I don’t even know,

What is going on anymore,

The world echoed out,

It’s still here,

This snake pit,

Wrapping, wrapping,

Entangling, our hair,

So much string,

The ladder to heaven,

My answers,

Is this poetry a reflection,

When you read it,

Does it flow away from,

Holy water,

Streaming,

Splashing over my mouth,

Slurp from it, the fountain of life,

Jokes, a pepperoni pizza,

Selfishness, humanity, it’s echo,

Is it pretty, what a lovely pie,

Let’s share, why,

Because we're a family,

The West extends,

The legion calls,

The sun rises,

Life hurts,

But try to be accepting,

Of your answers,

Angels and demons,

Wolves and worms,

Foxes and hens,
