The parents of the teens in class 7b had been powerless to stop the esteemed temporary world leader from taking their kids to the DyingMen Square arena.

Also the teachers and close relatives got taken too. The taken adults were required (forced) to collaborate, writing profile presentations for each of the students personality, group dynamics from within the class 7b, academic and athletic capabilities.

Other biometric data was also taken and thus each student had an elaborate and concise high quality analysis on their capabilities taken.

Class 7b wasn't anything special, it hailed from a normal middle class school in the relatively well developed country of AMerryCan. DyingMen Square arena had a bad reputation ever since esteemed temporary world leader found it fit to kill off a large but sub 50 percentage of the worlds population in a cruel free for all zombie deathmatch.

This had been voluntary competitors that hadn't known what was going to happen to them, but in this case it were involuntary drafted minors.

There had been tears, attempts at trying to change the mind of the ETWL, but he seemed to be stuck in an easygoing irresponsible 'it will be fun and I need more content for my book' mindset. The world could not wait to get a different leader, ETWL had promised that this would be the last 'challenge', some were relieved that it would only hit the 24 children of class 7b, some were outraged (nearly everyone pretended to be the latter one).

Even Karen didn't change the mind of ETWL (who also stated that he wasn't the source of the kill zone transformation of the 4G towers, denying being the cause of this genocide).

After all data sheets on the students were finished, ETWL revealed the purpose for this preperation:

"The third and last challenge is about heritage. These young students will inherit the world after they have grown old enough. A true world leader should be able to give them the right tools to succeed. I have decided on a challenge to be yet revealed, but it won't be absolved by the four world leaders. It will be absolved by these children without help of their coach, partially because I believe that any challenge can be trivialized utilizing the broad array of abilities that the four world leadership contenders have shown to have, partially because it fits the theme.

The four world leaders will each train a team of 3 students of their choice within 24 days.

I will again draw colored marbles to determine who chooses first. The contestants get the data sheets to make an informed decision. More information about the challenge will be given in 24 days.", ETWL stated.

It was a relief to some of the parents as they assumed that their children would be among the lucky 12 which would not take part in the atrocity.

The class was comprised of three main groups:

The large boy group aka BB-Group (7 students), the large girl group aka BG-Group (14)

and the small outsiders group aka S-Group (2 boys, 1 girl).

Several criteria would have to be weight against each other, among them psychological compatibility (like combining a couple into one team or avoiding it or picking those most selfconfident during presentations),

state of puberty (there was a rather early developed large boy named 'Luca Fair' among the BB-Group, probably best melee combat potential of all of them),

and obedience (girls usually were reported to be more dependable by the teachers).

It could also be that members of the same group would have a harder time killing their former members, which could be an advantage or a disadvantage.

All four contestants were feverishly scribbling promising team combinations, utilizing the data sheets to their full potential. It was important to make several possible teams as one could always be unlucky - even Luck Norris.

Plus it was good to be able to ruin the team composition of ones competitors. Maybe just having a better team than the other would be enough to win.

After all competitors proclaimed to be ready to choose, the sequence of choices was drawn from the black box.
