The sunlight is shining, it’s beginning, revealing who we truly are, we can no longer hide, soon we'll be burning, look to your left, look to your right, there is trash everywhere, it extends to the horizon, the cookie is crumbling, and as we fall, we're going to look ugly, maybe love and romance will save us, I need it desperately, a delusion, to cover me up, we're all so naked, don’t look at me, I'm ashamed of who I've become, the clock is ticking, looking back, we'll ask, what kind of fool were you, I'd smile and say, the kind who dared to love and be loved, and from the heavens, a turd would fall on my face, for the shameful words I was made to say, whatever homie, we’re not architects, we didn’t arrange the story this way, we’re just rivers, flowing along our assigned space, the heavens ask so many questions, and the cookie is going to crumble either way, when they call hierarchy, we’ll fall where we’re meant to be, don’t think about it so deeply, just walk, good days and bad days, take it in stride, maybe life will be easy, or for all the sin that we’re drenched in, there could be judgement, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves, let’s do our work first, don’t you believe in freedom?
