The castle echoed with Lilith’s footsteps as she dashed through the halls, seeking Asmodeus, the Demon King. She found him sitting on his golden throne crystals, and gems embedded into every corner of the seat.
"Asmodeus darling, I have wonderful news!" Lilith spoke incredibly fast.
"What is it, Lilith."
"The boy those humans brought in a few months ago has absorbed and bonded with the Eye of Ugallu!" Aeshma was in front of her instantly, to her he looked like he had teleported. 'What terrifying power'.
"Where is he? Show me everything he can do."
"Well he's still recovering from the procedure but should be ready to move in a few days," Lilith replied "His overall power should have at least tripled or quadrupled because of the merging of souls."
"Merging of souls?"
"Oh yes, I forgot to mention that the boy's soul has been tainted with dark mana likely meaning that his soul and the soul of the Eye of Ugallu have merged."
"That's incredible." Aeshma said with a surprised look on his face. A look Lilith has never seen before from the usually stoic devil.
"It is indeed but enough of that let's have some fun." Lelith gave Asmodeus a look before moving to the bedroom.

It's been three days since Arthur woke up from his week-long slumber. When he saw Lilith walk back into the torture room with keys rattling at her side, she quickly unlocked all his chains and didn't even make a move to restrain him. "Please follow me, Arthur" He did as he was told and followed without question. They walked through the halls of the Castle, until reaching the throne room where the Demon King was sitting.
"Hello there Arthur, my name is Asmodeus, or Demon King as most people know me."
"Nice to meet you, Your Majesty. What can I do for you."
"You're going to join my elite squad and kill the Dwarf King." Arthur had no qualms with killing the Dwarf king but something inside him was almost forcing him to listen to Asmodeus. Which Arthur didn't like one bit, but ignored for now since he had no desire to try to figure out the meaning behind it.
Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
"How many members will my party have?" Replied Arthur
"three including yourself." Arthur frowned a bit at that, trying to kill a king with only three people was highly risky and could easily backfire.
"Isn't three people too low of a number, Sir?" He asked
"Not at all. If you were to see your squad members you probably would come to the same conclusion I came to. Arthur, your power should have at least tripled or quadrupled because of the merging of souls meaning you can use your Gifts up to 4x as much as you could have before getting the Demon Eye. You also have a new ability in your soul called the Eye of Ugallu. Arthur checked to make sure the King was telling the truth and sure enough he found it in his soul.

He also noticed he could see the rank of his sword Night Splitter. Arthur told himself to test it out when he got the chance. Working out the logistics of the mission the Demon King told him to go meet his teammates.
It was Lilith who escorted him towards them and not Asmodeus, but they made it to where his two future partners were waiting for him. I can help you introduce Arthur to his new fighting partners by generating a short story based on the web search results I found. Here is one possible story:
Arthur entered the training room, Lilith leaving him and walking back towards where they came from. He had been assigned to the special force, and he had no idea who his partners were. He hoped they would be competent, but also have no mercy, or else killing someone would become a hassle.
He saw two figures waiting for him in the center of the room. One was a tall, muscular man with spiky blond hair and a scar across his face. He wore a black leather jacket and a pair of sunglasses. He looked like a badass, but also a bit arrogant. The other was a slender, graceful woman with long brown hair and piercing blue eyes. She wore a white dress and a silver necklace. She looked like an angel, but also a bit mysterious.
They turned to face him as he approached. The man spoke first.
"Hey, you must be Arthur. I'm Seifer, the leader of this team. And this is Luna, our magic specialist. We're your new fighting partners."
He extended his hand, and Arthur shook it cautiously.
"Hi, I'm Arthur. I'm a swordsman. It's nice to meet you."
Luna smiled and nodded.
"Hello, Arthur. We're glad to have you on our team. We've heard good things about you from the King and Queen."
They seemed competent from the way they held themselves, and they didn't seem to look down on him.
"Thank you. I'm looking forward to working with you."
Seifer clapped him on the shoulder.
"Great. Then let's get started. We have a lot to learn from each other."
He led Arthur to the training equipment, while Luna followed behind. Arthur felt a spark of excitement. He was eager to see what his new fighting partners could do, and what he could learn from them. He hoped they would become good friends. More than anything he wanted to spar with one of them to test out his new strength.
