, you could conquer the world, I'm not greater than fate, I'm not greater the Earth, must I be so focused on the internal, it’s true, I wish to explore the West, the grand ocean depths, I want to see how deep I can go, but what is life, what sustains it, if a monk was trained, could he not simply survive, on dew drops, on honey, if I had to, I would eat worms for eternity, must life be greater than this, the vast expanse of space, I don’t even wish to explore it, I just want to be buried, six feet underground, I want to dream, for eternity, and no matter how far I go, the heights I conquer, or the beasts I’ve slain, and the women I’ve laid with, could it not all be contained within the mundane, just a rock moving, a tree dreaming, a cock calling, yelling at the sun, the night comes, the wolves reveal themselves, and howl at the moonlight, just a dance, and energy moving through our veins, that grand architecture, our sin and our chains, I don’t wish to yearn, I just want to accept my fate.
