Luna stared watching the fight straight-faced. She didn't want to interfere and risk losing her relationship with Arthur since he's a power ally to have on her side when she decides to fight the Demon King

"Why didn't you interfere or help Seifer?" Arthur asked turning to her.

"Because you and I have the same goal." Luna could see the surprise on his face. "The Demon King is a tyrannical leader, so I want to usurp him and become the new leader of the Demons."

"That's... quite the big goal you have, but I plan to wipe the Demons."

"You can wipe the soldiers and attack Akippe and the Demon King, but when I take over I want to have a truce with Akippe and live in peace. Would you be able to convince your leaders of such a thing?"

"Follow me." Arthur started sprinting out of the city at such a high speed he looked like a blur to a normal person, Luna followed with teleportation. They finally got out of the city and continued their conversation in the forest nearby. "I don't know about convincing the leaders about a truce with the Demons, but I can promise that if you can take over this land if we kill the Demon King I will try my hardest to convince anyone that you're on our side."

"That works for me, so how do you plan to escape this Realm?"

"By going through Scarlett and Michael's portal. They should have a portal with low power which leads to destabilization if too many people go through, and that will lead to the Demons not being able to follow and support Scarlett and Michael when we fight them on the other side."

"And you think we could beat them?"

"Yes, they should be weak to you since they signed contracts with Demons, I overheard the King talking about that by the way so that's how I know about it."

"I see, which of the two do you plan on fighting?"

"I'll be fighting Michael and you'll be fighting Scarlett. I should be strong enough now to overwhelm any blood technique he might try to use to slow me down and Scarlett uses earth magic which you directly counter."

"Okay, that makes sense. Do you know when they'll be leaving and where their Portal is located?"

"The portal is located south of our current position and they should be leaving in the next week."

"Alright, I trust you." Arthur raised his eyebrow at that but didn't say anything further.

"Arthur killed one of the Demons that were sent to follow him and the other one wasn't found, you think he killed both?" Michael asked Scarlett as they closed the distance toward their portal.

"No, I think he partnered up with the remaining demon and fled somewhere into the forest."

"Why would he partner with her?" Michael asked curiously

"I could sense her bloodlust toward the King, probably has some type of vendetta against him."

"Wouldn't the King notice that and dispose of her?"

"Yeah, he did notice but ignored her because of his pride. He thought she would never be able to become powerful enough to kill or even harm him." Scarlett answered. They were already close to the portal when she closed the conversation.

As soon as they stepped through the portal, Scarlett and Michael were ambushed by Arthur and Luna. The two pairs were evenly matched, with each displaying incredible fighting skills. Michael's blood manipulation was a difficult challenge for Arthur to overcome, but he was able to evade most of Michael's attacks using his Flash step technique. Meanwhile, Luna was struggling to keep up with Scarlett's powerful earth magic.

The ground trembled as Scarlett summoned a massive boulder and flung it at Luna, who managed to barely dodge it by teleporting to the side. Luna then retaliated by creating a black hole beneath Scarlett's feet, causing her to lose her balance. With Scarlett off balance, Luna was able to close in and strike her with a powerful punch, knocking her to the ground. Arthur lunged at Michael with his sword, delivering a series of quick and precise strikes. Michael's blood constructs were no match for Arthur's Dawn Splitter sword.

However, Michael was not one to go down without a fight. He summoned a torrent of blood, which erupted from the ground and took the form of a gigantic serpent. Arthur was forced to dodge and weave as the serpent lunged at him, its teeth bared and poised to strike. Luna saw that Arthur was in trouble and came to his aid, teleporting behind Michael and unleashing a barrage of black holes at him. Michael was caught off guard and stumbled, giving Arthur the opportunity to strike with his sword. He landed a powerful blow on Michael's shoulder cutting it clean off, causing him to cry out in pain.

Scarlett, seeing that Michael was in trouble, turned her attention to Luna. She created another massive boulder and flung it at Luna, who once again dodged it with her teleportation ability. Luna then launched a counter-attack, creating a massive black hole that sucked Scarlett towards it.

Scarlett struggled to keep her footing as she was dragged towards the black hole, but she was eventually able to break free using her earth magic. She retaliated by launching a barrage of boulders at Luna, who barely managed to dodge them with her teleportation ability.

Finally, Arthur saw his opportunity and lunged at Michael once again. This time, he landed a decisive blow, slicing through Michael's blood constructs and delivering a final strike through his heart. Scarlett was on the defense because of the overwhelming amount of black holes Luna was throwing at her when suddenly she heard someone appear behind her. It was Arthur, he quickly sliced her head off.

The battle was over, and Luna and Arthur emerged victorious. They looked at each other, both exhausted but relieved that they had managed to overcome such powerful opponents. They knew that their journey was far from over, but they were ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
