They entered the tower and began to ascend. They faced many challenges, such as puzzles, riddles, and enemies. They also saw more clues and hints about the ancient civilization, and their secrets and mysteries. They worked together, using their skills and intelligence to overcome the obstacles. They also supported each other, encouraging and comforting each other when needed. They felt a strong bond and a deep trust, as well as a friendship.
They reached the top of the tower, where there was a large and ornate door. The Demon Lord said that this was the final test and that they had to open the door together. He said that he did not know what was behind it, but that he hoped that it was the cure. He also said that he trusted Luna and wanted to share this moment with her. He asked her if she was ready and if she wanted to join him.
Luna looked into his eyes and felt a surge of emotion. She realized that she trusted him too and that she wanted to see what was behind the door. She also realized that she wanted to join him in his quest and help him in his mission. She decided to accept his offer and said yes. She nodded, and he nodded back. They then opened the door.
They were greeted by a bright and blinding light, that enveloped them and the tower. They felt a warm and soothing sensation, that filled them with joy and peace. They also felt a change, that altered them and the world. They did not know what it was, but they knew that it was something good. They smiled, and hugged each other, feeling happy and fulfilled.
They had found the cure, completing their journey.
It took them three weeks to get back to the Capital of the Demon Realm where Luna said her goodbyes to Demon Lord and Leo since they had to go back to their city as well.

Lilith decided first to use a branding rod and started burning every single spot on his body. "MHMHMMHM" Arthur couldn't scream but made a weird gurgling noise. It felt like he was getting thrown into the fire, healed, and then thrown in again. He felt awful. After having her fun with the branding rod she switched over to a hammer and started smashing his legs and arms. First his left leg. BOOM, CRACK. 'It hurts it hurts so much' Arthur thought while sobbing. Right leg. BOOM, CRACK. Arthur passed out from the pain when the hammer hit his right leg, but was instantly jolted awake by the healer. Left arm. BOOM, CRACK. Not even realizing what had happened he passed out again. Quickly getting jolted awake again,
"Your Liege, I think that's enough, if you keep hitting him he'll die. Even if he doesn't die, he will keep passing out if you continue." The Scientist told Lilith nervously.

“Really?” She sneered, contempt dripping from her voice. “Such a pathetic weakling.” She spat on his face after saying that, making him flinch. "Let's get started with the eye transplant then Scientist."
"Yes, Your Majesty. I'll start the process immediately." Sorting out all the tools, Lilith got impatient and just went up to Arthur and plucked out his eye with her hand "MHAMHM" Arthur made another gurgling sound.
"Just put in the eye Scientist, I don't have time for all this," Lilith said annoyed
"UH Yes, ma'am." The scientist started using his magic to fuse the eye into Arthur's eye socket. Which it did successfully, but when the nerves from the eye connected with Arthur's something odd happened. Arthur started violently convulsing and vomiting. "Hold him down, healer!" The Scientist screamed, "Don't let him die in his vomit!" Arthur felt hands grab his head and hold it so that he could look down. Lilith was staring at him with intrigue, in her experience, no one had gotten this far in the process. Normally the human test subject immediately died when the nerves from the Demon Eye connected into their own.
Arthur was different, he subconsciously activated all his Gifts at full power which resulted in him connecting with the eye but also convulsing and vomiting because of the stress the Gifts were putting on him. Lilith saw that it was a success, he might be convulsing for the next few days but the vomiting should stop after the intertwining of the nerves is finished. She couldn't believe that it worked, she talked a big game to Arthur but she thought that it would probably fail just like all the other times. Arthur stopped vomiting by now but was still convulsing, the after-effects of using his Gifts at full power.
"It worked Scientist." The scientist felt a wave of relief wash over him.
“It’s over, My Liege. We’ve completed this project and we can focus on something else.” He had worked tirelessly on this for years, barely resting between subjects. Arthur was passed out at this point. Now all they had to do was wait for him to wake up and then ask him a few questions about his current predicament and see if the eye had any other negative effects on him.

Lilith’s face was the first thing Arthur saw when he opened his eyes. He gasped. “You’ve been sleeping for a week, Arthur. How do you feel?” Lilith inquired, curious about his response.
"I don't know, I feel normal. But for some reason, I don't seem to hate you anymore."
"Huh." Lilith was surprised he said such a thing. "So how do you feel about me?"
"Nothing." Arthur answered straight-faced.
"Well, isn't that interesting." Lilith said with an excited look on her face." Are you sure? Nothing, not even a little bit of hate? If I told you to betray humanity and fight with the Demons would you?"
"I would have no problems betraying Humans." The Devil had to take a step back to appreciate her new super soldier. She gazed into his soul and recoiled in shock. His entire soul was tainted in dark mana. 'That explains his lack of emotions I guess. Normally signing a contract would have the opposite effect but that's giving up half of your soul, this is not giving up your soul but merging with the Eye's magic. Lilith ran out of the room to inform the Demon King of the news.
