The centipede Yokai's size and shape appeared perfect for fighting inside this house. The centipede Yokai then bumps Yukari using the collision of his hard body, even though Yukari fends it off using her katana, this attack still causes her to be thrown aside and her back hit the wall hard. Yukari then fell to the floor and she is now sitting against the wall in pain. The centipede Yokai is about to peck at Yukari with its mandible which looks like very sharp twin curved swords with abstract carvings. Makoto and Shu attack the centipede Yokai together to keep it busy until the centipede Yokai's target changes away from Yukari, the centipede Yokai then is getting more ferocious. Yukari concentrates and her attention was now on the stuffed doll Shinra that had fallen on the floor due to the various attacks earlier. Yukari shouted

“Appear Shinra!”

Before long, black smoke began to thickly billow from the stuffed doll Shinra and keep growing rapidly. Shinra the tiger Yokai with a height of three meters then jumped out of the smoke and pounced on the centipede Yokai, making it crash into a wall behind it and the wall started to crack and break. Shinra smashed the centipede back into the wall using his right forelimb which resembled a stocky human arm and hand with large claws covered in armor, causing the wall to crack even more. The centipede Yokai moved its body strongly and let go of Shinra's strong grip. The centipede Yokai pounced on Shinra again and pecked him. The centipede Yokai tried to wrap around Shinra, but Shinra appeared to be able to hold it in using his stout forelegs. A wrestling fight ensued until Shinra who was wrapped by this centipede Yokai then rolled over to the back garden, and demolished the walls and remaining glass sliding doors. The centipede Yokai and Shinra are now in the back garden of this house, they then moved away from each other and put on alert stances. Shinra shouted

"I'll hold him, you guys get away from here!"

Shu appeared to disapprove, he then replied in a raised tone

"No way, you are our priority, this Yokai might target you"

Shinra’s expression turned surprised. The centipede Yokai crawled quickly toward Shinra and then pounced on him, causing Shinra to roll backward, and trying not to get entangled by this centipede, they then immediately moved away from each other, their wrestling fight have destroyed this garden. Ken then also walked out to the backyard of this house, while holding his sore shoulder from hitting the wall earlier.

The centipede Yokai immediately got up and pounced back toward Shinra. Without the centipede Yokai noticing, Asanuma the wolf Yokai the size of three meters high which Ken had previously summoned barged out from inside the house, and pounced on the centipede Yokai, making them roll to the side, Asanuma then bit the body of the centipede and threw him away and hit neighbor's house next to the back garden, the centipede Yokai then temporarily stunned. Seeing this shocks Ken, Shu, and Makoto. Seeing all of them, Yukari immediately said

“Don't worry, that house has been empty for a long time because no one has bought it yet”

Hearing this, made the others look relieved. Makoto said

“I'll pay back to the owner later…”

Back to the Yokais fight, Asanuma and Shinra met eyes, their expressions were both shocked. Asanuma said

“Shinra? How did you get here?"

Shinra's expression turned astonished

"I want to ask that too"

Seeing Shinra and Asanuma knew each other, the others were shocked. Makoto said

“Could you put you guys' business aside? This is our chance to escape"

Makoto looked at Ken and Yukari

"Turn them back to mediums, let's get out of here"

Yukari's expression turned serious, she then nodded

“Please turned back to being a stuffed doll, Shinra”

Shinra nodded, soon black smoke started to billow and envelop his large body, and from behind the smoke he turned back into a stuffed doll, Yukari then immediately picked him up from the floor. On the other hand, the centipede Yokai has returned to its standing position, then roars loudly. Ken said

“Asanuma, please turned back to…”

Ken had not finished speaking, Asanuma interrupted

"I'll hold him for a while, you guys go"

The centipede Yokai crawled quickly back to the garden then pounced on Asanuma and wrapped around him, they then crashed together into Yukari's house and surprised all of them. Ken immediately withdrew his katana from its scabbard and prepared to attack.

