Karol walked through the streets of NewOrk. She was being commonly referred to as the most anarchistic leader of all time as she gave her citizens some authority in form of the Stacy and the legion, instead of hogging it all for herself, she delegated it to others.

This was ironic as she was the most ultimate archon (that term just means leader, but it explains the '-archy' after matriarchy) that had ever graced the world with her appearance.

One might say that 'Enormous Carl' would have been better - miles better. But was he even able to kill terrorists with his own bare hands? I don't think so.

Currently Karol was after one of the greatest terrorists of all time: Bacterium Joshua.

If she could just make him submit and commit the honorable chinearese tradition of 'Octuku', he would be no problem anymore, unless his claims of immortality really were true. That would be quite a hassle to deal with, an immortal man of that power might outlive her and the KZ and what would happen to the KZ once she was not there?

With the anchor of Chaol embedded in her head, she had power over fire and technology among other things like a dramatically increased lifespan of until Chaol dies or the anchor was removed after her normal lifespan had passed (implying also until Chaol deems her no longer useful to his path). She had burned away the giant bacteria riddling the city NewOrk, making it sick with a never seen before urban sickness not unlike a zombie apocalypse.

But where was Joshua, the source, and how could she find him? Evidence taken from the smart toaster network suggested that he had been in the area for a long time, but he left to take part in a trial in chiNear. Karol PathEthic of course needed not only to rely on Billies smart toaster network, she also could get information from the Stacy, who had turned every central area of the KZ into a surveillance state - one that wasn't even farCityIstic as each of them had a high ranking Stacy mayor, with Karol only being the highest rank of all of her organizations. Now that she had cleaned the city of the infection, the KZ could come here too - and it was highly likely that some rebels had hidden within the city.

She already had cleared out a safe room in which a bunch of former sickma males had gathered. Sickma was a serious desease, it had lately somehow been able to transmit to females too. Scientists theorized that sickma was transmitted from working sickmas to normal workers and that the desease forced their host to work relentlessly in order to spread better, a theory that made sense to Karol, but she couldn't order regular holidays due to so many things having to be done right now. The sickma also would no longer be a problem once she elminiated the source of it all Bacterium Joshua. Following her sunk cost fallacy, she continued searching for the man who gradually weakened her nation through sickma and other deseases - there was no cure for sickma.
