Chapter 21.3 - The art of seduction

On a good day, Ramona would have dodged Sora’s attack ten out of ten times. However today was not a good day. It was a very bad day for Ramona. In fact, Ramona would go on to earmark this day as the absolute worst in her life. The details of her worst day are listed below.

It began with a simple attack, it was supposed to be nothing more than a slice…however nothing is simple when it comes to Sora.

Ramona struggled to remove the sword from Sora’s grip as she finally managed to pull away the sword…why was he holding on to the sword. If both his hands were holding the sword how could he attack her? Was he trying to prevent her from attacking?

Ramona dismissed that thought, others would attack him in her place. Was he going to pull of special hidden move with that mysteriously seductive body of his?

Ramona’s jaw was dangling open in the air.

She found herself thinking in a funny direction…was Sora appearing a bit more to her liking? Ramona blinked to check again….those bandages that hid his face added to his seductiveness. If she inspected closer Sora’s body was well built. He was covered in muscles; not too thick and not too thin…perfectly well toned....just to her liking.

Ramona’s struggled to dislodge her sword reduced. Her arms weakened as ‘other’ thoughts clouded her judgement.

Ramona stared at Sora, he seemed like the prince of her dreams….tall….mysterious and strong.

The voices of her comrades shouting at her dulled and faded into the distance. In Ramona’s world now, there only exited Sora and her.

The rain added to Sora’s sexy figure as the drenched clothes stuck to his body. Ramona placed her hand on Sora’s chest…. ‘So this is man’s chest…’ She thought as she began approaching Sora calmly.

‘Why was I even afraid of him?’ Ramona wondered as she was within intimate distance of Sora.

Ramona’s comrades could only watch in horror. What had over come her?

Did she lose her mind?

Vanessa knew best, she knew this was not Ramona but some sort of smell cast by Sora.

She was cursing Sora however her words could not reach Ramona who was lost in her own world.

“You are drenched…” The Adventurer (Sora) said as he held Ramona’s hand, removing it from his chest. His voice was husky and dark. Ramona found it sexy. She was completely swooning for him. She didn’t care whether he was an adventurer or the enemy…right now in front of her was the man she fell for head over heels….

Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

Ramona turned coy and rested her head against Sora’s shoulder. “I am cold too..” She whispered.

“What is your name?” Sora asked in his dreamy voice.

“Ramona….” Ramona was breathing heavily; her knees were growing weak. She wanted Sora to take her now….

Before more could be said and done, Sora pushed her away to dodge an incoming attack from Zacques.

*SWOOOOSH*

A sword cut through the air where moments before Sora and the adventurer stood arm in arm.

“SNAP OUT OF IT!” Zacques snapped at Ramona.

Ramona was somewhat bewildered when Sora pushed her away. She thought Sora did not like her…for the tiniest of moment she thought her love would be unrequited….however seeing Sorachan save her only strengthened her feelings for him…. Her eyes followed the sword that stood to separate them….there was a man holding it…a man whom she considered a friend…Zacques…

“Why are you doing this?” Ramona asked. She sounded hurt that Zacques wanted to separate her from her love.

“SNAP OUT OF IT!” Zacques screamed at her. However, seeing no discernable change in her, he turned his attention to Sorachan; the enemy. “I SWEAR I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!”

On the surface of it Zacques seemed to be displaying ordinary anger towards the enemy for harming his comrade….everyone else who knew him…knew better. Ramona was someone Zacques secretly fancied. To see his crush being stolen in front of Zacques had him enraged. His attacks were no longer coordinated with the group but driven by emotions.

Sorachan tried his best to dodge. His enemy’s attack was wider than before. Sorachan could tell, he had enough experience to differentiate a good attack from a bad one. However, given the vast stat differences it was only a matter of time till he got hit. Sorachan kept taking steps back, dodging one blow after another till he finally tripped. Zacques’ sword loomed over him. He was clearly mad at him, though Sora didn’t know why.

Zacques moved in to stab Sora when his sword clashed with Ramona's sword.

“NOOO!” Ramona screamed as she prevented Zacques from stabbing Sora.