Ken ran forward and slashed the centipede's head, hitting it in the eye. Ken’s attack made the centipede Yokai in pain and the coils on Asanuma stretched. Asanuma wrestled with this centipede Yokai and managed to forcefully escape from the centipede's coils, Asanuma then crashed the centipede's head with his body into the open hallway in the family room and collapsed the thirty percent part of the second floor. The centipede Yokai staggered, and Makoto immediately went on the attack. Makoto burst out his eight soul chains from his forearms then wrapped them around his sheathed katana and the centipede Yokai's body trying to suppress it.

The red soul energy countercurrent from the centipede Yokai flowed back toward Makoto through his soul chains, he then countered it with his sheathed katana Yokai weapon then stomped his Yokai weapon to the floor, and caused a strong wind blast, and this red countercurrent was then neutralized. However, instead of being suppressed, the centipede Yokai appeared to be getting more and more violent. The centipede Yokai squirmed until finally Makoto's soul chains that were wrapped around the centipede Yokai shattered.

Asanuma was surprised, he then felt a growing pool of energy from the centipede Yokai. White smoke billowed from the wounds on the centipede Yokai's body caused by all the attacks he received and these wounds were then healed even faster. The centipede's body was getting bigger and black smoke was billowing from all over his body. Fastly, the shiny black armor skin with sharp and sturdy carvings began to form all over this centipede Yokai's body and legs. The centipede Yokai body is now even two times bigger than before. What had just happened shocked them all, Asanuma then said

“I almost forget that what we fought earlier even wasn't his armor mode, this centipede Yokai is abnormally strong…”

Ken still looked shocked

"What should we do Grandpa?"

Makoto's expression turned serious

“It's no use against him, run!”

They all immediately rushed away from here, Asanuma then shifted into energy-saving mode form which reduced his size to a wolf in general, and then run with them.

They ran headed for the front door, the centipede Yokai roared, and then immediately tried to peck them. Shu and Yukari dodged to the right and Makoto and Ken dodged to the left so the centipede Yokai just pecked at the wall and floor of the house and shattered it. The four of them made it to the front of the house, Makoto said

"We met on the roadway outside the housing complex"

Shu looked serious, he then nodded

"I understand"

Shu and Yukari ran to their car. Ken, Asanuma, and Makoto are then also run to their car which was parked in the opposite direction. The further they were away from the house, the giant centipede Yokai was now crawling onto the roof of the Yukari’s house and standing straight two stories higher than the house and causing it to almost collapse, the centipede Yokai then roared.

Elsewhere, Ken and Makoto as well as Asanuma have reached their car, Ken then looked back and saw the centipede Yokai that just getting bigger. They then got into the car with Makoto in the driver's seat, Ken beside him, and Asanuma in the backseat. Makoto immediately stepped on the gas, causing the car’s tires to wheelspin and emit smoke, their car then drove away from here. Makoto drove his black sedan fast with a serious expression while Ken looked confused

"I don't understand why that centipede Yokai can be that strong, what happened to the sudden changes in its body?"

Asanuma replied

“That centipede Yokai entered armor mode just like me, making the Yokai twice as strong. The Yokais can’t master it unless the Yokai is very strong, I just can hardly believe what we fought before was him without armor mode”

Ken's attention was drawn to the armor skin on Asanuma's body. Makoto replied

“Somehow I feel lucky for us to be able to escape from that Yokai”

Their car then came to an intersection, Yukari and Shu's SUV also just came with Shu in the driver's seat, and Yukari is sitting next to him, their car then stopped beside Makoto's car. Makoto opened his car window and Shu also, Makoto then said

"Follow me, we will go to the main house of the Takeru family, we can communicate via earphones”

Back to the centipede Yokai, something then flew from above behind it, a giant black crow Yokai with a height of five meters, which billowed grayish black smoke on its large wings that burned entirely with black blaze except for the armor on his wings. The crow Yokai's body appeared to be covered in shiny black sturdy carved armor over most of his body from his head, nape, claws, back, tail, chest, on the upper edge of the wings, below the wings surface, and above the wings surface. The armor on his head formed like horns, with bright red eyes that billowed red smoke. The crow Yokai flew past the centipede Yokai while saying

"Let me take care of them"

The crow Yokai then flies towards Makoto's car and Shu’s car runs off, he appears to fly by leaving a trail of grayish-black smoke, the smoke trail extends backward from the black blaze burning his large wings.
