I knew that this was going to be a tough battle, but I was determined to come out on top. I charged toward the sword-wielding orc. He swung his weapon with great force, but I managed to parry the attack and land a swift blow to his side. The orc stumbled, but he quickly regained his balance and got back on his feet. The mage orc was quick to react, hurling a fireball towards me. I managed to dodge it, but not before it singed my arm. The pain was excruciating, but I knew I couldn't let it distract me from the fight.
I continued my fight against the sword-wielding orc, blocking and dodging his attacks. I waited for the right moment to strike, and when it arrived, I delivered a piercing blow through the orc's chest, causing him to fall to the ground. But the mage orc was still a threat, and I knew I had to take him out quickly. I activated 'Gift of Speed', swinging my sword with all my might. I managed to slice through his arm, causing him to drop his staff.
With the mage orc disarmed, I took advantage of the opportunity and delivered a final blow, ending the fight. I emerged victorious, but not unscathed. My arm was badly burned, and I had a few cuts and bruises.
Despite my injuries, I felt a sense of pride and satisfaction. I had defeated two orcs in a fierce battle, and I knew that my skills as a swordsman had saved my life. The injuries were not fatal and I got out of there as quickly as possible in case the fight drew attention from nearby forces, I had to get faster if I had been faster I would have dodged the attack toward my arm completely instead of the half dodge I did and still had it fully functioning. The pride and satisfaction I had felt quickly vanished as I began checking my arm seeing I probably wouldn't be able to use it until I got myself to a healer or something that could treat it.

I'm almost in the Dwarfen continent now, but I'll probably first go get my arm fixed by one of the small towns before going to the capital for a sword. The only reason I'm able to do this is because the First Knight gave me one of his seals which would get me a free sword, since he did a favor for these dwarfs in some war I don't know about. If only I focused on school I probably would have remembered. I chuckled a bit at that.
I saw the town just up ahead and chose to ask around for a healer rather than just looking for one myself to save some time.
"Hello there. Do you guys have a healer in the town I could go see?" The Dwarf looked at my arm with disgust before answering
"Straight ahead then turn right the healer should be there somewhere for you human"
"Thank you very much sir" I hurriedly walked towards the location he told me about without looking too hasty. As I turned the corner I saw it in big bolded letters: 'The Arcane Gateway' I almost fell with how much I laughed at the name, maybe not the most honorable moment in my life but I couldn't resist after seeing that name. I walked in after calming down and saw an old-looking Dwarf man sitting behind the counter.
"What can I get for ya human?"
"I heard you guys can heal my arm." He took a look before answering
"Sure we can for 20 Riel" My eyes almost popped out of their sockets at the price
"20 Riel you can't be serious!?"
"As serious as can be human now pay up or leave" I couldn't believe I was getting scammed this badly for a simple healing spell.
"Fine I'll pay how long will the healing process take"
"I can get ya back in tip-top shape in 15 minutes boy," He said rather eagerly, basically admitting to me that I got scammed.
"Get on with it"
"Wil do!"
After getting my arm fixed it felt brand new but it couldn't lift my sour mood from that ridiculous price that he charged me at. Ridiculous. After moaning and groaning about the price for about 10 minutes straight I got back on the road towards the Capital of the Dwarfen continent, i calculated from the map I also bought from him that it should take me about 5 hours if I start jogging here. Alright, off I go.
I did run into some Dwarfs along the way but of course, since were in the Dwarf continent no one bothered me as long as I didn't bother them, so I arrived at the capital rather smoothly. Walking through the gate I was stopped by two guards who asked me to pay the entry fee of 3 Riel which I did which left me with a total of 27 Riel left. I was ever so thankful that the First Knight gave me 50 Riel Instead of the 10 I was planning to leave with. He also left me with the name of the blacksmith I should be getting my sword made at his name is Thorgrim, he said this Smith made his sword as well. So he should be an excellent smith, I hope.
Looking around aimlessly made me take longer than I would like to admit to finding his smithy but after finding it I went in and saw the man already busy making a blade, I just silently watched for a bit at his work. I could see why the First Knight suggested this man, he was talented I saw swords of all shapes and sizes. I should probably decide on what type of blade I should ask for. I was thinking maybe a Katana since it fits my fast movement-based combat style.
"Ahh, you scared me sir" I was so deep in thought that I didn't realize that the man called Thorgrim was standing right in my face.
"hehe, what brings you here human?"
"I was thinking of having a sword forged by you, sir. Since you are one of the best."
"Boy, I don't make swords just for anyone ye know."
"Yes I know sir the first knight told me so as well so he gave me his seal for you to make me a blade"
"Did he now? Show me it would ya." After showing him the seal and his approval he started asking me more about which type of sword I would like, and I told him I would like a katana made out of any ore that would make it light but hard. He quickly understood what I meant and told me he should be done with it in a week. The problem is having to stay here for a week will cost a lot of money... Oh well, I'll just find an inn and think of the problems later.
